In the article, the effects of aromatic hydrocarbons in oil and oil products on the environment and ways of their entry are investigated. The aim of the article is to reveal the toxic effect of aromatic hydrocarbons in petroleum products on nature and living organisms, as well as on human health. Knowledge of different languages and cultures, ethnic and linguistic tolerance, the ability to accept the positive aspects of the worldview of other people give society new ideas and contribute to the influx of new socio-economic resources. This is evidenced by the example of Uzbekistan, the history of the Uzbek ethnos and statehood, which arose and enriched in the interaction of many peoples at the universal, linguistic and cultural level. Interethnic harmony and mutual understanding became a decisive factor in the formation of the new Uzbek statehood, as a result of which society began to free itself from internal interethnic conflicts characteristic of the transition period. History has shown that the spirit of social partnership and values that promote tolerance have always been unshakable in Uzbekistan. These values can be seen in supporting and helping those in need, when generosity is recognized as a great human quality, and generous people are highly respected in society. Межнациональное согласие и взаимопонимание стали решающим фактором в становлении новой узбекской государственности, врезультате чего общество начало освобождаться от внутренних межэтнических конфликтов, характерных для переходного периода. История показала, что дух социального партнерства и ценности, способствующие воспитанию толерантности, всегда были незыблемыми в Узбекистане. Transient-ischemic attacks (TIA) as precursors of cerebral strokes occupy an important place among all forms of cerebrovascular insufficiency. With regard to the epidemiology of transient ischemic attacks (TIA), most countries do not have accurate data. So, in the US, they carry up to 5 million adult citizens per year, with many TIAs remaining undiagnosed. These episodes of sudden and short-term neurological deficit were considered benign and harmless for a long time. Most general practitioners and patients incorrectly or insufficiently understand the nature and significance of TIA, perhaps this can explain the small interest of doctors and the lack of statistical data on this nosological unit. Transient ischemic attacks (TIA) are defined clinically as rapidly occurring focal and less commonly diffuse (cerebral) dysfunctions of the brain that are caused by local ischemia and disappear within one day (Gafurov: 2006). Over the past two decades, many views on TIA have changed significantly; approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of patients have become much more intense and more aggressive. Current knowledge of TIA is of great importance both for the proper organization of patient care and for educational programs among the population, the importance of which cannot be overestimated.
