Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation Number 17 of 2021 concerning National Assessment has become the main focus in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This research aims to examine the implementation of these regulations by conducting a case study at Labuhan Batu State Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation at the Labuhan Batu State Elementary School has had a positive impact on the national assessment process. Teachers have been able to understand the national assessment guidelines better and integrate them into the school curriculum. Apart from that, the implementation of this regulation also increases awareness of the importance of assessment in improving the quality of learning and evaluation. However, challenges such as the availability of resources and a deep understanding of assessment concepts are still obstacles. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the implementation of Minister of Education Regulation Number 17 of 2021 at the elementary school level, as well as providing input for related parties in efforts to increase the effectiveness of national assessments in the future.

Carbon Accounting is a new accounting paradigm on ecological-based economic transactions. It is also known as carbon cost management. The issues regarding carbon cost management will have implications for other strategic issues related to management accounting. The concept and application of Carbon Accounting will also have broad implications for the professions and strategic issues of carbon management accounting. This study focuses on the implication of carbon accounting on accounting practices and corporate sustainability reports. The literature reviews and qualitative analyses were conducted to grab the philosophy, practice and implication of implementation of carbon accounting – carbon cost management. Based on the study, carbon accounting implementation implied to accounting practices and corporate sustainability report. In term of calculating carbon emission or greenhouse gasses, there were four methods as set by Inter-governmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) and European Renewable Energy. Summary: Background: Repurposed drugs with host-directed antiviral and immunomodulatory properties have shown promise in the treatment of COVID-19, but few trials have studied combinations of these agents. The aim of this trial was to assess the effectiveness of affordable, widely available, repurposed drugs used in combination for treatment of COVID-19, which may be particularly relevant to low-resource countries. Methods: We conducted an open-label, randomized, outpatient, controlled trial in Thailand from October 1, 2021, to June 21, 2022, to assess whether early treatment within 48-h of symptoms onset with combinations of fluvoxamine, bromhexine, cyproheptadine, and niclosamide, given to adults with confirmed mild SARS-CoV-2 infection, can prevent 28-day clinical deterioration compared to standard care. Participants were randomly assigned to receive treatment with fluvoxamine alone, fluvoxamine + bromhexine, fluvoxamine + cyproheptadine, niclosamide + bromhexine, or standard care. The primary outcome measured was clinical deterioration within 9, 14, or 28 days using a 6-point ordinal scale. This trial is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05087381). Findings: Among 1900 recruited, a total of 995 participants completed the trial. No participants had clinical deterioration by day 9, 14, or 28 days among those treated with fluvoxamine plus bromhexine (0%), fluvoxamine plus cyproheptadine (0%), or niclosamide plus bromhexine (0%). Nine participants (5.6%) in the fluvoxamine arm had clinical deterioration by day 28, requiring low-flow oxygen. In contrast, most standard care arm participants had clinical deterioration by 9, 14, and 28 days. By day 9, 32.7% (110) of patients in the standard care arm had been hospitalized without requiring supplemental oxygen but needing ongoing medical care. By day 28, this percentage increased to 37.5% (21). Additionally, 20.8% (70) of patients in the standard care arm required low-flow oxygen by day 9, and 12.5% (16) needed non-invasive or mechanical ventilation by day 28. The results of the study found that the application of online population administration services at the Deli Serdang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service had been carried out in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2019 so that population administration documents could be served. Studi ini beranjak dari fenomena meningkatnya jumlah calon legislatif (caleg) etnis Tionghoa di tiga pemilu (2004, 2009, 2014) pada konteks pemilihan anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Permasalahan dalam studi ini terjadi persaingan yang semakin kuat antara sesama caleg etnis Tionghoa pada daerah pemilihan (dapil) sumatra utara (Sumut) 1 yang menimbulkan munculnya pertanyaan penelitian dalam studi ini mengapa caleg etnis Tionghoa memilih maju di dapil Sumut 1 dan bagaimana mobilisasi suara dilakukan?. Untuk menemukan jawaban terhadap penelitian ini maka studi ini menetapkan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan temuan yang berbeda dari penelitian terdahulu yang menyebutkan kebangkitan semangat etnis di era pasca-Soeharto tidak terjadi di kota Medan secara spesifik pada lokasi studi ini. Temuan yang didapatkan terjadi fragmentasi politik di kalangan etnis Tionghoa yang dibentuk oleh Habitus yang ada pada area masing-masing. Tingginya persaingan sesama caleg etnis Tionghoa di dapil Sumut 1 sebagai pertanda bahwa demokrasi dengan sistem pemilu proporsional terbuka mengurangi peningkatan sentimen etnis dalam pemilu. Pada sisi lainnya area domisili dan mobilitas bisnis yang tinggi seperti Kota Medan dianggap sebagai dapil yang bergengsi untuk mengukur kemampuan keterampilan politik di pemilu.

The implementation of licensing services through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Binjai City Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Licensing Service (DPMPPTSP) can still be said to be unsatisfactory because it still has problems in licensing services, especially Construction Services Business Permit (IUJK) services. Problems that are often faced include the completion of the Construction Service Business Permit (IUJK) not on time and business actors do not understand the operation of the OSS system, which results in licensing services through the OSS not yet maximized. This study is to determine the quality of licensing services through OSS at the DPMPPTSP Binjai City and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of licensing through OSS at the Binjai City DPMPPTSP. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate the quality of licensing services through OSS at DPMPPTSP of Binjai City which is examined from the dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance ( guarantee), Empathy (empathy) as a whole is considered good but not optimal. The DPMPPTSP Of Binajai City is expected to have a technical team located at the Dinas and Dinas to conduct socialization regarding the use of the OSS system to the public so that the public is able to register their own permits and not through third parties/brokers.

Setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan berupa mempertahankan keseimbangan elektrolit (kalium) dalam range normal pasien tidak mengalami aritmia. Penerapan intervensi keperawatan managemen keseimbangan elektrolit (kalium) dapat mencegah terjadinya aritmia paska bedah CABG dan dapat meningkan outcomes pasien.

Perguruan tinggi diberikan tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak melalui instrumen pendidikan. Kebijakan otonomi untuk menciptakan transparansi maupun akuntabilitas justru menimbulkan dampak dalam tataran pengelolaannya. Dampaknya perguruan tinggi berusaha secara mandiri untuk menambah income guna membiayai biaya operasional yang tidak memadai. Penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) kebijakan otonomi perguruan tinggi diarahkan untuk berkompetisi dalam berbagai bidang, agar dapat bersaing untuk menjadi universitas bergengsi dan berkelas. 2) perguruan tinggi menginginkan diberikan kebebasan secara desentralistik agar dikelola secara mandiri tanpa intervensi pihak lain. 3) perguruan tinggi dituntut mencari pendanaan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak untuk membiayai biaya operasional yang tidak dialokasikan pemerintah. 4) dampak kebijakan otonomi menciptakan praktek komersialisasi, menyebabkan biaya pendidikan yang tidak terjangkau.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum absorption time of corn cob charcoal in absorbing Fe (II) ions, and the effect of pH of the solution on Fe concentration was absorbed in batch isothermic conditions using the Langmuir equation. The study was carried out under atmospheric conditions, temperature 27oC. A total of 0.6 g of char is added to 50 ml of Fe solution with various concentrations and then stirred using a magnetic stirrer at a speed of 150 rpm. Equilibrium data is taken after the process last for 24 hours, while to determine the contact time is selected at 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 minutes. The optimum absorption time of corn cob charcoal in absorbing Fe (II) ions is 20 minutes. The amount of Fe absorbed increases with increasing pH.

This research discusses the Arduino Uno based public street lighting intensity control system. The street lighting technology applied so far is still conventional technology that is classified as wasteful of energy because it still uses a continuous lighting system or an On-Off system. PJU problems arise because of too much power consumption caused by the use of large power lamps and lamp operating times. This research utilizes Arduino Uno and RTC to control the value of the variable voltage output transformer based on time division. This system has been able to control the voltage of 400 watt sodium lamps. The output voltage of the transformer has been divided into three levels, namely level 1, level 2 and level 3. The division of this level is based on the operating time of the lights, namely level 1 at 1830 WIB to 2200 WIB, level 2 at 2201 WIB until 2359 WIB, level 3 at 0000 WIB until 0530 WIB. Transformer output voltage at level 1 can be 220 volts. The output voltage of the transformer at level 2 can be 210 volts. Transformer output voltage at level 3 can be 200 volts. The intensity of the 400 watt sodium lamp light at level 1 is an average of 99.9 lux. The intensity of the 400 watt sodium lamp light at level 2 is an average of 85.45 lux. Background: Pericarditis caused by Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a rare infection, often seen in patients with chronic kidney disease, immunosuppression, or previous pericardial disease. The presentation can be dramatic with acute illness leading to septic and/or obstructive shock due to pericardial tamponade. Occasionally disease can have a more protracted, indolent, subacute clinical course. Case report: We report a case of a 57-year-old male patient with a previous history of smoking and moderate alcohol use who presented with progressive dyspnea and cough. He was found to have a disseminated MRSA infection with pericarditis complicated by pericardial tamponade. Urgent pericardiocentesis yielded 1.1 liters of purulent fluid that grew MRSA. MRSA was also isolated from the blood and pleural fluid. The patient underwent left thoracotomy, decortication, and pericardial window and completed 3 weeks of intravenous vancomycin therapy, concluding in an excellent outcome. Conclusion: Bacterial pericarditis is an exceptionally rare form of pericarditis which been traditionally associated with chronic medical conditions requiring a prolonged healthcare stay. However, it has lately been observed in healthy individuals with social habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption. Bacterial pericarditis must be recognized in a timely fashion and managed aggressively to prevent a devastating outcome. A multidisciplinary approach is advised, which includes a combination of pericardial drainage and aggressive antibiotic therapy. Such treatment often yields a positive outcome and good long-term prognosis.

But there are still many users of electricity who have not been able to monitor electric power in detail. This study discusses the prototype of an electric scale monitoring system such as current and voltage. This prototype utilizes AC SCT 013-000 current sensor and ZMPT101B voltage sensor to read electrical quantities. Arduiono Mega processes data generated by sensors. This monitoring system sends data using an 800L SIM to Mobile via SMS. Voltage and electric current data is also stored in the data logger. The SIM800L module test shows a success rate of 80%.

Previous studies have shown the prevalence of overweight and obesity to be higher in foreign-born populations than their native counterparts. This study aimed at assessing the prevalence of overweight and obesity in Russian, Somali and Kurdish origin populations in Finland in comparison with the general population, and determining which background factors associate with overweight and obesity. Data from the Finnish Migrant Health and Wellbeing Study (Maamu) were used. Prevalence of overweight and obesity was as high as 73% in Somali and 65% in Kurdish origin women. In contrast, Somali origin men had a significantly lower prevalence of overweight and obesity than men in the general population. Health promotion measures must be addressed towards decreasing the prevalence of overweight and obesity particularly among Somali and Kurdish origin women. Foreign-born people need to be taken into account when planning and implementing obesity prevention programs.

Latar belakang: prevalensi anemia defisiensi besi masih tinggi terutama pada bayi. Deteksi dini terhadap anemia pada bayi terutama bayi dengan risiko tinggi sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tumbuh kembang optimal. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui prevalensi anemia defisiensi besi. Bahan dan cara metode: studi deskriptif belah lintang dilakukan di empat Puskesmas di Jakarta Timur. Populasi sampel adalah bayi umur 4-12 bulan yang tinggal di wilayah Kecamatan Matraman dan sekitarnya pada bulan Maret 2004. Sampling diambil dengan metode convenient, pengumpulan data dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh ibu bayi secara terpimpin. Pengukuran di lakukan pada panjang badan, berat badan, lingkar kepala bayi. Pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin menggunakan Hemocue®, sedangkan serum feritin diperiksa di laboratorium SEAMEO-TROPMED FKUI. Hasil: sampel terdiri dari 55 bayi, 63,6% laki-laki, 58,2% berumur 8-12 bulan, dan 87,3% berasal dari keluarga dengan pendapatan per kapita per bulan rendah. Sebagian besar berstatus gizi kurang (60%), 96,4% lahir cukup bulan, 3,6% bayi lahir dengan berat badan rendah pemberian ASI ekslusif 94,5%. Diantara 55 bayi 38,2% mengalami anemia dan 71,4% bayi anemia tersebut menderita anemia defisiensi besi. Prevalensi anemia defisiensi besi lebih besar pada bayi 8-12 bulan daripada bayi yang lebih muda, yaitu 73,3%. Kesimpulan: tidak didapatkan hubungan bermakna antara anemia defisiensi pada bayi dengan jenis kelamin, umur, tingkat pendapatan orang tua, usia gestasi, berat lahir, pemberian ASI ekslusif, susu formula yang difortifikasi besi, dan makanan pendamping ASI, serta infeksi yang diderita bayi.

Nickel oxide-zinc oxide (NiO-ZnO) nano-catalyst was embedded in a carbohydrate polymer (Alg/NiO-ZnO) was successfully synthesized and used for the (photo)catalytic conversion of deleterious contaminants such as organic dyes (Acridine Orange 'ArO', Methylene Blue 'MB', Methyl Orange 'MO') and 4-Nitrophenol '4-NP' as well. Solar light helped photo-degradation and NaBH4-assisted reduction of organic dyes, as water pollutants, were studied using Alg/NiO-ZnO. Furthermore, utilizing Na alg/NiO-ZnO as a catalyst for the photocatalytic degradation was found to be more efficient for ArO, however catalytic reduction of MB was the best among all contaminants. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), X-Ray Diffractometry (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) techniques were used to identify the shape and structure of Alg/NiO-ZnO. To gather the data, an ultraviolet-visible (UV) spectrophotometer is employed. Data collection and processing, graph creation, and analysis were all accomplished with Origin 2018.
