Bu çalısmada, Banach uzayları üzerinde tanımlı dogrusal sınırlı operatörlerinolusturdugu bazı aileler ile Banach örgüleri üzerinde tanımlı pozitifoperatörlerin olusturdugu bazı aileler için degismez altuzay problemiincelenmistir. lk olarak, ortomorfizmaları ayırma özelligine sahip bir Banachörgüsü üzerinde tanımlı yerel yarınilpotent ve kompakt-yakın olan her sıfırdanfarklı operatörün, asikar olmayan kapalı degismez bir ideale sahip oldugugösterilmistir. In this work, the invariant subspace problem is studied for certain families oflinear bounded operators on Banach spaces. We also consider families ofpositive operators on Banach lattices. First, we prove that every non-zero locallyquasinilpotent compact-friendly operator on a Banach lattice with separatingorthomorphisms has a non-trivial closed invariant ideal. We then generalize itby using the concept of compact-friendliness as follows: Every locally finitelyquasinilpotent family of positive operators on a Banach lattice with separatingorthomorphisms, whose commutant contains a positive operator whichdominates an operator which is dominated by a compact positive operator, hasa common non-trivial closed invariant ideal. Secondly, we prove that a locallyfinitely quasinilpotent multiplicative semigroup of positive continuous operatorson a Banach space with a Schauder basis has a non-trivial closed invariantsubspace, and then, we generalize our result to topological vector spaces withMarkushevich basis by using the notion of weakly quasinilpotence. Finally,collectively compact sets of linear bounded operators on infinite dimensionalBanach spaces are studied in connection with the invariant subspace problem.We give some invariant subspace results for these sets with respect to the jointspectral radius and its local version. In this thesis, we study two problems. The ï¬rst one is the renorming problem inBanach lattices. We state the problem and give some known results related to it.Then we pass to construct a positive doubly power bounded operator with a non-positive inverse on an inï¬nite dimensional AL-space which generalizes the result of[10].The second problem is related to the mean ergodicity of positive operators on KB-spaces. We prove that any positive power bounded operator T in a KB-space Ewhich satisï¬esnâ11T k x, [âg, g] + ηBE = 0 (âx â E, x ⤠1),lim dist (â)nnââk=0where BE is the unit ball of E, g â E+ , and 0 ⤠η < 1, is mean ergodic and its ï¬xedspace Fix(T ) is ï¬nite dimensional. This generalizes the main result of [12]. If X is a barrelled locally convex space, and the unital algebra homomorphism m from C(K) into L(X) is continuous with respect to the norm topology on C(K) and the strong operator topology on L(X), then the weak operator topology closure of m[C{K)) is a reflexive operator algebra. This generalizes Theorem 7 in [12].
