The area of smallholder oil palm plantations is directly proportional to the amount of waste produced, the Maslahah Theory plays a role here as a way to overcome it. However, with the waste of palm oil skewers on CV. Agro Hijau Aek Torop can make palm oil skewer waste that was once considered waste into a staple material with economic value. This study aims to find out how the impact of the use of oil palm sticks on increasing the income of the community's economic welfare in Aek Torop District. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and then supported by literature studies. Results and research show that waste from palm oil produces finished goods of economic value such as bags, plates, serving hoods & baskets and thus can have a positive impact on the surrounding community by opening new jobs for the surrounding community so that it can increase community productivity and reduce the unemployment rate.

Para peneliti telah melakukan percobaan terhadap bahan-bahan lain yang sifatnya sama seperti semen, seperti limbah cangkang tiram. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa penggantian semen 10% dan FAS (Faktor Air Semen) 0,50 mampu meningkatkan kuat tekan beton. Pada penelitian ini, akan ditambahkan material lain ke dalam semen tersebut yaitu serat roving (serat gypsum), bertujuan mengurangi retak yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan limbah cangkang tiram sebesar 10% dan penambahan serat roving sebesar 5%, 10%, dan 15% ke dalam semen terhadap kuat tekan beton. Benda uji berupa silinder (15 cm x 30 cm) berjumlah 20 unit. Limbah cangkang tiram berasal dari Krueng Neng, Aceh Besar. Serat roving didapatkan dari toko bahan bangunan di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan metode ACI 211.1-91 (American Concrete Institute) dan ASTM (American Society for Testing and Material). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan beton normal sebesar 22,05 MPa. Sedangkan kuat tekan beton dengan substitusi serat roving dan cangkang tiram adalah 25,16 MPa, 30,59 MPa, dan 30,70 MPa. Kuat tekan beton yang dikombinasikan meningkat dibandingkan dengan kuat tekan beton normal.

كانت المسألة في هذا البحث ترجع خلفية هذا البحث على وهي: ما هي الإضافة وما معانيها، وفي أي آيات الإضافة الموجودة في سورة الفتح من الآية الأولى إلى العاشرة .وكان نوع هذا البحث دراسة مكتبية، أي يجمع الباحث الكتب المتعلقة بالموضوع ثم يقرأها ثم يحلل تحليلا دراسة وصفية. وبعد ذالك يجمع الباحث الإضافة الموجودة في سورة الفتح لمعرفة معانيها عند دراسة علم النحو. وآلة البيانات هي طريقة التحليل النوعي أو يسمى أيضا مكتبة البحوث. بعد ما قام الباحث الدراسة فوجد الباحث النتائج من هذا البحث عن معانى الإضافة تنقسم إلى اللامية والبيانية والظرفية والتشبيهية، وفي الناحية الأخرى فيها الإضافة اللفظية والمعنوية. ومن الإضافة اللامية، وهي ما كانت على تقدير "اللام" وتفيد الملك أو الاختصاص، خمس كلمات يعنى في آية: 2، 4، 5، 9، 10. ومن الإضافة البيانية، وهي ما كانت على تقدير "من"، واحدة كلمة يعنى في آية: 5. ومن الإضافة الظرفية، وهي ما كانت على تقدير "في" وضابطها أن يكون المضاف إليه ظرفا زمانا كان أو مكانا للمضاف، ثلاث كلمات يعنى في آية: 4، 6، 7. والإضافة التشبيهية وهي ما كانت على تقدير "كاف التَّشبيه". وضابطها أن يضاف المشبّه به إلى المشبّه. كل من الإضافة اللامية والبيانية والظرفية في سورة الفتح من الآية الأولى إلى العاشرة هي الإضافة المعنوية، لأنّ المضاف فيها غير وصف إلى معموله.

This study aims to analyze the challenges of the dual banking system during macroeconomic fluctuations. By using the default probability mapping method and macroeconomic stress testing, we can measure the stability of the financial system through credit calculation. In addition, by using the stress test method, we can find information about the characteristics of the financial system in crises and its financial-related assistance in the financial system. Considering if a financial system can detect it early, the government can take preventative measures to minimize the consequences. The results of the study show that Islamic banking has a higher default probability than conventional banking. So it can be concluded that the current stability of Islamic banking is not better than conventional banking. Our findings suggest that inflation is only a macroeconomic variable that has a high level of sensitivity to the default probability of banks. Moreover, Islamic and conventional banking have different responses to the sensitivity of inflationary interventions.

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efek pemberian pakan terbatas dan tepung bawang putih terhadap kadar protein dan kolesterol daging ayam pedaging. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan ayam pedaging sebanyak 72 ekor yang dibagi atas empat perlakuan: Perlakuan I, diberikan pakan basal dan tidak diberikan tepung bawang putih, Perlakuan II, diberikan pakan basal dan diberikan tepung bawang putih 3 mg/ekor/hari, Perlakuan III setiap 4 hari diberikan pakan basal, selang 1 hari dipuasakan (24 jam), dan tidak diberikan tepung bawang putih, Perlakuan IV, setiap 4 hari diberikan pakan basal, selang 1 hari puasa (24 jam), dan saat pemuasaan diberikan tepung bawang putih 3 mg/ekor/hari. Pemuasaan dilakukan mulai umur 15 hari. Masing-masing perlakuan terdiri atas tiga ulangan. Pemberian tepung bawang putih dilakukan dengan cara dicampurkan kedalam pakan komersil dan diberikan selama dua kali (pagi dan sore). Pengambilan sampel ayam pada umur 36 hari. Variabel yang diamati yaitu: kadar protein dan kadar kolestrol daging. Data dianalisis dengan analisis varian dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan terbatas dan tepung bawang putih tidak berpengaruh nyata (P0.05) terhadap kadar protein dan kolesterol daging. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan terbatas dan tepung bawang putih tidak meningkatkan kadar protein dan tidak menurunkan kadar kolesterol daging ayam pedaging. This study aimed to determine the effect administration restricted feeding and garlic powder on the protein and meat cholesterol.. This study used chicken broiler as much as 72 chicks which were divided into four treatments: The first treatment, the chicks were given commercial feed ad libitum and withouth garlic powder, the second treatment, the chick were given commercial feed ad libitum and supplemented by garlic powder 3 mg/ head/day, the third treatment every 4 days given feed ad libitum, an interval of one-day fasting (24 hours), and are not given garlic powder, treatment IV, every 4 days given feed ad libitum, an interval of one-day fasting (24 hours), and when fasting given garlic powder 3 mg / head / day. Every treatment consisterd on tree reapeated. Garlic powder mixed into comercial feed and given twice a day. (morning and afternoon). Taken chicks sample done when the chicks aged of 36 days. Variables observed were: protein and cholesterol. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance followed by Duncan test level of 5%. The results showed that feeding is limited and garlic powder not significantly (P 0.05) on protein and cholesterol.

The development of financing of the Islamic banking can not be separated from the role of the accounts officer who became most important marketing personnel on the financial product. By running the functions and role of an account officer at Islamic banking financing the improvement can be realized. It was proven that the increase in 2013 amounted to 80,85% of the total disbursements of Islamic banking or Rp 135, 58 trillion invested in financing activities. Growth is directed to financing the real sector in the form of financing (mudarabah and musharakah), accounts receivable (murabaha, istisna, and qardh), and in the form of ijarah financing. The development financing in 2013 still dominated murabahah receivables amounting to Rp 80,95 trillion or 59.71% followed musharakah financing that amounted to Rp 25,21 trillion (18.59%) and mudarabah financing amounting to Rp 11,44 trillion (8.44%), and qardh receivables amounting to Rp 11,19 trillion (8.25%). Factor of quality accounts officer was instrumental in supporting the development of Islamic banks, and on the one hand improve the ability of the real sector in employment.

The Reddish Scops-Owl (Otus rufescens) is a Near Threatened Sunda endemic associated with lowland closed-canopy forests. We radio-tracked the male Reddish Scops-Owl of a breeding pair in the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve in southwestern Peninsular Malaysia from July to September 2019. From a total of 137 radio fixes, and based on its minimum convex polygon, harmonic mean, and kernel density estimations, the home range of this bird was estimated as 1.31-2.16 ha, with 2 roosts found within this area. Its movement was 39.13 [+ or -] 3.27 m h~' in the understory forest strata (1-5 m tall) and mostly close to bamboo clumps. We discuss the possible niche partitioning and interspecific interactions of this owl. Received 8 February 2021. Accepted 7 December 2021. De un total de 137 radioposiciones, y basados en su poligono minimo convexo, media armonica y estimacion de densidad kernel, el ambito hogareno de este btiho fue estimado en 1.31-2.16 ha, con 2 donnideros encontrados en esta area. A variety of natural and human-induced factors can trigger landslides. A combination of these factors, with several key factor characteristics, may increase the risk of landslides. This paper reviews the comprehensive conditioning factors that contribute to landslide occurrence. Landslide occurrence varied with the conditioning factors and has been documented in response to the need to understand and mitigate the risks associated with these natural events. Twenty-six conditioning factors were identified in landslide occurrences from 16 articles reviewed using a systematic literature review with PRISMA guidelines. All 16 articles study landslides: Malaysia (66% of the article), Indonesia (13% of the article), Vietnam, Philippines and Brazil (7% of the article for each country) mostly applied the conditioning factors for landslides susceptibility map modeling. The discussion of this work focuses on the conditioning factor of landslides in tropical forests. This study is crucial in improving risk assessment and developing effective mitigation and management strategies. In addition, the information from this study can be used in future studies to develop and validate models that simulate landslide processes under different conditions and are essential for predicting potential landslide events and their impacts. The Ottoman Mashaf has several streams in the selection of point markings on the Hija’iyyah letters. These differences in flow indirectly cause confusion among the people who do not know about the differences in the marking of letter dots in the mashaf. From the letters Hija'iyyah, the letter Ba’ became the focus of the study based on the earlier order compared to the other four letters in the category. This study aims to obtain more detailed and accurate information so that there is no ambiguity in the community. This is a qualitative study. The findings of the study are sourced from documentation and history that are analyzed using text and content analysis methods. The results of the study found that the reason the letter Ba’ was given only one dot at the bottom was because of three factors out of a total of four factors. In conclusion, the letter Ba’ was found to have its own uniqueness compared to other Hija'iyyah letters in terms of mashaf marking trends. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of the Entrepreneurship Module which consists of nine activities (Introduction to Technology Entrepreneurship, Business Opportunities and Creativity and Innovation, Small and Medium Enterprises, Business Models, Business Planning, Marketing, Research and Development, Research and Development Commercialization), Intellectual Property Management).Data were obtained through a survey using two sets of questionnaires. The content validity questionnaire was completed by eight experts (two module experts and six field experts) while the reliability questionnaire set was distributed to 30 undergraduate students at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Selection of respondents using purposeful sampling method. Module reliability is based on Cronbach’s Alpha value, while module validity is based on percentage calculation. Expert evaluation shows that the module tested has a high content validity of more than 70 percent. Similarly with the reliability analysis, the Cronbach’s Alpha value exceeding 0.7 indicates that the module reliability is high. The findings of the study can be concluded that all sub-modules for the Technology Entrepreneurship Module have high validity and reliability and are ready to be implemented for effectiveness testing. Improving Maharoh Kalam is a must for Arabic learners at all levels. This paper describes the teacher's attempt in improving the Maharoh Kalam of elementary school students based on the Tahfidz Qur'an. The researchers adopt a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method at Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Daarul Ukhuwwah Elementary School in Malang. The results of the research indicate that a) the learning strategy while playing totally attracts the students’ attention to the Arabic learning subject, b) the Arabic language learning program must be followed by teachers and students, and c) the obstacles found from the late submission of Mufrodat. The findings of the research indicate the positive impact that arises from the game-based Arabic language learning process comes from the students who are able to communicate the Arabic language with their teachers and friends. Schools, teachers, and students’ guardians can be more synergized so that students' speaking skills can be effective.
