Endek woven fabric is the creative cultural heritage of the Balinese people. Hence, it needs to be preserved and developed through the promotion and marketing of Balinese Endek Woven Fabric or Traditional Balinese Woven Fabric in various local, national, and international activities to improve the economy and welfare of the Balinese people. However, over time, many productions of stamp woven fabrics (machine-made) made consumers switch to artificial endek. So, companies need to determine the strategy applied by each endek woven fabric in Denpasar, which is to use a social media marketing strategy. This study aims to test and explain social media marketing strategies towards repurchase intention mediated by value co-creation in endek woven fabric consumers in Denpasar City. Sample determination using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The subjects of the study were consumers of endek woven fabrics, with a sample of 104 people. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The results of this study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on value co-creation. Value co-creation has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; value co-creation can mediate the influence of social media marketing on repurchase intention. The theoretical implications that can be given from research findings are that they can make an empirical contribution to the relationship between social media marketing variables, value co-creation, and repurchase intention for the development of marketing management science. The practical implications that can be given from the research findings show that among the two variables that affect repurchase intention, social media marketing and value co-creation variables have the highest path coefficient, which can be a reference for endek woven fabric sellers in making strategies to increase repurchase intention in endek woven fabric consumers by increasing Social media marketing and value co-creation.

Transthoracic echocardiography is one of the most useful investigations for the assessment of the potential cardiac etiology of ischemic stroke. Our aim is to evaluate echocardiographic findings in patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to a tertiary care hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia.Methods: This was a retrospective observational study conducted in the neurology department of a tertiary care hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia. We enrolled 315 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital who had undergone transthoracic echocardiography between March 2019 and March 2022. We analyzed transthoracic echocardiography findings, ischemic stroke subtypes, and their associated comorbidities. We also compared the demographic data, comorbidity, and survival status of patients with abnormal echo findings to those with normal echo findings.Findings: The mean age of patients was 62± 12 years. Co-morbidities were present in about 251 (80%) of the subjects, hypertension was the most common comorbidity 99 (31.4%), followed by diabetes 72 (23%), and hyperlipidemia 37 (11.7%). Overall cardiac pathology in this study was 170 (54%). Forty-seven (15%) of the patients had low ejection fraction on transthoracic echocardiography. Male patients had slightly less left ventricular systolic dysfunction than female patients. 100 (32%) had left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD), while 113 (36%) had left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Patients with hypertension and diabetes had more echo abnormalities compared to others (P-values of 0.047 and 0.024, respectively). More abnormal echo findings were seen in patients who died during hospitalization than in those who survived (P = 0.008). Severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction was associated with higher mortality (P < 0.001).Conclusion: Most patients with stroke in this study had abnormal echocardiograms; however, only a few had cardioembolic strokes. Abnormalities in echocardiography were more common in patients who died during hospitalization than in those who survived.Keywords: acute ischemic stroke, cardiac dysfunction, echocardiography

Environmental reputation received many attentions in light with worldwide efforts to preservation with a focus on enhancement of environmental strategy throughout green technology. This study mapped 69 peer-reviewed articles in the Scopus database from 2003 to 2024. The results demonstrate nine prominent clusters that are significant references for future researchers in identifying organizations’ pursuits of green innovation toward environmental reputation. The nine clusters are green innovation capability, sustainability, environmental legitimacy, environmental regulation, social capital, firm reputation, environmental governance, human resources, and impression management. The implications of the study are elaborated further.

The first purpose of this paper was to construct the framework of relational networks of stakeholders. The second was to unveil the participation of stakeholders in the social network context. The notion mentioned by Kimbu and Ngoasong (2013) regarding participation in a social network context was applied as a reference. Two tourism villages were selected as case studies. They were Bongkasa Pertiwi tourism village and Pangsan tourism village located in Badung Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia. This study examined the attitude of stakeholders when performing cooperation by utilizing qualitative research. Thus this study was exploratory in nature. A semi-structured in-depth interview with the stakeholders, observation and documentation were the data collection method used. The data collected was analyzed by using a cross-case method. The frameworks of relational networks and the participation in social network context deduced from the data. The findings revealed that frameworks of the relational network divided into Tourism Distribution Network and Tourist Experience Network. The participation of stakeholders in tourism village networks classified into strong interlocking ties that was relationship bound by formal contract and strength of weak ties (relationship bound by informal agreement). Thus, the suggestion was that a tourism village should have a legal contract with significant stakeholders to ensure collaboration in a network and maintain sustainability.

Due to poor healthcare capacity, low vaccination rate, increasing COVID-19 variants, socioeconomic disparities, and misinformation, it is inevitable that implications will prove to be damaging to both healthcare workers and civilians. Among these challenges, it is important to note the need for stronger epidemiological surveillance for both COVID-19 and dengue and the implementation of public health measures without endangering sources of livelihood. Subterranean clover (Trifolium subterraneum L.) is a diploid self-pollinated annual pasture legume native to the Mediterranean region and widely sown in southern Australia and other countries with Mediterranean-type climates. This study utilised a core collection of 97 lines, representing around 80% of the genetic diversity of the species, to examine morphological diversity within subterranean clover. A total of 23 quantitative agro-morphological and 13 semi-quantitative morphological marker traits were assayed on the core collection and 28 diverse Australian cultivars as spaced plants in a replicated common garden experiment. Relationships between these traits and 24 climatic and edaphic parameters at their sites of origin were also examined within the core collection. Significant diversity was present for all traits. The Australian cultivars had similar levels of diversity to the core collection for several traits. Among the agro-morphological traits, time to flowering, leaf size and petiole diameter in mid-winter, plant area in late winter, maximum stem length, content of the oestogenic isoflavone biochanin A and total isoflavone content, were correlated with seven or more environmental variables. These can be considered highly adaptive, being the result of strong environmental selection pressure over time. For the first time in a clover species, morphological markers, including leaf mark, anthocyanin pigmentation and pubescence traits, have been associated with rainfall and soil parameters. This suggests they either have an adaptive role or the genes controlling them may be linked to other genes controlling adaptive traits. This study demonstrated the value of core collections to examine diversity within much larger global collections. It also identified adaptive traits from wild plants that can be utilised to develop more productive and persistent subterranean clover cultivars. The high heritability of these traits indicates that selection gains can be readily made.

The availability of liquid waste of rise flour can be maintained in continuously and abundant, and is one of waste water that is underutilized, but liquid waste of rise flour has a starch content which can be used as one of the producers of ethanol. This study has the objective to produce bioethanol and a prototype bio-ethanol industry, and perform simulations before conducting experiments, as well as a reference in developing the bio-ethanol industry in Indonesia. Based on preliminary analysis obtained starch content of the rice is about 79% b/b, while the starch content of the liquid waste of rise flour is quite high about 30% v/v. The process of preliminary research that has been done is the hydrolysis with Bacillus then followed by bacterial fermentation of glucose by Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The quality of ethanol produced is influenced by the levels of starch, glucose, acidity (pH), the volume ratio of waste with Bacillus volume, the number of bacteria Saccharomyces cerevisiae, fermentation time that has been done in the preliminary study. The filtrate resulting from the hydrolysis and fermentation processes of contains ethanol about 16% v/v carried out a batch distillation process to obtain bioethanol, variables in a batch distillation process is ethanol composition and temperature. Before experimental batch distillation process simulation ternary system Ethanol-Water-Impurities (EWI) with a model of Differential-Algebraic-Equations (DAEs), using the programming language Mathlab version 7 in advance, so that in the determination of the variables can be more effective and more research costs cheap. The results obtained experimentally study the composition of bioethanol a maximum of 95% to 96%, the results of experiments and simulations EWI ternary system form the temperature profile, the profile of the composition of liquid and vapor composition profile dimensionless time functions both at the bottom and in the distillate shows the results of the same approach. The simulation results before used reference in experiments performed the validation beforehand, so that the ternary system simulation EWI after validation of reference can be used in experiments.
