Today, it is necessary to learn to manage and administer organizations based on values, which is also influenced by the culture and atmosphere of the organization. No comprehensive research has been done on organizational culture and personnel values. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical framework based on the components of organizational culture and personnel values in Bandar Imam Petrochemical. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in terms of data collection method and with the help of a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Bandar-e-Imam Petrochemical with a total of 3622 people. The said value is variable between 425 and 850. Taking into account the probabilities related to the unusability of a number of completed questionnaires, a total of 620 questionnaires were randomly distributed in the desired area at different hours of the day, and finally 595 questionnaires were used as a basis for statistical analysis. (Organizational Culture Questionnaire and Personnel Values Questionnaire) was used. In this study, in order to determine the validity of the questionnaires through communication with elites (management professors) and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis model, all the proposed dimensions in this section (15 dimensions) were approved. Experts were located and the research model was approved. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for reliability of variables and questionnaires. To analyze the research data, factor analysis and confirmation of structural equation modeling and to fit the research model, SPSS and AMOS software were used. The results show that the research model has the necessary validity and there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and personnel values in Bandar Imam Petrochemical. Finally, based on the importance and purpose, suggestions are presented.

Introduction & Purpose: Considering the stressors in the Social Security Organization and the management of these factors in order to improve efficiency and quality of medical services, the present study aimed to to provide a stress management model for insurance employees of the Social Security Organization of Iran. Materials and Methods: This research is applied in purpose and is survey in method. The statistical population consisted of three groups: Experts familiar with the field of employee stress management that by selective non-random sampling method, 15 individuals were selected. Results: All employees and managers of the Social Security Organization of Iran that 462 were selected based on the Cochran's formula, and 232 people were selected by stratified random sampling method appropriate to the size of the population. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The model design and approval questionnaire with 29 components and indicators was changed to 24 items after obtaining the opinion of experts using the Delphi method. The Stress-Related Factors Questionnaire included 72 questions and the Stress Management Questionnaire consisted of 24 questions. In this study, the content validity of the questionnaire of factors related to stress and stress management were 0.915 and 0.921 respectively, and their reliability was calculated to be 99.1 and 94.6, which was greater than 0.7 and it was acceptable. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with Lisrel software. Discussion: At 5% level error between individual factors (-0.33), occupational factors (-0.37), managerial factors (-5.99), organizational factors (-4.62), environmental factors (0.76 0), there was a significant and inverse relationship between stress and stress management of insurance employees of the Social Security Organization of Iran. Conclusion: The existing facts in the discussion of psychopathology and mental health in the workplace show that a significant percentage of the causes of mental illness and work fatigue among the employees of organizations can be found in the behavior methods and personality of managers.

Introduction: Neonatal diabetes mellitus (NDM) is a rare non‐immunological monogenic disorder characterized by hyperglycemic conditions primarily occurring within the first 6 months of life. The majority of cases are attributed to pathogenic variants in genes affecting beta‐cell survival, insulin regulation, and secretion. This study aims to investigate the genetic landscape of NDM in Iran. Methods: We recruited a total of 135 patients who were initially diagnosed with diabetes at <12 months of age in Iran and referred to pediatric endocrinology clinics across the country. These patients underwent genetic diagnostic tests conducted by the Exeter Molecular Genetics Laboratory in the UK. The pathogenic variants identified were sorted and described based on type, pathogenicity (according to ACMG/AMP criteria), novelty, and the affected protein domain. Results: Genetic defects were identified in 93 probands, presenting various pathogenic abnormalities associated with NDM and its associated syndromes. 76% of the patients were born as a result of consanguineous marriage, and a familial history of diabetes was found in 43% of the cases. A total of 58 distinct variants in 14 different genes were discovered, including 20 variants reported for the first time. Causative variants were most frequently identified in EIF2AK3, KCNJ11, and ABCC8, respectively. Notably, EIF2AK3 and ABCC8 exhibited the highest number of novel variants. Discussion: These findings provide valuable insights into the genetic landscape of NDM in the Iranian population and contribute to the knowledge of novel pathogenic variants within known causative genes. Background: With the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), strict laws such as quarantine were implemented in many countries, including Iran. The spread of this disease and the general quarantine overshadowed the treatment and management of some chronic diseases, including type 1 diabetes, and many families faced a serious challenge in providing medicines and periodic tests for their children. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of the COVID-19 crisis on disease management in children with type 1 diabetes. Method: Based on a researcher-made questionnaire, this cross-sectional study was conducted on 85 children with type 1 diabetes between the ages of 2 and 18 years in 6 months at the Children's Medical Center Hospital. This questionnaire is either collected from the parents during the face-to-face visit of the child with type 1 diabetes, or the virtual visit (telemedicine), and they were asked to complete the relevant questionnaire. This questionnaire included demographic information, laboratory tests, and the challenges of patients' families during the pandemic. In order to properly understand the management of this disease, parents were asked to enter the results of tests related to fasting blood sugar and HbA1c 3 times at the beginning of the pandemic, during quarantine, and during the implementation of the study. Results: Based on the results, the level of HbA1c, the problem of insurance coverage, the problem of attendance, ketoacidosis, and infection before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and at the time of the study among children with type 1 diabetes were unchanged (P>0.05). There was a significant difference between fasting blood sugar levels, insulin levels, blood sugar control levels, and hospitalizations in type 1 diabetes patients before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and the study period (P<0.05). Conclusion: Increasing the use of continuous glucose monitors and the widespread use of telemedicine visits may improve the impact of the pandemic on disease management. It is suggested that more multicenter studies with a higher sample size should be conducted in order to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on children with diabetes. Background: Inborn errors of metabolism (IEMs) comprise over 1,000 disorders. Wide geographical and racial variations in the global birth prevalence and their inheritance patterns have been reported by epidemiological studies. Methods: Iran's Metabolic Registry was launched in March 2017. All patients diagnosed with IEM registered in the Iran Metabolic Registry from 2017 to July 2022 were included in this study. Results: During the five years, 1,233 patients were recorded in the database. Due to missing data, 320 patients were excluded from the study. Of the 913 registered patients, 402 were female, and 511 were male. The median age of registered patients was 10.3 years (one week to 48.3 years). The most prevalent group of IEMs was amino acid disorders, with 596 (66.6%) patients. The mortality rate of the patients was 36.5%. Conclusions: This study represents the first report from the IEM registry. A comprehensive registry of IEMs for collecting patient data will help clinicians with more accurate diagnoses of the disorders, monitoring, and follow-up. Furthermore, by estimating the burden of IEMs, the healthcare system and government could accurately assess the medication and equipment needed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
