Bu araştırmada sinema salonu hizmetleri için bir performans endeksi oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Endeksi oluşturmak için öncelikle sinema salonu hizmetleri için bir kavramsal model oluşturulmuştur. İkinci olarak, fiziksel kanıt, sosyal fayda, müşteri memnuniyeti ve ambiyans gizil değişkenler olarak belirlenmiş ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) ile doğrulanmıştır. Gizli değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler, Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (YEM) kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra sinema hizmetleri için gizil değişkenlerin ağırlıkları ve puanları kullanılarak Eğlence Performans Endeksi geliştirilmiş ve hesaplanmıştır. Eğlence Performans Endeksi, sinema hizmetleri sektöründe performans düzeyinin belirlenmesi ve hizmet kalitesi açıklarının azaltılmasına yönelik önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Ayrıca, gelir yönetimi uygulamalarından yararlanma sıklığına göre farklı müşteri grupları için memnuniyet düzeyleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Senaryoda kendinizi hissetmek ve sinema atmosferinde duyguları daha yoğun hissetmekle ilgili ambiyans boyutu bu çalışmada geliştirilmiştir., In this research, the objective is to create a performance index for movie theater services. In order to create the index, firstly the conceptual model for movie theater services was created. Secondly, physical evidence, social benefit, customer satisfaction and ambiance are determined as latent variables and verified with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The relationships among latent variables are determined using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Then Entertainment Performance Index is developed and calculated by using weights and scores of latent variables for movie theater services. Entertainment Performance Index is used for determining the level of performance and for proposing suggestions for decreasing the level of service quality gaps in movie theater services sector. In addition, satisfaction levels for different customer groups are compared according to the frequency of benefiting from revenue management applications. The ambiance dimension, which is about feeling yourself in the script and feeling the emotions more intensely in the movie theater atmosphere, was developed in this study.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, COVID-19 pandemisinde uzaktan eğitim deneyimi yaşayan öğrencilerden alınan geri bildirimler dikkate alınarak uzaktan eğitim sisteminin nasıl geliştirilebileceğini değerlendirmektir. Bu kapsamda öğrencilerin sosyo-demografik özellikleri, uzaktan eğitimin yapıldığı platform hakkındaki düşünceleri, uzaktan eğitim ile yapılan dersler ve sınavlar hakkındaki düşünceleri ve uzaktan eğitime ilişkin görüşleri hakkında veri toplamak amacıyla bir anket tasarlanmıştır. . Ankete 2020-2021 Bahar döneminde lisans eğitimine uzaktan devam eden 162 Endüstri Mühendisliği öğrencisi katılmıştır. Sonuçlar, öğrencilerin %64,2'sinin uzaktan eğitimin yüz yüze eğitim kadar verimli olmadığına inandığını göstermiştir. Uzaktan eğitim sisteminde yapılabilecek potansiyel iyileştirmeleri belirlemek için Kalite Fonksiyon Yayılımı tekniği uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar, mevcut sistemi iyileştirmek için çeşitli iyileştirmelerin gerekli olduğunu göstermiştir. Buna göre etkileşimli öğretimin sağlanması, ders kaynaklarının çeşitlendirilmesi ve sınav uygulaması sırasındaki belirsizlik kaynaklarının ortadan kaldırılması için çeşitli iyileştirmelerin yapılması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır., The purpose of this research is to evaluate how the distance education system can be improved by taking into account the feedback received from students who have experienced distance education during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, a questionnaire was designed to collect data about the socio-demographic characteristics of the students, their thoughts about the platform where distance education is held, their thoughts about the courses and exams made with distance education, and their views on distance education. 162 Industrial Engineering students who continued their undergraduate education remotely in the 2020-2021 Spring semester participated in the survey. The results showed that 64.2% of the students believed that distance education is not as efficient as face-to-face education. Quality Function Deployment technique has been applied to identify potential improvements that can be made in the distance education system. The results have shown that several improvements are necessary to improve the current system. Accordingly, it has emerged that several improvements should be done in order to provide interactive teaching, diversify course resources, and eliminate sources of ambiguities during the exam practice.

Buçalışmada, firmanın pazarlama stratejisiyle ilgili karar verme sürecine desteksağlamak için bulanık bir çıkarım sistemi önerilmiştir. Önerilen sistem uzmanlar tarafındandeğerlendirildiğinde tatmin edici sonuçlara ulaşıldığı görülmüştür.

WOS: 000520599400012 In job-shop production systems, orders are assigned to work centers according to their routes, and their operations are performed in this order. Production is becoming more and more complex with the increasing number of product lines and work centers with different routes. Decisions to be made according to the real-time monitoring of a dynamic production environment have become important. With the Fourth Industrial Revolution, information technologies are widely used in industries. A large amount of data is obtained from production tools that are capable of communicating with each other by means of Industry 4.0 and the intemet of things. In this study, a simulation model of a production system that can collect data in real-time via sensors in work centers has been created and operation conditions have been determined. Then, work center / machine loading strategies were compared according to the delay periods of the jobs. The simulation model with the best loading strategy was run according to three different demand rates. Then data related with the delay status of the orders and the status of the work centers was obtained. The data were evaluated with data mining classification algorithms and rules were determined for delayed jobs. These rules were added to the simulation model as a decision mechanism. When an order is received in this model, the expert system estimates whether or not there will be a delay, and makes a decision to outsource the order's production if needed. The aim of this paper is to develop and implement a Quality Function Deployment (QED) model for engineering programs in Turkey. The research determines the most important technical requirements based on considering Voice of the Student (VOS), which is measured with a Service Quality (SERVQUAL) application-based measurement model. The students' responses to SERVQUAL survey are considered by a group decision-making approach. Group decision-making approach is used to attach importance to the ideas of students. The Choquet integral as an aggregation operator is used firstly for aggregating the weights of each response in order to determine the weight of each dimension of SERVQUAL application and secondly for aggregating the SERVQUAL weights and relationship matrix. Finally key factors for increasing qualified and sustainable education are proposed.

In today’s competitive manufacturing and service industries decision making is a critical process. Supply chain management is a network of businesses and in this network there are several critical decision making problems. One of them is supplier selection decision. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria decision making problem and a fuzzy decision making model is proposed to this problem area in supply chain management. The extent analysis method and integral value calculation is used in the study for computing the priority weights of criteria and alternatives. In addition, a case study is added to the study.

Data mining is the process of acquiring information form large data pools. In this study, associate analysis method is used. The application and comparisons are found by using 3 different algorithms from SPSS Clementine which is a data mining software. In this study, the results are varied because different associate methods are applied on. Therefore, new findings are obtained. Consequent to this, it will lead us to new strategies to develop for customers in Market Basket Analysis. This study is done by using a big supermarket data. Results are compared and reported for every each of 3 different algorithms.

Bu çalışmada memnuniyet endeksi tahmini için bir model geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmadaöncelikle konuyla ilgili ayrıntılı literatür araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonrasındaliteratürdeki boşlukların giderildiği yeni bir model önerilmiştir. Beş aşamadan oluşan tahminmodelinin ilk aşaması modelde yer alan ölçüm değişkenleri ve gizli değişkenlerinaçıklandığı kavramsal modelin oluşturulmasıdır. İkinci aşamada müşteri verilerininsubjektifliğini azaltmak için bulanık değerlendirme yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Üçüncüaşamada doğrudan gözlenen ölçüm değişkenleri için Linear Structural Relations (LISREL)ile ölçüm modeli kurulmuştur. Ölçüm modelinin çözümü maksimum olabilirlik algoritmasıile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Doğrudan ölçülemeyen gizli değişkenlerden oluşan yapısal modelinçözümü bu tezde geliştirilen ve dördüncü aşamayı oluşturan matematiksel tahmin modeli ilegerçekleştirilmiştir. Matematiksel modelin kodlanması ILOG Cplex Optimization Studio ilegerçekleştirilmiştir. In this study, a satisfaction index model proposal is developed. Firstly, a literature survey isconducted in this field of study in detail. Then, a new model is proposed by taking intoconsideration gaps in the literature. The estimation model is composed of five stages andfirst stage is building conceptual model in which measurement and latents variables areintroduced. At the second stage, a fuzzy evaluation method is developed for decreasingsubjectivity in customer data. At the third stage, for measurement variables that are directlyobserved, a measurement model is developed with Linear Structural Relations (LISREL). Inthe solution of the measurement model maximum likelihood algorithm is used. In thesolution of structural model that is composed of latent variables that are not directlyobserved, mathematical estimation model is used developed in this study at the fourth stage.Mathematical model is coded in ILOG Cplex Optimization Studio. In the mathematicalmodel that minimizes estimation errors, structural relations and measurement variableweights (precedence coefficients) are defined as constraints. At the fifth and last stage, indexscores are calculated with mathematical model outputs. Application of the model is carriedout in public sector at a local government service point. In the application model, servicequality, innovation, communication, satisfaction and cost perception dimensions are used. Inaddition, a smoothing index is calculated taking into consideration seasonal changes.Application results are discussed for both measurement and latent variables in detail. 148
