Background: Malnutrition problems such as underweight was unhealthy (pathological) conditions that arise from not enough eating or consuming less energy and protein for a certain period of time. The results of monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers (0-59 months) in 2018 from Basic Health Research with WAZ Index, 17,6% children in underweight status. MISUKE (vegetable oil, milk & soybean) is a nutrient-dense supplement made from vegetable oil, skim milk and soybeans which are a high source of energy and protein but in small volume and in powder form. Objective: The aims of this study was to determine the effect of MISUKE formula on the nutritional status of underweight children. Methods: This research design was quasi-experimental research with pretest and posttest approaches. Samples taken by 30 underweight children under five. This research was carried out in working area of Sudiang Raya Health Center in Makassar city. Results: The results showed that there was an increase in body weight before and after consume MISUKE around 0.25 grams with a p value of 0,000, besides that there was a significant increase in energy and carbohydrate intake after giving misuke with p values respectively (0,000 and 0.001), and for There was also an increase in fat protein intake, but not significantly with p values (0.56) and (0.51), respectively. Thus, MISUKE can be used as an alternative food for malnourished children. Conclusion: MISUKE formulation used consists of 12 grams of vegetable oil, 6 grams of skimmed milk, 12 grams of soy bean flour, 4 grams of granulated sugar. The nutritional value of MISUKE is 190.8 kcal energy, 6.5 grams of protein, 14.5 grams of fat, and 10.7 grams of carbohydrates, while the change in nutritional status for weight before ranging from 10.48 grams and the increase of 0.25 grams after MISUKE treatment with an average body weight range of 10.73. Mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta L) is widely available and contains nutrients. This fish has potential for prevention malnutrition problems in Indonesia, especially in South Sulawesi Province, but their utilization is not optimal. The aims of this study was to determine nutrient content and acceptability biscuits subtitutes from flour of mackerel fish. The design of this study was experimental by making biscuits through substitution with mackerel fish flour and divided into four concentration formulas, F0 = 0%, F1 = 5%, F2 = 10%, F3 = 15%. Each biscuit was subjected to a acceptability test using the organoleptic test method using hedonic scale. Analysis of protein content using the Kjehdal method, fat content using the shoxlet method, carbohydrates content using the Luff Chroll method and minerals content using with AAS. The results of this study that substitution of mackerel flour reduced the acceptance of biscuits, although the decrease was not significant in terms of color (p = 0.061) and texture (p = 0.356). A significant decrease in the acceptability score was seen in the aroma aspect (p = 0.000) and the taste aspect (p = 0.000). F1 biscuits are the best formula, having a carbohydrate content of 62.49%, 18.35% fat, 10.72% protein, 10.83 mg/L zinc and 230.95 mg/L iron. The substitution of mackerel flour does not affect for acceptability of the color and texture aspects, but affects for aroma and taste, especially if the concentration of the addition is too high. Background: Online games are one of game that is connected via a network, can be played anytime, anywhere, can be played in groups anywhere (Bobby Bodenheimer, 1999). According to research by Jap et al (2013), as many as 10.5% or 150 of the total 1477 students combined from SMP and SMA in 4 cities in Indonesia (Manado, Medan, Pontianak, and Yogyakarta) have found addiction to online games. According to the results of an interview at one of the best high schools, there are about 1 in 4 students often playing Online Games. If a quick calculation from 2175 students in 3 high schools, there are about 271 students who often play online games. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between online game addiction and violent behavior in high school students in Sorong City in 2018. Method: This type of research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 73 students was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Linear Regression. Results: The results showed that there was a significant between online game addiction and violent behavior (significant value 0.002 <0.05) with a weak correlation (R = 0.357). The results of this study suggest that specialist nurses can provide Behavior Therapy to high school students who are addicted to online games, while parents and teachers should provide tighter supervision of the habits of playing games for their children or students. Nowadays, stunting is one of the main focuses of the national development priorities in the health sector. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 30.7% (Riskesdas, 2018) and the prevalence is above tolerance by WHO, which is ≤ 20%. According to the results of the South East Asia Nutrition Surveys (SEANUTS, 2017), around 24.1% of boys and 24.3% of girls in Indonesia are stunting. The prevalence of stunting in West Sulawesi Province is 38.2%, the second-highest in Indonesia, and the District of Mamuju at 47.26% based on the results of Monitoring Nutrition Status in 2017. One of the efforts to prevent stunting is developed food products, such as the potential of Moringa Oleifera seeds as a supplement for children and will be developed into PMT for children under five. As basic research, the aim of this study was to analyze water and microbe contents of Moringa Oleifera seeds flour and cookies with Moringa Oleifera seeds flour substitutions of 10% and 15%. This research is Randomized design by grouping the experimental units into homogeneous groups. The manufacture of flour and Moringa Oleifera seeds cookies was carried out in the laboratory of Health Polytechnic of Mamuju and the examination of water and microbe contents was carried out at the Makassar Health Laboratory Center. Water and microbial contents of Moringa Oleifera seeds flour and cookies with 10% and 15% substitution of Moringa Oleifera seeds flour were in accordance with SNI standards. Low fish consumption in some parts of Indonesia is caused by the high price of several types of fish. Its include types of fish that have a low social value in the community so it is less desirable although their value of nutrients is very good. Anchovy is actually the best source of calcium and protein. Calcium in white anchovy (Stolephorus sp) is very stable resistant and not easily soluble in water. White anchovies (Stolephorus sp) are excellent as a source of calcium and protein in children who are in their infancy, expectant mothers, nursing mothers and adult women to prevent osteoporosis. When the production volume of white anchovy (Stolephorus sp) is increased, making fish flour is a preservation method, It will make the benefits of anchovy can be maximised. White anchovy flour quality can be measured by proximate characteristics and nutritional quality. Proximate parameters in this study are determination of water content, ash content, peroxide numbers, acid numbers, and saponification numbers. Nutritional quality analysis such as carbohydrates, protein, fat, calcium, iron, fiber, zinc, DHA, EPA and trans fat. The characteristics of the proximate are good and meet the quality standards of a food product from fresh anchovy (Stolephorus sp) such as fiber content, ash content, number of peroxide and trans fatty acids. Efforts to empower communities in community-based total sanitation program through health education methods play an important role in program effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of health education by using lecture and discussion methods towards knowledge, attitude and action changes of the community in East Tande Sub-district and Adolang Dhua Village, Majene District. This study is a quantitative research through experimental approach with design non-equivalent control group with pre-test - post-test which is conducted from September - October 2016. Method of determining samples in this study using purposive technique so that obtained 66 people consist of 2 groups, the group with discussion method treatment in Tande Sub-District, and the group with lecture method treatment in Adolang Dhua Village. Data collection conducted by giving pre-test questionnaire, and then gave them intervention, and end up by giving the post-test questionnaire to the respondents. Data were analyzed using paired t-test, wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. Independent variables in this study are health education by using lecture method and group discussion method while the dependent variables are knowledge, attitude and action. The results showed that the knowledge variable influenced by lecture method but not influenced by group discussion method, while the attitude variable is not influenced by lecture and group discussion methods. For the third variable, the action variable is not influenced by the lecture method but influenced by the group discussion method. Meanwhile, the lecture method is more effective in changing respondent knowledge, attitude and action in the effort to empower communities to obtain STBM facilities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purple sweet potato is a versatile and highly nutritious crop that has great potential to support food security, diversify food products, and improve public health, especially through the use of its flour in making noodles, cakes, and other food products. Research on the utilization of purple sweet potato is of particular interest to many researchers. This study aims to look at the development trend of research related to the utilization of purple sweet potatoes in food products. The results showed an increase in publications related to purple sweet potato, and research continues to increase, where the highest peak is in 2023. The countries that are the main contributors to this research are China and Indonesia. IOP Conference Series publishers and Wuhan Polytechnic published the most journals related to this research. Zhang M. has the highest publications in the research field related to purple sweet potato. Keyword analysis found that future research trends related to purple sweet potato have the potential to be developed in the fields of food packaging, natural colouring, and becoming an alternative staple food in the future. This study concludes that research on the use of purple sweet potato continues to increase every year and has the potential to continue to be developed as an alternative food and food additive.
