In the era of big data, effectively processing and understanding the vast quantities of brief texts on social media platforms like Twitter (X) is a significant challenge. This paper introduces a novel approach to automatic text summarization aimed at improving accuracy while minimizing redundancy. The proposed method involves a two-step process: first, feature extraction using term frequency–inverse document frequency (TF–IDF), and second, summary extraction through genetic optimized fully connected convolutional neural networks (GO-FC-CNNs). The approach was evaluated on datasets from the Kaggle collection, focusing on topics like FIFA, farmer demonstrations, and COVID-19, demonstrating its versatility across different domains. Preprocessing steps such as tokenization, stemming, stop word s removal, and keyword identification were employed to handle unprocessed data. The integration of genetic optimization into the neural network significantly improved performance compared to traditional methods. Evaluation using the ROUGE criteria showed that the proposed method achieved higher accuracy (98.00%), precision (98.30%), recall (98.72%), and F1-score (98.61%) than existing approaches. These findings suggest that this method can help create a reliable and effective system for large-scale social media data processing, enhancing data dissemination and decision-making. In this work, the effect of the molar ratio of (Ni2+ and Fe3+) on the properties of CdO–NiO–Fe2O3 nanocomposites was investigated. The synthesis of CdO–NiO–Fe2O3 nanocomposites was carried out by self-combustion. XRD, UV–Vis, PL and VSM were used to describe the physical properties of the materials. The results showed significant progress in structural and optical properties supporting antibacterial activity. For all samples, the particle size decreased from 28.96 to 24.95 nm with increasing Ni2+ content and decreasing Fe3+ content, as shown by the XRD pattern, which also shows the crystal structure of cubic CdO, cubic NiO, and cubic γ-Fe2O3 spinel. The Ni2+ and Fe3+ contents in the CdO–NiO–Fe2O3 nanocomposites have also been shown to enhance the ferromagnetic properties. Due to the significant coupling between Fe2O3 and NiO, the coercivity Hc values of the samples increase from 66.4 to 266 Oe. The potential of the nanocomposites for antibacterial activity was investigated against Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Moraxella catarrhalis) bacteria. Comparison of P. aeruginosa with E. coli, S. aureus and M. catarrhalis showed that it has a stronger antibacterial activity with a ZOI of 25 mm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, the impact of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) concentration on the sizes of mixed metal oxide (MMO) CdO–NiO–Fe2O3 nanocomposites was investigated. The results showed major improvements in the structural and optical properties that promote antibacterial activity. Self-combustion was used to synthesize MMO nanocomposites. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy were used to analyze the structural properties of the prepared samples. The optical properties of the MMO nanocomposites were examined using a UV–Visible spectrophotometer and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. XRD analysis revealed a face-centred cubic structure for the CdO and NiO phases, whereas γ-Fe2O3 had a cubic spinel crystalline structure. TEM analysis revealed that the size of the MMO nanocomposites increased from approximately 7.4–25.1 nm as the PVA concentration decreased from 0.05 to 0.0125 g/ml. Owing to the quantum confinement of MMO, the optical band gap values of the samples varied in relation to the PVA concentration. In this study, CdO–NiO–Fe2O3 nanocomposites were investigated for their antibacterial activities against Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Moraxella catarrhalis). Research on the impact of land use variables on travel behaviour is reviewed. The focus is on density as an important measure of land use and its interaction with transportation systems. The effect of density was first addressed decades ago, so research published since the 1960s was reviewed. The reviewed works were classified into two groups according to the most commonly used measure of density and the most common variables of travel behaviour. The first group comprised 26 studies published before 2000 and the second group comprised more than 45 studies published after 2000. Population density was the main density term used in the first group while employment density and configurations of densities were integrated as measures in the second group. A direct relationship between mode choice and journey length was established. However, knowledge gaps were also identified, such as the effect of density on trip generation rate, type of trip according to trip purpose, internal and external trips, and trips on weekdays and weekends. Aim Whenever homozygous alleles are encountered by sequence-based typing (SBT), it is our protocol to confirm by another typing method that allele dropouts have not occurred. We present a case where DNA extracted from peripheral blood was homozygous for an HLA-A locus when tested by SBT. This assignment was confirmed by SSP. However, follow-up testing with buccal swab extracted DNA resulted in the detection of an additional HLA-A allele. Methods A patient with T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia (TLGL) was initially typed by SBT (Life Technologies SeCore) for HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DQB1, and DPB1 using DNA extracted from peripheral blood. We subsequently typed six siblings as potential donors by SBT for A, B, and DRB1 loci using buccal swab extractions. Results The typing assignments of sibling donors led us to further investigate the typing of the patient when trying to establish family haplotypes. The recipient was typed as A ∗ 02:05 homozygous, which was confirmed by SSP (Invitrogen). However, the family study suggested that A ∗ 68:01 had dropped out of the recipient. We noticed very low peaks at the positions that assigned A ∗ 68:01 in the SBT software. We ordered a buccal swab on this patient in order to clarify the family study. (Interestingly, this patient’s diagnosis is linked to deletions in chromosome 6.) The buccal swab extracted DNA revealed A ∗ 68:01 in SBT typing, demonstrating that the A ∗ 68:01 had indeed dropped out in the peripheral blood. Conclusion Using buccal swab- extracted DNA is recommended when confirming homozygous assignment and allele dropouts for stem cell transplant candidates who are originally typed by peripheral blood extracted DNA. Aim: The purpose of this study was to correlate the presence of anti- DQA1 antibodies with crossmatch outcome. Methods: Over a period of nine months, we identified eleven patient samples which contained anti-DQA1 antibodies. Samples were selected having MFI values greater than 4000 using Class II single antigen bead analysis. The DQA1 specificities assigned were: DQA1∗01,02,03,04,05,06. Each one of these samples was tested in three color flow cytometry crossmatches with several donor cells that were positive for the assigned DQA1 specificities as well as with cells that lacked the desired antigen. Results: Suprisingly, only two of the eleven samples yielded the predicted result: one was positive when the specific allele group antigen was present, and the other sample (multiple specificity assignments) was negative when selectively crossmatched with cells that lacked the assigned DQA1 antigens. The remaining nine sera did not correlate with the expected crossmatch outcome. Conclusions: Our data demonstrates that we cannot accurately predict crossmatch outcomes mediated by Anti- DQA1 antibodies that were characterized by Class II single antigen beads. This could have serious impacts whenever virtual crossmatching involves Anti-DQA1 antibodies. If assiged anti-DQA1 antibodies can not correlate with a crossmatch outcome, we conclude that typing for DQA1 will not be particularly helpful in identifying a crossmatch-suitable donor. The co-precipitation method was used to prepare CuO, ZnO, Co 3 O 4 nanoparticles and CuO-ZnO-Co 3 O 4 nanocomposite. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of the prepared samples were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), total reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), and zeta potential. XRD analysis revealed that the crystal structures of CuO, ZnO, and Co 3 O 4 nanoparticles are monoclinic, hexagonal, and cubic, with average crystallite sizes of 30.8 nm, 31.8 nm, and 32.8 nm, respectively. For CuO-ZnO-Co 3 O 4 nanocomposites, the corresponding sizes were 24.9 nm, 13.6 nm, and 16.1 nm. The optical bandgaps of CuO, ZnO, Co 3 O 4 nanoparticles, and CuO-ZnO-Co 3 O 4 nanocomposites were 1.5 eV, 3.14 eV, 1.2 eV, and 1.3 eV, respectively. In this study, the antibacterial activity of CuO-ZnO-Co 3 O 4 nanocomposite against Gram-negative bacteria ( E. coli, Klebsiella, pseudomonas, and Salmonella ) and Gram-positive bacteria ( Staphylococcus aureus ) was investigated and compared with the antibiotic Azithromycin .
