To achieve the aim of synthesis of flavones. We hereby the synthesis of 2-hydroxychalcones by variation using readily accessible starting materials, salicylaldehyde and acetophenone in presence of a phase transfer catalyst. The use of P.T.C. offered advantages over the conventional method due to rapid reaction and improvement in yields in the synthesis of Chalcones. The use of P.T.C. reduced the amount of time needed for the reaction to finish. The Nanotechnology is will be used to Nano extraction and Nano separation process. We report on the convenient, simple, and alternative synthesis of flavones of therapeutic importance. When heated in the presence of catalytic iodine, the 2-hydroxychalcones produced as a result of condensation between acetophenones and salicylaldehyde underwent oxidative cyclization, producing a variety of flavones without the use of solvents. Eleven compounds have been created with yields ranging from good to outstanding, and their formation mechanisms are detailed. Ultra method is to instrumental techniques [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
