Rice is an essential food crop because rice is still used as a staple food and is a strategic commodity in Indonesia. The availability of affordable rice for the community is one of the key factors in national security. Food crop production forecasts are needed to support government policies in overcoming food problems, especially rice in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the estimates for the amount of rice production in Konawe Regency in the future by using the Least Squares method, knowing the adequacy of rice in Konawe Regency. This research was conducted in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, from May to December 2021. The data source used in this study was secondary data obtained from the Southeast Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Agriculture Service. Data on the rice production in Konawe Regency for the 2000-2020 period. From the simulations carried out using the Least Squares model, it is obtained that the forecasting results of rice production in Konawe Regency will continue to increase from year to year for the next ten years (2021-2030). The average increase in rice production in the next ten years is 1.60% per year, with the Konawe Regency rice consumption need in 2020 of 49,594.08 tons. Based on rice production and demand, the total availability of rice in Konawe Regency in 2021 is 74,585.5 tons, indicating a status of surplus rice availability. Determination of the accuracy of forecasting rice production in Konawe Regency is calculated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) which produces a relatively small error value of 1.3%.

Kerajinan daun lontar merupakan kerajinan usaha kecil yang berbahan dasar utama daun lontar dan rangka kerajinannya terbuat dari bambu. Kerajinan tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk tudung kue/makanan yang sering disebut “Bosara” yaitu tudung makanan/kue khusus untuk acara-acara adat ataupun kegiatan pemerintah. Keberadaan kerajinan daun Lontar di Desa Tindang merupakan hasil kreatifitas warga yang memanfaatkan banyaknya pohon Lontar yang tumbuh di Desa tersebut, terdapat banyak pengrajin di Desa Tindang tetapi yang dijadikan mitra dalam PKM ini adalah kelompok pengrajin “seruni” dan kelompok pengrajin “tulip”, dimana kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15-16 November 2022. Usaha kerajinan tersebut masih dikelola dengan sangat sederhana karena keterbatasan modal dan hanya diproduksi jika ada yang pesan saja. Oleh karena itu PKM ini bertujuan untuk : 1) meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang pembukuan keuangan; 2) meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaan program yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Pelatihan pembukuan keuangan; (2) pelatihan pemasaran; dan (3) pendampingan. Dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan PKM menunjukkan bahwa 95 % peserta telah mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha dan 95 % peserta telah meningkat keterampilannya dalam pembuatan website sebagai sarana pemasaran online.

Pendahuluan: Kekerasan seksual merupakan semua tindakan paksaan untuk memperoleh tindakan seksual tanpa memandang status hubungannya dengan korban. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi saat ini banyak dari remaja yang terjerumus kedalam jurang yang menyebabkan kekerasan seksual bisa terjadi, remaja harus dibina dan diberi pengarahan yang baik agar tumbuh dan berkembang secara wajar demi terciptanya Negara yang maju di masa depan, terhindar dari korban kekerasan seksual maupun tidak menjadi pelaku kekerasan seksual. Tujuan: Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja terkait kekerasan seksual di usia remaja Metode: Metode yang diterapkan yaitu kegiatan dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan. Tahap I persiapan yang meliputi penentuan jadwal pelaksanaan dan pendataan siswa-siswi, dilanjutkan dengan menyiapkan tempat, alat dan media penyuluhan. Tahap II pelaksanaan, meliputi pre-test, pemberian materi penyuluhan, sesi tanya jawab, dan post-test. Tahap III adalah tahap evaluasi Hasil: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 19 Agustus 2022, di SMAN 109 Jakarta Selatan dan diikuti oleh 42 siswa kelas. Hasilnya menunjukkan terdapat nilai rata-rata dari pre-test 45 dan post-test adalah 85, artinya terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada remaja. kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pemahaman tentang kekerasan pada umumnya dan kekerasan seksual pada usia remaja pada khususnya. Siswa dan siswi SMU 109 Jakarta dapat memahami pentingnya pengetahuan tentang kekerasan seksual pada usia remaja sebagai bekal dalam kehidupan sehari hari dan Pengabdi telah ikut serta membantu program pemerintah dalam menambah pengetahuan para remaja dengan memberikan edukasi kepada para siswa dan siswi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemerintah dalam penanggulangan Covid-19 pada Sekretariat Satuan Tugas Penangnan Covid-19 Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data skunder dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Strategi organisasi dalam penanggulangan Covid-19 pada satuan tugas Penanganan covi-19 kota Makassar bahwa visi dan misi pada satuan penanganan covid-19 tidak dijabarkan atau tidak tertuang. 2) Strategi program dalam penanggulangan covid-19 pada satuan tugas penanganan covid-19 kota Makassar telah dilaksanakan dengan maksimal, dilihat dari keterkaitan antara program dan tugas yang diberikan. 3) Strategi pendukung sumber daya dalam penanggulangan Covid-19 memerlukan anggaran yang dinamakan Biaya Tak Terduga (BTT) yang didapatkan dari APBD. 4) Dalam Strategi kelembagaan beberapa strategi yang diambil oleh pemerintah dalam percepatan penanganan Covid-19 yaitu Strategi pertama, adalah peningkatan 3 M yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarakk.

Information and communication technology development has produced a public service model through E-government. The government issued a policy, namely the formation of Village Fund Allocations (ADD), to manifest financial decentralization towards independent villages. The village has a very strategic role as a government organizational unit that deals directly with the community with all backgrounds, interests, and needs. The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out the E-government-Based Village Fund Allocation Management System in the Village Finance Application (Siskeudes) in Padakkalawa Village, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of Arifiyanto and Kurrohman based on four indicators, including planning, implementation, supervision, and reporting/responsibility. The results showed the E-government-Based Village Fund Allocation Management (Study Siskeudes in Padakkalawa Village, Pinrang Regency). In the planning process, Siskeudes obtain data information about the Village Strategic Plan, village RPJM and establish a village development work plan (RKPDes). At the implementation stage, Siskeudes is used for the APBDesa preparation process. For the supervision stage, Siskeudes is used to provide information to supervisors. Moreover, the Siskeudes accountability reporting stage is used to apply the principle of transparency or information disclosed to the public with evidence of the implementation of financial reporting displayed through information boards or accessed through the website.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers for rice crops during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was conducted in Baula District, Kolaka Regency from October 2021 to December 2021. The population in this study were rice farmers. Determination of the sample is done by simple random sampling technique. The number of samples selected as many as 91 respondents. Data analysis used two approaches, namely a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach by calculating the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers based on six precise indicators, consisting of price accuracy, quantity, time, place, type and quality accuracy. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of land area, number of seeds, fertilizer, labor and the effectiveness of fertilizer distribution on rice production, multiple non-linear regression analysis was used. The results of the study show that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Baula District, Kolaka Regency was not effective before the pandemic, and very ineffective during the Covid-19 pandemic. Land area, number of fertilizer, seeds, and number of labor have a positive and significant effect on lowland rice production, while the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution has a positive and insignificant effect on lowland rice production.Keywords: distribution; subsidized fertilizer; Covid-19 pandemic

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana transparansi pelayanan IMB pada dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang melakukan pengurusan administrasi IMB. Penentuan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling sehingga terpilih 30 orang responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara statistic deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Transparansi pelayanan IMB pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar berada pada kategori transparan dengan persentase 83,3 % baik dari segi prosedur dan pelayanan, waktu penyelenggaraan, dan biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam pelayanan (2) Kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan public pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar berada pada kategori puas dengan persentase 53,5 % baik dari segi prosedur dan pelayanan, waktu penyelenggaraan, dan biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam pelayanan.

This research purposed to find out how the partnership management in the provision of clean water at Biring Ere village, Pangkep Regency. This research used qualitative research with the type descriptive research. The number of informants in the study was 7 people. Data analysis used a qualitative research approach. The type of research used phenomenological research. Data collectiontechniques were instruments in the form of observation, interviews with informants. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this research showed that the partnership of the first parrty and the second party in suppling clean be seen from the utilization of clean water supply. But, the development had not been as expected due to the lack of proper maintenance that carried out by the community after post-development. But with the existence of partnersship management, it provided benefits for the community in Biring Ere Village, Pangkep Regency.

This research is motivated by the lack of management and management of cattle-breeding farms, which affects the income results of cattle breeding businesses on various ownership scales in the Konda District, South Konawe Regency. The purpose of the study was to find out the income of cattle breeding businesses on different ownership scales in the Konda District South Konawe Regency. The study's location was determined purposively by considering the village with the largest total cow population in the Konda District. The number of respondents to cattle breeding farmers is as many as 38 farmers. Data analysis uses descriptive quantitative data analysis by calculating costs, receipts, and revenues. The results showed that income for small-scale businesses ranged from IDR14.980.000 and for periodic medium businesses around IDR22.960.000 while for large-scale businesses around IDR28.185.000. The payment of cattle breeding business on various ownership scales in Konda District, South Konawe Regency, shows decent business income.

This research aims to find out the sensitivity of financial viability of dragon fruit farming in Ranomeeto Village, Ranomeeto District of South Konawe Regency. This research was conducted in Ranomeeto District, Ranomeeto South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The study took place from April 2021 to March 2022. The object of this study is the farming of the dragon fruit Abu Wafiq. This study uses case study methods with quantitative data analysis. This research aims to determine the feasibility of dragon fruit farming in terms of financial aspects. Financial aspects are analyzed by the Present Net method Value.Net B/C Ratio. Internal Rate of Return. Payback Period, as well as Sensitivity Analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data retrieval techniques used are interviews and recording. From the study results obtained, the value of NPV = IDR13.731.275. Net B/C = 1.36. IRR = 61% and PP = 1.55 or 1 year 5 months. This effort is worth working on financially. In addition, based on the calculation of sensitivity analysis. Abu Wafiq dragon fruit farming is worth running when there is a 13% decrease in production and an increase in operating costs by 63%. If the change exceeds the tolerance limit determined, the business becomes unfit to run because the resulting NPV is smaller than 0 or negative

Sorghum is one of the most important food crops globally, which has become the fifth food crop after wheat, rice, corn, and barley. Sorghum has excellent potential to be developed in Indonesia because it has wide adaptability, especially on dry land, and produces high productivity. This study aims to determine the possibility of sorghum plants in Lamunde Village, Tinondo District, East Kolaka Regency. The population in this study were sorghum farmers, totaling 25 people, using the method census or saturated sampling, which took the entire population as a sample so that 25 people were obtained as research samples. Data analysis used SWOT analysis using IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation) Matrix, EFE Matrix (External Factors Evaluation), and IE Matrix (Internal External). The results showed that the strategy that needs to be applied for sorghum farmers in seeing the potential for the development of sorghum plants in Lamunde Village is a strategy of concentration through vertical integration. Growth through engagement can be achieved through vertical integration by taking over the function of suppliers, namely sorghum farmers, or by taking over the tasks of distributors, namely buyers of sorghum production, either in the form of wholesalers or collectors and companies.

Whitefly Bemisia tabaci and tomato leaf miner Tuta absoluta are two important insects that are causing serious damage to crops in protected vegetable cultivation. There is an international call from scientists to find a non-chemical way to manage those pests. This study tested the effect of a new combined light trap with different colors, named GLT trap, on the management of whiteflies and tomato leaf miners in protected vegetable cultivation. The results showed that whiteflies are significantly attracted to the yellow light traps (828 insects) compared to (73 insects) on white traps which captured the least number of insects. Although whitefly is diurnal, a higher number of insects were captured by the yellow-light colored traps (910 insects) than both yellow traps without light (302 insects) and light without color (51 insects) in 6 days. This showed the superiority of GLT trap over the yellow traps by about three times and about 20 times more than light traps without colors. In addition, a higher mean number of leaf miners were captured by yellow traps (14.33), and the lowest number of insects (3.5) was captured on violate traps. The new GLT trap is a promising IPM mean to manage those important insects in greenhouses in both developed and developing countries. It is an inexpensive, effective, and homemade way to control whiteflies and tomato leaf miners without negative consequences

The purpose of this study was to determine the sensitivity of ornamental plant business in Kendari City as a case study on dahlia ornamental plant business. This research was conducted in Kendari City which was determined purposively on the dahlia ornamental plant business. The research was conducted from July to November 2019. The analysis used in this study is an analysis of efficiency and income consisting of net present value (NPV) income benefit ratio (NBCR), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period (PBP). The results of the sensitivity analysis of ornamental plant businesses with increased production costs by 5% and selling prices decreased by 5%, the value of the NPV, NBCR, IRR and payback period shows a good value so that the ornamental plant business is feasible to be cultivated because it can return all investment costs used

The method offered in this activity is to implement a performance appraisal instrument in the form of socialization and assistance to Lumintu business owners. Through socialization about performance appraisal. Partners are very enthusiastic in listening to the material that has been delivered, and there is two-way communication between partners and the team. Furthermore, the assistance assesses the performance. Overall, the business performance is considered adequate. There are several things that need to be improved, such as the internal performance in the aspect of human resources and finansial.It is quite difficult for partners to retain the elderly to continue making weaving. For that we need continuous motivation to remain productive. ABSTRAK:Tujuan kegiatan adalah melakukan pendampingan pada usaha kerajinan daur ulang di Tangerang dalam menilai kinerja usaha. Melalui pembekalan pengetahuan tentang cara menilai kinerja usaha dan pendampingan menilai kinerja usaha yang selama ini telah dijalankan. Kegiatan dilakukan pada kelompok usaha Lumintu yang memperkerjakan para lansia membuat anyaman di Sudimara Pinang Kota Tangerang. Bedasarkan analisis masalah mitra , masih lemahnya pengetahuan akan penilaian kinerja sehingga belum mampu mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Metode yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan ini adalah mengimplementasikan instrumen penilaian kinerja dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada pemilik usaha Lumintu. Melalui sosialisasi tentang penilaian kinerja. Mitra sangat antusias dalam mendengarkan materi yang telah disampaikan, dan terjadinya komunikasi dua arah antara mitra dengan tim. Selanjutnya pendampingan menilai kinerja. Secara keseluruhan kinerja usaha dinilai cukup. Ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki seperti pada kinerja internal di aspek SDM dan keuangan. Cukup sulit bagi mitra mempertahankan para lansia untuk terus lanjut membuat anyaman. Untuk itu perlu motivasi secara terus menerus untuk tetap menjadi produktif

Organic food agriculture, especially rice, is a potential business opportunity in the present and in the future. This is based on the principle of the benefits of organic food, which puts forward the principles of good health for plants, soil, animals, earth, and humans as an interconnected and inseparable whole. The objectives of this study were to analyze the economic and financial feasibility of organic rice farming in North Buton Regency, to analyze the economic and financial viability of farming when input prices change, and to compare the feasibility of organic rice farming in various bank groups. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, the variable coverage of which consists of the amount of organic rice production, production price, and the components of farm costs. Respondents were determined using accidental sampling technique, in order to obtain 60 farmer household respondents. Furthermore, an economic and financial feasibility analysis approach is used which consists of 3 criteria, namely net present value, net benefit-cost ratio, and internal rate of return. The results showed that: (1) organic rice farming in North Buton Regency based on economic and financial feasibility criteria is feasible to be cultivated and or developed, (2) Even though there has been a change in input prices, organic rice farming in Buton Utarata Regency is feasible to be cultivated and or developed, (3) the selection of business investment credit in the state-owned bank group and the national private bank group is more feasible to operate, while the business investment credit in the regional government bank group is vulnerable to the risk of loss. Therefore, in applying for investment credit for organic rice farming, farmers must choose a financial institution in the state bank group or national private bank.

Ficin (EC 3.4.22.3) is a proteolytic enzyme that contains sulfhydryl group on the active side. Ficin can be extracted from cuts of the stem, leaves and unripe fruit of species in the genus Ficus by adding water and buffer as the solvent. This research aimed to find out the most effective methods of extraction, purification and characterization of ficin in food application and others. Using phosphate buffer pH 7 as the solvent can optimize the process of extraction. Ficin is one of the extensively investigated proteolytic enzyme owing to its application in various industries. This necessitated employing a strategy that result in highest purified ficin in less steps and lowest cost. Use of modernistic approach such as Three Phase Partitioning (TPP), Aqueous Two-Phase System (ATPS) and chromatography technuiqes with types ion exchange and gel filtration have shown high level of purify in the purification of ficin. Ficin shows maximum activity in a range of optimum pH (6,5 - 8,0) and optimum temperature (50 - 60 oC). Ficin resistant to heat and has a good stability with thermostability approximately (40 – 70)oC and the moleculer weight approximately (23,1 – 28,6) kDa.
