This research aims to develop a digital-based learning evaluation model for Senior High School students. This research method used a design research approach with a development study type. This research followed the model developed by Tessmer, which includes the stages of preliminary and formative evaluation. The formative evaluation stage encompasses self-evaluation, prototyping (expert review, one-to-one, and small group), as well as field testing. The data collection techniques for this research involved interviews and questionnaires, with data analysis conducted through both quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study indicated that the material validation score was 95.33%, categorized as "very feasible," the language validation score was 93%, also categorized as "very worthy," and the media validation score was 93%, categorized as "very worthy." The results of the response test obtained from the initial trial showed a response from educators of 88% and from students of 87.22%, both categorized as very worthy. Meanwhile, the results from the small group trial indicated a response from educators of 93.89%, also categorized as very worthy, and a response from students of 92.17%, which is again categorized as very worthy. It is clear that Senior High School teachers and students can benefit much from using the digital-based learning evaluation paradigm.

This study investigates the perspective of non-formal education leaders in Jambi province, Indonesia on the implementation of Merdeka curriculum policies in non-formal education providing equal education service managed by the community. Six leaders were selected using purposive sampling and data was collected through open-ended telephone interviews and one-on-one meetings. The findings revealed that the leaders had interesting experiences implementing the new curriculum, with a focus on providing non-formal education units. However, there were challenges in translating the curriculum structures into the operational curriculum of educational units, especially for students who are not of school age. The leaders suggested socialization, assistance, and training actively pour the curriculum into the operational curriculum. They also recommended support from the government in the form of material and non-material support. Further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the policies and strategies used by non-formal education units in the implementation of the new curriculum, including those managed by the government and community, and to compare the implementation in non-formal and formal education units.

Philosophy is a process of reasoning in thinking to make a conclusion to gain knowledge, because humans are thinking creatures, every attitude and action must come from knowledge based on the thinking process. Until now, the position of legal science is still debated because law is perspective and normative, the characteristics of legal science are doubtful in social science or humanities because it has its own characteristics, called sui generis. This research aims to examine the characteristics of legal science as sui generis from the perspective of the philosophy of science. The research method uses normative juridical with secondary data analysis that is related with the problem in a descriptive-qualitative with a philosophy of science perspective. The results showed that the parameters of sui generis can be seen from the perspective of normative science, terminology in a broad and narrow sense, the type and scope of knowledge in normative science and empirical science, also layers of legal science in the form of legal dogmatics, legal theory, and legal philosophy law. Legal science need to understand the history of development of law as the key to identifying sui generis characteristics through analysis of legal theory, legal concepts, and legal principles philosophically in certain conceptual viewpoints as fundamental to legal science, apart from that, legal research is also needed.

Teachers are one of the main factors for the success of education. Parents play an important role in the task and are responsible for the formation of children's character both physically and spiritually. As educators, teachers are the main actors who walk side by side with parents and other important elements. This research analyzes the teachers' perception about English online learning design and the parents' perception about English online learning design at SMP Negeri 01 Seputih Surabaya. This research used a qualitative approach. The results showed that: 1) The teacher's perception of the implementation of online learning in English shows that the teacher feels that online learning is difficult to apply especially in shaping the character of students because teachers are less able to monitor and supervise students directly, lack facilities that support online learning, and teachers also complain that in delivering learning materials, students find it difficult to understand the lessons being taught. 2) Parents' perceptions of the implementation of online English learning show the ineffectiveness of online learning, this is due to parents who feel that their children are not optimal when studying and are still having problems while studying. The present pandemic that is caused by COVID-19 and previously by the clone of the methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) has threatened human life. This condition requires materials that can break the chain of transmission from human to human and from the environment to human. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of alcohol-based hand antiseptic using WHO-recommended formulation based on the stability of the formulation, the risk of irritation, and the ability to kill bacteria. Assessments on the presence of rancidity, clarity, discoloration, final alcohol content, and skin irritation risk were done to know the quality of the product. Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was used to assess the percentage of bacterial killing power. The selected bacteria were bacteria that are commonly found in the hospital environment. The results showed that from four variants tested, MK.IV had good stability compared to other formulations. In terms of irritation risk, twenty-three selected subjects could well tolerate the formula. The results of the killing efficacy against MRSA showed that the antiseptic could kill 99.90% of the bacteria at the 1st, 2nd, and 5th minute. A selected manufacturer's product also showed the same killing efficacy at the 1st, 2nd, and 5th minute. The effective value of the antiseptic for each contact time was ≥ 90%.

The rapidly growing cosmetic industry has caused intense competition for both legal and illegal cosmetic products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure the influence of social factors on interest in buying and using fake cosmetic products, explore the basic causes of consumers buying and using fake cosmetic products, and measure the influence of personal factors on interest in buying and using fake cosmetic products in the city community. Poor. This type of research is a survey research, namely research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument. Thus, this research is categorized as explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method, then the data is processed through SPSS software. The analytical tool in this study uses linear regression.

Indonesia has a large fishery resource, since most of the area covered by oceans. Therefore, the availability of national fish is enough to support the needs of the fish processing industry. The fishery potential can be a challenge for the people of the coastal area to convert it into a product that has economic value added. The potential of fishery resources in the coastal south, Village Sitiarjo, District Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang district has not received empowerment program well. The majority of people in the region still lags behind economically. The Community Service Program was aimed to make economic empowerment of the target society of SME-based on fish meatballs production and drinking water depots. The implementation methods were carried out in several stages: data collection, planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and final evaluation. The model implemented was intensive training and assistance to obtain the maximum output corresponding to the objectives of the community service program. The results of this community service are to encourage the fish processing industry in the area to improve people's welfare and to overcome the problem of the water crisis in the target communities.

Coronavirus spread around the world affects many things. Education is one of many affected sectors. Indonesia is a country which mostly effected by Coronavirus. Thousand students throughout the nations left the schools and start adapting a distance learning. It forces all teachers and students to learn and adapt to online learning. English teaching materials play a role in providing students with contextual knowledge. By far, English learning materials have only been inserted about moral values and other values. Though, English teaching materials are considered possible to be a means of learning students on issues related to disaster education. This research investigates the media platforms and materials used by English teachers during the pandemic in vocational high schools in East Lampung. The study used Cross-sectional Designs Survey with questionnaires as data collection techniques. Participants of 27 vocational schools of English teachers. The survey was done in the beginning of first semester. The aims are to know the materials and platforms which are used also to see the teachers’ understanding regarding the disaster education during a global pandemic. The findings gained are (1) Most teachers use WhatsApp in providing teaching materials. (2) The majority of respondents were aware of disaster education but only limited to COVID issues. (3) English teachers have not understood the overall disaster education. There are three main suggestions of this current work : Incorporating of teaching materials integrated with disaster education, environmental, and natural issues. Maximizing the fore on the application of online learning. Enhancing of disaster education at all levels of education.

This study aims to map the use of access points based on the log of usage in several locations in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The analyzed data are access point records taken three times a day for one week working hours. The data obtained was processed and clustered using the K-Means algorithm. There are five clusters obtained from the processed data, each of which divides the number of access loads from an access point. The results of clustering provide a recommendation on which locations need to be added to access points that it can improve institutional user services.

FIFA 15 and Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) 15 are soccer games that are popular in Indonesia. Usability testing needs to be done to assess user interest and satisfaction with both and provide an overview of the comparison of them. The framework used for testing is McCall’S. The test combines operability matrix and training matrix to determine software quality. McCall’S was chosen because it has a reliable and comprehensive quality factor indicators. The results of the tests carried out were data on the operability level of PES15 games of 76.81% ± 15.76% and FIFA15 games of 70.65% ± 20.73%. Testing of training matrices produced 15.96 ± 21.74 seconds for PES15 and 78.29 ± 25.73 seconds for FIFA15 game training matrix. The data shows that reusability of PES15 is better than FIFA15.

An objective process is needed in the selection of Bidikmisi Scholarship in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, so the selected recipients are not misdirected and meet the established criteria. At present, the process is still manual so it requires a long time and triggers some errors. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ongoing selection process. The method used is Profile Matching. The method matches the profile of the new registrant with the ideal profile of the scholarship recipient. The matching results will provide recommendations for applicants who are eligible to award Bidikmisi Scholarships. There are 4 aspects used for calculations: parents, students, house and the interview. From these aspects, it will be divided into 28 criteria with a range of criteria according to the predetermined criteria. System testing is done by Alpha and Beta testing, the results show that the system can function properly as expected. The system provides results as recommendations for candidates through ranking from the final results of system calculations.

This article reviews some literature in theoretical level regarding two concepts: governance network and government transparency, in order to search for theoretical linkages and to build an alternative framework that can support the implementation of public disclosure. Transparency agenda has been implemented in various forms at international, national, and local level. Transparency application was also followed by Indonesia with the implementation of Public Information Disclosure Law since 2008. This enthusiasm is quite reasonable because transparency is believed to be one of the human rights principles; as well as a key to better governance, that can help democracy consolidation, prevent corruption, strengthen the legitimacy and improve efficiency. In order to maximize transparency, the government can use a network approach because of some changes at this time, such as democratization, decentralization, and liberalization has placed the government in a position where there is not one actor who manages the state power without stakeholder’s participation. In this context, the government needs to build synergies with other institutions in a reciprocal relationship with all stakeholders. Therefore, adopting the theory of government networks can be one of the strategies to strengthen government transparency. The findings of this article indicate that the government transparency application needs to develop networks in all directions: intragovernmental, intergovernmental and collaborative networks. These three types of network in contrast with the popular belief that government transparency is interpreted only as a procedural activity to outside parties. A preliminary model in this article gives an overview about the arena of government transparency with multi-directional networks more comprehensively.

The purpose of this research is to know which method is more appropriate in the application of user interfaces. A data collection method used in this research is the literature study. This literature study method is done by reading books, scientific journals, papers, and using internet media as a source of information. Based on the research conducted it can be concluded that from both methods it has advantages and disadvantages. Grayscale method is good for fast processing and image processing. While the depth method is good for applications that require a high level of accuracy and require high resources.

Hijaiyah letters are letters used in the writing of the Holy Qur'an. In learning hijaiyah letters, many children still have difficulties so alternative learning methods are needed to make children more interested in recognizing hijaiyah letters. Interactive hijaiyah learning using electronic media is also still rare. Of the several hijaiyah letter recognition applications which are available, it is also limited in the use of certain operating systems. This research uses the waterfall method. The technology used to build web-based games in this study is HTML5 because HTML5 has the advantage of the flexibility to run on various platforms through a browser. In addition, this application does not require an installation process like other applications, but simply by accessing the web page, the application can be used. The results of this study are Hijaiyah Match games that can be run on various operating systems through a browser. The test results show that this application can help children learn hijaiyah letters.

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Technology) can help humans in processing data into information with design resembling the performance of the human brain. ANN adopts 5 aspects of human capability: Memorization, Generalization, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Tolerance in its application. ANN proves to be effective in pattern recognition. Researchers developed an application implementing ANN to recognize Java Pegon Letter pattern. The research uses 160 image data, divided into 100 training data (consisting of 5 normal images for each character) and 60 test data (consisting of 1 normal data, 1 data is not complete/corrupt, and 1 data with noise) for each character. The data obtained from the processed captures, so all of data have the same dimensions and size: 100x100 pixels. All data is processed through preprocessing and extraction stages. Furthermore, the data result is used in training stage to recognize the pattern of Java Pegon by applying the Learning Vector Quantization method. The application can recognize Java pegon pattern very well. The application can recognize 100% of training data and test data. This application also has the ability to recognize abnormal data very well, such as data with noise or corrupted data.

Indonesian hold a fundamental role in the communication. There is ambiguous problem in its machine learning implementation. In the Natural Language Processing study, Part of Speech (POS) tagging has a role in the decreasing this problem. This study use the Rule Based method to determine the best word class for ambiguous words in Indonesian. This research follows some stages: knowledge inventory, making algorithms, implementation, Testing, Analysis, and Conclusions. The first data used is Indonesian corpus that was developed by Language department of Computer science Faculty, Indonesia University. Then, data is processed and shown descriptively by following certain rules and specification. The result is a POS tagging algorithm included 71 rules in flowchart and descriptive sentence notation. Refer to testing result, the algorithm successfully provides 92 labeling of 100 tested words (92%). The results of the implementation are influenced by the availability of rules, word class tagsets and corpus data.

Digital image processing is a field that is being cultivated by many researchers at this time because it is interesting to apply to various activities, both analysis and production activities. One branch of the digital image is pattern recognition. This study uses Tesseract as a tool to recognize patterns from Hiragana letters. This study was conducted to find out how much Tesseract was able to recognize a Japanese text and handwritten text. This study uses 1 image as training data containing 74 Hiragana letters which are processed through training for each letter. This study has several testing criteria based on font size and resolution to find the best results in pattern recognition. This pattern recognition system is able to do data training and recognize 74 Hiragana letters using the Tesseract Engine. The system can also recognize images with the best success percentage of 98.24% with an image resolution of 200dpi (dots per inch) at size 18. This system can also recognize handwritten images with the best percentage of success of 90% with 200dpi image resolution.

The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.
