The digital transformation of the last decades has brought many changes and challenges for education, teachers must be alert to all these developments and be in a continuous updating, therefore, it is important to create spaces where they can be trained and thus acquire technical and pedagogical skills to apply in their classes and thus strengthen the computational thinking of their students. Among these technical skills we find decomposition, pattern generalization, abstraction, and algorithmic thinking. Many research and efforts were found that are being made so that from the classroom the teacher contributes to student learning through computational thinking, these researches involve children, adolescents and young people, it is a creative challenge for everyone, as for those who disseminate these new techniques as for those who receive and apply them in all instances not only in the computational. In this article we sought to identify the experience of higher education teachers in their classrooms, to identify the strategies they use and how they perceive their students when receiving instruction; it is identified that most students still expect to receive masterly training, they are not very self-taught and as for the perception of the topics they tend to memorize and forget, since they do not use very often the explicit long-term memory where they make learning conscious and the implicit memory where they learn through experience, both can be strengthened by applying computational thinking. Students should be taught to analyze from computational thinking all the problems of the different subjects and thus their memorization will be explicit conscious, they will not forget, and they will be able to face many challenges of their area of study every day. The objective of this document was to explain the effects of a methodological guide, from basic accounting, to the cognitive processes of teaching towards the buying and selling modules; and accounting packages for tax awareness among young people in Ecuador and the world, empowered to fulfill their duties in their societies as tax advisors and micro-entrepreneurs. Qualitative research has been carried out, in which an exchange was made between theory and commercial facts. A basic comparative qualitative methodology is applied to first-year high school students at the Unidad Educativa Provincia de Los Ríos in Guayaquil, Ecuador, taking the third year of technical high school as a reference group, as a diagnostic reference sample; but not intervened, retrospectively, asserting the accounting subconscious before computerizing the accounting processes. It is concluded that the relationship between mastery of spreadsheets and the speed and efficiency of transcribing processes depends on prior learning and the binary help of accounting and computing; In addition, the didactic guide is aimed at using a pedagogy that helps from the formation of work skills to tax settlement. La tachadura constituye uno de los procedimientos formales empleados en el campo de la poesía experimental española, pero, también, dentro del arte conceptual. Este artículo analiza tres obras en los que este procedimiento se aplica sobre textos originales apropiados. El carácter críptico de estas obras—por la parquedad o ausencia de unidades léxicas que en ellos aparecen—, su autonomía formal y su descontextualización invitan a realizar una lectura metarreferencial según la cual la tachadura constituiría solamente una forma de intensificación de la materialidad gráfica del signo. Sin embargo, la atención a los textos apropiados sobre los que la tachadura se opera arroja sospechas sobre cualquier lectura formalista. La naturaleza de los textos apropiados apunta a una interpretación política que se ve reforzada si consideramos la actividad «tachadora» del régimen franquista, ejercida preventivamente tanto en los textos enviados a consulta voluntaria como sobre las pintadas que orlaban los muros de la ciudad. Este artículo defiende que el procedimiento impersonal de la apropiación y el tachado constituye una corriente alternativa de compromiso estético en las obras de José Miguel Ullán, Concha Jerez y Fernando Millán y analiza los distintos significados que emanan de un acto de supresión del sentido.

In this article, I think with a decade-long, ongoing collaboration with the Gullah/Geechee Sustainability Think Tank to consider whether and how we can build abstractions in a scholarly way that resource Gullah/Geechee self-determination. Building on Haraway’s concept of “response-ability” I propose the concept of “response-able abstractions” as an approach to scholarly knowledge for transformative social change. I sketch out the concept of “Long Reconstruction” as an example of a response-able abstraction that can bring into relief the sociopolitical relations and space–times of environmental governance in Gullah/Geechee Nation, and as a way of producing scholarly forms of knowledge that resource Gullah/Geechee self-determination. En 1958 Eduardo Chillida recibe una beca de la Fundación Graham de Chicago en la que es alentado a profundizar en los aspectos de su trabajo más cercanos a la disciplina arquitectónica. Detrás de esta beca se encontraban figuras imprescindibles para la difusión de los valores de la arquitectura moderna en América como Mies van der Rohe, Sigfreid Giedion o Josep Lluis Sert. La obra de Chillida evidencia un paso de los Ikaraundi, que comienzan en 1957, hasta las obras que se interesan decididamente por los fenómenos espaciales (los Elogios de la arquitectura o los Lugares de encuentro) a finales de los 60. Este año de beca hace de bisagra y de acercamiento al campo de la arquitectura como él mismo reconoce en el informe que redactará para la recepción de la misma. Este capítulo de su biografía ha sido hasta ahora apenas considerado para explicar este giro tan trascendental en su carrera. Abstract In 1958 Eduardo Chillida received a scholarship from the Graham Foundation of Chicago in which he was encouraged to explore deeper into those aspects of his work that are closest to the architectural discipline. Behind this scholarship there were essential figures for the dissemination of the values of modern architecture in America such as Mies van der Rohe, Sigfreid Giedion or Josep Lluis Sert. Chillida's work shows a step from the Ikaraundi, which began in 1957, to the works that are decidedly interested in spatial phenomena (the Praise of Architecture or the Meeting Places) at the end of the 60s. This year of scholarship of hinge and approach to the field of architecture as he himself recognizes in the report that he will write for its reception. This chapter of his biography has until now barely been considered to explain this momentous turn in his career.

The slogan "by teaching programming, abstraction capacity is developed" played a key role in the acceptance of the incorporation of programming teaching in schools. it should be noted that the role of abstraction in Computing is central, to the point of being conceptualized as "the art of abstraction". But, is it the same abstraction that psychology teaches? To answer this question, we reviewed the literature from both fields and found intrafield and interfield heterogeneity. While in the field of psychology the piagetian influence makes the association between abstraction, generalization and fluid intelligence very strong, in the field of computer science this association is not present. it is treated as a very powerful but much more specific tool, with at least three different meanings. Con este artículo se quiere sumar un análisis específico sobre la gran portada de Arantzazu a los diferentes estudios realizados sobre esta obra hasta la fecha. Dos pequeños dibujos de Jorge Oteiza (1908-2003) sirven para revisar las dos fases creativas desarrolladas por el escultor para llegar a la solución final que conocemos. Dos fases que se yuxtaponen e integran, formando una unidad en la que cobran sentido las diferentes variables manejadas por el escultor en cada una de ellas. Un proceso de investigación que parte de su viaje a América donde comienza a tomar conciencia de la importancia del espacio en las nuevas soluciones artísticas y donde se encuentra con la cultura primitiva precolombina, con sus estatuas como artefactos salvadores espirituales, y acaba en el crómlech vasco, vacío y receptivo religiosamente. Los dos dibujos suponen dos visiones o cortes a lo largo de este proceso que permiten entender mejor los intereses y mecanismos proyectuales de Oteiza en relación con su intervención en Arantzazu en el descubrimiento y definición del espacio religioso.

Este trabajo analiza las propiedades léxicas –grado de familiaridad y abstracción– de las palabras que las docentes pronunciaron con mayor frecuencia durante clases de Ciencias sociales y naturales en jardines de infantes de la provincia de Córdoba (Argentina). Asimismo, informa si estas palabras fueron enseñadas o no y el tipo de información que ofrecieron las docentes durante su tratamiento. Se realizaron observaciones video filmadas de situaciones de enseñanza que implicaron el desarrollo completo de dos unidades: tipos de trabajos (Ciencias sociales) y ciclo del agua (Ciencias naturales) en cuatro salas de cinco años. Se aplicaron procedimientos de análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos. Los resultados muestran que las maestras priorizaron la enseñanza de palabras familiares y concretas durante las clases de Ciencias naturales. A su vez, ofrecieron más información durante el tratamiento de palabras familiares en clases de Ciencias naturales, mientras que en las clases de Ciencias sociales emplearon mayor cantidad de información al enseñar palabras poco familiares. La interpretación de estos resultados destaca la necesidad de que las docentes de jardín de infantes enseñen, de manera sistemática y multimodal, el vocabulario que integra el contenido conceptual de las clases de ciencias.

This paper analyzes the lexical properties -degree of familiarity and abstraction- of the words that teachers most frequently pronounced during Social and Natural Science classes in kindergarten classrooms in the province of Cordoba (Argentina). Additionally, it reports whether these words were taught or not and the types of information that teachers provided when teaching them. Teaching situations that involved the complete development of two units: types of work (Social Sciences) and the water cycle (Natural Sciences) in four classrooms of 5-year-old children were video-recorded. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis procedures were applied. The results showed that teachers prioritized the teaching of familiar and concrete words during Natural Science classes. They also gave more information when teaching familiar words in Natural Science classes, while in Social Science classes they provided a greater amount of information to teach unfamiliar words. The interpretation of these results highlights the need for kindergarten teachers to systematically and multimodally teach the vocabulary that integrates the conceptual content of Social and Natural Science classes. La argentina Aída Carballo fue una artista de formación y actuación polifacética, cuya producción más numerosa está vinculada a la gráfica. El presente artículo propone una relectura de un corpus singular de obras gráficas de dicha artista en el marco de los procesos de resignificación del grabado, de modernización y cuestionamiento del propio canon de la disciplina que se sucedieron a partir de la década del cincuenta en Argentina. Para lo cual se considera la cuestión de los recursos técnicos e iconográficos, y su inscripción en determinados circuitos de validación, como estrategias en la producción gráfica de Carballo.

En este trabajo se indagó, desde una aproximación psicológica no representacional, y a partir de dos experimentos, por el efecto de la estructura textual en la comprensión y abstracción de textos. En el primer experimento, quince estudiantes universitarios leyeron tres textos históricos distintos con una de tres estructuras —secuencial, jerárquica o circunstancial—, y se midió si interpretaron, subinterpretaron o sobreinterpretaron los textos en tres pruebas propias de cada estructura, y si realizaban la abstracción de un hecho común a los tres textos. En el segundo, se replicó sistemáticamente el primer experimento, pero con otros quince estudiantes, que se asignaron según su conocimiento conceptual del dominio históri-co-político. Los resultados sugieren mayor subinterpretación con la estructura secuencial, y mayor sobreinterpretación con la jerárquica y la circunstancial; el conocimiento conceptual explicó los hallazgos mejor que la estructura textual, pero no dio cuenta de toda la variabilidad. Al final se discuten los resultados en términos de la mediación lingüística como una competencia subordinante tanto del conocimiento conceptual como de la estructura textual. Asimismo, se resaltan las ven-tajas del registro evolutivo de la comprensión de cada lector, se anticipan algunas fuentes de control adicional para futuros estudios, y se culmina proponiendo algunas implicaciones educativas de los hallazgos.

El dibujo arquitectónico de representación figurativa -vehículo casi natural para pensar y comunicar la arquitectura- resulta imprescindible en la formación del estudiante, pero es necesario reconocer la utilidad de la abstracción en el ámbito de la concepción gráfica explorando diferentes maneras de incorporarla a las tareas docentes. En este artículo se expone una de ellas, fundada en la constatación de la notable y vigente utilidad didáctica de los Sistemas de organización espacial descritos por Ching en su Forma, espacio y orden. La estrategia consiste en plasmar dichos sistemas en composiciones gráficas abstractas, destinadas a fomentar imaginación y creatividad, facilitando genéricamente la ideación arquitectónica y dejando patente, asimismo, la íntima relación entre arte abstracto y arquitectura contemporánea. Los resultados de nuestros estudiantes impulsan el desarrollo de esta investigación con idea de contribuir al debate arquitectónico y plantear formas de motivar a aquellos que se inician en la formación de la arquitectura.

El estudio de dos temas pertenecientes a Pablo de Málaga, último disco de Enrique Morente, Compases y silencios y Guern-Irak, y su fuente de inspiración Guernica de Picasso, nos permite realizar paralelismos a nivel compositivo al mostrar una composición formada por elementos de distinta procedencia pero que conforman una composición unitaria, que expresa un estado interior de naturaleza abstracta. También nos permite un acercamiento a la actitud del artista, su concepto de tradición y los fundamentos de su renovación del flamenco.

En el artículo se desarrolla un diálogo entre las obras de Marx, Husserl y Heidegger, en torno al problema de la matematización en su doble perspectiva: científica y económica. En un primer momento, se expondrá el modo en que la ideación, así como la abstracción real, suponen un olvido del mundo de la vida. En un segundo momento, nos concentraremos en la disolución del patrón oro y en el capital ficticio, para mostrar la expresión contemporánea -en una economía obsesionada con la reproducción de la riqueza abstracta- del mencionado olvido.

Objective/Context: The 1950s was a critical decade regarding discussions about the relevance of abstraction as a visual language in the arts in Colombia. The encounters and disagreements in this regard between artists, critics, and the general public are a testimony of broader aspects, such as the search for a language of its own, the need to internationalize national art, the importance of educating about and through art, and the role of art criticism. The article highlights the complexity of these discussions between different actors in the artistic milieu and shows what was at stake, according to each of them, with the adoption or not of abstract art in the Colombian capital. Methodology: The study is based on an exhaustive review of newspaper archival material to examine the positions of some critics and artists of the decade, who were fully involved in the debates about abstraction versus figuration. Originality: Although the topic of abstraction has been studied in Colombia in recent years by scholars such as Ana María Franco and Carmen María Jaramillo, this article provides a look at critical texts on abstraction rather than at the artworks themselves or the artists. Conclusions: The review of newspaper archival material allowed visualizing several peculiarities of the conflict between the abstract proposal and figuration in the artistic field. On the one hand, there is evidence of a generational clash between artists who represented proposals from the 1930s and 1940s, and new languages that emerged in the 1950s. On the other, the position of a group of art critics actively participating in the period allowed identifying two approaches: those who considered that both artistic trends could coexist and those who proposed an irremediable contradiction between them. Representational figurative architectural drawing --the natural vehicle to think and to communicate architecture-- is essential in the tuition of our students. However, the usefulness of abstraction in the field of graphic conception as well as exploring different ways to introduce it within the teaching programmes must be also acknowledged. In this article we illustrate one of them. It is based on the notable and contemporary didactic utility of the Spatial Organization Systems described by Ching in his wellknown Architecture: Form, Space and Order. Our strategy transposes these systems into abstract graphic compositions, intended to foster imagination and creativity, thus generically triggering architectural ideation. Additionally, they contribute to clarify the intimate relationship between abstract art and contemporary architecture. The results of our students drive the development of this research, persuaded as we are by the idea of contributing to enrich the architectural debate, while suggesting ways to motivate those who are commencing their architectural teaching career. The objective of this work is to expose some criteria about the classification of economics as science and art, wish have been applied in the conduction of economic processes and decision making. Based on the application of the dialectical materialist method, in particular, the historical-logical method and the ascent from the abstract to the concrete, the definition, methods, laws and regularities of economics as a science and its concreteness in the framework of the Ordering Task are examined in depth. En la República Dominicana las formas e ideas artísticas contemporáneas tuvieron que esperar tanto al arribo de los refugiados europeos tras los devastadores conflictos mundiales de finales de los años treinta, como a las idas y venidas de algunos artistas dominicanos para ser asimiladas. Sin duda, un proceso de asimilación tardía que produjo un carácter endémico singular en su medio cultural. Así, dentro de una de las dictaduras más terribles que ha soportado América, la evolución del arte corrió paralela a los sucesos políticos y sociales más trágicos, orientándose, a grandes rasgos, de dos maneras diferentes: por un lado, a través de la vía puramente estética, la que al parecer desembocó en la abstracción (de la que creemos se acierta por vez primera su origen); por otro, de la simbólica, la que acogiéndose a la tradicional figuración empleó herramientas de insubordinación y de protesta como sutil desahogo. Asimismo, a pesar de prolongarse el trujillato hasta 1961, fecha del tiranicidio, acotamos la franja temporal de estudio por motivos de extensión. Abstract Contemporary artistic forms and ideas had to wait in the Dominican Republic both up to the arrival of the European refugees after the devastating global conflicts in the late thirties as well as to the return of some Dominican artists to be assimilated. Without a doubt, this process of late assimilation produced a regional and special characteristic in its cultural environment. In this way, within one of the most dreadful dictatorships borne in America, the evolution of art ran in parallel to the most tragic political and social events, orienting itself, in general, in two different ways: on the one hand, through the purely aesthetic one, that apparently ended in abstraction (from which moreover we think its origin is guessed for the first time); on the other hand, through the symbolic one, the one that via traditional figurative art used insubordination and protest tools as a subtle relief. Additionally, in spite of being extended the Trujillato until 1961, the date of the tyrannicide, we delimit the chronology of the study because of the extension of the text.

The work of Rafael Leoz (1921-1976) presents strong convergences with the analytical currents on geometry, regulation and construction, which were developed in Spain during the 1960s. The architect’s career, devoted to the harmonic systematization of the inhabitable space for its industrialization, was based on drawings and models of great formal value, which he later transferred to sculptures and ornamental designs. The observation of his references and principles as well as the chronological analysis of his relationship with the Geometric abstraction allow to deduce common features that start from the work as a means of scientific, aesthetic and social experimentation, and advocate for the integration of the arts.

En lógica proposicional, las conectivas de disyunción o conjunción en proposiciones simples se comprenden de manera intuitiva. La dificultad de algunos estudiantes de programación estriba en identificar una red de proposiciones compuestas y conectivas lógicas que subyacen a una situación problemática. Una técnica muy utilizada para contextualizar conceptos es la provisión de ejemplos ilustrativos. Propusimos investigar el efecto que produce la generación de ejemplos (inventados por los alumnos), con posterioridad a la recepción de ejemplos del docente. Observamos que al recibir problemas que pertenecen a un mismo dominio temático se promueve la comprensión y la transferencia intra dominio, pero es improbable la transferencia a dominios distantes. En el primer experimento comprobamos que contextualizar con un único ejemplo es suficiente para promover la comprensión (realizar los ejercicios y tablas) pero no facilita en los estudiantes la posibilidad de imaginar escenarios distintos para la aplicación de las mismas reglas. En un segundo experimento, presentamos dos situaciones consecutivas en contextos distintos, el grupo experimental recibió ejemplos acompañados de un conjunto de instrucciones de comparación, y el grupo control sólo recibió los ejemplos sin instrucciones para compararlos. Observamos que en la condición de comparación, los estudiantes proponen ejemplos más alejados de los dominios temáticos propuestos. Inferimos que la comparación de ejemplos es un potente mecanismo para promover la transferencia en el aprendizaje de reglas de lógica proposicional aplicadas a situaciones concretas.

El desarrollo de software se ha convertido en un aspecto fundamental en la formación de ingenieros y se ha establecido como una competencia diferenciadora al momento de acceder al campo laboral; sin embargo, su aprendizaje no es una tarea fácil y muchos estudios apuntan a que el principal inconveniente se encuentra en la debilidad cognitiva de los estudiantes para resolver problemas, lo cual es un problema recurrente en otras áreas de formación, por lo que se hace necesario fortalecer la comprensión, el análisis, la síntesis y la evaluación a nivel general. Desde esta perspectiva, se planteó una investigación con un enfoque cualitativo y diseño fenomenológico, cuyo objetivo principal estuvo en analizar la influencia del pensamiento computacional en el mejoramiento de las habilidades cognitivas propias de los métodos de resolución de problemas. Los informantes de la investigación fueron 10 estudiantes del curso de programación I y II en el periodo 2021-I, y utilizó como técnicas de recolección de información pruebas al iniciar y al finalizar el curso, la observación participante y la entrevista semiestructurada. Los resultados de los instrumentos aplicados evidenciaron que los estudiantes presentan problemas de comprensión e interpretación, así como desconocimiento de conceptos básicos que obstaculizaron el correcto planteamiento de soluciones a los problemas presentados en las pruebas iniciales. En la prueba diagnóstica la mayoría de los estudiantes obtuvieron bajos resultados, lo que indica que existen deficiencias para solucionar problemas, ya que los elementos del pensamiento computacional son aplicados de manera mínima y los aciertos obedecen más a procesos mentales de orden inferior como memoria, observación y comparación. Los resultados de la prueba final y el análisis de los demás instrumentos aplicados muestran que la adquisición de conocimientos sobre programación mejoró las habilidades de abstracción y análisis; aumentaron la creatividad; incluyeron elementos de diseño, planificación y seguimiento; desarrollaron la metacognición, la síntesis y la evaluación. La presente investigación arrojó como resultado que el desarrollo del pensamiento computacional le permite al estudiante mejorar la forma en que resuelve los problemas, adquiriendo habilidades cognitivas y metacognitivas para utilizar nuevos métodos y estrategias que generan alternativas de solución más creativas, ágiles y eficientes. El uso adecuado del conocimiento y los elementos adquiridos en torno al pensamiento computacional y el aprendizaje de la programación, así como la mejora de habilidades asociadas al análisis y la comprensión, permiten optimizar la forma en que solucionan problemas.

El presente trabajo propone una introducción a la doctrina de la ciencia matemática de Francisco Suárez según sus Disputaciones Metafísicas I. El contexto de la investigación aborda la noción de objeto adecuado, una teoría de la abstracción y el orden de las ciencias especulativas en general. Por ello, para mejor comprender las ciencias matemáticas, es necesario observar su relación con la metafísica, delimitando no solo su fundamento, sino también su horizonte especulativo.

La obra maestra desconocida de Balzac se ha convertido en una obra que anticipa la fragmentación y la disolución de la forma en el arte moderno. Desde una perspectiva comparada entre la literatura y el arte, se analizan algunos conceptos relacionados con la estética de lo inacabado, lo efímero, lo subjetivo y la percepción de la muerte del ideal de la belleza del arte clásico como características de un arte que en la obra de Balzac se esboza a partir de la literatura. Estos conceptos son revisados a partir de los escritos sobre el arte de Baudelaire y de Delacroix donde existen coincidencias en la nueva perspectiva de la obra pictórica alejada de los cánones de la teoría clásica. Se retoma el concepto de la disolución de la forma de Hegel para señalar algunos aspectos que se alcanzan a ver en la obra descrita de Balzac. Las relaciones entre literatura y pintura son dispares e imposibles, lo que plantea los límites de la representación. Balzac presenta una obra llena de significados, lo que ha permitido un sinfín de interpretaciones. Más allá de intentar encontrar una definición se considera el carácter inmaterial e inacabado de la obra pictórica descrita, ya que Balzac propone, en realidad, una poética de la reflexión sobre los alcances de la pintura y de la literatura.

The objective of the research was to analyze a high-level programming model for low-resource microcontrollers, which are those programming languages where several instructions are replaced by a sentence, these languages are fundamental since it generates code in a simple and easy way To understand programmers, in this way code is written that is valid for various machines and operating systems. It allows to use programming paradigms, and all this can be inserted into microcontrollers. Microcontrollers are programmable printed circuits nested in many objects in our daily lives. Due to their limited resources, they are often programmed in languages such as C or assembly language. Although these do not offer the same abstractions and the same guarantees as high-level languages because they are low-resource microcontrollers considered low-end. Next, this article proposes a set of solutions aimed at enriching the programming of microcontrollers with programming paradigms. The scientific method bibliographic review was used, allowing the investigation to be carried out. The results showed that these solutions bring a gradual increase in abstraction, in particular, making it possible to produce programs independent of the equipment used, which makes it possible to take advantage of the many advantages of the language while maintaining a small memory footprint. The last year that Carlo Scarpa taught at the IUAV, he proposed a civic museum as the topic of the course, in particular in the old Santa Caterina Convent in Treviso, which is currently the headquarters of the archive of the architect. The issue of the museology was developed during the lessons given at the University and dealt with several of his most recognised projects, in order to expose the guidelines of his museology approach. The message he conveyed in his classes did not describe precise details as much as acting strategies. But nevertheless, the approach to the work of Carlo Scarpa reveals a scale of museum detail that has never been experienced before. This care for the solutions of encounters and for the suitability of expositions constitutes a true contribution to the history of architecture and is, therefore, a model of the contemporary museology theory. The interest of the interventions of Scarpa, lies in the abstraction and refinement, both of his exhibition spaces and of the support elements of the works to be exhibited. This allows on occasions to be recreated in nuances that enrich the pieces with a delicacy that we could almost describe as a work of goldsmithing.

El concepto de abstracción ha sido difundido en la literatura conceptual y experimental en el análisis de la conducta desde inicios del siglo XX. Su uso en las aproximaciones derivadas de la teoría del condicionamiento, predominantemente ha sido permeado por categorías de orden operacional, lo cual ha permitido que se considere de forma equivalente o análoga a los conceptos de categorización y formación de conceptos, y que se formulen taxonomías de niveles de abstracción con base en criterios morfológicos. En el presente escrito, se describen las características de dichos usos en la tradición del análisis de la conducta, se identifican algunas insuficiencias conceptuales en torno a su definición con base en categorías operacionales y morfológicas, y se propone como alternativa una definición del comportamiento abstracto y una taxonomía de niveles de complejidad de este comportamiento desde una perspectiva interconductual.

El objetivo de este estudio es proponer modelos de aprendizaje de máquina supervisada para predecir la capacidad de abstracción en los estudiantes, como mecanismo de alerta temprana, a través de la utilización de la tecnología y el uso del video juego. La metodología utilizada es mixta, con un diseño descriptivo y predictivo, se analizaron 118 tests aplicados a estudiantes chilenos de formación docente. Para ello, se correlacionaron las variables: edad, modalidad y semestre académico y se examinaron seis modelos predictivos. Los resultados evidencian tres hallazgos relevantes. En primer lugar, en la relación abstracción/edad, en las categorías Satisfactoria y No Abstracción, la distribución es homogénea en todas las edades. En segundo lugar, la relación abstracción/modalidad se evidencia que sigue un patrón del 50% para todas las categorías de abstracción. En tercer lugar, la relación abstracción/semestre académico, se observa que en el séptimo semestre se concentra la mayor cantidad de estudiantes sin capacidad de abstracción. Se concluye que el nivel de abstracción es bajo, evidenciándose que el 61,1% de los estudiantes no tiene un nivel cognitivo superior. De los 6 modelos de aprendizaje de máquina supervisada, dos se sugieren para predecir una alerta temprana, árbol de decisión y bosque aleatorio que tienen una exactitud (Accuracy) del 100%. Por lo tanto, mediante el uso de la tecnología y el video juego es posible afianzar el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas superiores, por medio de una serie de estrategias planificadas en tiempos de covid-19, concentradas en el primer y segundo semestre de formación.
