La internacionalización en la formación es una oportunidad para el alumnado que las universidades tratan de potenciar por el beneficio recíproco que representa, tanto para establecer lazos con otras instituciones universitarias y promover colaboraciones, como por la experiencia académica y vital que supone para el alumnado y el profesorado universitario. Afortunadamente, estos dos últimos cursos, se ha vuelto a incrementar la movilidad, con unos datos incluso más elevados que antes de la pandemia. Se revisa la situación de la movilidad en estos últimos cursos y cómo esta colabora en el desarrollo de las competencias vinculas a los Grados en Pedagogía y en Educación Social, y en la potenciación de la coordinación de movilidad y del profesorado. Internationalization in education is an opportunity for students that universities try to promote for the reciprocal benefit it represents, both for establishing ties with other university institutions and promoting collaborations, as well as for the academic and life experience it provides for students and university faculty. Fortunately, in the last two years, mobility has increased again, with even higher figures than before the pandemic. Isabel Pardo Baldoví - 0000-0002-8630-0818, Las fallas de Valencia, fiesta popular y reconocida como Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO (2016), representan temáticas sociales, culturales y políticas. Este año, la falla de la Sección Especial Convento Jerusalén – Matemático Marzal con el lema “Agenda 2030” y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible -ODS-, obtiene el primer premio de su sección otorgado por la Junta Central Fallera, por tanto, la mejor falla de Valencia 2022. Sorprende gratamente que el artista fallero y la comisión hayan elegido este tema para la falla, difundiendo de este modo la temática de los ODS a la población de la ciudad, sus visitantes y de modo global, ya que es una fiesta conocida internacionalmente. Se realiza una entrevista al artista fallero para conocer la elección de la temática y su planteamiento, y a partir de las fotos realizadas por la autora se diseña una propuesta didáctica y un material educativo y visual para la formación inicial de educadores/as y docentes, convirtiendo un arte efímero como son las fallas, en un recurso educativo que se puede prolongar en el tiempo. Los resultados indican que para difundir los ODS es posible utilizar diferentes recursos, como las fallas. Concienciar de la necesidad de la Agenda 2030 por este medio, es muy importante., The fallas of Valencia, a popular festival and recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO (2016), represent social, cultural, and political themes. This year, the failure of the Jerusalem Convent Special Section - Mathematician Marzal with the motto "Agenda 2030" and the Sustainable Development Goals -ODS-, obtains the first prize of its concession section by the Fallera Central Board, therefore, the best Falla de Valencia 2022. It is pleasantly surprising that the Falla artist and the commission have chosen this theme for the Falla, thus disseminating the theme of the SDGs to the population of the city, its visitors and globally, since it is a festival internationally known. An interview with the Fallas artist is carried out to find out the choice of theme and its approach, and based on the photos taken by the author, a didactic proposal and educational and visual material is designed for the initial training of educators and teachers, turning an ephemeral art such as Fallas, in an educational resource that can be extended over time. The results indicate that to spread the SDGs it is possible to use different resources, such as failures. La educación ambiental está muy consolidada en la actualidad tras un recorrido de varias décadas. Pero los factores que inciden en la sostenibilidad (medio ambiente, economía y social) hacen que la educación ambiental ha de presentar una interrelación con otros factores, y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) presentan un marco imprescindible hoy en la educación. Por tanto, se propone la continuidad de la educación ambiental en su espacio específico de intervención pero con una apertura a los aspectos que recogen los ODS, las personas, el planeta, la prosperidad, los pactos y la paz. Para ello se presenta la metodología del Aprendizaje Servicio como válida para el desarrollo de la educación para la sostenibilidad y los ODS.

This project is an attempt to improve the academic inclusion of students in a group of curricular diversification of compulsory secondary education. The project to set up a children's theater show has made possible to put into practice the skills and stimulate learning: inclusion, coexistence, teamwork, equal opportunities. This experience has meant a meeting between formal and non-formal education and involving students in the reality of their environment. It has become an opportunity to involve students in their community and to foster intergenerational contact. The students participating in the experience show their satisfaction with the work done. Thus, they collaborated in the learning of the little ones and they were involved in a very decided way. Likewise, the project has also served to improve one's self-concept. Our proposal is thus linked to Learning-Service, as it combines the learning process of the students with the service to the community, with the intention of improving their immediate environment, and with the social learning of the actors in the educational scenario. Confirming both this difficulty and the need to overcome it for a more optimal performance led us to launch a Service-Learning Project (APS) that included the work of curricular contents and at the same time became a motivation for students, Influencing their self-esteem and involvement in the community. Se ha realizado un estudio empírico con una muestra de profesores de la Universidad de Valencia para analizar las ideas y actitudes del profesorado respecto a la introducción de la sostenibilidad en los planes de estudio universitarios. La metodología utilizada conforma una estructura descriptivo-exploratoria y evaluativa basada en un diseño de encuesta. Los datos objetivos nos permiten describir la situación de partida en relación con la introducción de la sostenibilidad en los currículos universitarios En este artículo nos centramos en el análisis de las respuestas del profesorado sobre su percepción y sus conocimientos previos en relación con cuestiones ambientales., An empirical study has been done with a sample of teachers from the University of Valencia (Spain) to analyse these teachers’ ideas and attitudes about introducing sustainability into university study curricula. A descriptive-exploratory methodology based on a survey design was used. The objective data enable us to describe the baseline situation in relation to introducing sustainability into university currícula. Here we focus on analysing the teachers’ answers in terms of their perception and their former knowledge in relation to environmental issues.

La finalidad del estudio se dirige a integrar la perspectiva de la sostenibilidad en las titulaciones de enseñanza superior a través de la incorporación de actividades en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, que faciliten el desarrollo de compete

Se ha realizado un estudio sobre las Competencias Generales y Específicas para la Sostenibilidad en los planes de estudio de los grados del área de Ciencias de la Universitat de València1. La metodología aplicada es de tipo descriptivo y empírico. Se ha construido un tesauro para la recogida de datos, que contempla los temas prioritarios de la Declaración de la Década de la Educación para el Desarrollo Sostenible y se ha desarrollado una herramienta de análisis, la construcción de una base de datos relacional.Se hace una propuesta para la inclusión en las competencias generales de todos los grados de Competencias para la Sostenibilidad.

Las af latoxinas y ocratoxina A son las micotoxinas más estudiadas debido a su elevada toxicidad y amplia distribución. En este trabajo se describe un método de análisis simultáneo de las aflatoxinas B1, B2, G1, G2 y la ocratoxina A en compost por HPLC-MS. El método consiste en una extracción de las toxinas con MeOH:H 2O, posterior purificación de la muestra con cartuchos de extracción en fase sólida y posterior análisis cromatográfico en 18 minutos utilizando una columna XTerra (2.1x100mm, 3.5mm). En este trabajo se demuestra que no hay presencia de las toxinas de interes a concentraciones superiores a 0,2mg/kg.
