This research aims to explore teacher productivity which is influenced by work discipline variables and the compensation received by teachers. The question asked in this research is how work discipline and compensation influence teacher productivity partially or simultaneously. Second, which variable has the dominant influence on teacher productivity? The method used in this research is qualitative research with a causality approach or cause and effect resulting between the variables being measured. The data collection technique used a questionnaire obtained from 39 teacher respondents at the Ma'Arif Nahdlatul Ulama Talang Prigen Foundation, Pasuruan. The data obtained was subjected to classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results obtained are that work discipline and compensation have a dominant influence on teacher work productivity, but compensation has a more dominant influence as reflected in the compensation indicator which has a fairness value, making teacher motivation increase and also adequate compensation will increase the attractiveness of talents. new people who want to serve in the institution.

This study aims to examine the impact of human capital, energy consumption, urbanization, growth, trade openness and foreign direct investment on Morocco’s environmental sustainability using annual data from 1970 to 2019 and, in light of, recommend policy implications. We used the ARDL approach to identify the potential linkage between carbon emissions and the explicative variables. The ADF unit root test is used to check the stationarity of all variables, showed that five of them become stationary after first differentiation. The result from the bound test indicated the existence of a long run relationship which confirmed the existence of co-integration with high speed of adjustment towards the long-run equilibrium. We found that increase in human capital leads to decrease in carbon emissions, meanwhile increase in both economic growth and energy consumption generate an opposite result, other things equal. Our finding validates the theoretical frame work involved in this study (STIRPAT: Stochastic Impact by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology, 1997) that confirms the possibility of promoting environmental sustainability through reducing carbon emissions, rationalizing energy consumption, reorienting economic growth into an eco-friendly model, building and enhancing human capital through education, besides working on rising economic openness and investment attractiveness of Morocco.

Leadership is an important factor in the social relationships of line in the workplace. Consider as the main factor that affects and forms group behavior in every organization known since the time of ancient. Practically, it involves employees who appreciate the feeling of a strong commitment to accomplishing organizational goals and long-term objectives inside the company. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of micromanagement leadership style on employee perception on job satisfaction in the manufacturing industry at Malacca. Thus, leadership styles can fortunately, influence or greatly affect job satisfaction in workplace performance. Micromanagement leadership style has comparatively more negative effects on an employee’s behavior and commitment towards the effort in the workplace. This creates a sense of perceived stress managing to behave in an ineffective approach. A descriptive study was used to understand employee perceptions of micromanage leadership styles that affect job satisfaction. A total of 97 respondents among manager level from the Malacca state of Malaysia’s manufacturing industry was collected with the level of manager’s range 27 to 55 years of age. Situational leadership theory conducted this study to discover how a micromanaged leadership style influences employee perception that impacts an employee’s job satisfaction. The primary research question focused on positive and negative employee perceptions related to managers’ leadership behaviors and attributes. The study found that employee perception by micromanaging leadership style affects an employee’s job satisfaction with the correlation coefficient between overall job satisfaction and main factors for job satisfaction recognition at work and personal growth were (0.79) and (0.85) respectively. This paper constructs the problem of dealing inventory and the transportation in the supply chain in the agriculture industry, also to investigate the capabilities of the distribution process of perishable products (vegetables) from the distribution centre (DC) to a set of customers to minimize the total operational cost. This research proposed an optimisation model to present the actual problem that happened in a real-life situation. The simulation of the transportation problem was developed using an algebraic modelling language which is called a mathematical programming language (AMPL) to determine an optimal solution. Thus, by setting the delivery routes for DC, based on the number of products that have been set for each customer, it helps to find an optimal inventory routing problem (IRP). As a result, an optimization model developed, it is predicted that agriculture firms can achieve an optimal solution by reducing their operational cost, especially on the inventory and transportation cost.

This article aims to explain and analyze the implementation of the AISBER PKB program at SDN Mulyoagung Kec. Balen Kab. Bojonegoro. The type of research used is a case study which is a descriptive analysis. As for the approach using qualitative which is a research method that aims to understand the phenomena that occur in the research subject. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques include: data collection (data collection), data condensation (data condensation), data presentation (data display), drawing conclusions (condution drawing). The results of the AISBER PKB program research are planned through a meeting with the school development team and then socialized which is attended by all parents / guardians of students, the teacher council, for its implementation through self-development, counseling services, and taught by class teachers, with the habituation of akhlakul karimah which is 15 minutes before carrying out learning in the classroom. After carrying out regular learning, students are given additional lessons for 30 minutes. The AISBER PKB program can minimize the negative impact of using gadgets with reciting and studying activities at home, able to increase the ability to learn Islam and languages ??including Arabic and English, make children have more religious knowledge and become more religious and have skills in foreign languages, especially Arabic and English.

This article aims to explain and analyze planning, implementation and evaluation strategies in strengthening the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Gresik. This article uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive design. This research takes place at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Gresik. The research was carried out for three months, from February to May 2021. The technique of collecting data was observation, interviews with relevant informants and documentation. The results of this study are how madrasah strategies in strengthening the quality of education in institutions, both in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation are strongly influenced by the madrasa head as a leader. Because all the strategies and policies used by the head of the madrasa determine the quality of an educational institution that is led. There are several things that the head of Madrasah Tarbiyatul Islmiyah does in strengthening the quality of education, including: 1) Providing examples of direct action with time discipline, 2) Carrying out programmatic and consistent implementation of activities, 3) Always evaluating programs carried out both internal and external evaluations. from outside so as to obtain accountable results.

Autopilot is a system control application on moving vehicles such as airplanes, helicopters, or boat, which serves to stabilize the direction of motion in the desired time and the programmed path's direction. the autopilot control system is controlled by a series of microcontrollers and GPS that has the function to be able to determine and the desired object. This control system is designed with electrical system controls that utilize microcontrollers, sensor and GPS as control media. The development of autopilot prototypes is used for testing new control algorithms and the reliability of other electronic components such as sensors and microprocessors. A control system is needed to control the boat to its destination. The relatively accurate system dynamics model affects the steering performance of the autopilot system. The system in question can be considered a boat with an actuator rudder, which experiences external disturbances. this system is broadly divided into two parts: the control station part and the autonomous boat part. These two parts communicate with each other using LoRa device. The data sent from the control station to the autonomous boat is target latitude and longitude coordinates. The autonomous boat will send feedback in the form of boat latitude and longitude coordinates so that users can find out the current location of the boat. Autonomous Boat also provides feedback to the control station via LoRa in the form of boat coordinates so that users can find out the current location of the boat and whether the boat has reached the specified coordinates. The control station will send feedback from the boat to a database that can be monitored via the website to find out the boat's current condition on the website. Based on the results that have been obtained in the analysis and testing of the system. GPS sensor used in autonomous boat Ublox NEO-7m has an accuracy level with an average distance value of 3.220921 meters with the lowest cold start time of 7 seconds. Compass sensor used in autonomous boat CMPS11 has an accuracy level with an average value of 3.041667 degrees. Communication distance between autonomous boat and control station using LoRa with 5dBi antenna can reach 1406.79 meters in condition without obstruction between nodes. Data delivery system can be successfully sent from user to autonomout boat and sending feedback back to user. Delay update of boat coordinate data on interface has the lowest average of 30.8 seconds. Based on turning circle test results, autonomous boat is able to create imperfect circles with a radius of 8,364 m.

XYZ sangat sederhana yaitu dengan cara kerjanya, pada saat ada kebakaran di sekitar area tangki bahanbakar, maka ABK kapal bergegas naik ke anjungan untuk menarik tali kawat agar katub tangki bahan bakar tertutup. Dengan kekurangannya sistem emergency tangki bahan bakar yang kurang baik, maka akan dibuatlah sistem pengendali tangki bahan bakar pada kapalsecara otomatis menggunakan jaringan kabel optik. Sistem ini dirancang dengan pengontrolan jarak jauh dengan menggunakan komponen-komponen seperti motor servo untuk menarik tali kawat pada valve tangki bahan bakar, mikrokontroller untuk sambungan kontrol motor servo, Sensor api untuk mendeteksi bara api, konverter optik untuk sambungan kabel jaringan dan juga interface web untuk mengontrol sistem. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem ini dapat bekerja dan berfungsi dengan baik. Sensor api dapat membaca bara api dengan jarak minimal 2 cm dan maksimal 7 cm dengan kecepatan transfer data yang sangat cepat adalah 1.07second. Dalam teknologi penangkapan ikan yang berkembang saat ini masih menggunakan teknologi fishfinder yang berbasis akustik, selain mahal tidak semua ikan terdeteksi alat ini. Padahal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) saat ini telah menyediakan peta digital daerah persebaran ikan. Peta tersebut kita kenal dengan Peta Perkiraan Daerah Penangkapan Ikan (PPDPI). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sudah mulai dikembangkan teknologi yang lebih baik, yang dinamakan Portable Virtual Assistant untuk nelayan. Penelitian ini menfokuskan pada cara memperoleh data latitude dan longitude area berkumpulnya ikan yang berasal dari peta PPDPI. Terlebih dahulu gambar peta digital tersebut diolah dengan cara menentukan area fokus gambar peta yang akan diolah pada tahap berikutnya dengan menggunakan image processing. Area fokus gambar peta tersebut dirubah dari gambar berwarna menjadi hitam-putih. Dengan hitam-putih, gambar lebih mudah diolah lagi untuk ditemukan titik koordinat piksel gambar. Titik koordinat piksel tersebut dirubah ke latitude dan longitude dengan cara menggunakan rumus perbandingan latitude dan longitude peta dunia. Hasil penelitian ini mampu memberikan keakurasian hingga 1.791838% untuk latitude dan 1.11416% untuk longitude. Abstract Existing fishing technology still uses the acoustic-based fishfinder, besides expensive, itdoes not detect all types of fish. Whereas, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia has provided digital map of fish distribution. The digital map is known as Peta Perkiraan Daerah Penangkapan Ikan (PPDPI). To tackle the problem, a better technolgy has just been developed , namely Portable Virtual Assistant for sailor. This study focuses on how to get latitude and longitude of fish group sourcing from the PPDPI map. Firstly the digital map is processed to determine the focus area of map image processed on the next steps by image processing. The focus area of map image is changed from color image to black and white image. By black and white image, it is easier to be processed again to be found coordinate-piksel of image. The coordinate-piksel was converted to latitude and longitude by comparing formula latitude and longitude of world map. The result is able to give accuracy up to 1.791838% for latitude and 1.11416% for longitude.

Background: Insomnia is difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep for at least three nights a week or more and lasting for at least 3 months. One of the molecules that play a role in the circadian rhythm of arousal system is hypocretin/orexin. Orexin activates the p38-MAPK signaling pathway and increases phosphorylated ERK1/2 levels. Centella asiatica (CA) has a role in the signal work of the MAPK/ERK, Akt, and p38 path in many various diseases. Methods: The research method used is true laboratory experimental. The research approach used was randomized control group post-test only. Zebrafish embryos aged 0-7 dpf were used in this study. The treatment group consisted of 5 groups: normal, insomnia, insomnia + 2.5 μg/mL CA, insomnia + 5 μg/mL CA, and insomnia + 10 μg/mL CA. The locomotor motion of zebrafish larvae was observed using Basler cameras on days five-, six- and seven-day post fertilization (dpf), then analyzed by using Western Blot method. Results: The results proved that exposure to CA extract was able to reduce the expression of orexin (91963 ± 9129) and p38 (117425 ± 6398) as an arousal trigger in the sleep-wake cycle, with the most optimal concentration of CA 5 μg/mL. Exposure to CA extract was also able to reduce the expression of ERK (94795 ± 30830) and Akt (60113.5 ± 27833.5) with an optimum concentration of CA 2.5 μg/mL. Conclusion: Exposure to CA extract was able to improve the sleep activity of zebrafish larvae insomnia model by extending the total inactivity time ( cumulative duration ) and shortening the duration of first sleep ( latency to first ) in light and dark phases through inhibition of orexin, ERK, p38, and Akt., Competing Interests: No competing interests were disclosed., (Copyright: © 2024 Afif Z et al.)

Background: Countering COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy has been a challenge in Saudi Arabia, one of the countries affected most by the pandemic in the Eastern Mediterranean Region., Aims: To identify information needs, perceived benefits, concerns, trusted information sources, social norms, and predictors for COVID-19 vaccine uptake in Saudi Arabia and identify effective messaging strategies to increase vaccination intentions among the unvaccinated., Method: Between March and April 2021, we conducted an online cross-sectional survey ( N = 2883), and in part, a randomized experiment for unvaccinated participants ( n = 675) in Saudi Arabia using Facebook Ads and Messenger. Unvaccinated participants were randomly assigned to 1 of 5 message conditions and after message exposure, participants were asked if they planned to take the COVID-19 vaccine., Results: In total, 2883 adults participated in the survey. All message framings worked equally well, with no statistically significant difference between the arms. Approximately 80% of the participants across all message conditions said they intended to vaccinate. However, participants wanted to know more about the vaccines; about 35% wanted to know more about vaccine efficacy, 31.5% about safety, 26.8% about health authority's recommendation, and 3.7% about where to get the vaccines. Health workers (61.4%) and scientists and epidemiologists (25.7%) were the most trusted sources. Others were family members (7.5%), community leaders (2.2%), religious leaders (1.6%), friends (1.4%), and celebrities and social media influencers (0.2%)., Conclusion: Vaccine hesitancy can be overcome by understanding individuals' decision-making processes and using effective risk communication targeted to their needs., (Copyright: © Authors 2024; Licensee: World Health Organization. Scientific evidence regularly guides policy decisions 1 , with behavioural science increasingly part of this process 2 . In April 2020, an influential paper 3 proposed 19 policy recommendations ('claims') detailing how evidence from behavioural science could contribute to efforts to reduce impacts and end the COVID-19 pandemic. Here we assess 747 pandemic-related research articles that empirically investigated those claims. We report the scale of evidence and whether evidence supports them to indicate applicability for policymaking. Two independent teams, involving 72 reviewers, found evidence for 18 of 19 claims, with both teams finding evidence supporting 16 (89%) of those 18 claims. The strongest evidence supported claims that anticipated culture, polarization and misinformation would be associated with policy effectiveness. Claims suggesting trusted leaders and positive social norms increased adherence to behavioural interventions also had strong empirical support, as did appealing to social consensus or bipartisan agreement. Targeted language in messaging yielded mixed effects and there were no effects for highlighting individual benefits or protecting others. No available evidence existed to assess any distinct differences in effects between using the terms 'physical distancing' and 'social distancing'. Analysis of 463 papers containing data showed generally large samples; 418 involved human participants with a mean of 16,848 (median of 1,699). That statistical power underscored improved suitability of behavioural science research for informing policy decisions. Furthermore, by implementing a standardized approach to evidence selection and synthesis, we amplify broader implications for advancing scientific evidence in policy formulation and prioritization., (© 2023. Introduction: A lack of information about the feasibility and safety of leadless pacemaker (LPMs) exists in a fragile population of patients with limited venous anatomy access or conventional pacemaker (PM) contraindication. Accordingly, the goal of this prospective observational study was to report our experience with this new leadless technology in a subset of patients with contraindication or limited venous access., Methods and Results: Between May 2015 and July 2016, 14 patients were consecutively included. The indications for initial PM implantation were atrioventricular (AV) block in 10/14 patients (71%), bradyarrhythmia in one (7%), and uncontrolled atrial fibrillation (AFib) requiring AV-node ablation in three (21.5%). AFib was observed in 9 of the 14 patients (64.3%) and 3 were completely dependent with no escape rhythm (21.5%). Normal access pathways via the right or left subclavian veins were occluded due to previous PM implantations and revisions in 4 patients (28.6%) and total vena cava occlusion in 3 (21.4%). End-stage renal disease with hemodialysis was present in 8 (57%) with either local-device infections or presence of long-term implanted dialysis catheters. Evidence of previous bilaterally-infected pectoral tissue was present in 3 patients (21.5%). All procedures were successful (100%) and electrical parameters remained stable over time. No direct pacemaker-related adverse events were reported, including mechanical complications, except for one ventricular fibrillation one day post-implantation under very specific conditions., Conclusion: This series demonstrated very stable performance and reassuring safety results during mid-term follow-up in a very fragile population requiring a PM. Background: The reported failure rate of the Sprint Fidelis defibrillator lead (SFDL) has increased more than initially expected, with emerging evidence of accelerating fracture rates. Current consensus guidelines continue to discourage prophylactic lead extraction, citing major complication rates of 1.4-7.3%. Therefore, data relating to the risks of systematic SFDL extraction are lacking, with no methodical extraction protocol reported to date. Moreover, few statistical analyses have identified predictors of SFDL failure., Objectives: The aims of this single-centre study were: to examine the safety and feasibility of systematic SFDL extraction at the time of pulse generator replacement or in case of lead failure; and to identify predictors of SFDL failure., Methods: Between January 2005 and October 2007, 218 consecutive patients underwent transvenous SFDL implantation in our centre., Results: During a mean follow-up of 43 ± 15 months, SFDL extraction was performed in 49 patients (22.5%) for the following reasons: inappropriate shocks (n = 21; 9.6%), systematic extraction at time of pulse generator extraction (n = 23; 10.5%), high impedance (n = 3; 1.4%), high SFDL threshold (n = 1; 0.4%) and cardiac device-related infection (n = 1; 0.4%). No severe complications occurred, although two minor complications were reported (lead dislodgments). SFDL fracture was observed in 25 patients (11.5%; 3.2%/year incidence). The only predictor associated with SFDL fracture was the number of leads (P = 0.01)., Conclusion: In our series, SFDL extraction at the time of pulse generator extraction or in case of evidence of lead failure was feasible and safe. Background: Biventricular pacing is useful for patients with congestive heart failure but has the disadvantage of being a long, user-dependent, highly technical procedure., Objectives: The purpose of this study was to simplify the procedure. The simplified technique consists of sinus (CS) venography prior to implantation, direct coronary access for the left ventricular (LV) lead without use of a left-heart delivery system, and triple-guide/one introducer cephalic vein access as the first approach in patients presenting in sinus rhythm., Methods: A cephalic cutdown was performed, and a steerable hydrophilic guidewire was introduced in the cephalic vein. A 9Fr introducer was advanced over the guidewire, and two other guides were inserted through the introducer. This technique allowed for insertion of a right ventricular lead, an LV lead, and an atrial lead., Results: One hundred three patients were evaluated from January 2002 to September 2004. Four implants failed (3.9%). The 7Fr LV lead was successfully placed in 99 of 103 patients (96.1%) directly via the 9Fr introducer, without use of a dedicated left-heart delivery system. The final position was lateral in 59 patients, posterolateral in 33, posterior in 4, and anterolateral in 3. Sixty patients were in sinus rhythm, 13 were in atrial fibrillation, and 26 had a previous pacemaker (n = 21) or defibrillator (n = 5). Triple cephalic vein access was possible in 48 of the patients in sinus rhythm (80%). Procedure parameters were as follows: LV threshold 0.9 +/- 0.7 V, LV wave amplitude 15 +/- 8 mV, LV impedance 790 +/- 232 Omega, skin-to-skin procedure time 76 +/- 33 minutes, and fluoroscopy time 23 +/- 19 minutes. Ten complications (10.1%) occurred: 7 lead dislodgments (3 within 48 hours and 4 within 6 months) requiring repositioning (7.1%), 1 subacute local infection requiring explantation (1%), 1 phrenic nerve stimulation (1%), and 1 pneumothorax (1%). The long-term success of biventricular pacing was 93.1%., Conclusions: This study demonstrates that cardiac resynchronization therapy implantation can be simplified with the combined use of a steerable hydrophilic guidewire, three guides, and one introducer via a right cephalic vein, without use of a left-heart delivery system. The triple cephalic vein approach yields an 80% implant success rate for patients in sinus rhythm. The long-term success of biventricular pacing was 93.1%.
