The main driver of organization development and competitive advantage is innovation. The increases in change in a variety of business sectors throughout the world, demand that businesses and institutions come up with innovative solutions to problems in order to perform well. In this paper, a bibliometric analysis is conducted to determine the evolution of publications on innovative work behaviour. Purpose: This bibliometric analysis aims to have a deeper understanding and advanced knowledge about 'innovative behavior' both theoretical and recent research developments using the Scopus database. The study was carried out to see the patterns in publication between 2010-2023, authors, journals, countries, academic discipline, research institutes/universities, and various keywords relevant to 'innovative behavior' were used as search words. Design/methodology/approach: Our sample is composed and gathered of all the documents from the Scopus database for the period 2010-2023. The data was taken to get to know the volume of the publication, the most productive countries, the most productive journal and the most influential and productive authors, the most influential and productive author, and the most document affiliation. Findings: The results of this study have identified that innovative work behaviour has grown exponentially in Pakistan, China, and Malaysia. The analysis also reveals the most cited authors and papers, including the most frequent subject area in this research, highlighting that current trends studied are in the area of business and management and social sciences. Practical implications: This analysis has direct implications for academics in positioning their future research in innovative work behaviour as it is very necessary among employees to face the dynamic business environment. Potential research directions are also provided by suggesting specific research themes and conceptual approaches. Employee creativity serves as a source of original ideas that the team or the entire business may use, and it is crucial to the survival and sustainability of the organization. Originality/value: This study has direct implications for academics in positioning their future research. The increasing importance of the assessment of scientific production has also made bibliometric studies have significant implications for universities and policymakers. Purpose: This article shall examine the importance of communication management strategies in addressing the internal communication crises. Customer service officers who are satisfied are less likely to quit, neglect work, and produce defective products, and they are more likely to remain loyal to the bank. Effective communication management is essential for attaining employee satisfaction. Additionally, organizations need to use communication management strategies to make sure that the appropriate information reached the right people at the right time. Design/methodology/approach: The researcher plan to study the importance of communication management strategies in addressing internal communication crises among customer service officers in Malaysia. Findings: The study's findings are anticipated to serve as a paradigm for communication management practices in the financial services industry's handling of internal communication crises. By devising the Communication Management Strategies Model for internal communication crisis management, organizations can mitigate the negative effects of such crises, such as employee stress, anxiety, and low morale. Research limitations: The following studies should prioritize the examination of sectors, such as the tourism sector, oil and gas, or financial services industry. Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influence of job demands on academicians' mental health in selected public universities in Malaysia. Findings: This study examined the effects of job demand on academics' mental health in Malaysian public universities using the JD-R model. Given that employee happiness was strongly correlated with mental health, it is crucial to pay a particular attention to how job demands can lead to stressful life events and other detrimental outcomes Research limitations/implications: This study may bring to the developing guidelines for workload management, implementing mental health support programs, and creating a more supportive work environment. The comparison across institutions can be done and may lead to the interdisciplinary collaboration which can offer comprehensive insights and solutions. However, some research implications and limitations associated with this study such as the sampling bias, self-reported data, as this study is a cross-sectional design and Findings from a specific study may not be fully generalizable to all academicians due to differences in disciplines, institutions, and cultural contexts. Practical implications: Studying the influence of job demand on the mental health of academicians has several practical implications, both for individuals working in academia and for institutions and policymakers as it increased awareness and self-care among academicians, allowing early intervention implementation, improving workplace policies, reducing stigma, improving employee's productivity, expansion of research in this topic, and many more. It can lead to improved mental well-being, productivity, and the overall quality of education and research in academia. Originality/value: Focusing on public universities in Malaysia adds a unique contextual dimension to the study. Malaysia has its own educational system, cultural factors, and socioeconomic conditions that can influence job demands and mental health in distinct ways compared to studies conducted in other countries. It can provide insights specific to the Malaysian context, inform policy decisions, enhance the work environment, and ultimately contribute to the well-being of both academicians and students in the Malaysian higher education system. Purpose: This study aims to unravel the influences on academic performance among faculty members in Malaysian public universities, with a specific focus on burnout. By examining the factors contributing to burnout and its impact on academic performance, this research sheds light on the complexities of the relationship. Design/methodology/approach: The sample included 431 academicians from 20 universities. The study focused on job demands, perceived job burnout, job resources, and religious personality. Questionnaires were adapted from previous studies, and the Job Demands-Resources theory of burnout guided the research design. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 with structural equation modeling. Finding: The results showed that all factors significantly predicted the variables. Perceived job burnout was moderate (mean score: 3.16) and mediated the relationship between job demands and performance. Religious personality moderated the relationship between job demands and burnout, while job resources moderated the relationship between job demands and performance. Research limitations/implications: The study recommends further research in different institutions to validate and expand the knowledge on job burnout among academicians, as it affects various aspects of academic performance in tertiary institutions.
