The Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program is currently poorly implemented by healthcare workers. Furthermore, several inhibiting and supporting factors for this implementation have been discovered to influence healthcare workers' perception of the program. This study aims to investigate the perception of healthcare workers regarding the ERAS program.A scoping review in a systematic manner.A systematic search was performed using six databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, SCOPUS, EBSCO, Proquest, and Sage Journals, from August 2011 to August 2021. The data was extracted using an excel worksheet, and the results obtained were presented descriptively.This study selected a total of 10 articles, where both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to discuss the perceptions of healthcare workers about ERAS.Based on this study's findings, not all healthcare workers have a good perception of ERAS. The implementation of ERAS is often hindered by several factors, including resistance to change and lack of knowledge about the program. However, good teamwork and support from hospital management can support the program's implementation.

This paper discusses the evaluation of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in student industrial internships. Due to the possibility of the risk of work accidents on industrial internship students are prone to occur. Currently, there are still few who discuss the evaluation of OHS implementation as the basis for carrying out sustainable action efforts. Based on the evaluation carried out, the OHS Implementation in Electronics Engineering Education's Student Industrial Internship has been feasible and follows applicable laws and regulations. The results of this evaluation can provide ideas for increasing sustainable action efforts regarding OHS in Student Industrial Internships.

Tindakan sectio caesarea saat ini semakin meningkat, baik atas indikasi medis maupun tanpa indikasi medis yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah sectio caesarea atas permintaan. Sectio caesarea atas permintaan sendiri banyak menimulkan dilema baik dari sisi dokter terkait beneficence dan non-maleficence secara profesional, dan menghargai hak pasien (autonomy). Kebebasan untuk menentukan keputusan sendiri (autonomy) yang kemudian pada sisi dokter menjadi sangat dilematis. Menganalisis pengambilan keputusan pasien dan dokter terhadap tindakan sectio caesarea atas permintaan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara etik berdasarkan kaidah autonomy. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (multi methods) dengan pendekatan explanatory sequential design. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 orang informan dokter dan pasien. Tindakan operasi sectio caesarea atas permintaan dari aspek persepsi pasien dianggap sebagai otonomi mendasar sebagai hak sehinga kecenderungan dan keinginan untuk meminta tindakan operasi sectio caesarea dari sisi pasien dapat dibenarkan. Pengambilan keputusan dokter tentang tindakan operasi sectio caesarea atas permintaan berada pada sisi dilematis dimana pada satu sisi secara professional dokter tetap pada prinsip bahwa sectio caesarea dilakukan atas indikasi medis yang jelas dan disisi lain dokter juga dituntut untuk secara etis menghargai hak autonomi atau patient preference saat seksio atas permintaan pasien dilakukan. Kemampuan dokter dalam merubah presepsi pasien terhadap tindakan seksio atas permintaan sebagai bagian dari autonomi pasien melalui informed consentdan informed choice kelihatannya masih sangat sulit karena dokter masih dilematis dalam aspek medis dan aspek etis ketika pasien tetap memilih untuk seksio atas permintaan tanpa indikasi medis.

Objective Previous systematic reviews have found that the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol for cesarean delivery can vary from one study to another, and the attitudes of health care professionals regarding ERAS methods and the implementation of the ERAS for cesarean delivery remain unclear. We aimed to identify the attitudes of health professionals toward ERAS in the context of cesarean delivery. Data Sources Systematic searches were conducted in 6 databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, Scopus, the Cochrane Library, and Sage Journals from September 2010 to September 2020. Study Selection A total of 4 articles were selected for analysis. All articles use survey methods and present health professional attitudes toward ERAS for cesarean delivery. Data Extraction and Synthesis Data were extracted using Excel spreadsheets. The results obtained are presented descriptively. Conclusion This review illustrates that there are many ERAS protocols that health care professionals have not yet implemented for cesarean delivery. Policymakers can use this knowledge to inform the promotion of the ERAS protocol for cesarean delivery.

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dari kegiatan pembelajaran praktik di lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan selama ini telah berlangsung dengan rutin dan baik, tetapi terdapat beberapa faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang seharusnya lebih diutamakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika FT UNY tentang K3 pada pembelajaran praktik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat non-eksperimental dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika Fakultas Teknik UNY pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2018.Tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai K3 pada pembelajaran praktik di Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika sudah baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dipertahankan karena banyak adanya potensi bahaya yang timbul akibat situasi dan kondisi laboratorium dan bengkel. Hal ini perlu adanya tinjauan secara mendalam tentang bagaimana pentingnya penerapan K3 pada saat praktik berlangsung oleh dosen yang mengajar praktik di Prodi Teknik Pendidikan Elektronika dengan memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih mengenai pentingnya penerapan atau pengimplementasian K3 pada saat pembelajaran praktik tersebut berlangsung.

This study aims to determine the performance of temperature and humidity control technology of the Internet of Things (IoT) automatic oyster mushroom cultivation space. The stages of device development consist of analysis, design, assembly and testing. The design developed combines hardware control, software, and cloud server. This tool consists of 3 main processes, namely input using DHT11 sensors, process and output, namely 220 V AC actuators. There are two tests namely technical and effectiveness. The test results that have been carried out are: (1) the performance test results obtained an average error of 1.44% and a mean humidity of 3.35%, so that it can be used properly in the process of oyster mushroom cultivation; (2) the actuator will turn on if the temperature is more than 28oC or the humidity is less than 70%. The results of the transmission and storage of hardware data to the software on the database function properly, testing the effectiveness which shows the tools developed are more effective 5 hours compared to the manual method, (3) The advantages of this tool are that it can work automatically with IoT technology, there is realtime data recording, and features that are easy to use, so that it can help farmers in the care of oyster mushrooms.

Latar Belakang: Diabetes mellitus dapat terjadi pada 3-5% dari seluruh kehamilan. Hiperglikemia pada saat konsepsi dan pada awal kehamilan secara khusus selama organogenesis mengakibatkan enam kali lipat peningkatan risiko kecacatan pada perkembangan embrio. Bahkan peningkatan kadar glukosa yang ringan selama kehamilan dapat mempengaruhi ibu dan janin. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran dan prevalensi kehamilan dengan DM pregestasional dan DM gestasional di RSUP Sardjito. Membandingkan luaran ibu dan bayi pada kehamilan dengan DM pregestasional dan DM gestasional di RSUP Sardjito Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kohort retrospektif. Data diambil dari rekam medis, subyek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan, diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Dilakukan analisis data univariat, bivariat dan multivariat untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabelHasil: Penelitian ini melibatkan 74 subyek. Terdapat luaran ibu dengan ketoasidosis sebanyak 35 orang (47,30%), luaran bayi dengan makrosomia 15 kasus (20,27%), kelainan jantung 7 kasus (9,46%), dan mortalitas neonatal sebanyak 6 kasus (8,11%). Riwayat ANC < 4 kali berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kejadian mortalitas neonatal (OR 10,548; 95% CI 1,700-65,437; p = 0.011).\ Kesimpulan: Angka kejadian PGDM sebesar 44 kasus (59,46%) sedikit lebih tinggi dibandingkan GDM sebesar 30 kasus (40,54%) yang melakukan persalinan di RSUP Sardjito selama 5 tahun dari total 8857 kasus persalinan. KAD yang merupakan luaran ibu kejadiannya sebesar 47,30%, dan luaran bayi yang berupa makrosomia sebesar 20,27%, kelainan jantung pada bayi 9,46%, serta mortalitas neonatal 8,11%. Luaran ibu dan luaran bayi pada kehamilan dengan pregestasional diabetes yang dibandingkan dengan gestasional diabetes tidak berbeda bermakna pada penelitian ini. Kata kunci: pregestasional diabetes mellitus, gestasional diabetes mellitus, ketoasidosis diabetik, makrosomia, mortalitas neonatal, kelainan jantung pada bayi.

This research has purpose to know the difference between student learning result with computer network practice course and higher order thinking skill (HOTS) given by demonstration method with problem based learning (PBL) method. This research is a research using quasi experiment consisting of two classes as sample. The one class uses the demonstration learning method, while the other class uses the PBL method. This study has an analysis using t-test. the result of this research is able to show there is difference between student learning outcomes with high thinking ability in computer network practice class among students given demonstration method with students given PBL method. Students who were given demonstration learning methods resulted less than students who had been provided with PBL methods in order to improve learning outcomes.

The Head of the Data Information Center and Public Relations of the National Disaster Management Agency predicts the potential for forest fires in 2018 will increase. The areas that are burned are border areas, both provincial/district/city borders because border areas are poorly supervised. This study aims to (1) Develop an Information System that can be used for Disaster Mitigation Using Google Data Traffic (2) Ensure that the developed Information System is suitable for use for Disaster Mitigation Using Google Data Traffic to obtain accurate traffic data. Google Data Traffic is a giant database used by the Google company to provide real-time traffic information through the Google Maps application. Google Maps uses multiple iterations of satellite cameras and uses Google Earth to map traffic including congestion information and the shortest possible path alternatives. The development method chosen is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This research uses several methods in data collection including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with prospective users of the application, namely firefighter drivers and people in disaster-prone areas. Questionnaires are used to provide a set of questions to respondents. In the determination test, the recall and precision values are calculated from the data generated by the developed system. While the function test uses descriptive data analysis techniques with the percentage feasibility formula. This research produces an application that can assist firefighters in carrying out their daily duties to be more effective and efficient and the test results on this application show that it is declared feasible in terms of efficiency, performance and compatibility.

The implementation of PNPM Mandiri Pariwisata is a program that expected to reduce poverty through tourism by tourist growth philosophy that will affect economic growth and poverty reduction. This study aims to analyze community participation and the improvement of community participation strategy in the implementation of PNPM Mandiri Pariwisata in Karang Dima Village Labuan Badas District Sumbawa Regency. This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where the key informants who serve as resource persons in this study were selected using purposive sampling technique. Based on the analysis of public participation in the implementation of PNPM Mandiri Pariwisata in Karang Dima Village Labuan Badas District Sumbawa Regency in general can be considered good, base on the Participation in Planning, community involvement has been seen since the beginning of the activities, and then in Participation in Implementation community directly involved to carry out activities that have been adjusted to the priorities and activities of the community, then Participation in Utilization since the beginning, the community involved as subjects of activities so they could felt the benefit of the activities directly, and the last Participation in Evaluation community involvement in terms of evaluating the activities carried out in stages ranging from monitoring, surveillance, until the evaluation. While the strategy of increasing public participation in the implementation of PNPM Mandiri Pariwisata in Karang Dima Village Labuan Badas District Sumbawa Regency done by Enabling steps through the pattern of community development based on community activities, potential, and uniqueness of the location and community involvement as a subject, then Empowering through the access opening and forge partnerships with key stakeholders, and the last Protecting through participation in festivals and fairs as well as the fulfilment of raw material and supporting equipment. Referring to the results of the discussion, the authors suggest that to maintain public participation in PNPM Mandiri Pariwisata needed figures through tourism community such as tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis), whereas in order to enhance community participation, the pattern of development activities conducted through community-based tourism (CBT) .Keywords: Public Participation, Community Development, PNPM Mandiri Pariwisata

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, kerjasama,dan tanggungjawab. Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran ini menerapkan metode pembelajaran problem based learning. Ppenelitian ini menerapkan metod lesson study model Lewis (2002) dan pelaksanaanya dilakukan dalam 3 kegiatan, yaitu: 1) Perencanaan (plan); 2) Pelaksanaan dan Observasi (do); 3) Refleksi (see). Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika dan data diperoleh dengan cara observasi dan perekaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa yang aktif semakin banyak, perkuliahan tidak membosankan karena sebagian besar mahasiswa kelihatan antusias dalam belajar. Bagi dosen juga ada keuntungannya yaitu dapat melakukan kolaborasi dengan teman sejawat dalam upaya untuk memperbaiki pembelajarannya. Melalui pembelajaran dengan lesson study ini selain dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sekaligus juga dapat menumbuhkan karakter kerja mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. This article discusses how technological innovation develops to support conventional merchants by implementing RFID for a fast and easy payment solution. This payment uses a contactless smart card as a medium for electronic money or e-Money. This e-Money card can be obtained through a cashier available at merchants and e-Money balance can also be topped up by registering the card first. This cashless machine uses Arduino UNO as a microprocessor, MFRC522, Micro SD Module and 16x02 LCD Display. This cashless machine does not require internet to access the database and can also be used immediately without problems. This cashless machine can work within a range of 3cm for e-Money card detection with the fastest response time of 0.1s and takes a long time to process a balance of 1.4s. This machine is equipped with a menu variant selection at merchants using a serial monitor display integrated on the Arduino UNO.

Background : Endometriosis is a chronic condition that is influenced by the hormone estrogen which affects women of childbearing age, and is associated with pelvic pain and infertility. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is currently the most efficient assisted reproductive technology and its high success rate is often done for infertility therapy in women associated with endometriosis Objective: The aim of this study is to determine whether postoperative endometriosis affected pregnancy outcomes in patients underwent frozen embryo transfer in IVF / ICSI programs. Method : This Research is done with a retrospective cohort design. The data was taken from medical records, research subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research data was collected, processed and analyzed using SPSS 23. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate data analysis was carried out to determine the effect between variables Result : There were 458 research subjects in this study. Endometriosis patients were 119 subjects (26%). 57 subjects were categorized as minimum-mild endometriosis (47.9%) and moderate-severe subjects as many as 62 subjects (52.1%). The biochemical pregnancy rate (36.31%) and clinical pregnancy (29.4%) in patients with endometriosis was slightly higher than in non-endometriosis. But statistically it did not affect success rate of achieving biochemical (p = 0.428; RR 0.89; 95% CI: 0.71-1.24) and clinical pregnancy (p = 0.535; RR 0.883; 95% CI: 0.63- 1.22). The rate of miscarriage in postoperative endometriosis patients was higher than non-endometriosis patients (88.6% vs 80.7%) but was not statistically significant (p = 0.294; RR 1.69; 95% CI: 0.61-4.67) . Biochemical and clinical pregnancies were significantly affected by age, infertility, endometrial thickness, embryo age and embryo quality. The incidence of miscarriage was affected by the ovarian stimulation protocol. Conclusion: Endometriosis post operative statistically has no effect on pregnancy outcomes in the IVF / ICSI cycle with frozen embryo transfer compared with another cause of infertility . An increase of the number of vehicles which is not followed by the number of roads can lead to the increase of congestion, especially in big cities. Regulation of law no 22 Year 2009 explains that there are seven types of vehicles prioritized on the road. This research aims to build a Smart Traffic Light as a solution with the goal of making the prioritized vehicle journey smooth when crossing the road with Smart Traffic Light. The proposed system is "Smart Traffic Light on IoT and mBaaS (Mobile Backend As a Service) using High Priority Vehicles Method". The Smart Traffic Light has three important parts, including: (1) Smart Traffic Application; (2) Smart Traffic Controller; and (3) mBaaS. Prioritized vehicle drivers cross the road using the Smart Traffic Application when they are in an emergency situation. Smart Traffic Application and Smart Traffic Controller communicate using mBaaS. Smart Traffic Application has a vehicle track search facility as well as identification of traffic light location. A few meters before crossing, Smart Traffic Application will send the location to mBaaS and continue to be read by Smart Traffic Controller using internet. If it meets the criteria of High Priority Vehicle, then Traffic Light will be changed to green in the same path. The results show that when testing the data rate from Smart Traffic Application to Smart Traffic Controller, it takes no later than 8.15 seconds and 1.2 seconds (the fastest) with the average data transmission time of 3.39 seconds. Smart Traffic Light is able to identify the direction of the vehicle before passing through the Smart Traffic Application.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a part of the practical courses in educational institutions. This research was aimed at investigating: (1) students' knowledge of OSH used in practical courses, (2) students' attitudes toward OSH, and (3) the implementation of OSH in practical courses in the Electronics Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. It is a non-experimental study employing a quantitative descriptive approach. This study was conducted in the Electronics Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University from February to June 2018. The subject of this study included students, lecturers, and technicians. Students' knowledge of OSH in practical courses in the Electronics Study Program is good (74.2%). Their attitudes toward OSH are also good (92.2%). Although some students do not implement OSH procedures when conducting practical courses, the implementation of OSH in the study program is categorized good (63.3%). Furthermore, more intensive studies on the importance OSH implementation in practical courses needs to done.

Latar Belakang: Teknologi reproduksi berbantu sudah berkembang di Indonesia dan banyak membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh kehamilan. Surplus embrio dari proses simpan beku merupakan konsekuensi kemajuan teknologi ini sendiri. Dilema etika muncul tentang bagaimana sebaiknya mengelola surplus embrio. Di sisi lain, peraturan perundangan di Indonesia saat ini hanya memperbolehkan untuk memperpanjang masa penyimpanan atau membuang surplus embrio. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan Participant of observation dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan intisari pemikiran dari ilmuwan dan pegiat bioetika di Indonesia yang dikemukakan dalam Seminar dan Diskusi Bioetika dalam Pelayanan Teknologi Reproduksi Berbantu, Agustus 2016 di Yogyakarta. Hasil: Pertimbangan etika tentang bagaimana sebaiknya surplus embrio diperlakukan dibahas oleh tiga ilmuwan dengan latar belakang agamawan, Prof. Jenie dan Prof. Almirzanah beragama Islam sedangkan Dr. Kusmaryanto beragama Katolik. Ketiganya berpendapat bahwa solusi manajemen surplus embrio sangat erat kaitannya dengan diskursus agama. Ketiganya menyatakan bahwa status moral dari embrio penting dipahami sebagai landasan sikap terhadap surplus embrio. Pemusnahan embrio dianggap tidak etis oleh ketiga ilmuwan. Ketiganya menyetujui donasi embrio untuk pasangan infertil lain dengan penyesuaian aturan terhadap kearifan lokal Indonesia. Selanjutnya, Prof. Umar dan Prof. Almirzanah memandang penggunaan surplus embrio untuk penelitian masih kontroversial namun tidak menutup kemungkinan diperbolehkan dengan berbagai syarat dan memperhatikan konteks serta asas kemanfaatan. Sedangkan Dr. Kusmaryanto menyatakan ketidaksetujuan surplus embrio untuk penelitian atas dasar interpretasi bahwa embrio mempunyai makna intrinsik yang harus dilindungi. Kesimpulan: Latar belakang agama mempengaruhi persepektif ilmuwan tentang bagaimana memandang status embrio dan pilihan tindakan terhadap surplus embrio. Perlu dilakukan penelitian mendalam multidisipliner dari klinisi, agamawan, ilmuwan, pakar hukum dan pasien untuk mengakomodasi pilihan tindakan terhadap surplus embrio di Indonesia.

Background The roles of the neurotrophins NGF (Neurotrophic growth factor) and BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) in neuronal growth and development are already known. Meanwhile, the neurotrophin receptors TrkA (tropomyosin related kinase A), TrkB, and p75 are important for determining the fate of cells. In endometriosis, this complex system has not been fully elucidated yet. The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression and location of these neurotrophins and their receptors in peritoneal (PE) and deep infiltrating endometriotic (DIE) tissues and to measure and compare the density of nerve fibers in the disease subtypes. Methods PE lesions (n = 20) and DIE lesions (n = 22) were immunostained and analyzed on serial slides with anti-BDNF, −NGF, −TrkA, −TrkB, −p75,-protein gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5, intact nerve fibers) and -tyrosine hydroxylase (TH, sympathetic nerve fibers) antibodies. Result There was an equally high percentage (greater than 75 %) of BDNF-positive immunostaining cells in both PE and DIE. TrkB (major BDNF receptor) and p75 showed a higher percentage of immunostaining cells in DIE compared to in PE in stroma only (p
