This study determined the implementation of money grants provision to customary villages and community groups, as well as strategies for realizing good governance in Badung Regency. A qualitative approach was used in data collection, utilizing documentation and interviews with 15 informants. The results show that the implementation of grants has met good governance, though some areas need improvement. The good governance principle not optimally implemented is transparency, while participation and accountability have been well executed. However, efficiency and effectiveness are still economically down. This is because there are no sustainable economic benefits. Some of the grants are used for physical development, such as temples or village halls without sustainable economic benefits. Strategies have been put in place by the Badung Regency Government to realize good governance in providing grant money. This include improving quality and strengthening regulations in grant money administration. Furthermore, transparency is increased by utilizing information technology communication. This is accomplished through website and electronic grant applications. Also, accountability is enhanced to strengthen the internal capacity of grant managers. The Badung Regency Government increases community participation from planning, implementation, administration evaluation, and monitoring.

Tri Hita Karana is a Hindu concept that has the understanding of the three causes of human welfare consisting of three elements which include Parhyangan, namely the Godhead, the Pawongan element of Humanity and the Palemahan the environmental elements. Tri Hita Karana is treated as an organizational culture in The Royal Pita Maha Hotel which is then applied by all members of the organization as a standard of behavior. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the implementation of Tri Hita Karana as organizational culture at The Royal Pita Maha Hotel?". The research methodology in this research is to use a qualitative approach with the type of research is descriptive type. Data collection techniques in this study used three techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana concept has been applied in accordance with the three elements in it which meet the elements of organizational culture criteria and organizational culture function elements.

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the emergence of a virus that attacks humans and spreads very quickly between humans. This virus is known as the Covid-19 virus. Various efforts have been made, such as by urging the public to comply with health protocols. Over time, the handling of the Covid-19 virus in several countries was followed by efforts to restore economic and social aspects that were hampered, leading to policies taken by the government called the new normal. The existence of this new normal condition certainly causes a new change and adaptation. Changes in work behavior can occur due to the implementation of a number of new rules and the work environment. The design of this study was carried out using qualitative methods. The informants selected in this study were four informants who worked in Badung Regency. This study found that changes in employee work behavior in the new normal era included: (1) The work environment, changes from the Covid-19 virus related to work habits, while the impact of these changes led to additional things that must be paid more attention to, namely health protocols. (2) Communication between employees in this new normal era runs as usual and is fairly smooth. (3) The absence of serious conflicts during the implementation of the new normal era. Conflicts that arise are usually related to misunderstandings.

Premagana Gianyar Hospital as a private hospital has participated in the JKN program since the end of 2015. In its participation, Premagana Gianyar Hospital has experienced several problems due to the existing JKN system. Problems experienced are due to the fact that the number of costs incurred by the hospital is greater than the costs that come out, outpatient patients still need to be supported which certainly makes the costs incurred higher than the cost of the claim, and the latest on the BPJS Health online referral system is very detrimental, because, since the enactment of the online referral system, outpatient visits to the Premagana Gianyar Hospital polyclinic began to decline. A mature strategy is needed to face the era of BPJS Health in the future amid various issues and changes that occur. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Premagana Gianyar Hospital is facing the era of national health insurance and to find out the Business Strategy of Premagana Gianyar Hospital in Gianyar Regency in the face of the era of National Health Insurance.
