Blood flow in narrow channels such as veins and arteries is the major topic of interest here. The Casson fluid with its shear-thinning attribute serves as the blood model. Owing to the arterial walls, the channel is configured curved in shape. The activation energy and nonlinear thermal radiation aspects are highlighted. The channel boundaries are flexible with peristaltic wave travelling along the channel. The mathematical description of the problem is developed under physical laws and then simplified using the lubrication technique. The obtained system is then sketched in graphs directly using the numerical scheme NDSolve in Mathematica software. The physical interpretation of parameters on axial velocity, temperature profile, concentration, and streamline pattern is discussed in the last section.

The present study describes the peristaltic flow of Jeffrey fluid with nanomaterial bounded under peristaltic waves in a curved channel. Silver (Ag) is the nanomaterial used for this purpose, and base fluid is water. The diversity of peristaltic waves is captured under four different wave profiles traveling along the curved channel. The consequences of heat generation and mass concentration are also taken. The problem is modeled under physical laws and then simplified using the lubrication technique. The obtained system is sketched in graphs directly using a numerical scheme. The physical outcomes of involved parameters on axial velocity, temperature variation, concentration profile, and streamline patterns are discussed in the last section.

This study explores the inelastic doubly differential transverse momentum spectra of the primary charged particles, (π + + π −) , (K + + K −) and (p p ¯) , as a function of observables associated with underlying event (UE) at s = 13 T e V . The particle production is measured on the basis of different angular regions like toward, transverse and away, elucidated with respect to the direction of leading particle of an event. To study the thermal freeze-out parameters, the non-extensive Tsallis distribution function is used to extract the temperature T e f f and chemical potential μ , which provide a basis to explain the QCD matter. The Tsallis distribution function describes transverse momentum spectra in pseudorapidity region of | η | < 0.8 . Mycotoxins are the secondary fungal metabolites produced by various toxigenic fungal species and are found in several feedstuffs, particularly in plants during pre- and post-harvesting conditions, like processing, transportation and storage. They can cause disease in both humans and animals. The occurrence of mycotoxins is of high concern to food safety and security due to their negative health and economic effects. Consequently, the control of mycotoxin adulteration is a major goal of the food and agriculture industries. Therefore it is need of time to express the new approaches which may alleviate the economic and health implications linked with mycotoxins adulteration of food and feed ingredients having negative effects on public health and global trade. Several approaches have been assumed to alleviate mycotoxin adulteration but often fall short of the requisite efficiency. One of the auspicious strategies is the usage of bioactive plant metabolites or components synergistically with mycotoxin-adsorbing compounds for limiting the exposure of these mycotoxins and their adverse health effects. Several studies have proven that plant extracts have a variety of bioactive components which may prevent mould growth. The metabolites formed by plants are a promising substitute because plants produce a huge variety of compounds, either as a part of their growth or in response to stress or pathogen attack.
