Today, in factories, production is spread into a wide area and became complicated. Complicated production requires a better monitoring and control system to improve efficiency. For this purpose, SCADA systems are used. SCADA systems allow industries to monitor, control and access to real-time data and data logging. Nowadays, all large-scale industries have SCADA systems. The cost of the SCADA system makes it unreachable for small and medium-size industries but a SCADA system that is designed by using C# programming language would be cheaper and could perform the same. In this study, a SCADA system has been developed to monitor and control the smart model factory system in AFSUAM. SCADA interface is created by using C# programming language and the communication between PLC and the SCADA is set by using Mitsubishi MX Component tool. With the developed SCADA system, the process of a product entering the factory as raw material, going through several processes and becoming a product from the supply chain to the distributor has been modeled on a sample marble factory model, and a graphical user interface has been created considering the purposes such as real-time monitoring, controlling, data logging and preventing errors in the context of this model.

In recent years, according to the requirements of wireless applications, multiband and low profile patch antennas are desired. In this study, a simple rectangular patch triband microstrip antenna is developed to use for Bluetooth/WiFi applications. The antenna is in the form of rectangular slots with different lengths loaded on the rectangular patch with reduced ground size. FR-4 substrate with 1.6 mm thickness is used as substrate material and annealed copper is used as ground and patch materials. The designed antenna is simulated using CST MWS software program. Microstrip line feeding technique with discrete port is used to feed the antenna. According to the results, S11 parameters of three resonant frequencies can be given as -15.08 dB, -11.88 dB and -24.03 dB at 2.39 GHz, 3.07 GHz and 4.92 GHz respectively. Gain values of the resonance frequencies can be given as follows, 2.25 dBi, 3.76 dBi and 1.92 dBi at 2.39 GHz, 3.07 GHz and 4.92 GHz respectively. Proposed antenna bandwidth can be given as, 197.5 MHz (2.29 GHz – 2.49 GHz) at 2.39 GHz, 116.1 MHz (3.01 GHz – 3.13 GHz) at 3.07 GHz and 266.2 MHz (4.79 GHz – 5.06 GHz) at 4.92 GHz, respectively. Since the designed antenna can work at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands with 2.24 dBi and 2.34 dBi, respectively, IEEE 802.11ac/b/g standards are supported by the antenna. So the proposed antenna can be used for Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz/5GHz WiFi applications.

In the wireless communication applications, widespread usage of microstrip patch antennas due to their advantages such as compactness, easy fabrication and low cost, is pushed forward researchers to develop desired antennas or improve the existing antennas to get desired one. But it is challenging to get desired antennas since microstrip patch antennas have some disadvantages such as low gain and narrow bandwidth. In this work, elliptical patch microstrip antenna is designed for Bluetooth/Wi-Fi applications. The antenna is designed in the form of slotted elliptical patch and defected ground structure method. Defected ground structure method is applied by using rectangular slots with different dimensions in this work. The proposed antenna is modelled using CST MWS software. Return loss, gain and directivity values are -16.45 dB, 1.82 dBi, and 5.81 dBi at 2.45 GHz, respectively. On the other hand, maximum directivity and gain values are 5.86 dBi and 2.06 dBi at 2.4 GHz, respectively. The bandwidth is 63.1 MHz (2.41 GHz – 2.48 GHz) at 2.45 GHz. According to the results, IEEE 802.11 b/g standards are supported by the designed antenna. So, it can be used for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi applications at 2.4 GHz.

Pregnancy is a process that can cause several physiologic changes to the cardiovascular system such as ventricular hypertrophy and dilation of cardiac chambers. Although there are studies about pregnancy-related changes in echocardiographic examination; there is no data about the long-term effects of parity on these alterations. Therefore, we evaluated the long-term effect of pregnancy on right ventricular (RV) dilation and RV hypertrophy and their relation to the parity number.This prospective study included a total of 600 women (200 consecutive women who had no parity, 200 women who had a parity number of 1 to 4 and 200 women who had a parity number of more than 4). Right chambers' measurements were compared between the groups.In echocardiographic analysis, RV and right atrial dimensions and areas and RV wall thickness were higher in parous women. On the other hand, RV systolic function parameters were significantly lower in parous women. These significant changes showed a gradual increase or decrease by increasing parity number. By multivariate hierarchical logistic regression analysis, the four independent factors that increased the risk of RV dilation were age (OR: 1.16 CI: 1.10-1.20), body mass index (OR: 1.05, CI: 1.02-1.08), smoking (OR: 1.87, CI: 1.28-4.02), and giving a birth (OR: 3.94 CI: 1.82-8.81). There was also independent relationship between the number of parity and RV hypertrophy even after adjustment for several confounders.Pregnancy-related physiological changes mostly resolve after delivery. This study about long-term effects of pregnancy on RV has demonstrated that there is a significant relation between the number of parity and either RV dilation or RV hypertrophy. Each parity had also additive effect on these changes.

Microwave ablation (MWA) is known as an alternative therapy to surgery to treat tumors. However, MWA-based therapy requires advanced approaches in order to prevent causing damage to healthy tissue around the tumor and selectively target the desired area. Nanoparticles are considered promising tools in biomedicine to fulfill these requirements. This study was carried out in order to analyze the effect of iron oxide nanoparticles on the temperature increment during radiofrequency ablation therapy with different salt solutions including NaCl and KCl as inorganics, and pictic acid (IP6) as organic. Iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) with a size of 42 nm, a surface area of 77.1 m2/g, and a high magnetic field absorption capability of 0.893 A/m were synthesized. According to the results, the magnetic nanoparticles from the IP6 solution have a higher number of charges in the recipes, and also, they reacted faster than the commercially available salt solutions like KCl and NaCl since six NaSO3 molecules are in the content of the IP6. With the absorption of 5-20 % higher electromagnetic power density depending on the content of salt solution with IP6 leads to 7-10 % temperature increase under 59 W microwave input power with 2 minutes exposure. This results show that the novelty of a dipole-dipole interaction of organic IP6 with IONPs improve the ablation performance.

Although the most preferred treatment methods in cancer treatment are still surgery and chemotherapy, microwave ablation, one of the minimally invasive thermal ablation techniques, is increasingly used in the clinic for patients who cannot afford the risks of these treatment methods. In this study, microwave ablation with a new NiTi ring antenna was performed on a freshly slaughtered beef liver as an Ex Vivo application. Design and optimization was carried out in the CST Microwave studio. Ex Vivo MWA application was carried out at 2.45 GHz, using 50 W microwave power for 5 minutes. The lowest width of the ablation zone formed along the x-axis was 14.58 mm, the highest width was 28.61 mm, the length of the ablation area along the y-axis was 58.032 mm, and the area of the ablation zone was approximately 5.44 cm2. These results show that the proposed NiTi ring antenna has the ability to achieve a sufficient thermal lesion in terms of ablation zone dimensions.

In today’s world many technological devices can operate with very low power levels. Despite this situation, these devices need to be fed with a sustainable energy source and constantly charged. This low level power need can be attained from ambient electromagnetic waves from any radio frequency sources. Radio frequency energy harvesting systems can be offered to feed these type of devices and these systems have been used in many areas in recent years. In this study, an antenna designment that can be used in RF energy harvesting systems is emphasized. Within the scope of this study, an RF energy harvesting antenna operating at 2.4 GHz frequency has been modeled. The electromagnetic performance and antenna fundamental parameters of the RF energy harvesting antenna are numerically calculated using a commercial 3D based on a transmission line matrix (TLM) and the finite integration technique (FIT). The physical extents of the antenna are 35 x 28 x 1.6 mm. The proposed RF energy harvesting antenna has 2.1 dBi directivty and %98.1 radiation efficiency performance parameters. The antenna proposed here can be have usage areas such as an RF energy harvesting antenna for low-power medical devices, self sustainable wireless devices in Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN) devices., Günümüz dünyasında birçok teknolojik cihaz çok düşük güç seviyelerinde çalışabilmektedir. Bu duruma rağmen bu cihazların sürdürülebilir bir enerji kaynağı ile beslenmesi ve sürekli şarj edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu düşük seviyeli güç ihtiyacı, herhangi bir radyo frekansı kaynağından gelen elektromanyetik dalgalarından elde edilebilir. Bu tür cihazları beslemek için radyo frekans enerji hasatlama sistemleri sunulabilir ve bu sistemler son yıllarda birçok alanda kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, RF enerji hasatlama sistemlerinde kullanılabilecek bir anten tasarımı üzerinde durulmuştur, 2.4 GHz frekansında çalışan bir RF enerji hasatlama anteni modellenmiştir. RF enerji toplama anteninin elektromanyetik performansı ve anten temel parametreleri, iletim hattı matrisine (TLM) ve sonlu entegrasyon tekniğine (FIT) dayalı ticari 3D tabanlı simulator kullanılarak sayısal olarak hesaplanmıştır. Antenin fiziksel boyutları 35 x 28 x 1.6 mm'dir. Önerilen RF enerji hasat anteni, 2.1 dBi yönlülüğe ve %98.1 radyasyon verimliliği performans parametrelerine sahiptir. Burada önerilen anten, düşük güçlü tıbbi cihazlar için RF enerji toplama anteni, Nesnelerin İnterneti (IoT) içinde kendi kendini sürdürebilen kablosuz cihazlar, Kablosuz Vücut Sensör Ağı (WBSN) cihazları gibi kullanım alanlarına sahip olabilir.

There is minimal information available regarding the early effects of bronchial asthma (BA) and its treatment on cardiac function in children. We used two-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography (2D-STE) to evaluate cardiac function before and after the treatment of childhood BA. We enrolled 44 children with moderate and severe BA who had not been treated over the preceding 3 months or who were newly diagnosed. All children received the same treatment (that recommended by the Global Initiative for Asthma [GINA] in 2017). All children also underwent transthoracic 2D-STE before treatment and 6 months later. Clinical data were compared before and after treatment. After treatment, significant increases were evident in right ventricular (RV) systolic and diastolic strain, as well as the systolic strain rate. Before and after treatment, the RV global longitudinal systolic strains were - 22.8 ± 3.6 and - 25.1 ± 4.5, respectively (p = 0.036); the RV global longitudinal diastolic strains were - 18.5 ± 6.0 and - 21.5 ± 5.2, respectively (p = 0.038); and the RV systolic strain rates were - 1.26 ± 0.4 and - 1.12 ± 0.3, respectively (p = 0.025). After treatment, significant increases were observed in the right atrial (RA) peak longitudinal strain and strain rate. Before and after treatment, the RA peak atrial longitudinal strains were 32.5 ± 10.8 and 44.7 ± 11.2, respectively (p = 0.042) and the RA longitudinal strain rates were - 1.6 ± 0.3 and - 2.0 ± 0.5, respectively (p = 0.041). RV and RA subclinical dysfunction may develop in children with early-stage BA. However, asthma treatment appears to improve such dysfunction. In children with BA, clinical and subclinical changes in cardiac functions can be easily detected via 2D-STE.

The present study investigated the relationship between pre-procedural radial intima-media thickness (rIMT) and radial artery thrombosis (RAO) in patients undergoing angiography using a transradial approach (TRA). Patients (n = 90) who underwent cerebral or peripheral arterial angiography using TRA were included in the study. Ultrasonographic evaluation was performed before and 12 h after the procedure. Preoperative rIMT measurement was performed at the distal radial artery. Presence of radial artery occlusion was evaluated by ultrasonography after radial catheterization and revealed occlusive thrombus in the radial artery in 13 patients. rIMT was found to be statistically significantly higher in patients with thrombus ( P < .05). When it was evaluated whether there was a correlation between age and rIMT, a positive significant correlation was found ( P < .01). Our study suggests that increase of rIMT may be a risk factor for RAO in the intervention area. Before the procedure, ultrasound (US) assessment of the radial artery may be useful in determining the risk of occlusion. Thus, RAO-related technical risk factors (procedure time, number of punctures, sheath thickness, etc.) can be managed more carefully in patients having radial angiography.

Internet of Things (IoT) based application requires integration with the wireless communication technology to make the application data readily available. In this article, a dual band microstrip patch antenna operating at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies is designed for use in Wi-Fi applications. The main purpose is to design a compact, easy to manufacture, cheap and high-performance microstrip patch antenna. The antenna is printed on the substrate of FR4 with two C-shaped strips and a microstrip feed line on the front side. There is L-shaped slot in the ground plane on the bottom side. The overall geometric size of the antenna is 29x26x1.6mm3. The antenna bandwidth is 140MHz and 552MHz at 2.45GHz and 5GHz respectively.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of propolis, which may have estrogenic effects, on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (mI/R) injury not only in male rats but also in intact and ovariectomized (ovx) female rats. Six groups were formed: untreated males (n = 8), treated males (n = 9), untreated intact females (n = 9), treated intact females (n = 10), untreated ovx females (n = 10), and treated ovx females (n = 8). An alcoholic extract of a single dose of propolis (200 mg/kg) was administered orally daily for 14 days. Thirty minutes of ischemia and 120 min of reperfusion were performed. Blood pressure, heart rate, arrhythmias (ventricular premature contraction [VPC], ventricular tachycardia [VT], ventricular fibrillation [VF]), and myocardial infarct size were evaluated. Total antioxidant status (TAS), total oxidant status (TOS), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and 17 beta-estradiol (E2) were measured. The untreated females showed more resistance to mI/R injury than the untreated males, as evidenced by lower duration, incidence, and score of arrhythmias, and smaller infarct size (p .05). After ovx, this resistance disappeared. Propolis improved these values in treated males and treated ovx females (p .05). Propolis increased TAS in treated males and decreased TOS in treated ovx females as well as elevated SOD in all treated groups (p .05). Propolis decreased E2 level in treated intact females; however, it increased E2 level in treated ovx females (p .05). The results revealed that propolis could protect the heart against mI/R injury in males and ovx females. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS: It is known that the female heart has an increased sensitivity to myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (mI/R) injury due to estrogen deficiency and/or estrogen deprivation following menopause or surgical removal of the ovaries. Propolis has the potential to mimic estrogen under physiological and pathophysiological conditions, as well as its antioxidant property. The results indicated that propolis decreased myocardial infarct size, arrhythmia score, arrhythmia duration, and incidence in ovariectomized female rats and male rats. In addition, the present results demonstrated that an alcoholic extract of propolis as a natural product can effectively maintain the resistance of female heart to mI/R injury after estrogen deficiency.

WOS: 000509346000005 PubMed: 31568270 Objectives In this study, we evaluated and compared the level of myocardial ischaemia caused by cardiac syndrome X (CSX) and coronary slow flow (CSF) with single photon emission computed tomography myocardial perfusion imaging (SPECT-MPI), and determined if changes in the level of myocardial ischaemia exist in CSF and CSX cases according to thrombolysis in myocardial infarction frame count (TFC). Materials and methods The study population consisted of 66 patients with CSF and 78 angiographically normal patients (36 of them with CSX and 42 of them healthy controls). The coronary flow rates of all patients were documented using TFC. Subsequently, all patients were evaluated with SPECT-MPI and categorized into the following groups according to their results: patients with CSF, patients with CSX, and patients with normal coronary arteries. Finally, we investigated whether a relationship existed between the SPECT-MPI and TFC results from these three groups. Results All ischaemia scores for MPI were significantly higher in the CSF group than in the CSX and control groups (P < 0.05). TFC was significantly associated with the severity of ischaemia in the CSF patients. There was a significant positive correlation between the summon difference score (SDS) and mean TFC value (P < 0.05) as well as between the SDS and each individual coronary TFC value in the CSF patients (P < 0.05). The number of vessels involved in CSF was positively correlated with the SDS. Conclusion CSF is associated with more severe myocardial ischaemia than CSX. The level of myocardial ischaemia on SPECT-MPI was correlated with the TFC and the number of affected coronary vessels in patients with CSF. These results suggest that CSF is a more serious clinical entity than CSX, and that the clinical severity of CSF appears to increase as the coronary flow rate decreases.

Mikrodalga ablasyonu (MDA) kanserli dokuları mikrodalga enerjisini kullanarak yok etme tekniği olarak bilinmektedir. İmplant antenler mikrodalga ablasyonu (MDA) için uygun antenler olup, küçük yapıları ve düşük maliyetleri ile tercih edilmektedir. Kanserli dokunun gelişimini etkin bir şekilde baskılayabilmek için, özgül soğrulma oranı (ÖSO) ve sıcaklık dağılımı kontrol edilebilen bu tip antenler değişik frekans ve güçlerde kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada mikrodalga tümör ablasyonu için CST Studio ile tasarlanan ve 2.41 GHz de rezonans durumunda olan hüzme yönlülüğü yüksek kompakt anten ve 2.46 GHz’ de rezonans durumunda olan kompakt çok bandlı düzlemsel anten kullanıldı. Bu radyatör tip antenler 2.45 GHz’ de tümörlü doku karşısına yerleştirilerek simule edildi. Hüzme yönlülüğü yüksek kompak anten için 2.41 GHz de yaptığı ışıma sonucunda maksimum SAR değeri 8.53 W/kg SAR/10g olarak elde edildi ve ısı akışı 1 W için sıcaklık aralığı 37 –48℃ olarak elde edildi. Kompakt çok bandlı düzlemsel anten için 2.45 GHz de yaptığı ışıma sonucunda maksimum SAR değeri 22.5 W/kg SAR/10g olarak elde edildi ve ısı akışı 1 W için sıcaklık aralığı 36 –41℃ olarak elde edildi. Antenlerin analizi ile ilgili olarak Geri dönüş kaybı (S11), elektrik alan, yönlendiricilik ve SAR değerleri ile simulasyonda mikrodalga gücünün uygulanmasıyla bir eğri buyunca elde edilen sıcaklık – uzaklık grafikleri simulasyon sonucu olarak rapor edilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen simulasyon sonuçlarına göre her iki anteninde mikrodalga ablasyonunda kullanılabileceğine dair sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Background:The aim of this study was to compare the effectivenessand safety of drug eluting stents (DES) with bare metal stents (BMS) inpatients presented with ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) ina real world setting.Methods:One thousand five hundred ninety six STEMI patientstreated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention from January 2013 toMarch 2016 were enrolled to study. One thousand one hundred ninety four of themreceived BMS while 402 of them received DES. Patients were analyzed for majoradverse cardiac events (MACE) and stent thrombosis (ST). Results: There was no difference at 30 days in relation ofMACE, all cause death, re-MI, TVR, TLR and ST. The cumulative incidence of MACEwas significantly higher in DES group (9,2% vs. 7,0%, p = 0.02) at 1 year. Stent thrombosis andre-MI incidence were significantly higher in DES group (4,2% vs. 2,6%, p = 0.028, 6,9% vs. 4,8%, p = 0.015) respectively at 1 year.There was no statistically significant difference in relation of all causedeath, TVR and TLR at 1 year. The statistically differences between groupsvanished at 2 year and the groups looked similar. Katılımcılar çıplak metal stent grubu (n=1194) ve ilaç kaplıstent grubu (n=402) olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Hastalar major kardiyak sonlanımacısından değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Grublar arasında ilk 30 günde major kardiyak sonlanımve tüm ölüm açısından fark olmamasına rağmen, toplam major kardiyak sonlanıminsidansı (9,2% vs. 7,0%, p=0.02), stent thrombozu (4,2% vs. 2,6%, p=0.028) vetekrar myokard enfarktüsü (6,9% vs. 4,8%, p=0.015) ilaç kaplı stent grubundayüksek bulundu. Bununla birlikte toplam mortalitede, hedef damar ve lezyonrevaskülarizasyonunda istatiksel anlamlı fark bulunmadı. In this study, we evaluated atrial conduction delays in patients with upper airway obstruction secondary to nasal septum deviation (NSD). Methods: A total of 32 patients with upper airway obstruction secondary to NSD undergoing a septoplasty procedure were enrolled in this study. Preoperative electrocardiography and transthoracic echocardiography were performed in all patients who underwent surgery. The mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) and atrial conduction time (ACT) were recorded before and 6 months after the surgical procedures. Results: The PAP was significantly lower postoperatively than preoperatively (20.75 +/- 4.83 vs. 24.68 +/- 5.26; P < 0.001). The postoperative Electromechanical Delay of Mitral septal wall (EMD-MS) value was significantly lower than that preoperatively (46.20 +/- 8.5 vs. 40.5 +/- 9.9; P < 0.001). The postoperative Electromechanical Delay of Mitral lateral wall (EMD-ML) value decreased significantly compared to the preoperative period (46.3 +/- 7.4 vs. 40.6 +/- 9.3; P < 0.001). The postoperative Electromechanical Delay of Tricuspit lateral wall (EMD-TL) value was significantly lower than that preoperatively (43.8 +/- 7.0 vs. 38.1 +/- 9.1; P < 0.001). There was no significant change in pre- or postoperative measurements of inter- and intra-atrial conduction delays. Conclusions: We demonstrated that upper airway obstruction secondary to NSD causes a significant increase in mPAP and a significant delay in ACT, which improved after nasal septoplasty. According to these results, we conclude that upper airway obstruction may be an important risk factor for pulmonary arterial hypertension, RV dysfunction, and atrial arrhythmias, especially in unoperated cases.

Methods In this retrospective study, we evaluated the predictive value of baseline characteristics, angiographic, echocardiographic and laboratory parameters on in-hospital mortality of 319 patients with STEMI complicated with CS who were treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention. Patients were divided into two groups consisting of survivors and non-survivors during their index hospitalisation period. Results The mortality rate was found to be 61.3% in the study population. In this paper, a radiation performance improved novel applicator is proposed which is called as reflector type microwave applicator as a part of microwave ablation (MWA) system operating at 2.45 GHz with experimentally measured bandwidth of 300 MHz in Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM) band for the local extermination of tumor with highly localized microwave power. The design principle of MW applicator is based on the structural formation of coaxial transmission line fed dielectric loaded with the metallic circular reflector for the near field energy concentration inside the tumorous tissue. To generate localized electromagnetic waves, a novel reflector type microwave applicator is designed by placing an aluminum disk near the 10 mm dielectric radiator section. The proposed applicator design has been numerically studied with finite integration technique (FIT) in CST Microwave Studio to develop the near field radiation pattern affecting the ablation level of tumorous tissue. The experimental results confirm that proposed applicator can be utilized highly localized MWA applicator for cancer treatment hence the surface temperature of cylindrical shaped tumor sample which has the dimensions of 14.4 mm diameter and 8 mm height reaches from 25 to 68.3 degrees C in 10 min.

Background: Inflammatory mechanisms play an important role in both atherosclerosis and stroke. There are several inflammatory peripheral blood count markers associated with carotid artery stenosis degree, symptomatic carotid artery lesions and carotid artery stent restenosis that reported in previous studies. However, the prognostic role of the blood cell counts and their ratios in predicting in-hospital and long-term outcomes in patients undergoing carotid artery stenting (CAS) has not been comprehensively investigated. Systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) proved its' efficiency in patients with solid tumors and its' role was rarely examined in cardiovascular disorders and stroke. The current study evaluated the effect of this novel risk index on in-hospital and long-term outcomes in a large patient population who underwent CAS. Method: A total of 732 patients with carotid artery stenosis who underwent CAS were enrolled to the study. SII was calculated using the following formula: neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio pound total platelet count in the peripheral blood (per mm3) and the patients were stratified accordingly: T1, T2 and T3. In-hospital and 5-year outcomes were compared between the tertiles of SII. Results: During the hospitalization, major stroke, ipsilateral stoke, myocardial infarction, death and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) rates were significantly higher in high SII level (T3) compared to SII levels (T1 and 2). In longterm outcomes, ipsilateral stroke, major stroke, transient ischemic attack, death, and MACE were significantly higher in the patients with higher SII level (T3). The 5-year Kaplan-Meier overall survival for T1, T2, and T3 were 97.5%, 96.7% and 86.0% respectively. In-hospital and 5-year regression analyses demonstrated that high SII was independently associated with MACE and mortality. Conclusion: SII was independently associated with in-hospital and long-term clinical outcomes in patients undergoing CAS. In this study, a 4x4 MIMO antenna box design consisting of antenna designs by using planar metal (Aluminum) plate and substrate (FR-4) used traditionally is presented to be used in smart home white good applications. The antenna designs that make up the antenna box operate as dual-band in 2.4 and 5 GHz WLAN and the operating bands and resonance frequencies are verified by both simulation and measurement results. In the resonance frequencies at 2.4 and 5 GHz WLAN operating bands 80, 110, and 700, 600 MHz operating bandwidth and at these bands minimum 15, 20 and 30, 20 dB isolation values between antennas have been achieved in simulation, respectively. Also, important MIMO antenna parameters have been examined in the simulation environment; In the 2.4 and 5 GHz operating bands, the envelope correlation coefficient maximum 0.18, 0.2 and 0.01, 0.02, diversity gain as minimum 9.1, 8.95 and 9.9, 9.85 have been obtained between the same type antennas, respectively.
