Relevance. In the scientific field of tourism in Novorossia there is an objective need to study the problems of human resources in the tourism industry of the Azov region of the Russian Federation. The professional and personnel element of the tourism industry today is one of the strategic vectors of its development in new regions, which indicates the relevance of the research topic. Aim. To assess the personnel situation in the tourism industry of new regions of Russia and state the proposals for improving the professional competencies of the industry labor resources. Methods. Methods of economic theory, marketing research tools and economic and mathematical methods. Results. It was revealed that there is a high level of personnel needs in the tourism infrastructure of Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, especially in engineering and technical workers at enterprises in the hotel and restaurant sector, the entertainment industry, transport infrastructure, sanatorium and medical sphere, as well as in tourism managers of various levels. It is substantiated that the key element of industry management is specialized tourism management. Several mechanisms for advanced training in tourism management were identified. Quality, efficiency, rationality, timeliness, creativity, correctness, professionalism, literacy are the performance indicators highlighted as the results of advanced training for managers at the top, middle and lower levels in the tourism services industry. The paper introduces the list of production-economic, military-political, institutional, moral-psychological, and ideological factors that determine the formation of the personnel potential of the tourist Azov region of Russia. These factors create the conditions for the functioning of the industry existing labor resources. The author considers some circumstances of the work of tourism personnel that do not allow high labor productivity at tourism industry enterprises. Marketing research shown that there is little interest among tourism business entities in new regions of Russia in upgrading their skills and improving professional competencies because of military-political tensions. Based on the results of the study, the author proposed and justified the creation of a multifunctional information and educational tourism center, which should carry out the designated type of activity for subjects of the tourism industry. The organizational structure of the institute includes such functional units as the information support department, the educational activities department, the marketing and consulting department, the financial, economic and legal departments. Improving the quality of labor and the human resources potential of the tourism industry in new regions of Russia is the most important task in modern conditions and when developing the industry infrastructure. In balancing the situation, a special role is played by the state and the formation of appropriate functional institutions.

В данной статье показано усиление роли дополнительного образования, его востребованности среди потребителей и заказчиков, проведен краткий анализ рынка образования в России и мире с учетом развития рынка образовательных технологий. Проанализированы сегменты частного и государственного образования, их характеристики, преимущества и недостатки. Исследованы современное состояние, нормативные изменения в области дополнительного образования, системы подготовки педагогов дополнительного образования к реализации трудовых функций с учетом внедрения профессиональных стандартов. Проведен анализ российской реферативной базы публикаций в области подготовки педагогов дополнительного образования, развития их компетентности, оценки качества и т. д. По итогам проведенной работы выделен ряд проблем, касающихся подготовки педагогов дополнительного образования к профессиональной реализации трудовых функций на высоком уровне, которые не нашли отражения в трудах современных ученых.

The emergence of new public policy priorities in the field of education changes the role of lifelong education in the system of socialization of the individual, as well as the nature of interaction between various subjects within the educational process and beyond. To increase competitiveness in the labor market, students of higher educational institutions need to be prepared to quickly master new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of professional activity in the labor market. One of the forms of obtaining specific knowledge and skills for students in parallel with higher education is additional education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pedagogical conditions for the formation of general professional competencies among bachelors of pedagogical education using additional education programs. Materials and methods of research. The research materials are the methodologically based on a scientific review of research approaches developed in domestic pedagogy in the field of improving the system of training generalist specialists in the development of additional education programs. The research methods are the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literary sources, as well as questioning of students. Research results. At the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev Center for Continuing Education. To determine the possibility of additional professional education, a study was conducted among students of this university in order to identify their awareness of the possibilities of mastering additional education programs. The results of the survey, according to which many students plan to undergo additional education in standard programs, 20% plan to receive certificates or certificates in a whole range of programs. Conclusions. The system of additional education adapts future teachers to the specifics of modern socio-economic conditions, high demands from the labor market and, ultimately, forms a highly qualified specialist with a wide profile, capable of a continuous process of self-improvement in the process of professional activity.

The development of an open science information infrastructure requires the presence of highly qualified library staff. He should be capable of responding to and interested in changes in science and technology, able to create innovative information products and make them available to the public, organize new forms of interaction with scientists, implement educational programs, and advise on associated with the concept of open science. The study is conducted in order to determine the areas of training and practice-oriented training for additional professional programs and retraining of specialized specialists. These programs are the specialists to acquire practical skills in the creation and use of open information resources of various types, the formation of information culture of users, the development of scientific communication and new library and information services. The results of the analysis of the required competencies of library specialists are presented. They take into account the trends in the development of the information ecosystem of open science and building relationships with users through partnerships; the system of different training in Russia is studied and the gap between the education of librarians and the practice of their work on information support of research activities is determined.

На основе трудов отечественных философов, социологов, педагогов, культурологов рассмотрено понятие «этнокультурная идентичность» и обоснована актуальность исследования. Экспериментальная работа по формированию этнокультурной идентичности обучающихся проводилась на материале южнорусского народного костюма. В силу своей яркости, знаковости, конструктивной простоты южнорусский народный костюм доступен и понятен для младших школьников и может быть использован в практике современной школы, поскольку мастерство создания и декорирования костюма передавалось от старших младшим членам рода в процессе непосредственного контакта в форме совместной деятельности. Проведенный констатирующий эксперимент показал, что при наличии у обучающихся определенной гражданской позиции и нравственных чувств их этнокультурная идентичность как качество личности находится на недостаточно высоком уровне сформированности. В экспериментальной группе проводились занятия, которые были направлены на формирование этнокультурной идентичности у обучающихся младшего школьного возраста по программе внеурочной деятельности «Я живу в России». В контрольной группе учебная и внеурочная деятельность осуществлялась в соответствии с учебным планом и планом воспитательной работы. В основе реализации программы внеурочной деятельности «Я живу в России» лежит системно-деятельностный подход, который предполагает социально-педагогическую поддержку процесса становления и развития высоконравственного, ответственного, творческого, инициативного, компетентного гражданина России; переход к стратегии социального проектирования и конструирования на основе разработки содержания и технологий образования, определяющих пути и способы достижения социально желаемого уровня личностного и познавательного развития обучающихся с учетом их возрастных, психологических и физиологических особенностей. Важная функция традиционного искусства состоит в том, что это уникальный способ передачи универсального и индивидуального человеческого опыта. Южнорусский народный костюм дает обучающимся уникальную возможность приобщиться к опыту предшествующих поколений, анализировать, участвовать в создании материального результата, приходить к пониманию красоты и самобытности костюмов разных народов, проживающих на территории России. В результате успешного применения материала южнорусского народного костюма развивается интерес к изучению истории страны, области, родного города; постепенно увеличивается объем работы на занятии как следствие повышения внимания и хорошей работоспособности; усиливается стремление к познанию нового, дети ждут креативных заданий, сами проявляют инициативу в их поиске, помогают друг другу, создавая на занятиях коллективные проекты. В результате проведенного исследования показатели сформированности этнокультурной идентичности в экспериментальной группе увеличились по сравнению с результатами констатирующего этапа исследования. Этому способствовало проведение с обучающимися занятий по внедренному в образовательный процесс начальной школы курсу внеурочной деятельности «Я живу в России», построенному на материале южнорусского народного костюма.

In the era of digitalization of education and economy and the development of artificial intelligence, adolescents appear highly competitive compared with other generations in understanding digital technologies, acquiring expertise, and mastering modern means of communication, which normally causes intergenerational conflicts and the loss of an adult’s personal and functional authority. The aim of this research was to develop and test a model for developing adolescents’ communicative cultures in an institution of additional education. The research emphasizes the significance of personality-oriented, interactive-communicative, and cultural approaches and conducts a comparative analysis of the sources. Methodologically, the study relies on a quantitative method with primary sources. Besides, the findings of the study contribute to the existing limited stress on the importance of adolescents’ communicative cultures from the perspective of the digitalization of additional education. The study finds that the use of digital options in education has reduced social interaction among students. However, the students prefer to use digital methods of learning as they find them more convenient for communication. Therefore, the digital communication culture has high potential in the educational sector. The findings are novel as this study is one of the few recent studies that examined how communicative culture has transformed due to digital means in education. The system of extracurricular education in the Soviet Union had a high level of institutional development and sustainability, which ensured universal coverage of children with extracurricular activities and their accessibility. After the collapse of the USSR, the former Soviet republics built extracurricular education sectors based on Soviet heritage and the search for national identity in the organization of extracurricular time for children and their upbringing. This study compares the current state of extracurricular education sectors in all 15 countries of the former Soviet Union. The results of the analysis of models of their institutional transformation, which leads to meaningful and systemic changes in the state’s and society’s attitude to children’s extracurricular time, are presented.

It is of interest to create a technological, accessible and convenient method for evaluating multi-component and multi-dimensional educational systems, with the maximum share of automation and intellectualization of all related events. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the question and criterion method for assessing the quality of the digital educational environment of an organization based on mathematical methods of the theory of clustering and pattern recognition (using the example of monitoring the development of the digital educational environment of additional education practices for children). Methodology. The quality of educational systems or resources can be assessed using their inherent criteria, presented in the form of an information vector. The current values of these indicators determine the rating of a given system in a set of similar systems, and the dynamics of their changes over time shows the degree of development of each criterion sign. Monitoring sheets describing each system with an information vector represent a plurality of objects that can be clustered into certain classes. From a mathematical point of view, it is convenient to divide such systems into classes using a mining algorithm, and to take the metric of city blocks as a measure of the similarity of objects. Results. Monitoring of the organization's digital educational environment is carried out according to the functional characteristics of the environment based on the assessment of the organization's official website. According to the pyramid method, a question tree was developed on the functional components of the digital educational environment of additional education practices for children, according to which an information vector of the environment was formed, the values of which were determined by experts. Assessment of sites is carried out according to expert estimates in the automated system of competitive procedures “ASCO.” Conclusion. The proposed method allows monitoring the digital educational environment of an organization using mathematical methods of clustering theory and pattern recognition.

Introduction. Despite widespread implementation of journal club in medical universities around the world, this activity is lacking in Russia. Currently, there are no publications about the evaluation of journal club at the Russian medical education system as an learning tool and its efficacy.The objective of this work was to describe the experience of participation in the journal club in order to assess participant’s satisfaction and preliminary efficacy of the meetings as well as to identify opportunities to improve and implement journal club rounds.Methods and materials. In February–May 2020, we conducted voluntary and anonymous online survey with 14 participants of journal club at Pavlov University. We used semi-structured questionnaire developed by the authors specifically to meet the objectives of the study.Results. We conducted 7 journal club meetings, of which 6 were online. The total number of completed questionnaires was 10 (out of 66 send by email). We identified several barriers among participants: 1) lack of English knowledge; 2) lack of presentation skills; 3) not sufficient theoretical background. The suggestions for improvement were following: 1) to adapt the debate format and 2) to use the incentives to increase active participation, for example, to provide the extra educational credits which increased student’s rating.Conclusions. The efficacy of journal club as a learning tool might be increased by providing an additional educational training focused on the research methods, and by the developing the guidelines for helping critically analyzed the scientific paper.

The best practices in realizing the additional education programs at Murmansk State Humanities University are presented in the article. The authors reveal the peculiarities andtendencies of additional professional education development in the educational segment MSHU – university, putting an emphasis on the development of moral values of society and on its spiritual renewal.

Проектная деятельность рассматривается в качестве действенного метода и средства обучения, обладающего широким спектром инструментальных возможностей для овладения учащимися знаний, активизируя внутренние мотивы в достижении результатов по усвоению системы операций в процессе практической деятельности. Цель исследования заключается в теоретическом обосновании и экспериментальной проверке результативности применения положений проектного подхода с интеграцией инструментов цифровых технологий в организации занятий дополнительного образования для повышения мотивационного потенциала учащихся. В рамках исследовательской деятельности применялись следующие методы исследования: теоретический анализ с целью осмысления накопленного в педагогической науке информационного материала по результатам научной работы отечественных и зарубежных авторов, его обобщение, систематизация и интерпретация, анкетирование, педагогическое наблюдение и эксперимент, а также статистические методы для математического анализа результатов экспериментальной части исследования. Результаты исследования, выраженные зафиксированными в ходе педагогического эксперимента данными, свидетельствуют о результативности применения положений проектного подхода с интеграцией инструментов цифровых технологий в организации занятий дополнительного образования. Разница между мотивационными потенциалами учащихся контрольной и экспериментальной групп составила на контрольном этапе педагогического эксперимента в среднем 27,45 балла, что дало основание для констатирования высокой эффективности предложенной технологии организации занятий кружка робототехники муниципального учреждения дополнительного образования Тюменской области. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности применения его результатов при планировании и организации деятельности кружков по робототехнике в муниципальных учреждениях дополнительного образования в ходе разработки программ с прогнозированием положительных результатов обученности учащихся.

The relevance of this study is due to the practical significance of the issues of using game mechanisms in the process of teaching mathematics, the lack of research into the issues of symbiosis of game and didactic technologies in mastering complex mathematical knowledge, the need to search for effective technologies to establish how they affect the development of students and the formation of a modern style of thinking. The analysis of global trends and practices of introducing elements of gamification into the education system has shown that the mastering of complex knowledge and patterns of mathematical activity, the solution of problem areas of mathematics at different levels of learning and complexity is carried out by a complex of mathematical and information methods without the integration of game elements. It has been substantiated that gaming technologies in combination with the informatization of mathematical activity give a powerful motivational charge to the study of mathematics, actualize the processes of self-organization of cognitive activity, and contribute to the development of a probabilistic style of thinking. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and effective methodological support for the process of professional development of mathematics teachers in the context of gamification in mathematics study with the effect of developing a probabilistic style of thinking. The authors have developed an arrangement mechanism and determined the content of scientific and methodological support for teachers working in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to provide additional educational services in the context of gamification in education. The developed materials, in particular, include evaluative case tests for identifying competence deficiencies in teachers, which ensure the formation of a probabilistic style of thinking based on gamification processes by managing the information saturation of the motivational field of learning. In addition, the authors proposed an additional professional education program for teachers, Mathematics in Gaming Activities (Business, Didactic and Intellectual Games) , and developed new forms of certification and assessment materials (gamification-based didactic solutions and effective practices). Using the concept of gamification, it was possible to demonstrate the activation of cognitive and motivational structures, in particular, the effective development of a probabilistic style of thinking in the process of mastering complex mathematical knowledge through its adaptation to school mathematics. The results of the study allow making it possible to bring the process of teaching students and developing their personalities to a modern qualitative level using current achievements in the field of digitalized education.

This article discusses the importance of teaching children and adolescents additional educational programs in the field of IT technologies, allowing them to form their own individual educational trajectory, aimed at the formation of their computer literacy and obtaining new knowledge and skills. The organization of additional education in university centers of additional education is relevant for technical universities, as it allows attracting talented and motivated applicants. Accordingly, the educational process for additional development programs should take place using effective pedagogical technologies and modern teaching aids. The analysis of computer training systems made it possible to single out an electronic resource made as an interactive web application as the most effective tool. The most important stages of the development of an interactive web application for teaching information technologies on additional educational programs for children and adolescents are considered: the functionality of the application, the navigation structure of the application are presented, information on the software implementation of an interactive web application is provided. The use of interactive web applications implementing game pedagogical technology will attract and interest schoolchildren in the systematic study of programming and information technology. This theoretical article is aimed at highlighting the problem associated with the training of drivers in the system of additional education (driving schools). The analysis of international experience in the development of educational programs for training drivers of various categories is presented. We consider a learning model called GDE Matrix, which has become the basis for multi-level educational programs for the training of both drivers and teachers of educational centers/driving schools in the different countries of the world. It is shown why in the programs of education of drivers in different countries of the world an emphasis is placed on purposeful psychological and pedagogical influence, which has the goal of forming an adequate assessment of oneself as a driver. The necessity of modifying the course “Psychophysiological foundations of the driver's activity” is substantiated, the possibilities and prospects of using additional interactive modules, including the study of risk factors of the transport environment for the formation of safe behavior of novice drivers.

The work shows that only a certain psychological and pedagogical complex, consisting of a convenient educational platform, using objects of nature in the pedagogical process; correctly selected psychological and pedagogical methods and a trained teaching staff will be able to contribute to the search and implementation of new psychological and pedagogical approaches used for the development of personality and subjectivity of adolescents. The most convenient site for these purposes may be a children's health camp. This educational platform is unique in terms of balancing lesson and extracurricular activities, providing opportunities for communicative interaction between peers, as well as adolescents and adults. It is also important that the environment of a country camp provides a child with the opportunity to discover those natural phenomena that could only be learned theoretically in the classroom. By contributing to the implementation of interdisciplinary environmental research projects, the camp creates conditions for the development of the adolescent's subjectivity in interaction with the natural environment. Receiving new skills and abilities in the camp, the child moves to a new level of education, and accordingly acquires new personal experience. Thus, the presented work shows that it is necessary to rethink the importance of children's health camps. While retaining the traditional functions of health improvement, recreation and entertainment, camps should provide and compensate for the educational and educational functions of modern school education. Camp activities should be productive.

Рассматривается проблема развития коммуникативной культуры подростков в системе дополнительного образования в эпоху информатизации и цифровизации. Для решения данной проблемы предлагается модель развития коммуникативной культуры подростков, учитывающая особенности представителей цифрового поколения и специфику организации образовательного процесса в учреждении дополнительного образования в условиях его информатизации и цифровизации. Исследуется структурно-функциональная модель развития коммуникативной культуры в системе дополнительного образования, представленная целевым, концептуальным, диагностическо-аналитическим, содержательно-технологическим и результативно-оценочным блоками.

Актуализируется значимость социального воспитания подрастающего поколения. Обосновывается необходимость вовлечения детей и подростков в социально-творческую деятельность, освоения ими опыта конструктивного взаимодействия с окружающей реальностью. Показана ценность дополнительного образования в реализации социального воспитания обучающихся, заключающийся в уникальной социальной практике наращивания мотивационного потенциала личности ребенка к познанию и творчеству, формированию опыта социально-творческой деятельности. Ставится цель – выявление оптимальных путей формирования опыта социально-творческой деятельности обучающихся в дополнительном образовании (на примере опыта работы МБУДО «ДШИ № 2 им. В. П. Трифонова» г. Вологды). Используются методы теоретического уровня, среди которых приоритетными являются анализ научной литературы по изучаемой проблеме, обобщение, систематизация. Материалами исследования служат результаты реализации комплексной программы воспитания «Республика юного волонтера» на базе МБУДО «ДШИ № 2 им. В. П. Трифонова» г. Вологды. Выявлено, что формирование опыта социально-творческой деятельности обучающихся дополнительного образования должно осуществляться в ходе организации общения, взаимодействия с людьми, социально-преобразующей деятельности. Важным является вовлечение подрастающего поколения в детские общественные организации, волонтерскую деятельность, создание условий для практической реализации социальных инициатив, включение в реальную социальную практику и детей, и педагогов, и родителей, а также широкий круг общественности. Коллективно-творческие дела, социальные акции, социально значимые проекты предоставляют широкие возможности детям выступать в различных социальных ролях, тем самым активно участвовать в социальной жизни и процессе ее преобразования. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке понятия «опыт социально-творческой деятельности обучающихся в дополнительном образовании», выделении потенциала волонтерской деятельности в формировании опыта социально-творческой деятельности обучающихся в дополнительном образовании, разработке методического обеспечения включения их в социальные практики.

В рамках дополнительного образования воспитание детей начинается с приобщения к народным традициям, музыкальному фольклору. Одной из форм вовлечения детей в народно-певческое исполнительство является фольклорный ансамбль, на занятиях которого формируются навыки исполнения народных песен. На основе комплексного, диалектического, сравнительно-сопоставительного, логического подходов, а также теоретического анализа психолого-педагогической и методической литературы, обоснован процесс формирования навыков исполнения песен в рамках народных традиций в фольклорном ансамбле, осуществляемого в условиях дополнительного образования.

Показана актуальность дополнительного естественно-научного образования с использованием экспериментальной работы обучающихся, основанной на региональных особенностях. Приведено понятие «региональный компонент содержания образования». Обоснован выбор тематики практикума по анализу торфов физико-химическими методами, содержание которого связано со специфическими особенностями Томской области по запасам торфа и накопленным опытом научных исследований по функционированию торфяно-болотных экосистем. Приведены цели, задачи практикума и тематика практических занятий. Описана методика проведения практических работ по определению ботанического состава торфов и его физико-химических характеристик. Разработаны вопросы анкетирования для выявления у обучающихся экспериментальных умений и знаний качественных химических реакций до проведения занятий практикума и после их завершения, представлены полученные результаты. На основе анкетирования обучающихся выявлено их отношение к тематике практикума и его содержанию. Результаты анкетирования свидетельствуют об эффективности проведения экспериментальной работы на занятиях.

Способность к инновационной деятельности становится необходимой профессиональной компетенцией во многих сферах экономики России. Осуществляемые проекты, направленные на повышение эффективности работы отдельных отраслей и сфер производства, науки, образования, не всегда учитывают вопрос психологической готовности специалистов к изменениям как важной составляющей личностной идентичности. Анализируется психологическая готовность педагога к профессиональной деятельности в новых условиях как один из индикаторов вводимых инноваций на территории Киселевского городского округа Кемеровской области в рамках реализации федерального проекта «Успех каждого ребенка» национального проекта «Образование» (целевая модель развития региональной системы дополнительного образования детей). На фоне реализуемого комплекса мероприятий по формированию современных управленческих и организационно-экономических механизмов в системе дополнительного образования детей Кузбасса идентичность педагогов подвергается кардинальным изменениям. Участвуя в нововведениях, многие педагоги в личностном плане переживают состояние неустойчивости и нестабильности. Возникает необходимость в исследовании психологической готовности специалистов системы образования, культуры и спорта к работе в режиме инноваций. Описаны необходимые условия и дано обоснование важности изучения личностной идентичности педагога, работающего в инновационном режиме. В результате исследование психологической готовности педагогических работников и руководителей организаций дополнительного образования, культуры и спорта Киселевского городского округа позволило оценить их как субъектов инновационной деятельности, определить уровни психологической готовности, выделить качественные характеристики и учесть полученные данные при принятии управленческих решений.

Введение. Дополнительное образование обладает высоким потенциалом влияния на музыкально-творческое развитие детей. Одной из интегративных форм образовательной деятельности является школьный театр, в рамках которого актуализируются разносторонние творческие способности обучающихся: музыкальные (вокальные, инструментальные), танцевальные, пластические, актерские, словесно-драматические и др. Цель – рассмотреть теоретико-методические основания развития музыкально-творческих способностей детей младшего школьного возраста в процессе театрализованной деятельности, осуществляемой в условиях дополнительного образования. Материал и методы. Для выявления состояния проблемы музыкально-творческого развития детей в условиях дополнительного образования и ее решения использовался метод анализа психолого-педагогической и методической литературы, позволивший разработать творческие задания для участников музыкально-театрального кружка. Результаты и обсуждение. В ходе исследования уточнены содержательные и структурные компоненты понятия «музыкально-творческие способности», включающие в себя общемузыкальные, специальные музыкальные (познавательные, исполнительские, творческие) и индивидуально-творческие способности детей (эмпатийность, артистизм, эмоциональность, образный характер мышления и др.). Подчеркивается, что музыкально-творческие способности – это комплекс личностных особенностей (мотивационной, эмоциональной, волевой, интеллектуальной и креативно-творческой сфер) и специальных способностей, необходимых для занятий искусством музыки. Методические рекомендации для педагогов описывают поэтапную организацию занятий в школьном театре (мотивационный, содержательный и процессуальный компоненты), наиболее эффективные методы музыкально-творческого развития обучающихся, исходя из возрастных и индивидуальных особенностей младших школьников, а также согласуясь с синтетической природой музыкально-театрального жанра и коллективной формой сотворчества педагога и учащихся. Заключение. Развитие музыкально-творческих способностей у учащихся начальных классов средствами школьного театра зависит от организации учебного процесса, основанной на комплексном применении творческих заданий, направленных на формирование отдельно каждой структурной составляющей данных способностей, а также на их синтез. Эффективной формой проведения занятий в школьном театре в условиях дополнительного образования детей являются репетиции музыкально-театрализованных представлений, в ходе которых происходит не только музыкально-творческое, но и общекультурное развитие личности обучающихся, становление коллектива единомышленников.

However, despite the changes in regulatory documents, where the concept of continuing education is given a “place of honor”, there is no consensus among scientists on what should be considered an additional education today.

The concept of socio economic development of the Russian Federation pays special attention to the issue of increasing the competitiveness of the domestic economy, which implies improving the training of personnel capable of meeting its needs. Ensuring the high quality of Russian education in accordance with the changing demands of the population are promising tasks for the development of Russian society and economy. Practically every legal document regulating the sphere of education in the Russian Federatio n emphasizes the importance of training and retraining of specialists for various branches of social and economic development, giving priority to the needs of the population for high quality educational services that meet their needs, paying special attent ion to the role of training and retraining of scientific and pedagogical personnel, since they will train specialists various specialties and areas of professional activity in the conditions of social and economic transformations.

The actual trends in training of health care professionals set before medical university task of actualization and diversification of training programs targeted to formation both professional and universal competencies to contribute to variable combination of different skills and habits in implementation of medical activities. The increasing needs of labor market in specialists capable to meet actual realities and associated with transformational transition from narrow specialization to different specific skills, inevitably results into increasing of importance for additional education programs as an element of continuing The following key features of various proposals for additional professional education programs were singled out. The major task of forming proposal of additional programs is seen by university through prism of possible increasing of income. And main contingent of students is formed by specialists improve their qualifications. The specificity of medical university is specialists training to implement medical practice. In this regard, additional law training programs are targeted to exclusively at persons mastering basic educational program for the first time. The competencies implemented are focused at extending and specifying training considering legal maintenance or new trends. Besides, applying value-based approach to formation of educational trajectory of student, university translates primary importance of autonomy of will of student choosing additional educational programs. Thus, learning program of additional education is carried out using basic training in law and considering necessary and sufficient factual component that meets the needs of modern labor market, permitting strengthen and expand available competencies for future professional activity of medical worker. The article analyzed results of studies of pedagogues and psychologists, specialists of philosophical direction, professional lecturers, and sociological studies. The methods applied were analysis and synthesis, formalization, generalization, document analysis. The main methods of data analysis were substantive (hermeneutical) analysis and discourse analysis.

The paper presents the results of the development and analysis of the model's effectiveness for a foreign language teacher's professional creative development utilizing art therapy in the framework of additional education. The paper aims to provide a theoretical and empirical study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creativity development of a foreign language teacher through art therapy in the framework of additional education. Attention is drawn to the role and importance of creativity in the foreign language teacher’s activity, to the importance of creative learning in the context of linguistic education. The research methodology and its algorithm are selected, including conducting a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment, conducting diagnostics of the declared parameters, and statistical analysis of the results based on the Spearman rs criterion before and after implementing the developed model. The study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creative development of a foreign language teacher using art therapy in the framework of additional education was carried out based on the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in the Center for Additional Professional Education. The experimental and control group was formed. Each group consisted of 35 people. The sample is homogeneous by age and gender. The study results allow drawing a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed development model and outlining the vector of further research in line with the stated problems.

This article examines the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful vocational guidance of senior pupils at school. At the moment, the problem of helping students in choosing a profession is relevant and controlled by the state. The problem of creating a reliable system of vocational guidance has always been considered a nationwide one, the solution of which is enshrined in the national project "Education". The author carried out a study on the problem of the need to identify organizational and pedagogical conditions for organizing effective vocational guidance for senior pupils by means of additional education. As part of the study of the problem of professional self-determination of high school students and professional orientation age patterns of personality formation, the author considered a number of issues in other works of researchers and scientists. An experimental experiment was carried out on the readiness of high school students in one of the schools in Nizhny Novgorod to choose a profession for further education in universities. The author has developed a questionnaire with surveys of high school students. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, the result of the primary and repeated diagnostics of readiness to choose a profession among senior pupils was obtained according to the method of V.B. Uspensky (in%). Based on the research done, the conclusion was formulated that the implementation of the additional general developmental program "My PROF Choice" will help to most effectively organize the vocational guidance of students. Введение. Актуальная проблема современной педагогики свяазана с недостаточной разработкой адекватных теоретико-методологических оснований включения в контекст дополнительного образования положений сетевого анализа. Цель статьи – актуализация сетевого подхода как ресурса развития дополнительного образования. Материал и методы. Использованы теоретико-методологические положения сетевого подхода (теория анализа социальных сетей (SNA), реляционная социология (relational sociology), акторно-сетевая теория (ANT)), теории социального воспитания (А. В. Мудрик). Результаты и обсуждение. Развитие современного дополнительного образования связано с осмыслением ресурса социального сотрудничества, который определяет практику сетевого партнерства. Партнерские сетевые отношения развиваются наиболее динамично при условии: а) открытости жизнедеятельности учреждения дополнительного образования; б) сформированного интереса учреждений дополнительного образования для партнеров; в) развитию «слабых связей» (М. Грановеттер). Заключение. Сетевой подход становится для дополнительного образования стратегией модернизации и развития в решении задач организации сетевого партнерства путем активизации «слабых связей», способствует формированию социальной и творческой самореализации.

Важными приоритетами государственной политики сегодня являются привлечение молодежи в техническую сферу профессиональной деятельности и повышение престижа научно-технических профессий. Задача построения в стране инновационной экономики и достижения технологического уровня не может быть решена без радикального совершенствования системы дополнительного образования детей технической направленности, в том числе через разработку и реализацию индивидуальных образовательных траекторий по приоритетным направлениям, востребованным в современном мире. В данных обстоятельствах возникает необходимость разработки новой образовательной модели, основанной на интеграции современных программ дополнительного образования и позволяющей готовить будущих специалистов научно-технической сферы в постоянно изменяющихся условиях начиная со школьного возраста. Модель формирования компетенций школьников в сфере научно-технического творчества средствами дополнительного образования включает: целевой компонент как матрицу целевых результатов, представляющий собой декомпозицию компетенций на систему действий, которые школьник должен освоить в рамках формирования компетенций; содержательно-операционный компонент модели как совокупность образовательного контента, собранного на образовательной цифровой платформе; операционно-технологический компонент как совокупность вариантов технологий формирования компетенций или совокупность образовательных треков (маршрутов) и способов перехода между ними для выстраивания индивидуальной образовательной траектории; диагностический компонент, обеспечивающий выявление уровня сформированности компетенций школьника при регистрации на цифровой платформе. Для оценки уровня сформированности компетенции были разработаны деятельностные показатели. Полный критериально-диагностический аппарат модели включает в себя матрицы целевых результатов 60 компетенций, которые содержат 960 показателей уровня сформированности и проявления данных компетенций. Реализация модели позволит максимально эффективно использовать человеческий потенциал и создать условия для самореализации школьников в научно-технической сфере.

The paper explores parental attitudes towards additional education basing on the materials of 20 interviews with parents of schoolchildren. We analyse the ideas about the value and objectives of additional education among parents in the context of three types of children’s involvement in additional education — high, flickering and low. We then discuss parental practices of control over children's education and of maintaining children's motivation and compare their views on the problems solved by different areas of activities (foreign languages, sports and dance, visual arts, revising the curriculum with the help of tutors, computer knowledge).Also, we focus on the strategies of "maximal" and "optimal" filling of out-of-school educational space that is common among parents of children with high involvement in additional education. The paper concludes with reflections on the significance of the family in the organization of the child’s educational space since the parents and other members of the family are the primary initiators, organizers, actors responsible for the child’s educational space.

The main problems of introducing disciplines that form competencies of the digital economy in the education process have revealed, the ways of solution have proposed. As a hypothesis, main reasons are the low proportion of faculty members, who retrained to form competencies of the digital economy and the lack of mechanisms for selection promising research areas and development in the field of digital technologies. Removal of causes will allow receiving a system effect and triggering off a multitude innovation economic processes.

The problem of building a professional career of a University teacher in modern Russia is considered. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that this problem is actively developed by supporters of the personal activity theory, which is currently the basis for planning the educational process in the substantive and methodological aspects. The basic concept of “education for career” is interpreted by the authors as a volume of knowledge, applied skills, cognitive activity scenarios, which is out-of-work in relation to the specialty and aimed at achieving high results in the profession (recognition by society, well-paid and socially significant positions) and obtaining positive emotions from their own work. In the study of support systems for career growth, the authors rely on the concept of the Russian professional education proposed by A. M. Novikov. Four main principles are taken into account: the humanization of education, its democratization and the emphasis on continuity and advance. The novelty of the research and its theoretical and practical significance lies in the allocation of three conditions for the career growth of a teacher of the University: the integration of pedagogical work into the system of life meanings and value hierarchy of the individual as their most important component; constant creative search, determined by the critical attitude to own professional level; readiness of a teacher to implement the activities of an innovative nature.

The article summarises the results of a 2015 survey of healthcare professionals and pharmacists that was aimed to reveal their educational needs on the subject of interchangeable medicines. It was discovered that the respondents were not sufficiently informed about interchangeability of medicines, because independent exploration of regulatory framework does not help to get to know this topic well enough. The survey helped to identify a group of specialists who needed training in «interchangeability of medicines» more than others.

Анализируется принцип организации инклюзивного образования, который состоит в том, чтобы разнообразие потребностей учащихся с ограниченными возможностями физического и психического здоровья соответствовало образовательной среде. Дано обоснование принципа необходимости особой подготовки в области специальной (коррекционной) педагогики и психологической готовности профессионально и компетентно решать проблемы детей с различными образовательными потребностями, в том числе и с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. При реализации идей профессиональной и личностной идентичности педагога представлены следующие критерии: поскольку в феноменологической традиции личность предстает как уникальная, неповторимая, экзистенциальная сущность, а идентичность выражает самореферентность человека в логике целостной детерминации личности, исследование представлено в позиции персонологического подхода.

This article is devoted to the study of the main aspects of cultural diversity to create an inclusive social environment. The water part of the study reveals the problems of socialization of children with special health opportunities. In this aspect, the participation of urban and natural environment in the educational process is determined. Some examples of urban public spaces organized with inclusion are analyzed. The article substantiates the relevance of the topic of inclusive public space. The feature of formation of inclusive public space as the principle of perception of cultural diversity is emphasized. The paper focuses on studying and systematization ofthe activity ofeducational institutions in the field ofcreation and development the system of practice-oriented scientific and technical creativity of students and pupils in engineering fields. The scientific and educational environment of universities in general was chosen as the object of study. The purpose of the analysis was to identify all types of structural units and the communities of enthusiasts, which contribute to the development of scientific and technical creativity of the youth and the development of engineering education. The article analyzes such aspects as the university structures, which provide the base for scientific and technical clubs, the target audience of students, system of curators, areas of activity, forms and methods of work, types used in club activities. The analysis was performed on the results of the monitoring of their activity, which was for the first time held in the framework of the project "Development and implementation ofthe method for improvement the efficiency ofactivity ofpractice-oriented scientific and technical clubs of creative development of students and pupils."
