Purpose --This study examined the effectiveness of a chatbot workshop conducted at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, in promoting student involvement among undergraduate students taking the elective course "Doing Business with AI." In this course, non- STEM students learn how to create a chatbot prototype using the 'Dialogue' Programme and suggest potential applications for AI chatbots. Design/methodology/approach --Students develop a strong understanding of conversational and user-centric design methodologies through engaging workshops and practical learning exercises. The chatbot workshop aims to help inexperienced learners with limited AI knowledge understand and connect the knowledge inputs and outputs of conversational agents driven by NLP, to effectively respond to user inquiries. Findings -- According to the findings, a significant majority of the students (81.3%) who took part in the hands-on workshop showed active involvement. Additionally, a high percentage (90.7%) reported feeling moderately to highly skilled in the experiential learning chatbot session. Most students who were surveyed expressed their agreement that the experiential chatbot workshop successfully achieved its intended learning outcomes. Practical implications -- The findings of this study can provide valuable insights for practitioners who are developing strategies for chatbot-based workshops focused on experiential learning. Originality/value --Through the validation of a conceptual model rooted in learning theories and technology-mediated learning (TML) models, we have put forth two applications pertaining to business game simulation, as well as an additional application focused on outlier detection in data. Objective: This research paper aims to evaluate the relative efficacy of pharmacognosy research on the top 40 tertiary hospitals and its pharmacy in India according to Newsweek's 2021 ranking. Purpose: India's pharmaceutical market is now estimated to be worth $50 billion. India is a significant pharmaceutical exporter, reaching more than 200 nations with its exports. This study will help to identify whether the pharma industry is working efficiently in selected Indian hospitals or not. Thus, to create a bench marking for the hospital pharmacies in India. Design/methodology/approach: Data for the study came from public and private hospitals' official websites, financial records, and government notifications. Crosssectional data analyses were done using a Slack-Based model and data envelopment analysis (DEA). STATA was the software used to scrutinize the results effectively. Results: Thirteen hospital pharmacies out of a total of 40 are judged to be relatively technically efficient overall, according to the research. The findings of the slack analysis demonstrate that government hospitals and pharmacies are better able to handle slack and effectively manage input and output. Conclusion: The researchers also set upped a benchmarking hospital both for private and government healthcare settings for pharmacognosy research. In India, women’s participation in entrepreneurial activity is minimal. The contribution of women is only 20.37 percent, whereas the contribution of men is 79.63 percent. This poor contribution by women translates into a low contribution to national economic growth. To address this issue, the current study examined the adoption of women entrepreneurship (WE) by MFIs. This study aims to examine the impact of microfinance institutions (MFIs) on WE in the Indian state of Telangana. In addition, the mediating function of women’s decision-making and mobility in WE was investigated. With the assistance of a survey conducted among the female clientele of MFIs in India, the study’s purpose is attained. Utilizing a questionnaire survey, information is gathered. To examine the data, structural equation modeling (SEM) is employed. According to the findings, MFIs play a significant role in promoting WE adoption in India. Women’s minimal participation in economic activity can be addressed by providing diverse financial services to female entrepreneurs.
