Abstract Background The incidence of vitamin D deficiency among pregnant women remains high and is associated with vitamin D deficiency in infants. In normally breastfed infants, Bifidobacteriaceae and Lactobacillaceae are known to help in maintaining immunotolerance and prevent infection. Vitamin D in the gastrointestinal tract plays a role in determining the composition and function of intestinal bacteria. Preterm infants are vulnerable to intestinal dysbiosis and sepsis due to bacterial translocation. This study aimed to determine the association between vitamin D levels and intestinal dysbiosis. Methods It was a cohort study conducted in the Neonatal Unit, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Tertiary hospital in Indonesia, from November 2019 to January 2021. The inclusion criteria in this study were preterm infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks or a birth weight of less than 1500 g. Total 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) levels were collected from the umbilical cords of very preterm or very low birth weight infants. A fecal examination was performed on the seventh day of life to assess intestinal bacteria using real-time PCR for four bacterial genera: Bifidobacteriaceae, Lactobacillaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, and Clostridiaceae. Results A total of 43 infants were included in this study. Among the subjects, 53.4% had vitamin D deficiency. There was no association identified between vitamin D deficiency and intestinal dysbiosis (RR 0.67; 95% CI (0.15–2.82), p-value = 0.531). However, the ratio of Lactobacillacecae to Enterobacteriaceae was lower in those with vitamin D deficiency. Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency was not associated with dysbiosis in preterm infants. However, this study found that the ratio of Lactobacillaceae to Enterobacteriaceae in those with vitamin D deficiency was lower than in those without vitamin D deficiency. Further research is warranted to confirm this finding.

Increasing access to quality Tuberculosis (TB) services and patient-centered care is one strategy to eliminate TB. Objective: To determined the comparison of the perception of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Kampung Bali Health Center and the Perum I Health Center in Pontianak City. Methods: Cross-sectional analytical observational design with total sampling method on 34 patients with details of 17 patients at the Puskesmas Kampung Bali and 17 at the Puskesmas Perum I. This research used the QUOTE-TB Light questionnaire and the Mann- Whitney comparison test as the statistical test. Results: There are no differences in the dimensions of the availability of TB services (p=0.520), communication and information (p=0.420), interaction and counseling (p=0.722), infrastructure (p = 0.608), affordability (p=1,000), and stigma (p=0,966) and there is a significant difference in the dimensions of professional competence (p=0.007). Conclusion: There is a difference in professionalcompetences. It is necessary to evaluate the competence and performances of health workers at Puskesmas Kampung Bali and Puskesmas Perum I.Keywords: Quality of TBC treatment services, patient’s perspective, QUOTE-TB Light, Tuberculosis

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) can be made worse by a history of Diabetes Mellitus (DM), which can increase the risk of failure treatment, relapse, and longer duration of treatment. Objective: To find out the prevalence of Pulmonary TB comorbid DM at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie General Hospital Pontianak. Methods: This research was a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Hospital Pontianak from 1 January to December 31st, 2019. Data collection was carried out by taking secondary data on patients diagnosed with pulmonary TB with a history of DM in outpatient and inpatient installations at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie General Hospital Pontianak.Results: There were 1311 pulmonary TB patients in Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie General Hospital Pontianak in 2019; pulmonary TB patients with a history of DM as many as 98 patients obtained from 73 outpatient installations and inpatients hospitalized as many as 25 patients. The results showed that the prevalence of pulmonary TB comorbid DM was 7.47%. Conclusion: The prevalence of pulmonary TB comorbid DM in RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak is relatively low.Keywords: ages, diabetes mellitus, pulmonary TB

Abstract Background The current survey describes the seroprevalence, history of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and vaccination status among predominantly aboriginal residents on a tourist island in southern Thailand. This information can be translated into COVID-19 vaccination and control plans for this population. Methods We implemented questionnaire interviews and collected blood samples from 249 residents of Lipe Island, Satun Province, in January 2022. We measured the anti-nucleocapsid protein and anti-spike (anti-S) receptor-binding protein levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) M and IgG. The differences in antibody levels among participants with different histories of vaccination and infection were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance with multiple comparisons. Results During the 2-year pandemic period, no island residents with COVID-19 required hospitalization despite the high prevalence of hypertension (33.3%) and diabetes mellitus (21.7%). Approximately 18.8% of the participants reported a history of COVID-19 diagnosis. In total, 95.1% of the participants had a history of complete vaccination, of which 93.5% were seropositive. The anti-S IgG geometric means (geometric standard deviation) were 3945.8 (2.0), 829.8 (9.7) AU/mL, 789.9 (5.3) AU/mL, and 22.7 (7.1) AU/mL, respectively, in participants with a history of both COVID-19 diagnosis and complete vaccination (group 1), incomplete vaccination and subsequent COVID-19 diagnosis (group 2), complete vaccination but no previous infection (group 3), or neither previous COVID-19 and complete vaccination (group 4). Significant pairwise differences in anti-S IgG levels were found between certain groups (1 vs 3, 1 vs 4, 2 vs 4, and 3 vs 4). Conclusions The high coverage of vaccination, high levels of population antibody titers, variable antibody levels among completely vaccinated non-infected residents, and high prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) suggested that the local health systems could control the pandemic. However, continuing surveillance, booster vaccinations, and NCD prevention programs were still required.

Perilaku ekstrem dalam beragama yang kerap terjadi di lingkungan persekolahan di Indonesia mengundang perhatian para peneliti untuk melakukan kajian terhadap implementasi pembelajaran PAI di sekolah. Hal ini mengingat PAI berkedudukan sebagai salah satu variabel pembentukan karakter di Indonesia. Sekaitan dengan hal itu, sejumlah penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan belum adanya penelitian yang mampu menampilkan informasi utuh tentang implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam komponen-komponen utama pembelajaran PAI. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini berupaya untuk memotret implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam tiga komponen pokok pembelajran, yakni meliputi komponen materi, metode dan media, serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi yang digali dengan teknik studi dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan inferensi. Penelitian ini menemukan tiga hal esensial. Pertama, nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam komponen pembelajaran PAI di jenjang SMP sebagian besar telah terimplementasikan, namun sebarannya belum merata. Kedua, penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam bahan ajar berupa buku panduan guru PAI di jenjang SMP sifatnya hanya sebagai opsi dan alternatif yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh guru PAI dalam kegiatan pembelajaran PAI di sekolah. Ketiga, nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dapat diukur implementasinya melalui berbagai instrumen yang telah tersedia dalam buku panduan guru PAI serta buku teks siswa mata pelajaran PAI jenjang SMP.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi harga IHSG melalui optimasi model hybrid.. Penelitian menggunakan data IHSG tiap bulan dari Januari hingga Desember 2023 dari situs www.yahoo.finance.com. Prediksi yang dihasilkan dari Model Hybrid WFTS-HMM dioptimasi dengan Algoritma ED memiliki tingkat kesalahan prediksi yang lebih rendah (1.45%) dibandingkan dengan model tanpa DE (1.49%). Abstract Stock trading based on IHSG in Indonesia is a dynamic and complex area. Predicting IHSG price movements entails high stock market volatility. Utilizing the Hybrid WFTS-HMM Model with the DE Algorithm promises a cutting-edge approach. This research aims to enhance the prediction of IHSG price through hybrid model optimization and performance evaluation. The study employs IHSG monthly data from January to December 2023 from www.yahoo.finance.com. Forecasting from the Hybrid WFTS-HMM Model with the DE Algorithm has lower prediction error (1.45%) compared to the model without DE (1.49%).

The reason researchers use Shopee as a research object is because Shopee is one of the most popular e-commerce sites in Indonesia at the moment. The existing phenomenon is that there are indications that Shopee consumer loyalty is not maintained and the quality of the system owned by Shopee is not optimal. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. In this research, the research location chosen was in Indonesia. Because the research subjects were those who had shopped at Shopee. Indonesia has more than 100 million active e-commerce users. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method, the sample for this research was 156 people. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire technique. In this research, a questionnaire is used to measure certain variables using a Likert scale. The descriptive analysis used in this research is PLS software. In this research, hypothesis testing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research show that system quality has a negative effect on customer loyalty, meaning that a higher system quality level does not mean it will increase customer loyalty. Social influence has a positive effect on customer loyalty, meaning that the higher the level of social influence, the higher the possibility of customer loyalty. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on customer loyalty, meaning that the better the perceived ease of use, the higher the possibility of customer loyalty.

Interest rate fixing is a monetary tool used to control the money supply and hence inflation by the central bank. However, it cannot be applied to Islamic banks due to the prohibition of interest in Islam. This paper examines whether the central bank may implement rate fixing for Islamic banks, given that interest is forbidden, and the fixing of prices by the government is also generally prohibited, according to Hadith and the consensus of Islamic jurists. A documentation study was conducted to comprehend the viewpoints of classical and contemporary Islamic jurists and the National Shariah Board−Indonesian Ulama Council's fatwa. The analysis used Islamic law methodology (uşūl fiqh), which included combining the opinions of classical and contemporary Islamic jurists through the al-jam’u and the legal maxim approach, "al-‘ādah muhakkamah" approach to the custom practiced by Islamic banks, and the maqāşid approach. The research findings illustrate that Islamic banks have been using rates to calculate profits as the National Shariah Board−Indonesian Ulama Council accepts the notion of the time value of money, provided it is not utilized in loan transactions. This condition could enable the central bank to set the rates for Islamic banks, which is an effective tool for controlling the money supply and achieving economic stability, thus contributing to the realization of community welfare (maslahah 'ammah).

Background Prolonged diarrhea, defined as diarrhea lasting longer than 7 days, is known to negatively impact children's growth and development. However, studies of the risk factors of prolonged diarrhea remain limited. Purpose This study aimed to analyze the risk factors for prolonged diarrhea in children under 2 years of age with acute diarrhea. Methods This 1-year nested case-control study was conducted at Fatmawati General Hospital in 2021–2022. Participants were selected using a consecutive sampling method from among children under 2 years of age with acute diarrhea within the previous 2–4 days. Children with diarrhea that lasted 7 days were considered positive for prolonged diarrhea, whereas those with acute diarrhea were considered negative. Children with comorbidities such as malnutrition were excluded. Clinical information including age, breastfeeding history, antibiotic exposure history, and nutritional status was recorded. Complete blood count, blood zinc levels, Rotavirus, adenovirus, and norovirus serology, alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT) levels, and stool analysis were acquired as laboratory data. Results There were 62 subjects in the study and control groups. Overall, the median age was 12 months (6–24 months); most patients were boys. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan PLTS dan heater untuk pengering kupang. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengukuran pada besaran-besaran listrik, suhu dan kelembapan, setelah itu dilakukan analisa berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh. Proses pengukuran ada 2 perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari kapasitas PLTS dan heater masih kurang efektif. Karena berdasarkan dari analisa pengukuran pada 2 perlakuan terjadi ketidakseimbangan hasil pengukuran temperatur dan kelembapan pada posisi 3. Pada perlakuan 1 hasil dari pengukuran temperatur mencapai 46,98 ? dan kelembapan mencapai 26,34%. Sedangkan pada perlakuan 2 hasil dari pengukuran temperatur sebesar 34,30 ? dan kelembapan sebesar 67,64%.

This study aimed to enhance mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the Quizizz-assisted Problem-Based Learning teaching approach. The research focused on ten first-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Bengkulu City. It employed a classroom action research design consisting of two cycles, each comprising four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation, and (4) reflection. Research tools included observation sheets and learning achievement tests. Data analysis involved calculating averages, highest and lowest scores, score differences, and the range for each criterion using the observation sheets. Test data were analyzed by determining average scores and the percentage of students meeting the set learning criteria. The findings demonstrated an improvement in learning outcomes in each cycle. In the first cycle, the students achieved an average score of 69.44, 70% of which met the learning criteria. There was a significant enhancement in the second cycle, with an average score of 86.11 and 90% of students meeting the learning criteria. The Quizizz-assisted Problem-Based Learning model effectively enhanced student learning outcomes in mathematics for first-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Bengkulu City.

Limitation within the WFTS model, which relies on midpoints within intervals and linguistic variable relationships for assigning weights. This reliance can result in reduced accuracy, especially when dealing with extreme values during trend to seasonality transformations. This study employs the Weighted Fuzzy Time Series (WFTS) method to adjust predictive values based on actual data. Using Lagrange Quadratic Programming (LQP), estimated weights enhance the WFTS model. MAPE assesses accuracy as the model analyzes monthly IHSG closing prices from January 2017 to January 2023.The MAPE value of 0.61% results from optimizing WFTS with LQP. It utilizes a deterministic approach based on set membership counts in class intervals, continuously adjusting weights during fuzzification, minimizing the deviation between forecasted and actual data values.The Weighted Fuzzy Time Series Forecasting Model with Lagrange Quadratic Programming is effective in forecasting, indicated by a low MAPE value. This method evaluates each data point and adjusts weights, offering reliable investment insights for IHSG strategies..

Contour hedgerows promote infiltration, thereby reducing runoff and soil erosion on sloping lands. The increase in infiltration could increase the leaching of mobile chemicals. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of hedgerows on [Br.sup.-] transport in two Hapludox soils with 21 to 30% slope in the Philippines. In Exp. 1, KBr at the rate of 200 kg [Br.sup.-] [ha.sup.-1] was broadcast in June 1991 at corn (Zea mays L.) planting on (i) the alleyways of plots with pruned hedgerows of Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) Klunth ex Walp. and paspalum (Paspalum conjugatum Bergius) (hedgerow treatment) and (ii) open field plots (control). In Exp. 2, KBr was applied at the same rate as in 1991 in strips in the hedgerow and control plots that had not received the KBr application the previous year. After [Br.sup.-] application, [Br.sup.-] was analyzed in hand-augered soil samples at increments to 105 cm and in soil solution samples taken with suction lysimeters at the 30-, 60-, and 90-cm depths. Estimated pools of [Br.sup.-] (kg [ha.sup.-1]) at a given depth were usually less for the suction lysimeter than for soil samples, possibly due to percolating water bypassing [Br.sup.-] in soil aggregates above the depth of lysimeter sampling. After about 500 mm of rainfall, 50% of the [Br.sup.-] had leached below the 30-cm depth in the hedgerow plots. Slightly greater lateral, but less vertical, [Br.sup.-] movement occurred for the control. If [NO.sub.3] leaches to or below the observed [Br.sup.-] leaching depths, it would become unavailable to acid-sensitive food crops displaying shallow rooting depths.

Stigma towards people with tuberculosis (TB-Stigma) is associated with other psychosocial consequences of TB including mental illness and reduced quality of life (QoL). We evaluated TB-Stigma, depression, QoL, and the need for psychosocial support among adults with TB in Indonesia, a high TB burden country. In this primary health facility-based survey in seven provinces of Indonesia, from February to November 2022, we interviewed adults receiving (a) intensive phase treatment for drug-susceptible (DS) TB at public facilities, (b) treatment at private facilities, (c) those lost to follow up (LTFU) to treatment, and (d) those receiving TB retreatment. We used our previously validated Indonesian TB-Stigma Scale, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, and EQ-5D-5L to measure TB-Stigma, depression, and QoL. Additional questions assessed what psychosocial support was received or needed by participants. We recruited and interviewed 612 people, of whom 60.6% (96%CI 59.6-64.5%) experienced moderate TB-Stigma. The average TB-Stigma scores were 19.0 (SD 6.9; min-max 0-50; Form A-Patient Perspective) and 23.4 (SD 8.4, min-max 0-50; Form B-Community Perspective). The scores were higher among people receiving treatment at private facilities (adjusted B [aB] 2.48; 0.94-4.03), those LTFU (aB 2.86; 0.85-4.87), males (aB 1.73; 0.59-2.87), those losing or changing job due to TB (aB 2.09; 0.31-3.88) and those living in a rural area (aB 1.41; 0.19-2.63). Depression was identified in 41.5% (95% CI 37.7-45.3%) of participants. Experiencing TB-Stigma was associated with moderately severe to severe depression (adjusted odds ratio [aOR] 1.23; 1.15-1.32) and both stigma and depression were associated with lower QoL (aB -0.013; [-0.016]-[-0.010]). Informational (20.8%), emotional (25.9%) and instrumental (10.6%) support received from peers or peer-groups was limited, and unmet need for such support was high. There is a sizeable and intersecting burden of TB-Stigma and depression among adults with TB in Indonesia, which is associated with lower QoL. Participants reported a substantial unmet need for psychosocial support including peer-led mutual support groups. A community-based peer-led psychosocial support intervention is critical to defray the psychosocial impact of TB in Indonesia.

Bromide ion was applied as a tracer to evaluate the effect of subsoiling on chemical leaching. The study was conducted using three tillagetreatments which included current year subsoiling, one year subsoiling and double disk tillage. Potassium bromide was broadcasted on the soil surface at arate of 280 kg/ha, six days after planting soybean. Bromide concentration as measured with a specific-ion electrode was significantly variable at all depths. Subsoiling diminished soil compaction and enhanced bromide leaching in all treatments. Bromide leached below the root zone in the three treatments butwas slightly deeper in the subsoiled treatments.

This paper reviews the interpretation of one of the figures of modern interpretation, in which the interpretation is expected to be a solution to the problems of human life as the Qur'an was revealed as a mercy to the universe. Among the problems is leadership. Among the mufassir figures in Indonesia who have sat in government is Buya Hamka, who not interprets verses indices by getting involved in government. This study aims to find out how Buya Hamka interprets leadership in the Qur'an. The method used is a descriptive analysis where the primary source used is the book of al-Azhar interpretation. The author also explains asbab nuzul verses related to leaders in the Qur'an. Buya Hamka explained the meaning of a leader by using society's social context and conditions at that time and in a global context. Buya Hamka explained that fair leadership is omniscient and submissive to what God commands by providing benefit to the community without any elements to lead them astray.

This study aims to analyze the prohibition of carrion for consumption through a scientific approach. A comprehensive understanding of this is expected to be an important foothold for Muslims to adhere to religious principles. The research method uses qualitative with a literature study approach. Data were collected from various credible sources such as journals, books, books of turats, and others. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman framework which consists of three steps; 1) data display, 2) data reduction, and 3) conclusion. The results showed: 1) animals that have become carcasses are not 100% the same as the conditions when they were alive; 2) the phagocytosis process that plays a role in maintaining the leukocyte white blood cell system can stop in dead animals and eventually trigger the acceleration of the development of microbes in the body; 3) Microflora contained in carcasses include Salmonella, Campylobacter Jejuni, Listeria Monocytogenes and Escherichia Coli. These microbes are harmful to human health as they can cause diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, and other clinical infections such as meningitis.

Abstract Introduction Tuberculosis (TB) remains a highly stigmatised disease that can cause or exacerbate mental health disorders. Despite increased awareness of the importance of reducing TB stigma, validated tools to measure TB stigma remain scarce. This study aimed to culturally adapt and validate the Van Rie TB Stigma Scale in Indonesia, a country with the second largest TB incidence worldwide. Methods We validated the scale in three phases: translation, cultural adaptation, and psychometric evaluation. We invited diverse experts to an interdisciplinary panel for the cross-cultural adaptation, then performed a psychometric evaluation of the scale: exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis with Patient Health Questionnaire 9 [PHQ-9]. Results We culturally adapted the original scale's language and content during the translation and cultural adaptation phases. After psychometric evaluation with 401 participants in seven provinces of Indonesia, we removed two items. The new scale had two forms: (A) patient and (B) community perspective forms. Both forms had good internal consistency, with respective Cronbach's alpha values of 0.738 and 0.807. We identified three loading factors in Form A (disclosure, isolation, and guilty) and two loading factors in Form B (isolation and distancing). Prediksi adalah suatu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengantisipasi ketidakpastian masa depan. Metode prediksi konfensional terkendala pada penyesuaian data terhadap asumsi yang digunakan sehingga diperlukan Metode Weighted Fuzzy Time Series. Meskipun metode WFTS telah terbukti efektif terdapat tantangan dalam meningkatkan akurasi peramalan yang dihasilkan. Dua teknik yang sering digunakan dalam konteks ini adalah Algoritma Evolusi Differensial (ED) dan Fuzzy C-Means (FCM). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Jakarta Islamic Index (JKII) per bulan dari bulan Agustus 2018 hingga Juli 2023. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs www.yahoo.finance.com. Analisis dilakukan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dari metode peramalan WFTS dengan klasifikasi FCM dan proses optimalisasi menggunakan hasil forecasting dengan Algoritma Evolusi Diffensial (DE).Hasil klasifikasi dengan Fuzzy C-Means, ditemukan 7 klaster dengan jumlah keanggotaan yang berbeda. Perhitungan nilai peramalan dilkakukan dengan defuzzyfikasi dengan mengubah variabel linguistik menjadi bilangan real. Proses transformasi ini melibatkan perkalian antara bobot yang diperoleh dari estimasi Fuzzy C Means dengan nilai titik tengah pada setiap cluster. Proses optimalisasi hasil dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma DE dapat meningkatkan akurasi dari forecasting. Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu algoritma evolusi differensial dapat meningkatkan akurasi forecasting dari metode weighted fuzzy time series dengan kombinasi pembentukan kelas interval menggunakan metode fuzzy c-means. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai MAPE yang dihasilkan dari algoritma evolusi differensial lebih kecil daripada model weighted fuzzy time series. Abstract Prediction is a form of approach in anticipating future uncertainties. Conventional prediction methods encounter difficulties in adapting data with the assumptions used, necessitating the application of the Weighted Fuzzy Time Series (WFTS) method. Although the WFTS method has proven effective, there are challenges in improving the accuracy of the generated forecasts. There are two commonly applied approaches: the Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM). The data used in this research is the Jakarta Islamic Index (JKII) on a monthly basis from August 2018 to July 2023. The information collected is secondary data obtained from the website www.yahoo.finance.com. The analysis conducted involves performing FCM classification to form interval classes and optimizing the forecasting results of the WFTS method with DE. The Fuzzy C-Means classification resulted in finding 7 clusters with different membership counts. Forecasting values are calculated through defuzzification by converting linguistic variables into real numbers. This transformation process involves multiplying the weights obtained from the Fuzzy C-Means estimation with the mid-point values of each cluster.The optimization process is performed using the DE algorithm. The research findings conclude that the use of the differential evolution algorithm improves the accuracy of the forecasting from the Weighted Fuzzy Time Series method with the approach of combining interval class formation through the Fuzzy C-Means method. The DE algorithm works by seeking the best solution in a complex parameter space through iterations and performance evaluations, thereby significantly enhancing the performance of the forecasting model.

Exclusive, intolerant, and radical da'wah content on various social media platforms is a challenge for Islamic da'wah in today's digital era. This qualitative study through a normative-philosophical approach aims to identify and explore the dimensions of multicultural Islamic education values in the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council of East Java Province Number. 06 of 2022 concerning Da'wah Ethics in the Digital Era. The theory of multicultural Islamic education conceptualized by Azyumardi Azra becomes the theory of analysis of the subject matter of this study. Data analysis through reduction, presentation, and verification. This study shows the content of multicultural Islamic education values in legal provisions related to da'wah ethics in the dital room in the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council of East Java Province, including the value of humanism education in the prohibition of the delivery of da'wah content that spreads hatred and insults even for the reason of amar makruf nahi munkar. Then, the value of tasamuh education in the recommendation of delivering pluralist da'wah content, which is able to respect Islamic beliefs that are still being debated. Furthermore, the value of peace education in advocating the delivery of nationalist da'wah content. Next, the value of wasatiyah education in recommending the delivery of da'wah content that maintains public conduciveness and stability. The theoretical implications of this study affirm that the mainstreaming of multicultural Islamic educational values can be internalized through religious social fatwas in Indonesia, as well as fatwas related to da'wah ethics in the digital space.

The success of development depicts economic growth. Nevertheless, it is pertinent to emphasize that a significant increase in economic growth may not eradicate poverty, unemployment, and health issues. The prevalence of poverty in Palembang City in 2021 was considerably elevated, amounting to 11.34 percent, while the unemployment rate has exhibited an upward trend, reaching 10.11 percent. Additionally, there was a decline in employment within the labor market, accompanied by a corresponding rise in the number of individuals actively seeking job opportunities. This study aims to examine the various elements contributing to poverty and unemployment and formulate an integrated and sustainable model for poverty reduction and lowering unemployment in urban areas. The data collection technique uses a concurrent mixed method through questionnaires distributed to the public by purposive random sampling of 215 informants and Focus Group Discussions with relevant stakeholders in Palembang City in November 2022. The results of the study found that four factors contribute to poverty in Palembang City: education level, economic growth, health, and labor force participation rate. The level of education is the most dominant factor that plays a role in the occurrence of poverty and unemployment in Palembang City. The strategy formulated is the provision of educational scholarship programs for poor families at the primary and secondary education levels through the utilization of operational costs. It can be concluded that education has a big role in reducing poverty and unemployment, so it is important to invest in education. Investment in education, including improved access and quality of education, can help address issues of poverty and unemployment by giving individuals better opportunities for decent work.
