Background: Landmark artery identification in the neurovascular bundle (NVB) is important for nerve-sparing in radical prostatectomy. We aimed to investigate intraoperative angiography using indocyanine green and near-infrared fluorescence (ICG-NIRF) during robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) to identify the NVB, visualise vascularisation and haemostasis, and preserve erectile function.Methods: Retrospective, unicentric study of 91 consecutive localised prostate cancer RARP patients (stage T1/T2, prostate specific antigen Results: Ninety-one patients received intraoperative angiography. The NVB was identified in all cases, without difficulties. No ICG-related complications or allergies were observed. There was no significant difference in the SHIM score at 9 months compared with baseline (p=0.331), and erectile dysfunction returned to baseline levels in almost all patients.Conclusions: Intraoperative, real-time ICG-NIRF angiography is simple, non-invasive, and improves identification of key anatomical landmarks to optimise micropreservation of the NVB during RARP and preserve erectile function. Larger clinical studies should confirm preliminary results.

The desire of students towards adopting the mobile wallet technology can be affected by various factors. The exploration of these factors and the discussion of the future uses of this technology among university students are the targets of this study. The conceptual model employs the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology besides the self-efficacy construct in this research. Primary data was collected online by surveying 389 university students. The model was subsequently validated by employing the structural equation model. From the results obtained, the intention of students in the utilization of mobile wallet technology are largely affected by trust, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions (FC), hedonic motivation (HM), effort expectation (EE), performance expectation (PE), social influence (SI) and price value (PV). This research’s findings highlight the most significant factors in determining the intention behind mobile wallet technology utilization. The developed model is an appropriate research model to explore mobile wallet technology among students. This model focuses on students from private universities, which may limit its universality. The results of this analysis can benefit multiple institutions that use mobile wallet technology as a part of their services, such as banks, financial organizations and mobile payment system suppliers. Factors influencing customers’ intention behind adopting the latest technology-related services in developing countries are not sufficiently reported in the literature. This research paper can be considered the first to examine the intention behind the utilization of mobile wallets in developing countries.

The study investigate the effect of feeding low available phosphorus (AP) diet supplemented with three levels of microbial phytase (MP) and /or three levels of citric acid (CA) on broiler performance, tibia bone and nutrient retention. Four hundred day- old Ross broiler chicks were randomly allocated into ten treated groups, with four replicates of 10 birds each. The chicks were fed ten different diets as normal phosphorus 0.45% AP (positive control, PC) and nine groups with phosphorus deficient diets 0.25% AP (negative control, NC) supplemented with three CA levels as 0%, 1% or 2% and / or MP levels 0, 500 and 1000 FTU/Kg. The results indicated that supplementation of MP and /or CA into NC diet significantly improved body gain of chicks. Feed intake significantly increased due to adding 1% CA and MP levels into NC diet. Feed conversion ratio improved due to supplementing MP or CA into NC diet. There is no significant effect on tibia width and breaking strength by adding MP and/or CA into NC diet. Adding MP into NC diet significantly improved tibia length, weight, and ash content while, citric acid affected significantly at the first stage of growth only. Blood phosphorus increased significantly by supplementing MP into NC diet at the 5th week of age, while blood calcium was not affected significantly by MP and/or CA. Tibia calcium of chicks fed NC diet was higher than those fed PC diet or NC diet enriched with MP and/or CA. Tibia phosphorus did not response clearly for adding MP or CA into NC diet. Nitrogen and calcium retention of chicks fed NC were significantly lower than those fed PC or NC diet supplemented with 1000 FTU/kg MP and CA. Phosphorus retention of chicks fed NC diet was significantly similar for those fed PC or NC diets supplemented with MP and/or CA. It can be concluded that adding MP at 500 FTU/kg level with 1% CA into NC diet was effectiveness to improve body weight gain and tibia bone characteristics as like as those fed PC or NC diet enriched with 1000 FTU/kg MP.

Background: Asymptomatic urinary tract infections (AUTI) are common in apparently healthy populations and are detectable in the laboratory as 'significant bacteriuria’. Aim of the study: This study aimed to assess the asymptomatic bacteriuria among the university students and to examine the student's practices and risk factors that contribute to the occurrence of asymptomatic bacteriuria. Subject and Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study included 184 student selected by stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using self-administered online questionnaires that included a personal data, history of UTI, health-related hygienic practices and dietary preference has and habits. Urine investigation was done for the participated students. Descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation were used for data analysis. Results: The finding showed that nearly one-third of the study participants reported had a previous history of urinary tract infection. The most repeated complaint was urgency (31%) and side pain (26.6%). Results revealed that (40.2%) were positive for significant bacteriuria. There was a negative association in the prevalence of asymptomatic bacteriuria with respect to age. (40.2%). Escherichia Coli was the most predominant organism followed closely by Staphylococcus aureus. Ciprofloxacin to be the most effective antibiotic followed by Amikacin and Nitrofurantoin. Ampicillin, Cloxacillin, and Erythromycin were highly resistant to the isolates. Conclusion: The results of this study emphasize the importance of raising students’ awareness and habitual practices as a primary prevention of the urinary tract infection. Recommendation: Routine urine culture test should be carried out periodically to early detect asymptomatic bacteriuria

The rocks may be classified as Archie rocks or Non-Archie rocks, depending on the link between pore structure and resistivity of the rock. For carbonate rocks, keeping this factor in view, the applicability of Archie's law tends to be unreasonable and employing Archie's equation will ultimately lead to inaccurate estimates of the water saturation. Numerous investigators have reported models that forms a link between laboratory results and field well logs to determine water saturation in intricate pore systems. In case of complex systems, Archie's law fails to correctly define the resistivity-index curves. In addition, it is imperative to carry out investigations at lower saturation values in order to elaborate the non-Archie characteristics. This brings the dual and triple porosity conductivity models into the equation. As these models are essential in defining the considerable changes of the resistivity-index curves, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The linkage between the two models is depicted electrically in series or in parallel. Moreover, it is possible to have a combination of the two configurations. As a result, the experimental results can be modeled accurately using least parameters.This work presents two models to determine water saturation in carbonate rocks, containing dual and triple porosity systems. This study also investigates the impact of different influential parameters such as saturation exponents, conductivity ratios, and pore volume fraction of each network systems, on the new models. Finally, the effect of each parameter is individually studied and the sensitivity analysis on the RI curves is produced. A new approach to apply these models is also explained which requires the use of NMR log, mercury injection capillary pressure (MICP) measurement, and simple plotting techniques to determine the water saturation. The proposed new models help petrophysicists to estimate water saturation in Non-Archie rocks, containing double and triple porosity network systems. A variety of neuropsychiatric complications has been described in association with Covid-19 infection. Large scale studies presenting a wider picture of these complications and their relative frequency are lacking. The objective of our study was to describe the spectrum of neurological and psychiatric complications in patients with Covid-19 seen in a multidisciplinary hospital center over six months. We conducted a retrospective, observational study on all patients showing neurological or psychiatric symptoms in the context of Covid-19 seen in the medical and university neuroscience department of Assistance Publique Hopitaux de Paris -Sorbonne University. We collected demographic data, comorbidities, symptoms and severity of Covid-19 infection, neurological and psychiatric symptoms, neurological and psychiatric examination data and, when available, results from CSF analysis, MRI, EEG and EMG. A total of 249 Covid-19 patients with a de novo neurological or psychiatric manifestation were included in the database and 245 were included in the final analyses. One-hundred fourteen patients (47%) were admitted to the intensive care unit and 10 (4%) died. The most frequent neuropsychiatric complications diagnosed were encephalopathy (43%), critical illness polyneuropathy and myopathy (26%), isolated psychiatric disturbance (18%), and cerebrovascular disorders (16%). No patients showed CSF evidence of SARS-CoV-2. Encephalopathy was associated with older age and higher risk of death. Critical illness neuromyopathy was associated with an extended stay in the intensive care unit. The majority of these neuropsychiatric complications could be imputed to critical illness, intensive care and systemic inflammation, which contrasts with the paucity of more direct SARS-CoV-2-related complications or post-infection disorders., Graphical Abstract Graphical Abstract

Using a novel mutant screen, we identified TREHALOSE 6-PHOSPHATE PHOSPHATASE 1 (TSPP1) as a functional enzyme dephosphorylating trehalose 6-phosphate (Tre6P) to trehalose in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. The tspp1 knock-out results in reprogramming of the cell metabolism via significantly altered transcriptome. As a secondary effect, tspp1 also shows impairment in 1O2-induced chloroplast retrograde signalling. From transcriptomic analysis and metabolite profiling, we conclude that accumulation or deficiency of certain metabolites directly affect 1O2-signalling. 1O2-inducible GLUTATHIONE PEROXIDASE 5 (GPX5) gene expression is suppressed by increased content of fumarate, an intermediate in the tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA cycle) in mitochondria and dicarboxylate metabolism in the cytosol, while it is promoted by another TCA cycle intermediate, aconitate. Furthermore, genes encoding known essential components of chloroplast-to-nucleus 1O2-signalling, PSBP2, MBS, and SAK1, show decreased transcript levels in the tspp1 mutant, which can be rescued by exogenous application of aconitate. We demonstrate that chloroplast retrograde signalling involving 1O2 depends on mitochondrial and cytosolic processes and that the metabolic status of the cell determines the response to 1O2.

This study was carried out at Abu Jarash Farm and Weed Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Damascus University, during 2017 winter to investigate the integrated effect of the non-selective herbicide Glyphosate (360 g/l) (Lancer®) and plant extracts of some weeds: sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) and bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon L.) by using one third and one fourth of the recommended doses of the herbicide mixed with plant extracts for weed management of plots planted with carrot. The integration between herbicide and plant extracts led to 100% weed control when the herbicide was used at 25% of the recommended dose, and was equally effective to that of the recommended dose. The benefits are cost reduction and decrease of harmful effects of synthetic herbicides to the environment. On the other hand, Sorghum bicolor extract was significantly effective in controlling all tested weed species (82.1% effectiveness on Chenopodium album (most sensitive), plant height of wild barley Hordeum murinum L. was 3.8 cm, dry matter content of 4.96% for purple nutsedge, Cyperus rotundus L. and 6.58% for hairy amaranth, Amaranthus retroflexus L.
