There are many control methods for systems that have been developed and continued to be developed, linear or non-linear, time-varying or invariant. In this study, in the control of the nonlinear Lorenz Chaotic system, model predictive control method with integrator action, which has not been applied to this system before, is applied. In addition to this method, different nonlinear control methods were applied to the same system and the control of the Lorenz Chaotic system was realized. Feedback control, high gain control, high frequency control and model predictive control techniques are used in the selected control methods. In addition, the methods used were obtained mathematically and their advantages and disadvantages were revealed. As a result, it has been shown that this type of nonlinear control methods can control the Lorenz chaotic system, and then the advantages and disadvantages are discussed in the results section and information about future studies is given., Günümüze kadar gelişen ve geliştirilmeye devam edilen, doğrusal veya doğrusal olmayan, zamanla değişen veya zamanla değişmeyen sistemler için birçok kontrol yöntemleri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada doğrusal olmayan Lorenz Kaotik sisteminin kontrolünde daha önceden bu sisteme uygulanmamış olan integratör içeren model öngörülü kontrol yöntemi uygulamıştır. Bu yöntemin yanı sıra aynı sisteme farklı doğrusal olmayan kontrol yöntemleri de uygulanarak Lorenz Kaotik sisteminin kontrolü gerçekleştirilmiştir. Seçilen kontrol yöntemlerinde geri beslemeli kontrol, yüksek kazanç kontrol, yüksek frekans kontrol ve model öngörülü kontrol teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca kullanılan yöntemler matematiksel olarak elde edilmiş, avantaj ve dezavantajlarını ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuçta doğrusal olmayan bu tip kontrol yöntemlerinin Lorenz kaotik sisteminin kontrol edebildiği gösterilmiş ardından avantaj ve dezavantajları sonuçlar bölümünde tartışılmış ve ileriye yönelik çalışmalar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.

Bode diagram is a term used inmany fields of science and engineering that can be described as frequencyresponse analysis. LabVIEW is a multifunctional program for acquiring,processing and analyzing data. In this paper, real time Bode diagram ofelectronic circuits are obtained in LabVIEW platform without using specialVIs(virtual instruments) such as SI Bode Plot VI. In addition to this, therealized study can be easily integrated in to other commonly used platformssuch as MATLAB and C to obtain bode diagram results in real time. To evaluateperformance of the realized study, Bode diagram results obtained from LabVIEWis compared with the results obtained from ORCAD-PSpice simulations., Bode diyagramı, bilim ve mühendisliğin birçok alanındakullanılan, kısaca frekans cevabı analizi olarak tanımlanan bir kavramdır. LabVIEW;verilerin toplanması, işlenmesi ve analizlerinin yapılabilmesi için çok uygunve işlevli bir programdır. Bu çalışmada, SI Bode Plot VI gibi özel VI'lar(sanal enstrümanlar) kullanılmadan, elektronik devrelerin gerçek zamanlı bodediyagramlarının LabVIEW programı ile elde edilmesine yönelik farklı bir çalışmagerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca, gerçekleştirilen çalışma, çok sık kullanılanMATLAB veya C gibi diğer platformlara da kolaylıkla entegre edilerek, gerçekzamanlı bode diyagram sonuçları alınabilir. LabVIEW’de elde edilen bodediyagram sonuçları, ORCAD-PSpice benzetim sonuçları ile karşılaştırılarak,yapılan çalışmanın başarımı gösterilmiştir.

In this study a chaotic motion is modelled by artificial neural networks which can be created again. Chaotic signals can occur in many fields likecommunication, encryption, nance, health, natural affairs. Artificial neural networks, fuzzy models can be used to provide a mathematical form and predict these types of signals as well. In this study, as an example of the motion which was modelled, there might be movement of a planet orbit, movements of balls on a billiard table, inverted pendulum or phase diagrams of such systems. However, for chaotic motion, a modified novel Lorenz system's phase diagram in literature was preferred. Object detection for motion which is sequential images of the video was obtained by image processing techniques so this process gives object coordination in the image. Artificial neural networks model which was called NAR structure was constructed and it has trained by these position information with the backpropagation algorithm. Subsequently, this NAR model which is artificial neural networks were tested and it was tried to get chaotic motion videos again. As a result, an object, which can be detected with image processing or other techniques, could be detected and traced. So, by using object information, which could be chaotic motion, could be modelled with artificial neural networks, instead of mathematically equations.

Chaos is one of the most topical subjects in the literature and is applied to various number of different fields such as system identification, optimization, brain functions identification, secure communication, encryption and random number generation. In this work, a user interface is designed for generation of random numbers based on fractional and integer order chaotic systems. In order to evaluate the randomness of the generated numbers NIST- 800-22 and ENT statistical tests are performed. The design interface provides the users a wide range of options. Moreover, the interface is also implemented on a microcomputer that the generated random number can be used in mobile applications. In this way, random numbers that have great importance on applications such as cryptographic and secure communication systems, statistical samplings, computer simulations and designs based on randomness are generated with different ways.

In this study a chaotic motion is modelled using artificial neural networks can be created again. Chaotic signals can occur many fields like natural affairs, communication, encryption, finance, health. Artificial neural networks, fuzzy models, hammerstein model can be used to predict these types of signals as well as to provide a mathematical form to be modelled. As an example of the motion that will be modelled in this study, there may be movement of an second order inverted pendulum, movements of balls on a billiard table, or phase diagrams of such systems. However, the phase diagram of the most basic Lorenz chaotic motion is preferred. The image position of the point or object that is followed in sequential images are determined by image processing techniques. By using the position information obtained from these images, they are trained with backpropagation algorithm to artificial neural networks, which is NAR structure. NAR structures is constructed with two inputs, two outputs. Its first layer contains 20 neurons, second structure contains 10 neurons and third structure contains 2 neurons. Subsequently, NAR artificial neural networks were tested to try to get chaotic motion videos again. As a result, some chaotic signals, sequential images, or videos can be modelled with artificial neural networks instead of being mathematically modelled and reproduced., Bu çalışmada kaotik bir hareketin modellenerek tekrardan oluşturulabilmesi için yapay sinir ağları kullanılmıştır. Kaotik sinyaller, doğal ilişkiler, iletişim, şifreleme, finans, sağlık gibi birçok alanda ortaya çıkabilir. Yapay sinir ağları, bulanık model, hammerstein gibi modeller bu tip sinyalleri öngörmek ve form halinde matematiksel olarak hareketi modellemek için kullanılabilir. Bu hareket ikinci dereceden bir ters sarkacın hareketi, bilardo masasındaki topların hareketleri veya bu tip sistemlerin faz diyagramları da olabilir. Burada ise en temel olan Lorenz kaotik hareketinin faz diyagramı tercih edilmiştir. Ardışık görüntülerde izlenen nokta veya nesnenin görüntü pozisyonu görüntü işleme teknikleri ile belirlenmiştir. Bu görüntülerden elde edilen konum bilgisini kullanarak, NAR yapısı olan yapay sinir ağları geri yayılım algoritması ile eğitilmiştir. Bu NAR yapısı iki giriş ile iki çıkış olarak oluşturulmuş ve ilk katmanı 20, ikinci katmanı 10 ve üçüncü katmanı da 2 nöron içermektedir. Ardından bu yapay sinir ağları test edilerek tekrardan kaotik hareket videosu elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bazı kaotik işaretlerin, ardışıl görüntülerin veya videoların matematiksel olarak modellemek yerine yapay sinir ağları ile modellenip tekrardan üretilebilmesi sağlanmıştır.

In this article, a new algorithm that can encrypt data on TCP data segment by using a novel chaotic random number generator was developed. First of all, dynamic analyses of the chaotic system to be used were made and the original pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) with a new approach was designed. Key series produced by PRNG was tested on NIST and passed all the tests. The chaos-based encryption here was performed on TCP, one of the most fundamental protocols in data communication. Following this, TCP data segments were encrypted by the sender on bit base with key series produced by PRNG, and then they were decrypted by the receiver. Security level of the chaos-based encryption carried out here was tested with histogram, its key length, key sensitivity and entropy method. Memory and time usages were measured in performance analysis. So as to reveal the performance of the encryption, memory usage, encryption and decryption times were analyzed by comparison on different security algorithms. According to tests and analyses results, this chaos-based encryption has a high level of performance and security; and it is an original study that can be used in real-time implementations with TCP protocol. — In this article, a study on increasing security of audio data encryption with single and double dimension discrete-time chaotic systems was carried out and application and security analyses were executed. Audio data samples of both mono and stereo types were encrypted. In the application here, single and double dimension discrete-time chaotic systems were used. In order to enhance security during encryption, a different method was applied by also using a non-linear function. In the chaos based application realized with the method developed, analyses results were achieved with common security analyses such as key space, key sensitivity, chaos effect and histogram. Several examinations on the safety of chaotic systems in the application were carried out with these analyses results

Bu çalışmada Genetik Algoritmalar (GA) temel alınarak MATLAB ve.NET platformlarının bir arada kullanıldığı bir Windows uygulaması geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Uygulama konusu olarak da otomatik kontrol sistemleri için kontrolör tasarımı konusu seçilmiştir. Bu uygulama için MATLAB programının GA ve Builder NE araç kutularından yararlanılmış, arayüz ise Visual Studio programında tasarlanmıştır. Sonuçta P, PI, PID tipindeki kontrolörlerin katsayılarının GA ile optimize edilerek belirlendiği bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir., In this study, it is purposed that a windows application based on Genetic Algorithms (GA) is developed by using MATLAB and.NET platforms together. Controller design for automatic control systems has been choosen as the implementation field. For realizing the application, the GA and Builder NE tools of MATLAB programme have been utilized and the interface has been designed by Visual Studio. As the result, a software for determining the coefficients of P, PI and PID controllers by GA optimization has been developed.

06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında, literatürdeki şifreleme algoritmalarından daha hızlı ve güvenli olan kaos tabanlı bir şifreleme algortimasının tasarımı ile çoklu ortam verilerinin şifrelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tezin ilk aşamasında, literatürde olmayan yeni kaotik sistemlerin tasarım ve analizleri için; öngörülen sistemlerin denge noktaları bulunmuş, zaman serileri ve faz portreleri elde edilmiş, lyapunov üstelleri hesaplatılmış, parametre değişimine göre lyapunov üstellleri spektrumları ve çatallaşma diyagramları çizdirilmiştir. Ardından tasarlanan yeni kaotik sistemlere ait elektronik devreler modellenerek, ORCAD-PSpice simülasyonları ve deneysel olarak devre uygulamaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan tüm dinamik analizler, devre simülasyonları, devre gerçeklemelerine ait çıkışlar ve karşılaştırmalar ile sistemlerin kaotik yapıları ispatlanmış, daha iyi anlaşılmış ve denklemlere son halleri verilmiştir. İkinci aşamada, öncelikle sürekli zamanlı kaotik sistemler Runge Kutta-4 yöntemi ile ayrıklaştırılmış ve elde edilen sayılar ikili sayı formatına çevrilerek yeni ve özgün RSÜ tasarımları yapılmıştır. Tasarlanan RSÜ'ler uluslararası en üst standart olan NIST-800-22 ve FIPS-140-1 istatistiksel testlerinden başarıyla geçirilerek, yeni bir kaos tabanlı şifreleme algoritmasının geliştirilmesinde temel alınmıştır. Üçüncü aşamada; yeni kaotik RSÜ tabanlı özgün bir şifreleme algoritması geliştirilerek sinyal, metin, ses, resim ve video gibi farklı çoklu-ortam verileri ayrı ayrı şifrelenmiştir. Şifrelenen multimedya verilerinin korelasyon, histogram gibi güvenlik analizleri yapılarak başarımları ölçülmüştür. Son aşamada ise; AVR Studio 5.1 programı ile yeni kaotik RSÜ tabanlı özgün şifreleme yöntemi ile güncel literatürdeki bazı şifreleme yöntemleri, bellek ve hız bakımından karşılaştırılarak, gerçek ortam uygulamaları için performans değerlendirmeleri sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak; geliştirilen kaos tabanlı şifreleme yönteminin yeni ve özgün özellikleri şunlardır: dinamik yapısı karmaşık ve rasgeleliği yüksek yeni kaotik sistemler içermektedir, NIST-800-22 ve FIPS-140-1 rasgelelik testleri ile daha üstün rasgeleliğe sahip olan özgün RSÜ tabanlı bir yapıdadır, daha kolay ve hızlı işlenebilen bir algoritma yapısına sahip olduğundan diğer şifreleme algoritmalarına (AES, Skipjack, RC5, vb.) göre genel olarak daha hızlı, bellek olarak çok daha az yer kaplamakta ve en önemlisi de tüm çoklu ortam verilerini (ses, görüntü, video, metin, vb.) daha güvenli olarak şifrelemektedir. In this thesis, the encryption of multimedia data with the design of a new chaos based encryption algorithm, which is much more secure and faster than the encryption algorithm in the literature, is aimed. At the first stage of the thesis, to design and analyze the novel chaotic system, the equilibrium points are found, time series and phase portraits are acquired, lypapunov exponents of the systems are calculated, the spectrums of lypanov exponents with respect to the system parameters and bifurcation diagram of the systems are plotted. Then, the electronic circuit model of the designed chaotic systems are simulated in ORCAD-PSpice and the circuits are realized at the laboratory. At the second stage, the continuous time chaotic systems are discretized with Runge Kutta-4 numerical algorithm. The new novel RNGs are designed by converting the numbers obtained after the discretization process into binary. The RNGs pass the NIST-800-22 and FIPS-140-1 statistical tests, which are the highest international standards, successfully and then these RNGs are used as a base for developing a new chaos based encryption algorithm. At the third stage; by developing a new novel chaotic RNG based encryption algorithm, multimedia data like signal, text, audio, image and video is encrypted. Security analyses like correlation and histogram analysis, of the encrypted data are made to evaluate the performance of the encryption. At the last stage, the performance analyses of the new chaotic RNG based encryption algorithm and some encryption algorithms in the recent literature with are made AVR Studio 5.1 program and comparison with respect to speed and memory is done to present the evaluation of the performance of the new encryption algorithm for real time application. In conclusion; the novelty of the developed chaos based encryption method is: it consist chaotic systems with complex dynamic structure and high randomness, The designed original RNGs are more random structure with successfull NIST-800-22 and FIPS-140-1 statistical tests, due to the algorithm has a structure that is easier and faster to process, the new chaos based algorithm is faster and uses less memory than other encryption algorithm (AES, Skipjack, RC5) and more importantly for all type of the multimedia data(audio, image, video, text) the new chaos based encryption algorithm provides more reliable encryption than other algorithms.

In this study, engineering and engineering education have been described. Qualified engineering education, expected features of engineers of the future, adaptation of new technologies, the importance of theory and practice in education have been stressed. Technology faculties have been mentioned which opened in 2009 and started to engineering education. Issues have been emphasized which are required for a good engineering education can be carried out, various informations have been given which related to agencies that inspect engineering and technology education programs. Labor force analysis has been performed by mentioning some problems which emerge in engineering education according to graduated persons. Measures have been presented as results and recommendations which should be taken, Bu çalışmada, mühendislik ve mühendislik eğitiminin tanımı, kaliteli bir mühendislik eğitiminin önemi, geleceğin mühendislerinde aranan özellikler, gelişen yeni teknolojilere uyum, eğitimde teori ile pratiğin önemi üzerinde durulmuş ve 2009 yılında açılan mühendislik eğitimi vermeye başlayan teknoloji fakültelerinden bahsedilmiştir. Mühendislik eğitim sisteminin iyi bir şekilde yürütülebilmesi için gerekli olan hususlar üzerinde durularak mühendislik ve teknoloji eğitim programramlarını denetleyen bazı kuruluşlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ülkemizdeki mühendislik eğitiminde karşılaşılan bazı problemlerinden bahsedililerek eğitim sonucunda mezun durumuna göre mühendislik ile mühendislik işlerine yönelik işgücü analizi yapılmış ve alınması gereken tedbirler sonuç ve öneri niteliğinde sunulmuştur.

The importance of Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN), composed of small and intelligent devices, and capable of communicating in wireless medium, is increasing recently due to their allowing the monitoring of people health in daily life. The most important factor to provide required quality of service and ensure the energy efficiency is medium access protocol. Therefore, many studies on them were conducted in the literature. Some basic studies on this topic are summarized in this study to supply review of development activities and help for future studies., Kablosuz ortamda haberleşen, küçük boyutlu ve zeki aygıtlardan oluşan Kablosuz Vücut Alan Ağlarının (KVAA) önemi, insanların sağlık verilerinin günlük hayatta takip edilmesine olanak sağlaması sebebiyle gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. KVAA’ların gerekli hizmet kalitesini verebilmesi ve enerji etkinliğinin sağlanması için en önemli etken ortam erişim protokolleridir. Bu sebeple, literatürde konuyla ilgili gerçekleştirilmiş birçok çalışma bulunmaktadır. Sunulan çalışmada bu konuda yapılmış bazı temel çalışmalar geliştirme faaliyetleri hakkında değerlendirme yapmak ve gelecek çalışmalara yardımcı olmak amacıyla özetlenmiştir.

Haberleşmede güvenlik her zaman ön plandadır. İletişim sırasında veriler kötü niyetli kişiler tarafından ele geçirilebilir. Güvenli bir haberleşme için günümüze kadar birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Fakat teknolojinin her alanında olduğu gibi güvenlik alanında yapılan çalışmalarda da en iyi sonuç elde edilememiştir. Son yıllarda hızla ilerleme kaydeden sayısal elektronik teknolojisi sayesinde mikroişlemcili ve bilgisayar tabanlı birçok elektronik sistemin tasarımı ve uygulaması haberleşmeyi daha kolay ve güvenilir hale getirmiştir.Bu tez çalışmasında, kablosuz ortamda yüksek hızla çalışan ve diğer kablosuz haberleşme yöntemlerine göre maliyeti düşük olan IR tabanlı sistemlerin güvenliğini arttırmaya yönelik bir çalışma yapılmıştır. İlk olarak standart protokollerden farklı olarak SATE isimli yeni bir protokol tasarlanmıştır. Ardından güvenliği daha da artırmak için sisteme bir simetrik anahtar şifreleme yöntemi olan TEA blok şifreleme algoritması eklenmiştir. Son olarak ise, sistemin yetkisiz kişiler tarafından kullanılmasını önlemek ve kullanımı kolaylaştırmak amacıyla kullanıcı arayüzü eklenmiştir. Arayüz sayesinde sistemi sadece tanımlı kullanıcılar kullanabilecek ve yönetici tarafından kullanıcıların sistemi hangi sıklıkla ve ne zaman kullandıkları kontrol edilebilecektir. SATE protokolünün başarımı bellek boyutu ve çalışma performansı kriterlerine göre incelenerek var olan protokoller ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Security is always an important issue in communication. Communication data may be got by malicious people during communication. Many studies have been focused for safety communication until today. However, any studies in the field of security haven?t been reach perfection like all fields of technology. In recent years due to advancing digital electronic technology, communication has become easier and reliable.In this thesis, design and applications are performed to increase security in IR based systems, which can work at high speeds in wireless environment with low costs. Firstly, a new protocol is called SATE is designed instead of standard protocol. After TEA algorithm, which is a block encryption algorithm in symmetric key systems, is added to the system. Finally, a user interface implemented in the system to prevent unauthorized entries from transmitting circuit. This interface will accept users who are authorized to use system. With this interface administrator can check the user statistics such as usage rates and access times of users, and interfere the system if necessary. Success of SATE protocol is performed according to memory size and performance of work measures and then compared with existing protocols. 81

Although nitriding is a well-known surface hardening process there may arise certain problems depending on the location and use of nitrided parts. This study present the causes of problems observed in nitriding process in medium calibre gun barrels. Nitriding process was applied on real gun barrels and some specimens in varying furnace atmospheres. Firing tests of nitrided barrels was made and from the the ones which showed unexpected cracking, specimens were prepared and examined by means of mechanical test and metallographic methods (SEM, X-ray diffraction, optical and spectrial analyses). In this way, the effect of the structure of nitrided layer, the corner effect on groove-land, and the influence of roughness of internal surface of the barrel. In this paper, a multiscroll snap oscillator with hyperbolic tangent function is proposed. There is no limitation in the number of scrolls and it can be increased by proper choice of a specific function. The Lyapunov exponents of the proposed system are obtained to testify the chaotic behavior of the system. Fractional order multiscroll system is derived from its integer order model by using the Adams–Bashforth–Moulton algorithm. A new scheme is applied in order to investigate the synchronization of the multiscroll systems. The main objective of the paper is to propose a multiscroll attractor and show that the number of scrolls can be controlled by the only nonlinear function. Such systems are less investigated in the literatures and has many real time applications like image and voice encryption, random number generators, chaos based communication systems and so on.

Kesirli dereceden doğrusal olmayan bir sistem, tamsayılı dereceli doğrusal olmayan bir sistemden daha geniş, değişken bir düzene ve daha karmaşık dinamik davranışlara sahip olabilir. Kesirli dereceli doğrusal olmayan sistemler; karmaşık sistemlerin daha doğal ve gerçek özelliklerini ortaya çıkarır. Farklı kesir derecesine göre doğrusal olmayan sistemler farklı davranışlar sergileyebilir. Bu tez kapsamında yıllardır tamsayılı dereceden çalışılan doğrusal olmayan sistemlerin aksine farklı kesirli dereceden doğrusal olmayan bir sistemin elektronik devre tasarımları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç kapsamında öncelikle kesir derece için temel bir yöntem belirlenerek gerekli hesaplamalar sonucu elektronik devre tasarımları yapılmıştır. Kesir derecesine göre elektronik devre tasarımlarının kolaylıkla yapılabilmesi için Matlab ortamında bir arayüz tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu arayüz sayesinde kesir derecesine göre istenen devre tasarımı hızlı bir şekilde elde edilebilmektedir. Elde edilen devre tasarımları; simülasyon programı ve gerçek ortam elektronik devre çıkışları gözlemlenerek sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Tez sonucunda kesir derecelerin, doğrusal olmayan bir sistem çıkışında (zaman seri, faz portre) önemli değişikliklere sebep oldukları ve kesir derecesi azaltıldıkça doğrusal olmayan bir sistemin kaostan çıktığı, simülasyon ve gerçek ortam uygulamaları olarak gösterilmiştir. Fractional-order chaotic systems can have wider, variable order and more complex dynamic behavior than integer number ordersystems. Fractional-order non-linear systems display the natural and real properties of the complex systems. Non-linear systems may display different properties depending on different fractional-orders. Within the scope of this thesis, contrary to integer ordered chaotic sytems, electronic circuit design of different fractional-order chaotic systems are realized. With this purpose, initially, electronic circuit desings were carried out by defining a basic method for fractional orders. A MATLAB interface was designed to enable the construction of electronic circuits depending on the fractional-orders. Depending on the fractional-order, desired circuit design is obtained through this interface. Obtained circuit designs were compared through real electronic circuits and simulation programs. The results obtained from this thesis reveal that fractional-orders result in significant changes in non-linear system output (time series, phase portraits) and the system deviates from the chaos as the fractional-order of the non-linear system decrease which were shown through real environment applications and simulation results.

A simple jerk system with only one exponential nonlinearity is proposed and discussed. Dynamic analysis of the integer-order jerk system shows the existence of chaotic oscillations. A model for the fractional-order jerk system is derived. The Adomian decomposition method is used to analyse the fractional-order jerk system. Stability analysis of the fractional-order jerk system shows that chaotic oscillations exist in orders less than one and bifurcation analysis shows the range of fractional orders for periodic and chaotic oscillations. To show the randomness of the fractional-order jerk system, a pseudorandom number generator is designed and tested. The NIST-800-22 tests show that the proposed fractional-order jerk system is effective in showing randomness. Finally, an image hiding application to the audio data has been realized by using the developed RNG algorithm. The encrypted image is hidden by being embedded in the audio data, and then, on the receiver side, the data are recovered by taking the image data from the hidden audio file.
