This study examines the influence of wall velocity ratio on mixed convective heat transport in a permeable cavity containing an isothermal solid block at its center. The analysis considers the characteristics of various flow variables, i.e., Darcy number, wall velocity ratio, Richardson number, and volume fraction of suspended nanoparticles, on heat transport and material flow characteristics. The principal equations are solved implementing the semi-implicit method for pressure linked equations algorithm, and the outcomes are compared with existing literature. The study shows that rising estimations of Darcy number, velocity ratio, Richardson number, and nanoparticles volume fraction lead to improved heat transfer rates. For example, at high Richardson number (100) and solid volume fraction (0.05), increasing the velocity ratio from 0.5 to 1.5 results in a 6% (5%) upsurge in heat transport rate. Conversely, at smaller Richardson number (0.01), the heat transport rate upsurges by 29% (28%). Similarly, at high Darcy numbers and low wall velocity ratios, a 3% (4%) escalate in heat transport rate is observed with an increase in nanoparticles concentration from 0 to 0.05, while a 9% (8%) increase in thermal performance is achieved at low Darcy numbers. The study emphasizes the importance of optimizing the combination of nanoparticles volume fraction, Darcy number, velocity ratio, and Richardson number to maximize thermal performance in the porous cavity.

The lubrication phenomenon plays a novel role in the chemical industries, manufacturing processes, extrusion systems, thermal engineering, petroleum industries, soil sciences, etc. Owing to such motivated applications, the aim of the current work is to predict the assessment of heat and mass transfer analysis for non-Newtonian nanomaterial impinging over a lubricated surface. The flow is subject to the oblique stagnation point framework. The lubricated phenomenon is observed due to viscoelastic nanofluid. The impacts of chemical reaction are also endorsed. The fundamental conservation laws are utilized to model the flow problem and similarity transformation are used to transform the governing system of partial differential equations into ordinary differential equations. A thin layer of power law lubricant is used to enhance the lubrication features. The numerical object assessment regarding the simulation process is captured by implementing the Keller Box scheme. The physical characterization endorsing the thermal fluctuation with flow parameters is inspected.

Objective: The integration of behavioral economics and neuroeconomics into mental health offers innovative perspectives on understanding and addressing psychological disorders. This overview aims to synthesize current knowledge and explore the implications of these interdisciplinary approaches in the context of mental health. Method: In this narrative review, we summarized the current evidence regarding the applications of behavioral economics and neuroeconomics approaches in the field of mental health. Results: Behavioral economics and neuroeconomics provide valuable insights into the cognitive and emotional processes underlying mental health disorders, such as irrational decision-making, impulsivity, and self-control issues. Concepts such as loss aversion, temporal discounting, and framing effects inform the development of innovative interventions and policy initiatives. Behavioral economic interventions, including nudges, incentives, and commitment devices, show promise in promoting treatment adherence, reducing risky behaviors, and enhancing mental well-being. Neuroeconomics contributes by identifying neural markers predictive of treatment response and relapse risk, paving the way for personalized treatment approaches. Conclusion: The integration of behavioral economics and neuroeconomics into mental health research and practice holds significant potential for improving the understanding of psychological disorders and developing more effective, personalized interventions. Further research is needed to elucidate the mechanisms of action, optimize intervention strategies, and address ethical considerations associated with these approaches in mental health settings. Feeling anxiety and technostress can have harmful effects on EFL learners' language learning. On the other hand, having high academic enjoyment (AE) can generate positive impacts on English language learning. Concerning the psychological variables' role in English language learning, this investigation inspected the effects of digital literacy (DL) on technostress, foreign language anxiety (FLA), AE, and language achievement. To meet this objective, 70 intermediate subjects were selected and divided into an experimental group (EG) and a control group (CG). Next, the pre-tests of technostress, FLA, AE, and language learning achievement were administered to both groups. After that, the EG was taught the coursebook using technology. DL was also focused on it, and the students were trained to apply technology when learning new English materials. On the other hand, the same lessons were taught to the CG applying a traditional method. After teaching all classes, the mentioned scales were administered as the posttests of the study. The results of the One-way ANCOVA test indicated that the EG outdid the CG in the four posttests, implying that using DL reduced the anxiety and technostress of the EG but increased their AE. The heat and mass transfer phenomenon due to non-Newtonian nanofluids presents essential applications in various industrial and engineering processes like polymer solutions, manufacturing processes, food processing, pharmaceutical applications, extrusion processes, oil recovery, cooling systems, etc. In order to address the heat and mass transfer phenomenon, the suspension of nanofluids with different non-Newtonian materials has been studied. The objective of the current analysis is to endorse heat and mass transfer prediction due to a Casson–micropolar nanofluid over a bidirectional moving electromagnetic Riga surface. The suspension of micro-organisms is also utilized to predict the significant applications of the bioconvection phenomenon. The investigated analysis is supported with an external heat generation source and activation energy. The enhancement and fluctuation in heat transfer are captured with the addition of thermal radiation impact. The thermal, concentration, and velocity slip effects are utilized to investigate the thermal phenomenon. The shooting algorithm is applied for calculating the numerical simulations. The physical onset behind the variation of parameters is tested and claimed graphically. The slip flow of nanofluids has engaged potential applications in different engineering processes, including oil recovery, aerodynamics, microfluidic and chip devices, lubrication and tribology, and environmental engineering. Following such motivated applications in mind, the objective of the current analysis is to incorporate multiple slip effects in the flow of micropolar nanofluids due to a shrinking surface. The velocity, thermal, and concentration slip effects are endorsed to analyze the flow. Insights into heat transfer are subject to the radiative phenomenon. The stability analysis of the defined problem has been performed. The developed problem into a dimensionless form is solved with the help of the Keller box scheme. The accuracy of solution is confirmed with available research data. The implementation of the Keller box technique leads to multiple solutions. Physical justification of the problem is presented for each flow parameter. It is observed that dual solutions exist for specific numerical values of involved parameters for the shrinking flow problem. A reduction in fluid velocity is noticed for the velocity slip parameter.
