The debate on whether bank interest is permissible because it equates to the prohibition of usury is still an issue until now, so this paper aims to explain various expert opinions that bank interest is not haram and not like usury which is forbidden. This paper is a literature study with the type of qualitative research that takes primary and secondary data from various reference sources from books, especially articles related to the discussion. The author's findings show that several figures and one institution argue that bank interest that applies in conventional banks is not haram. The figures are Fazlurrahman, Abdullah Saeed, Muhammad Sayyid Thantawi, M. Dawan Rahardjo and Darul Ifta' Egypt which is an Islamic fatwa institution in Egypt Abstrak Perdebatan boleh tidaknya bunga bank karena menyamakan dengan keharaman riba masih selalu menjadi isu sampai sekarang, maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan berbagai pendapat ahli bahwa bunga bank tidaklah haram dan bukan seperti riba yang diharamkan. Tulisan ini adalah studi pustaka dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang mengambil data primer maupun sekunder dari berbagai sumber rujukan dari buku terutama artikel yang terkait pembahasan. Adapun hasil temuan penulis menunjukkan beberapa tokoh dan satu lembaga berpendapat bunga bank yang berlaku di bank konvensional tidaklah haram. Adapun tokoh tersebut yaitu mulai dari Fazlurrahman, Abdullah Saeed, Muhammad Sayyid Thantawi, M. Dawan Rahardjo dan Darul Ifta’ Mesir yang merupakan lembaga fatwa keislaman di Mesir.

This paper describes buying and selling in the Qur'an with various meanings contained therein, buying and selling is one form of muamalah in Islam, buying and selling is an unavoidable part of human life in order to meet the needs of life, muamalah in Islam is intended to create life. In this paper, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research model. This research method includes library research, namely research using primary data from Al-Quran verses as the main source of information and secondary data such as books, journals and relevant documents. and the study is focused on finding the word buying and selling or words that are commensurate with the word buying and selling in the Al-Quran, the terms and pillars of the legal fiber of buying and selling. The results of this study are that buying and selling is part of muamalah in Islam which has the initial law of permissible and can change the law according to certain conditions and contexts and in Islam the buying and selling transaction process has terms and pillars, namely there are sellers, buyers, useful goods. and halal and consent qabul.

This research aims to uncover how Islamic criminal acts towards social media crimes. This study also elaborates on how Islam assesses Indonesian criminal prosecution against social media crimes. The approach used is a juridical normative to assess the criminal law system in force in Indonesia with the Islamic criminal perspective as grand theory. The results found that crime through social media was adapted with the crime in Islamic law namely Hudūd, qisas diyat and tazir. This research also found that the Indonesian legal system provides legal rewards for perpetrators of crimes through social media charged with the Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law still needs to be expanded. Crimes through social media most often threatened by the ITE Law are insults to the government or symbols of the state, threatening and defamation of others, insults to others and violating SARA (ethnicity, religion, race and intergroup). Cybercrimes related to adultery, alcoholism and terrorism must be considered because they are a serious threat. Prison penalties and fines that are most often sentenced to perpetrators of social media crimes include part of criminal tazir which is following Islamic criminal law.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode penulisan latar belakang dan rumusan masalah dalam buku Wawasan al-Qur’an tentang al-Bala’ karya Mardan. Rumusan masalahnya ada dua yaitu bagaimana epistimologi latar belakang dan rumusan masalah? Bagaimana implementasi “Latar Belakang dan Rumusan Masalah” dalam buku Wawasan al-Qur’an Terhadap al-Bala’ karya Mardan? Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan sumber data primernya adalah buku Wawasan al-Qur’an tentang al-Bala’ karya Mardan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan latar belakang dalam buku Wawasan al-Qur’an tentang al-Bala’ karya Mardan  telah memenuhi tiga unsur yaitu adanya gambaran kondisi ril , kondisi ideal dan pentingnya penelitian. Namun pentingnya penelitian tidak disebutkan secara langsung dalam latar belakang akan tetapi tersirat pada pemaparan kondisi problematika. Adapun perumusan rumusan masalahnya, telah terpenuhi 3 unsur filosofisnya  yaitu ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi

The threat of terrorism is exacerbated by technology. It leads to a new term called Cyberterrorism. Apparently, this threat has not received appropriate space in the legal regulations in Indonesia. Therefore, this paper aims to strengthen legal action against cyberterrorism. This strengthening is obtained by assimilating Islamic law through the normative juridical method. The data are sourced from related news and updated journals. Researchers found that the assimilation of Islamic law products into positive law in Indonesia was in the form of Hirabah Punishment, Rebel Punishment, or Takzir. This idea is expected to be a consideration for policymakers in updating their laws so that they can reduce terrorism crimes, especially in cyberspace.

Marriage is an event of sacred and holy ritual for each individual. In the view of the Qur’an, one of the goals of marriage is to create tranquility(sakinah), affection (mawaddah) and grace (warahmah) among husband and wife with their children. Carrying out of a marriage is a religious order as well as follows the sunnah of Allah’s Apostles.Therefore, someone who has fulfilled the requirements for marriage is ordered to carry out a marriage. Islam has laid a foundation which strong enough and resilient to build a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family life. Many sakinah family problems are explained in Qur’an and Hadith. In addition, there are also values in the form of Pappaseng toriolo (the ancients advice) that support building a sakinah family.The reseach aims at examining the purpose of marriage based on the Qur’an and the Hadith which are integrated into the cultural values of local wisdom i.e. sipakatau (respect), sipakalabbiri (appreciate), sipakainga (mutual reminding), siri’ (self-esteem), pacce’ (empathy), kalambusang (honesty), abbulo sibatang (unity), and sipatokkong (cooperation). The method used in this study is qualitative method with content analysis using accidental sampling (nonprobability sampling) techniques which amounted to 55 teenagers of marriage age as respondents. The result of the study shows that the values of marriage in the Qur’an and Hadith in line with the values of culture and local wisdom. To realize the value of sakinah family, the value of sipakatau and sipakalabbiri occupy the highest category in building the sakinah family, i.d. each 14%, followed by the value of kambusang (11%), and tamatappu (10%). The values of these local wisdom if executed with the marriage values in accordance with Qur’an and Hadith will work togather to build marriage family life towards the family of sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah.
