The value of the learning objectives used by the teacher in the lesson plans in the learning process must require that the Al-Qur’an. It is used as a book of instructions and a source of knowledge in explaining the learning objectives that should be included in the lesson plans. This research is a literature study (library research). The data sources in this study consisted of primary data in the form of the Qur'an Surah al-Baqarah (verses 31, 32, 102, 129, 151, 239, 251), Surah Ali Imran (verses 48, 79, 164), and Surah An-Nisa ( verse 113). While secondary data in the form of books of interpretation of al-Qur'anul Madjid An-Nur, interpretation of the Qur'an Karim, interpretation of al-Azhar and interpretation of al-Mishbah as well as books of science and philosophy of Islamic education that have relevance and significance to the topic of this research, namely learning objectives in the Koran. The method used in the data analysis of this research is the thematic interpretation method (tafsir maudu'iy). The results of the descriptive analysis reveal that linguistically the Koran uses the terms ta'lim, tadris and tarbiyah, to express the word learning. Meanwhile, to express the purpose, the Qur'an uses the term maqasid, namely muqtasidah, qasidan, qas'd, iqsid and muqtasid. All these terms implicitly contain the meaning of the goal, namely the formulation that will be achieved on the basis of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, which are the targets to be achieved after the completion of the learning process, and can motivate students in carrying out the learning process.

This study aims to describe the implementation of nagham al-Qur'an learning in the art of reading the Qur'an for children and adolescents at the Tilawatil Qur'an Development Institute (LPTQ) Medan City. Furthermore, this study also analyzes people's perceptions of the nagham al-Qur'an in Javanese style. In the process, this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data is analyzed in stages, starting from a preliminary study, conducting research, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, to the stage of reporting research results. The results of this study indicate that the basic nagham al-Qur'an learning material for children at LPTQ Medan City includes tajwid and makhraj letters, while for teenagers it is added to routinely study 4 (four) nagham al-Qur'an. The teaching is carried out regularly using the qiro'ati, sima'i, halaqah, and demonstration methods. The various types of nagham al-Qur'an include hijaz, bayati, shoba, jiharka, nahawan, sika, and others. The learning media used include microphones, speakers, and voice recording devices. Furthermore, there are supporting factors for learning nagham al-Qur'an, namely adequate facilities, systematic learning activities, the seriousness of students repeating learning at home, coaches and trainers who are experts in their fields, and support from the Medan City government. While the inhibiting factors include health factors, lack of concentration of students, and limited time allocation.

The focus of this article is to find out the historical dynamics and intellectual network of pesantren in Bangka. The research method is the historical method of Kuntowijoyo's theory. The result of the research is that the dynamics of the history of Islamic boarding schools in the province of the Bangka Belitung archipelago began with traditional Islamic educational institutions, namely reciting the Koran, then Arabic schools and then developing into Islamic boarding schools. The historical range of the growth of the Islamic boarding school is in accordance with the path of Islamization and the traditional characteristics of Bangka Islam. Meanwhile, the intellectual network of the pesantren of the Bangka community started from the Mecca and Middle East networks around the 1910s. Then the network shifted to its own country, which spread to parts of Sumatra, East Java, West Java and Kalimantan as well as the island of Bangka itself in the decade of the New Order era until post-reformation around the 1970s until now.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the curriculum management of Dayah MUDI Mesra Bireuen Regency. The method used is qualitative research using interviews, observations and document studies. The results of this research are (1) Dayah curriculum planning is carried out by way of deliberation in preparing the curriculum. By involving dayah leaders, teachers and expert teams as well as the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Dayah Education Development Office. The drafting mechanism is carried out by mapping basic competencies, analyzing time allocation, creating annual programs and semester programs, and then creating RPP; (2) Curriculum organizing shall be carried out with several activities through the division of teaching tasks in accordance with the areas of expertise and interests, preparation of lesson schedules, improvement and enrichment, extracurricular and refreshment schedules for teachers; (3) The implementation of a curriculum oriented towards the implementation of a productive, active, innovative, effective and enjoyable learning process (PAIKEM) is supported by dayah instructional leadership that exemplifies and motivates dayah teachers; (4) The supervision of the curriculum shall be carried out by the leadership on the implementation of learning conducted by the teacher based on the learning document and then supervision to the classroom during the learning; and (5) Curriculum evaluation includes examination of teacher learning documents/Learning Implementation Plan and capturing inputs related to the support system to improve the quality of dayah learning.

This research examines the renewal initiative at Dayah Ma'had al Ulum Diniyyah Mesjid Raya Samalanga Islamic School. This study focuses on the renewal initiative during the leadership of Abon Abdul Aziz and Abu Hasanoel Bashri. This research is qualitative research with a historical approach. This research indicates that the Al Aziziyah Samalanga Islamic Education Foundation's modernization began during the leadership of Abon Abdul Aziz in 1958 and culminated in Abu Hasanoel Bashry in 1989. Social factors had been the most dominant factors of modernization of Islamic education in the foundation, including the birth of Islamic and public universities in Aceh, the adoption of information and communication technology (ICT), the requirement of diplomas for teachers and education personnel, and the involvement of alumni in the foundation.

The objectives of this study were: (1) to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic Education students who were taught with inquiry strategy were higher than the learning outcomes of students taught by conventional learning; (2) to find out the learning outcomes of Islamic Education students who have higher critical thinking skills than students who have low critical thinking skills, and; (3) to determine the interaction between learning strategies and critical thinking skills on the learning outcomes of Islamic Education. The research method is a quasi experiment. The study design was a two-factorial analysis of variance. The research instruments were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used was analysis of variance at α 0.05. The findings of the study show: (1) the average learning outcomes of Islamic Education students who are taught with Inquiry learning strategies are higher than the average learning outcomes of Islamic Education students taught with conventional learning, (2) the average educational learning outcomes Islamic students with high critical thinking skills are higher than the average learning outcomes of students with low critical thinking skills, and (3) there is an interaction between learning strategies and critical thinking skills where students with high critical thinking skills are appropriately taught using Inquiry learning strategies can be seen that on average the learning outcomes of Islamic Education are higher.

The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental model of factorial design 2 x 2. The research sample is 1 class for discovery learning strategy learning and 1 class is expository learning strategy. Data collection instruments are tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a two-way analysis of variance. The difference in value between the experimental class and the control class is not significant enough so that it can be interpreted that there cannot be a significant difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class.

Pothole’s defect is major damages indicated the road condition visually, and the structural defects due to some potential causes. Nowadays, new forms of remote sensing technique were widely used, but less studies in the application of low altitude multispectral mapping. The potential of multispectral images is its help better in resolution due to its spectral characteristic. Hence, it helps a lot in feature classification with proper training sample, classifier used, and spectral band composite. Thus, this study aims to extract the defective roads by using the multispectral image of Parrot Sequoia with low flight altitude. This study tries to detect a pothole's existence from band combination and supervised classification other than its common use which ultimately for agriculture purposes. The classifier used in this is Maximum Likelihood, Support vector machine (SVM) and Mahalanobis Distance. 15 different probability of band stacks of green, NIR, red edge, and red band were used as multispectral images. The comparison of the performance between the types of classifier and band combination was modeled and discussed in this study. Classifier algorithm maximum likelihood gives the lowest error of 0.108m² with a combination of NIR + red edge band. SVM gives the lowest error of 0.427m² with a combination of green + NIR + red edge + red band. While Mahalanobis distance gives the lowest error of -0.082m² with a combination of red edge + red band. Averagely, Mahalanobis distance gives the lowest error of 0.299m² of all bands used. Keywords: Road, pothole, UAV, multispectral, UAV and detection

Funding for education in Islam basically focuses on distributing education costs and burdens that must be borne by the community. Things that need to be considered in education financing are the amount of money that must be spent and where the source of the money is obtained. Thus, based on the source, the cost of education is obtained from the cost of education that comes from the government, the community, and the Baitul Mal. The main obstacle in financing Islamic education is due to limited sources of funds, low support for the community. In this case the thought about the source of education costs, at least the education providers must have planned it in detail because if the implementation process only depends on certain parties, in this case, the education providers are not serious in developing it. All these aspects are the concern of Pesantren in providing education to students, thus the educational aspect becomes part of the aspect of assessment that is very important in learning. The right attitude to respond to today's developments is expressed by the values of moral education developed through management functions to improve the quality of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. By implementing it in formal education, Pesantren education, informal education, and non-formal education, it will produce spiritual values, ethical honesty values, and tolerance values. Based on this view, the program implemented felt by all Pesantren residents through a good financial system.

This study reveals about the factors regarding the implementation of inclusive Islamic religious education in Senior High School in Sibolga. The implementation of inclusive PAI which is the problem in this research is the planning, implementation and evaluation of inclusive PAI in Senior High School in Sibolga. The research method in this research is qualitative research with a phonomenology approach, namely analyzing the factors of inclusive Islamic education at State Senior High School in Sibolga. Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of inclusive Islamic Education in the Sibolga City Senior High School includes planning that includes the school's vision and mission, school work programs/PAI teachers, curriculum, ex-kul, methods, related activities. Based on the results of the evaluation in this implementation, it can be seen that inclusive PAI has the support of school residents and builds inclusive school residents.

T his study aimed to reveal how IbnQayyim al-Jawziyyah thought about the education of children in Islamic families as in his paper Tuhfah al Maudud bi Ahkam al Maulud. There are three problem formulations proposed in this study: first, how the intellectual social conditions of writing the book Tuhfah al Maudud bi Ahkam al Maulud; Second, how is the thinking about the education of children in the Islamic family contained in the book of Tuhfah al-Maudud bi Ahkam al-Maulud; Third, how relevant the idea is to contemporary Islamic education. This research is library research; And using a social history approach; The steps are taken: first, collecting reference works, grouped into two: primary and secondary sources (other sources in the same theme are used as a complement); Second, using content analysis methods, with the steps: first, reading the text and giving a brief note on the margin when it finds the required information; Second, categorize and identify each item according to a cognate theme; Third, comparing all categories, both major and minor; Fourth, after all data is categorized into categories large and small, review, to ensure that the information is categorized as appropriate; Fifth, re-examine the original text, and ensure that all the information that needs to be categorized has all been listed; Sixth, material analysis, interpretation, and meaning. Furthermore, Ibn al-Qayyim's ideas on child education are analyzed by taking into account the potential relevance for today's education. The findings of this study: first, where during Ibn al-Qayyim's lifetime, the political, social, and educational conditions were in an unstable state. Second: education for children in Ibn al-Qayyim's thinking as stated in his paper Tuhfah al-Maudud bi Ahkam al Maulud consists of: moral education for children; Aqidah education for children; And education of worship for children. Third: education for children according to Ibn al-Qayyim's thought is still relevant, evidenced by the similarity of discussion and practice of education in today's world.

One of the most essential Islamic messages is to instill an excellent character to every human being, according to the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Allah sent me to fulfill akhlaq (morals)". The fundamental message of Islam is to build akhlaq in human life. In Islam, a good character is known as Al-Akhlaq Al-Karimah. All Muslim thinkers do their research on Akhlaq or a good character. The research attempts to illustrate the concept of Al-Akhlaq Al-Karimah according to Ibn Miskawayh and Al-Ghazali and to describe their fundamental thoughts on the matter, explicitly dealing with the building of human character. The research is based on library research with a philosophical approach. From this study, I concluded that according to Ibn Meskavayh, look more philosopher while Al-Ghazali is more Sufistic. In the meantime, they have similarities to the fundamentals of the human faculty. Ibn Miskawayh and Al-Ghazaly had similarities to the basic human faculties, and this faculty should be preserved and developed. According to Ibn Miskawayh, the faculty of man should be educated by keeping all of these faculties always balanced in a way that he calls the middle way. This means that the human faculties must be balanced between over (Israf) and Distillation (Taqthir). The best of all is the middle thing. Al-Ghazali focuses his thoughts on building a good character on the Sufi approach to build a closer relationship with Almighty God through good and closer relationship to Almighty God.

Road connection has high impact on the city development. It helps boost the economic environment along the road. Therefore, it is important to maintain and divide by their traffic flow and road reserve well to determine the privilege of maintenance and budget contribution for every year. Road opens up the relation of intercity and urban as it gives the impact of development along the road. To manage road over the country, geometry data of road is needed for decision making and project well management. The primary data is usually contributed by field technical support persons, such as surveyor, engineer, and others for conventional method of survey, image along the road, computer aid drawing (cad data) as built drawing or topographical plan, and others. This study proposes an urban road mapping with optimal flight parameter and flying low for detail texture acquisition of feature. It ensures the high efficiency, low cost, short cycle, strong maneuverability, convenient operation, and others of a product. The objective of the project is to determine the optimal flight parameter in mapping out a road feature inside the road reserve with detailed digital orthophoto model (DOM) and digital elevation model (DEM). The flight parameters of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and requirements for focal length effectiveness, flight planning preparation, image lap percentage, UAV altitude, and ground control point (GCP) distribution setup were outlined. The study investigated the effect of different focal length effects, GCP shape-based network (pyramid square-, square-, and linear-based networks), UAV altitude (90m, 65m, and 35m), and end lap percentage of image (90%, 80%, and 70%) on the photogrammetry-derived product. The 95m and 65m altitudes gave the lowest root mean square error (RMSE) value (±5cm horizontal and ±8cm vertical). In addition, 80% consistently showed the lowest RMSE for all end lap percentage options. Meanwhile, the pyramid square-based network recovered a total of 40% accuracy higher than square- and linear-based networks. This study could help the local authorities to implement smart road maintenance within their region.

The educational systemconsists of educational objectives, educator and educational situation, curriculum, and facilities / infrastructure.Every year there is dynamics in the education system at Pesantren Darularafah, this is evidencedby the evaluation or evaluation of the performance of educators every year.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) dinamika manajemen Pesantren Darularafah Raya, 2)dinamika kelembagaan Pesantren Darularafah Raya, 3) dinamika sistem pendidikan di Pesantren DarularafahRaya. This study was aimed to (1) Describe the teaching curriculum of Dayah Darul Azhar Districtof Southeast Aceh, (2) Find its contribution in the implementation of Islamic Syari’at in Southeast Aceh,(3) To know the constraint factors in the implementation of Islamic Syari’at in Dayah Darul Azhar, SoutheastAceh. Theoretically, it could be used as the basis for the analysis of Dayah Darul Azhar’s contributionin the implementation of Islamic Syari’at particularly in Southeast Aceh and Indonesia in general which isbetter and relevant to the needs of the era. The selected research was qualitative. The results of this studywere special findings and discussion results. (1) Dayah educational curriculum in the implementationprocess of education becomes the absolute authority of its leadership. Regional Regulation Number 6 of2000 article 15 paragraph 2 mentions that the curriculum and teaching and learning activities in Dayahare arranged by its leader. Similarly, it is reinforced by Qanun no. 23 of 2002 article 23 which states thatthe curriculum and learning activities in Dayah is governed by its leader and or by its leadership colloquy.In Dayah Darul Azhar of Southeast Aceh, the curriculum used was the curriculum of the Ministry ofNational Education for general subjects, but for Dayah’s subjects it has its own curriculum that is byreferring to the Middle East level curriculum. (2) Dayah Darul Azhar’s contributions in the implementationof Islamic Syari’at in Southeast Aceh were of (a) to socialize Islamic Syari’at (learning curriculum, daakwah(propoganda) and preach and dress habit). (b) to guide the implementation of Islamic Syari’at (c) toinculcate and improve aqidah. (d) Tausiyah and the appeal. (3) The obstacle faced is the unavailability ofLanguage Lab, the lack of teachers from Middle East Graduate and the institution has not found thepattern of graduate about their interest and talent to continue their higher education. The opportunities forthe implementation of Islamic Sharia in Darul Azhar dayah as follows: (1) Separation of all Dayah DarulAzhar’s activities between men and women, (2) helding a punishment for those who violate the rules(included for of Islamic Sharia) and (3) The existence of Tahfiz al-Quran coaching as following from theprogram of Islamic Sharia Office.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan kurikulum pembelajaran dayah Darul Azhar KabupatenAceh Tenggara, (2) Menemukan kontribusidayah Darul Azhar dalam pelaksanaan syariat Islam di AcehTenggara, (3) Mengetahui faktor-faktor kendala dalam pelaksanaan syariat Islam di dayah Darul AzharKabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Kegunaan Secara teoritis akan dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan analisaterhadap kontribusidayah Darul Azhar dalam pelaksanaan Syariat Islam di Aceh Tenggara khusunyadan Indonesia pada umumnya yang lebih baik dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian yang dipilih adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan temuan khusus dan hasil pembahasan. (1) Pembuatankurikulum pendidikan dayah dalam proses implementasi pendidikan menjadi wewenang mutlak pimpinandayah. Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 6 tahun 2000 Pasal 15 ayat 2 disebutkan bahwa kurikulum dankegiatan belajar mengajar di dayah diatur oleh pimpinan dayah yang bersangkutan dan Qanun No. 23Tahun 2002. Pasal 23 yang menyebutkan bahwa kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran pada dayahdiatur oleh pimpinan dayah dan atau oleh musyawarah pimpinan dayah. Pada dayah Darul Azharkabupaten Aceh Tenggara, kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum Kementerian Pendidikan Nasionaluntuk mata pelajaran umum, sedangkan untuk mata pelajaran dayahnya memiliki kurikulum tersendiriyaitu dengan mengacu pada kurikulum Pendidikan setingkat Timur Tengah.. (2) Korntribusi dayah DarulAzhar dalam penerapan syariat islam di Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara berupa (a ) melakukan sosialisasisyariat islam (kurikulum pembelajaran, dakwah dan khutbah, dan kebiasaan berpakaian ). (b) mengawalpelaksanaan syariat islam. (c) menanamkan dan memperbaiki akidah. (d) Tausiyah dan seruan. (3)Kendala yang di hadapi berupa ketidaktersedianyaMa’mal Lukhah ( Lab Bahasa ), minimnya tenagapengajar dari alumni Timur Tengah dan belum menemukan pola minat dan bakat Alumni untuk melanjutkanPendidikan tinggi. The wake wash from passing ships can cause environmental damage. The wake wash is an important issue for naval architects and shipbuilders in concentrating on more environmentally friendly designs. This paper presents results of a parametric study of catamaran hull form to obtain low wake wash hull form configurations or low speed inland waterway boats. The study uses a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation, and model experiments were carried out for validation of the CFD software set-up. The study concentrates on the asymmetric catamaran hull form. The investigation is conducted on two configurations of hull form; Flat Side Inward (FSI) and Flat Side Outward (FSO) configurations. The investigation is conducted on a hull form with a Length to Beam (L/B) ratio of 12.2, 15.2 and 18.3 and a Separation to Length (S/L) ratio of 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4. The results based on wave height criteria at various longitudinal cuts have shown that the FSO configuration has a lower wake wash compared with the FSI configuration. Considering L/B and S/L ratios, hull forms with a larger separation or higher L/B ratios produce lower wave heights.
