Flight reservation System is a computerized system used to store and retrieve information and conduct transactions related to air travel. The project is aimed at exposing the relevance and importance of Flight Reservation Systems. It is projected towards enhancing the relationship between customers and Flight agencies through the use of ARSs, and thereby making it convenient for the customers to book the flights as when they require such that they can utilize this software to make reservations. This software has two parts. First is user part and the administrator part. User part is used as a front end and administrator is the back end. Administrator is used by Flight authority. It will allow the customers to access database and allow new customers to sign up for online access. The system allows the Flight passenger to search for flights that are available between the two travel cities, namely the "Departure city" and "Arrival city" for a particular departure and arrival dates. The system displays all the flight's details such as flight no, name, price, and duration of journey etc. After search the system display list of available flights and allows customer to choose a particular flight. Then the system checks for the availability of seats on the flight. If the seats are available, then the system allows the passenger to book a seat. Otherwise, it asks the user to choose another flight. To book a flight the system asks the customer to enter his details such as name, address, city, state, credit card number and contact number. Then it checks the validity of the card, books the flight and updates the Flight database and user database. The system also allows the customer to cancel his/her reservation if any problem occurs. The main purpose of this software is to reduce the manual errors involved in the Flight reservation process and make it convenient for the customers to book the flights as when they require such that they can utilize this software to make reservations, modify reservations or cancel a particular reservation. Background: The Airline Reservation System project is an implementation of a general Airline Ticketing website like Orbitz, which helps the customers to search the availability of flights, book and cancel the flight tickets. This project also covers adding, deleting, or modifying the customer details and flights. In general, this website would be designed to perform like any other airline ticketing website available online. The purpose of this project is to implement or to design a database for an airline reservation system to check the flight details, book and cancel flight tickets. It makes the process of booking and cancelling flight tickets simple and easy for the passengers. Normally a person wants to reserve his ticket and he must contact the nearest Overseas Travels branch. The Airline Reservation System provides an interface to schedule flights and reservations for an airline through the internet. Its responsibility is to keep track of system users, customers, Airbus information, flight information and cancellation, The Airline Reservation System is one of the modifications that were carried out in the Passenger Service System so that the working and availability of Service area can be broadened. On one hand, it helps the customers and on the other, it also makes the life of the airline service companies easier by keeping all the records of the passengers and if there is any change in the fight due to some reason, the passengers are promptly informed. This system is also used by companies to keep track of user preferences of regular travelers so that they can provide better service and give offers to customers. Materials and Methods: An airline’s inventory contains all flights with their available seats. The inventory of an airline is generally divided into service classes (e.g. First, Business or Economy class) and up to 26 booking classes, for which different prices and booking conditions apply. Inventory data is imported and maintained through a Schedule Distribution System over standardized interfaces. One of the core functions of the inventory management is the inventory control. Inventory control steers how many seats are available in the different booking classes, by opening and closing individual booking classes for sale. In combination with the fares and booking conditions stored in the Fare Quote System the price for each sold seat is determined. Users access an airline’s inventory through an availability display. It contains all offered flights for a particular city-pair with their available seats in the different booking classes. This display contains flights which are operated by the airline itself as well as code share flights which are operated in co-operation with another airline. If the city pair is not one on which the airline offers service it may display a connection using its' own flights or display the flights of other airlines. The availability of seats of other airlines is updated through standard industry interfaces. Depending on the type of co-operation it supports access to the last seat (Last Seat Availability) in real-time. Reservations for individual passengers or groups are stored in a so-called Passenger Name Record (PNR). Among other data, the PNR contains personal information such as name, contact information or special services requests (SSRs) . Proposed System of Flight Ticket Booking System: The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities. The proposed system can overcome all the limitations of the existing system. The system provides proper security and reduces the manual work The UCU population is growing steadily every semester so there is an urgent need to automate the booking process to handle the data of this growing population. Online booking system will help UCU to avoid more expenses and remain competitive. To thrive, organizations must increase the quality of services they deliver to clients while lowering their operating costs, maintain privacy, and comply with regulatory compliance standards (O’ Brain, 2011). The new technological education environment lowers operating costs by integrating computer applications using real time information to reduce cycle times and to increase customer satisfaction. Besides, they provide a means for management to respond to the increasing business needs in the more effective and efficient ways. According to Lucey, (2012), all organizations operations are ever changing. Management and information systems that support them have to deal with that change and adapt to their operations, systems and organizations themselves in order to survive and prosper. Therefore UCU community needs a residential online booking system to solve this problem. The following chapter of methodology gives the steps of how the system is going to be developed. Conclusion: Our project is only a humble venture to satisfy the needs to manage their project work. Several user friendly coding have also adopted. This package shall prove to be a powerful package in satisfying all the requirements of the school. The objective of software planning is to provide a frame work that enables the manger to make reasonable estimates made within a limited time frame at the beginning of the software project and should be updated regularly as the project progresses. Here we can maintain the records of Flight and Ticket. Also, as it can be seen that now-a-days the players are versatile, i.e. so there is a scope for introducing a method to maintain the Flight Ticket Booking System. Enhancements can be done to maintain all the Flight, Ticket, Booking, Passenger, Payment. We have left all the options open so that if there is any other future requirement in the system by the user for the enhancement of the system then it is possible to implement them. In the last we would like to thanks all the persons involved in the development of the system directly or indirectly. The project ‘Virtual Drag’ (Artificial Intelligence) is a OpenCV based system. This will allow the user to virtually click and drag the pictures and items on the screen to other parts of the screen without use of mouse. The system will detect the hand landmarks on the palm, using those pin points and distance between the fingertips the system will be able to perform the operation. Virtual Drag utilizes the prominent gestures of your hand to drag and drop the images from one place to another. User needs to snap the fingers together to pick the image and then drag to any part of the screen and then drop by moving the fingers away. The system is based on the Mediapipe library provided by Google and the Python language.

Background The expansion of hematopoietic stem cells carrying recurrent somatic mutations, termed clonal hematopoiesis (CH), is common in elderly individuals and is associated with increased risk of myeloid malignancy and all-cause mortality. Though chemotherapy is a known risk factor for developing CH, how myelosuppressive therapies affect the short-term dynamics of CH remains incompletely understood. Most studies have been limited by retrospective design, heterogeneous patient populations, varied techniques to identifying CH, and analysis of single timepoints. Methods We examined serial samples from 40 older women with triple-negative or hormone receptor–positive breast cancer treated on the prospective ADjuVANt Chemotherapy in the Elderly trial to evaluate the prevalence and dynamics of CH at baseline and throughout chemotherapy (6 and 12 weeks). Results CH was detected in 44% of patients at baseline and in 53% at any timepoint. Baseline patient characteristics were not associated with CH. Over the course of treatment, mutations exhibited a variety of dynamics, including emergence, expansion, contraction, and disappearance. All mutations in TP53 (n = 3) and PPM1D (n = 4), genes that regulate the DNA damage response, either became detectable or expanded over the course of treatment. Neutropenia was more common in patients with CH, particularly when the mutations became detectable during treatment, and CH was significantly associated with cyclophosphamide dose reductions and holds (P = .02). Conclusions Our study shows that CH is common, dynamic, and of potential clinical significance in this population. Our results should stimulate larger efforts to understand the biological and clinical importance of CH in solid tumor malignancies. Durability is that property of concrete which plays the prime role in governing the lifespan and serviceability of a structure with regard to its intended usage. Environmental conditions of the surroundings are the main criteria which decide the longevity and performance of concrete. For understanding the durability of concrete structures, analysis of the impact of chemical attacks may be crucial. As sulphate attacks are predominant chemical attacks on concrete structures, their study can interpret it when they are subjected to deterioration followed by damage. In this study, the effectiveness of ternary blends of OPC with metokaolin (MK) and flyash (FA) in sulphate resistance of concrete exposed to accelerated effect (i.e. by wetting and drying cycles) in 10% solution of sodium sulphate has been investigated. To assess the level of sulfate attack, the changes in strengths of concrete specimens and their weight change were measured after certain numbers of deterioration cycles. Cubes, prisms and cylinders of concrete were tested for compressive, flexural and splitting tensile strengths respectively whereas the weight changes (in percent) were measured for all the specimens. Combination of OPC with MK and FA has proved its effectiveness in improving the resistance against sulphate attack.

The present review attempts to critically examine and evaluate research findings on mushrooms as sources of vitamin D and other nutraceuticals. Recently, there is a growing concern about diseases associated with the deficiency of vitamin D in humans. As people tend to stay indoors, in present times, due to the COVID‐19 pandemic, vitamin D levels are further affected. Research indicates vitamin D as a promising defensive or therapeutic agent against COVID, making this review more crucial. Mushrooms, as a rich source of vitamin D along with various bioactive compounds, perform a significant role in resolving health issues. Robust analyses of various strategies for enhancing vitamin D content in mushrooms holds significance in this study;moreover, this will help stakeholders of the mushroom industry in enriching the overall mushroom quality and human health. Mushroom‐based medicinal formulations and functional foods serve to deliver vitamins and nutrients to humans, thus helping to combat malnutrition and other health problems, especially in developing countries. Evidence from pre‐clinical and clinical analyses suggests that vitamin D2 bioavailability in mushrooms is comparable with vitamin D from other sources. The review also emphasises molecular findings from mushrooms related to genes responsible for morphology and metabolic production of pro‐vitamin‐D2. This cross-sectional study assesses differences in clinical trial participation among older vs younger adults with cancer.

Background and Aim: Instances of chikungunya reported throughout the world in the past two decades of the present century. There is a lack of effective medicine or vaccine for chikungunya treatment. Non-structural protein, the nsP2 cysteine protease (nsP2pro) is an attractive target for inhibitors. It is a key enzyme for proteolytic cleavage of polyprotein precursors and produces functional proteins for replication and multiplication of the virus. Bioactive metabolites from Nigella sativa L; a popular spice and well-known medicinal plant, were selected for the current study against nsP2pro to search for potent non-toxic natural inhibitors of nsP2pro. Experimental procedure: Out of 54 bioactive metabolites from N. sativa 27 qualified drug likeliness properties. Virtual screening of 27 selected molecules was performed using AutoDock Vina. Top four molecules Kaempferol, (-)-Epicatechin, (+)-Catechin, and Apigenin with the least binding energy were taken for molecular docking employing AUTODOCK4. These metabolites were subjected to molecular dynamics simulation and MMPBSA, and the resilience of protein-ligand complexes had been assessed in terms of RMSD, RMSF, Rg, SASA, and hydrogen bonding. Results and Conclusions: Drug likeliness, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation properties, and MMPBSA analyses made clear that Kaempferol, (-)- Epicatechin, (+)- Catechin, and Apigenin all seem to be potential nsP2pro potent inhibitors and strong candidates for chikungunya virus drug development.

Resilience, the ability to respond to stressors by maintaining or rapidly returning to normal homeostasis, serves as a new paradigm to improve the care of older adults. However, resilience research in oncology is nascent. We aimed to describe the current research landscape on physical, cognitive, and psychosocial resilience in older cancer patients.We searched PubMed/MEDLINE from inception to January 28, 2022 for records with the terms "resilient OR resilience OR resiliency." We included studies that focused on persons over age 65 with cancer and assessed physical, cognitive, or psychological resilience. We excluded studies that did not report original data; did not have the full text available; assessed resilience on fewer than three time points; and published in non-English languages. Definitions and measures of resilience were extracted and categorized using qualitative analysis.Of 473 articles screened, we found 29 articles that met criteria for inclusion in our review. There was a high degree of heterogeneity in the definitions and measures of resilience. Resilience was defined as robustness/resistance to decline (n = 11), recovery from trauma/stressor (n = 7), and adaptive and proactive coping behaviors (n = 6). Ten papers did not define resilience. 21 studies utilized longitudinal analysis, five studies used randomized and nonrandomized control trials, and four studies assessed pre-post analysis. Stressors included cancer diagnosis (n = 18), chemotherapy (n = 3), radiation (n = 3), acute illness (n = 3), surgery (n = 2), and hematopoietic cell transplant (n = 1).Evidence for predictors and determinants of resilience in older adults with cancer is limited by the absence of standardized definitions and measurements. There is a fundamental need for a more precise definition, measures, and understanding of the physiologic mechanisms underlying the response to the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial stressors of cancer and its treatments.

Older adults with breast cancer receiving neo/adjuvant chemotherapy are at high risk for poor outcomes and are underrepresented in clinical trials. The ADVANCE (ADjuVANt Chemotherapy in the Elderly) trial evaluated the feasibility of two neo/adjuvant chemotherapy regimens in parallel-enrolling cohorts of older patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative breast cancer: cohort 1-triple-negative; cohort 2-hormone receptor-positive.Adults age ≥ 70 years with stage I-III breast cancer warranting neo/adjuvant chemotherapy were enrolled. Cohort 1 received weekly carboplatin (area under the curve 2) and weekly paclitaxel 80 mg/mForty women (n = 20 per cohort) were enrolled from March 25, 2019 through August 3, 2020 from three centers; 45% and 35% of patients in cohorts 1 and 2 were age 75, respectively. Neither cohort achieved targeted thresholds for feasibility. In cohort 1, eight (40.0%) met feasibility (95% confidence interval [CI] = 19.1-63.9%), while ten (50.0%) met feasibility in cohort 2 (95% CI = 27.2-72.8). Neutropenia was the most common grade 3-4 toxicity (cohort 1-65%, cohort 2-55%). In cohort 1, 80% and 85% required ≥1 dose holds of carboplatin and/or paclitaxel, respectively. In cohort 2, 10% required dose hold(s) for cyclophosphamide and/or 65% for paclitaxel.In this pragmatic pilot examining chemotherapy regimens in older adults with breast cancer, neither regimen met target goals for feasibility. Paddy straw (PS) and pine needles (PN) are one of the challenging biomasses in terms of disposal and compost making due to their high silica and tannin contents. Particulate air pollution, loss of biodiversity and respiratory impairments are some of disastrous outcomes caused by burning. However, high percentage of cellulose and hemicellulose makes them potential substrate for paper and pulp industries. The main aim of work was to study and utilize a combinatorial approach of weak chemical treatment and lignin degrading fungal species as agents of effective production of lignin modifying enzymes (LME's) for lignin depolymerisation from the biomasses. Phanerochaete chrysosporium was found to be the best degrader of lignin (47.11 % in PS + PN in 28 days) with maximum LME's production between 10th-17th days. Efficient lignin degradation in the PS and PN biomass will aid further application in pulp production supporting the transition to a circular economy in a greener way.

IntroductionAndrogenic alopecia (AGA), the scalp hair loss, occurs due to the hyperactivity of steroid 5α-reductase2 (SRD5A2), which metabolizes testosterone into 5α-dihydroxytestosterone. Finasteride, an FDA-approved drug-producing many side effects, is a commonly used competitive inhibitor for SRD5A2 to treat AGA. As a number of mushrooms species have been used to treat patients having hair loss problems since ancient times, in the present paper, the bioactive metabolites in mushrooms were computationally screened to assess SRD5A2 inhibitory properties and compared with Finasteride.MethodologyA virtual screening approach in conjunction with molecular dynamics simulation and MMPBSA methods have been applied to identify potential inhibitors against SRD5A2. SwissADME tool and AutoDock Vina were used to screen the library of 156 bioactive mushroom metabolites. All MD simulations were carried out using GROMACS 5.1.4 suite and GROMOS96 43a1 force field. The stability of SRD5A-ligand complexes was determined in terms of RMSD, RMSF, Rg, SASA, and hydrogen bonding. The binding energy of complexes was calculated using MMPBSA.Results and ConclusionVirtual screening and MD simulation studies revealed that out of the 156 metabolites, three bioactives, i.e., Zhankuic acid A (-11.5 kcal/mol), Sterenin M (-10.4 kcal/mol), Melleolide K (-10.2 kcal/mol), and drug Finasteride (-4.3 Kcal/mol) having the least binding energy are the potential inhibitors of SRD5A2. These molecules also exhibited stable interaction with SRD5A2 during MD simulation. This study will pave the way for the experimental evaluation and validation of medicinal potentials of screened mushrooms compounds to treat androgenic alopecia.

Paddy is widely consumed staple food for the largest part of the world's human population. The disposal of paddy straw (PS) is causing worldwide environmental concern. Although, the utilization of PS for mushroom cultivation is well known, it’s amendment with nutrient rich substances to yield quality nutraceutical mushrooms along with value addition of spent may increase its consumption many folds. In the present study, Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated on PS and comparative analysis on effects of supplementation of different de-oiled cakes on yield, nutritional content and antioxidant properties of mushroom were investigated. Addition of soyabean cake (SC) gave maximum yield of 1014 g kg−1 fruiting bodies, furnishing an increase of 18.14% over PS control. Phenolic content of the fruiting bodies varied in the range of 8.14–11.59 mg GAE g−1. Principle component analysis (PCA) was performed to observe the variation among different treatments by studying the correlation within nutritional parameters (moisture, crude protein, carbohydrates, fat and crude fiber). A total variation of 78.2% was observed by analyzing PC1 and PC2. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis indicated significant increase of minerals (Se, K, Zn, Fe, Cu, Ca, P) in the fruiting bodies supplemented with de-oiled cakes and high content of silica in the spent. FTIR studies confirmed the degradation of cellulose (24–33.5%), hemicellulose (15.5–24.2%) and lignin (26.4–36.5%) content in different spent substrates. Further, in an attempt to see the suitability of spent for the growth of Trichoderma asperellum, it was found that growth was comparatively high in SC supplemented PS spent (14.73*1011) over raw PS (4.2*103). In addition to this, T. asperellum grown on supplemented PS showed 66.26% inhibition of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici as compared to the non-supplemented spent (54.26%). High silica (19–20%) and NPK content in mushroom spent envisages the development of Si based formulations having enhanced bio-fertilizer and bio-pesticidal properties.

Mushroom fruiting bodies have been used as food and food-flavouring materials for centuries for their unique and subtle flavour. However, the whole cycle from mycelium colonization to the fruit-body formation is time-consuming and involves extensive labour. Submerged cultivation of fungi can be a promising alternative for obtaining potent substances for successful utilization in the composition of functional foods. Submerged culture is a speedy process that yields quality mushroom mycelia, considering the alternative of cultivation that takes much more time to produce fruiting bodies. Moreover, the culturing of mycelia on synthetic media is a convenient approach to obtain fungal biomass. Presence of bioactive components in mushroom mycelium makes it an attractive ingredient that is now used as dietary supplements or nutraceuticals. This review focuses on the optimum growth conditions required by mycelia for enhanced quality and yield prospects along with the biological mechanisms responsible for their therapeutic properties and their applications.

The cell wall degrading enzymes polygalacturonase (PG) secreted by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici (FOL) is testified to trigger Fusarium crown and root rot disease in tomato crops; instigated due to the degradation of the pectin. Trichoderma sp. is documented as a potential biocontrol agent playing a pivotal role in plant health and disease management. An in-silico approach employing homology modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics (MD) simulation and MMPBSA was employed to assess the prospective role of bioactives produced by Trichoderma sp. in combating the PG2 enzyme. The studies revealed that amongst the wide range of bioactives screened, Trichodermamide B produced by T. harzianum and Viridin, Virone, and Trichosetin produced by T. virens emerged as the potential inhibitors of the PG2. Docking results revealed that the complexes possessed most stable energy for Trichodermamide B (-8.1 kcal/mol) followed by Viridin (-7.7 kcal/mol), Virone (-7.1 kcal/mol), and Trichosetin (-7 kcal/mol), respectively. Interaction studies of FOL with T. virens and T. harzianum reported an inhibition of 83.33% and 75.87%, respectively. The structural rigidity and stability of the docked complex was confirmed through MD simulations evaluated across multiple descriptors from the simulation trajectories. Further, MMPBSA analysis validated the results that binding of the enzyme to the screened ligands was spontaneous. The study unravels new insights on the versatile potential of Trichoderma sp. Bioactives as a prospective agent for the inhibition of cell-wall degrading enzymes secreted by phytopathogens. The proposed study can be implemented for design of bioformulations that serve the role of biopesticide, promising a sustainable alternate to chemical-based products.

Tomatinase; a saponin detoxification enzyme produced by Fusarium oxysporumf.sp. lycopersici is reported as a causative agent for wilting disease in tomato crops. The disease is instigated by inhibiting the activity of α-tomatine. Trichoderma spp. widely used as biocontrol agent play an essential role in plant growth and pathogen control. In the current study, an in-silico approach using substrate docking, molecular dynamics and MM/PBSA analysis was used to evaluate the potential role of bioactive metabolites produced by Trichoderma spp. The study aims to establish the efficacy of catalytic tendency of the bioactive metabolites to combat the effect of tomatinase enzyme employing α-tomatine as the substrate. By means of the integrated molecular modeling approach; novel bioactive metabolites namely, Trichodermamide B, Trichosetin and Virone were found to be the potential inhibitors against tomatinase enzyme secreted by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici. Molecular dynamic (MD) simulations displayed that the screened ligands bound tomatinase during 150 ns of MD simulations. Furthermore, the (MM-PBSA) free energy calculations depicted that screened molecules possess stable and favorable energies for Trichodermamide B (-7.1 kcal/mol), Trichosetin (-7.4 kcal/mol) and Virone (-7.9 kcal/mol) thereby instigating robust binding with the enzyme’s binding site. The results attained in this study, reflects that these bioactive metabolites may serve as potential substrates to control and inhibit the tomatinase enzyme; playing an integral role in combating the wilt disease. This paper focuses on using blockchain technology to enhance efficiency and cost reduction in foreign transactions through the banking system. Blockchain provides crucial features such as immutability of records and decentralization, which is then used to carry out foreign transactions. This process could be a major change in the transactions carried out by removing middle banks during transactions thereby speeding up the process. This paper aims at designing an Ethereum decentralized Banking Application for foreign money transfer using blockchain technology. Smart Contract helps to eliminate middle banks in the process by acting on rules specified in the contract. Every participant needs to abide by these rules which make it trustworthy and maintain the authenticity of the process.

Cancer is a disease associated with aging. As the US population ages, the number of older adults with cancer is projected to dramatically increase. Despite this, older adults remain vastly underrepresented in research that sets the standards for cancer treatments and, consequently, clinicians struggle with how to interpret data from clinical trials and apply them to older adults in practice. A combination of system, clinician, and patient barriers bar opportunities for trial participation for many older patients, and strategies are needed to address these barriers at multiple fronts, five of which are offered here. This review highlights the need to (1) broaden eligibility criteria, (2) measure relevant end points, (3) expand standard trial designs, (4) increase resources (e.g., institutional support, interdisciplinary care, and telehealth), and (5) develop targeted interventions (e.g., behavioral interventions to promote patient enrollment). Implementing these solutions requires a substantial investment in engaging and collaborating with community-based practices, where the majority of older patients with cancer receive their care. Multifaceted strategies are needed to ensure that older patients with cancer, across diverse healthcare settings, receive the highest-quality, evidence-based care.

The present investigation was performed to valorize paddy straw (PS) based silica (Si) rich Spent Mushroom Substrate (SMS) of Pleurotus ostreatus for Plant Nutrient and Disease Management in wilt (caused by F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici) susceptible tomato plant F1 Hybrid King 180. Raw PS and SMS generated by P. ostreatus cultivated on PS only, and PS amended with 5% soybean cake (SC) were bio-fortified with Trichoderma asperellum (TA). SMS (PS+ 5% SC) was found supporting the growth of T. asperellum to an extent of 12.37 × 1013 conidia/g substrate. The study was aimed at the mass production of fungal mycelial biomass of Pleurotus eryngii with enhanced nutritional values through submerged cultivation techniques. Using one factor at a time (OFAT), both physical (Temperature, pH, and RPM) and chemical (carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and C/N ratio) parameters were studied in shake flasks and suitable conditions were selected for the production of the mycelial biomass. The optimized parameters were used for mass production of mushroom mycelia in 100 l fermenter. Further, the harvested mushroom mycelia were exposed to UV-B irradiation. The produced mycelial biomass has an enhanced level of micronutrients (Ca, Co & Fe) and vitamin D2 as compared to its fruiting bodies reported in the literature. The average % composition of ergosterol, protein, crude fat, total ash, moisture, carbohydrate, and crude fiber in dried mycelia was 0.251, 24.52, 6.78, 7.82, 4.86, 18.54 and 55.36 respectively. Vitamin D2 content increased to 320 μg/g from 4.53 μg/g. The mineral composition of Ca, P, K, Mg were 2273.4, 4114.5, 6951.4, and 917.3 μg/g while micro-elements Fe, Zn, Co, and Cu were found to be 79.34, 32.64, 10.09 and 1.12 μg/g respectively in dried mycelia.
