RESUMEN En este trabajo se presenta el estudio de la perovskita doble La2NiMnO6 como material de electrodo para supercapacitores. El óxido mixto fue preparado por ruta de precursores citrato (CIT). La muestra fue calcinada 4 horas a 800 ºC. El material fue caracterizado por DRXP, espectroscopía FTIR y microscopía SEM. El comportamiento capacitivo del material fue evaluado mediante voltamperometría cíclica y mediciones galvanostáticas de carga/descarga en medio alcalino y ácido. Los perfiles I/V fueron registrados variando las velocidades de barrido de 10 a 100 mV/s. Las curvas galvanostáticas de carga/descarga se registraron a diferentes densidades de corriente, con valores entre 3 y 17 A/g. Los valores más altos de capacitancia fueron obtenidos en medio alcalino. Se encontraron valores de capacitancia específica de 1681 F/g a una densidad de corriente de 3 A/g, potencia y energía específica de 2903 W/kg y 378 Wh/kg, respectivamente. Mientras que en medio ácido los valores fueron de 492 F/g, 3225 W/kg, 137 Wh/kg de capacitancia, potencia y energía específica, respectivamente. Estos resultados obtenidos permiten considerar a las perovskitas dobles como potenciales materiales de electrodo para supercapacitores. ABSTRACT In this paper, the study of double perovskite La2NiMnO6 as electrode material for supercapacitors is presented. The mixed oxide was prepared by citrate precursor route (CIT). The sample was calcined for 4 hours at 800 °C. The material was characterized by PXRD, SEM and FTIR spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements were used to study the capacitive behavior of the nanomaterial in alkaline and acid solutions. I/V profiles were obtained at varying the scan rates from 10 to 100 mV/s. The galvanostatic charge/discharge curves were recorded at different current density values in the 3-17 A/g range. The higher capacitance values were obtained in alkaline medium. Thus, a specific capacitance of 1681 F/g at a current density of 3 A/g, and a power and an energy specific of 2903 W/kg and 378 Wh/kg, were obtained in KOH. While in acid solution these values were 492 F/g, 3225 W/kg and 137 Wh/kg, respectively. These promising results promote the use of the double perovskites for electrode materials in supercapacitors.

Induction motors are essential components in the vast majority of industrial processes. The different faults on induction machines may yield drastic consequences for an industrial process. The main problems are related to the increasing costs, and the worsening of the process safety conditions and the final product quality. Many of these faults show themselves gradually. In this work, the construction of electrochemical capacitors using polyaniline-carbon black nanocomposites as electrode material is described. Symmetric and asymmetric cells were assembled. The active material was supported on carbon cloth acting as current collector as well. The electrolyte was H2SO4 0.5 M, and the selected potential range was 1V. The electrochemical behavior of the arrayed supercapacitors was studied by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge runs. At a constant current density of 0.3 A/g, a specific capacitance value of 1039 F/g was obtained for a symmetric assembly using both electrodes prepared with polyaniline and carbon black nanocomposites. When the set is asymmetric, being the positive electrode made of polyaniline and carbon black nanocomposites, the specific capacitance value is 1534 F/g. For the latter array, the specific power and energy density values are 300 W/kg and 426 Wh/kg at 0.3 A/g, and 13 700 W/kg and 28 Wh/kg at 13.7 A/g. These results suggest a good capacity of fast energy transfer. Moreover, this asymmetric supercapacitor demonstrated a high stability over 1000 cycles being the loss of only 5%. This paper considers the formation control of multiple underactuated surface vessel. A distributed cooperative control using the relative information among neighboring vehicles is proposed such that the flock of multiple vehicles forms a desired geometric formation pattern whose center moves along a desired trajectory. In order to guarantee safe flock navigation and interaction of vehicles with the environment, we propose to extend the designed formation tracking controller to more sophisticated algorithm that prevent the vehicles from colliding with environmental obstacles with unknown sizes and locations based on a Decentralized Constrained Optimizing Problem ”DCOP” strategy. Some Issues on the Design of a Low-Cost Autonomous Underwater Vehicle with an Intelligent Dynamic Mission Planner for Pipeline and Cable Tracking

A design and development tool to achieve artificial neural networks (ANN) implemented in a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is presented in this article. Its main components and functionality are thoroughly described. This tool, called NNGen, allows constructing digital ANN, which are easily programmable selecting different parameters. The output of such programming task is directly VHDL code to be ported to, in principle, any chip of the mentioned kind. A case study of a multilayer perceptron applied to weather forecast that was fully designed with NNGen, is also analyzed to obtain some conclusions., Sociedad Argentina de Informática e Investigación Operativa
