This paper highlights the issue of child abuse and its existence in Pakistan, alongside critically analyzing the causes and effects of it. Firstly, child abuse and its types- physical, sexual, emotional and neglect are explained in detail. The prevalence of child abuse in Pakistan is discussed with the help of latest statistics available from child welfare and protection NGOs such as Sahil. Then, a critical analysis is carried out which examines the causes and effects of child abuse, explaining the impact of child abuse on the individual as well as society. Finally, the paper proposes a set of recommendations to deal with the menace of child abuse in Pakistan. The recommendations entail treatment techniques as well as prevention measures, which if adapted, can help the country in overcoming the grave issue of child abuse, thereby providing the children with a safe and secure environment to grow and develop. The learning system in Pakistan is very challenging because of gender inequality in Pakistan. In Pakistan, females are striving to make money mostly via opening beauty parlor at home, working at training center, tutoring or coaching on small take-home pay at private schools, manufacturing bangles at quarters, sewing at home and working in countryside etc. The main aim of this paper is to study the impact of feminine learning in the changing paradigms of Pakistan. Female learning is helpful to reduce poverty. The aim of this paper is to show the impact of learning skills on overall society. Learning is the key element to acquire valuable high paid job. In our country because of lack of great number of learning centers, females are unable to learn skills and participate in social sector to support society and family. In this study, data were collected with the help of primary and secondary data. In this study, 100 respondents were selected from Hyderabad who are females and five open ended questions were asked to collect the data. The secondary data was also collected via Economic Survey of Pakistan, Statistical Survey of Pakistan and from different books, newspapers etc to support study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In recent increase of multi-cultural employees in the organizations has become a challenge for the employers on national and international levels. A healthy and professional environment is necessary for the better outcomes of every organization. At work place harassment is considered as one of the biggest challenges to retain organization's human resource. This is a fact that organizations always achieve their Goal through their employees. This is a great challenge of global organizations in which workplace harassment actually exists in organizations and creates negative impact on employee's performance. It is an alarming situation that employees are not feeling convenient to the workplace. This study focused on the impacts workplace harassment on the performance of the organizations as a case study of National Bank of Pakistan, Hyderabad region and focused on individual employees. This study is based on survey method in which twenty close ended questions and Likert's scale is used to collect primary data. The data were collected from four different branches of National Bank of Pakistan, Hyderabad Region, from 40 respondents including Top, Middle, and Operative Management, especially from human resource Regional Department. After analyzing data, it is presented in Tables, followed by statistical techniques and analysis is summarized in survey note for each question. In the last; data is also presented in the comprehensive table as a Summary of all questions. Where, secondary data is collected from different books, internet, magazines and news papers. The results show that majority of the respondents supports problem statement, and their point of views is in our favor, that there are severe impacts of workplace harassment on the performance of the organizations. There is a great need to educate employees to curb workplace harassment through different self-developing and psychological trainings. This is a reality that expected catastrophe in the shape of floods is a gigantic challenge that strike roughly and wipe out human lives, communication, road and rail network and crops in Pakistan. This vulnerable situation strikes millions of people as they became homeless and bound to survive in camps. This intend of this paper is to find out the impact on the psychology of working women who are the main contributing agent in the economic development. The main purpose of this paper is to consider the health of skilled women as an important factor as skilled women play an important role in running their houses and support their family. If the health of the woman is considered on priority then it positively creates strong impact on the general health of society. In Pakistan skilled women play an important role in the development of society. Skilled women are major part of economy in flood affected areas. This flood has left deadly imprints in their lives and created high level of distress in them. Stress has affected their motivation and commitment towards life. The main focus of study is to deduce the level of stress in skilled women due to flood and to develop their thoughts towards progressive and productive life. Women play a pivotal role in development of Sind province and in their own family earning. These skilled women are earning by making caps, rallies and different handicrafts. They are affected psychologically by this devastating flood. The research is carried out to study the impact of flood on psychological health of skilled women in district Dadu in Sind province.
