This paper formulates and substantiates a criterion for testing the performance of point signal restoration. It tests different filtering methods for performance in point signal restoration. Different restoration methods are compared.

Работа посвящена решению задачи декомпиляции одного из разновидностей формата DCU - файлов .dcuil, создаваемых компиляторами тех версий Delphi, которые работали для платформы .NET. Разработан метод решения этой задачи, состоящий из ряда этапов: синтаксический анализ кода CIL; формирование графа потока управления; генерация промежуточного представления; структурирование графа потоков управления; анализ потоков данных с учётом семантики команд CIL; улучшение промежуточного представления с учётом особенностей работы компилятора Delphi; генерация кода.

The effect of the accumulation time on the generalized signal-to-noise ratio of video information systems in various modes is considered. It is stated the signal-to-noise ratio does not depend on the accumulation time at high background level in random signal detection and background noise limited modes. The signal-to-noise ratio linearly depends on the accumulation time for the general and dark-noise limited modes.

Summary Lateral variations of the elastic velocities within sedimentary cover in West Siberia are considered to be smooth and slight except in case of the near surface section. Though the experience of the work in some areas of the southern part of West Siberia shows considerable local lateral velocity inhomogeneities in the middle part of section confirmed by the drilling and VSP (vertical seismic profiling) data. These inhomogeneities cannot be recognized when analyzing two-way traveltime to the reflecting boundaries and differences between them obtained from the seismic data. When the area of research is underexplored by drilling that is typical for the search stage, structural imaging is generally based on the seismic information. When using standard techniques of calculation of structural maps it’s impossible to take into account these local lateral velocity inhomogeneities, resulting in discrepancy in 25–30 m between the actual and projected depth of target horizons at further drilling. A simple technique for increasing the reliability of structural map-making is suggested for its further testing.

Faster cooling after sintering or the heat-treatment like brazing and high temperature joining can cause the formation of the layers of free carbon at the carbide–binder interface of the WC based cemented carbides. Formation of the free carbon layers at the carbide–binder interface decreases the transverse rupture strength by up to 10–15%, dramatically decreases the wear-resistance, but does not affect the hardness of the cemented carbide. This paper concentrates on the possible mechanisms of the reduction of the transverse rupture strength and the degradation of the wear-resistance of cemented carbides when the free carbon layers are formed due to the faster cooling. The microcracking along the carbide–binder interfaces that are weakened by the presence of the brittle free carbon layers plays the role of the additional defects for the strength and facilitates the initiation and growth of the macrocracks that can form the “reptile skin” pattern on the wear surface that is associated with the dramatic decrease of the wear-resistance of cemented carbides.

Is there carbon in the binder phase of conventional cemented carbides? The effect of formation of the layer of free carbon at the carbide–binder interface is employed to explain the reduction of carbon concentration in the binder phase on alloys with larger binder phase size after intermediate and faster cooling from high temperature. Dependence of the carbon concentration in the binder phase versus the cooling rate and the binder size is modeled by computer simulation. It is shown that the carbon concentration goes through a local maximum at the moderate values of the cooling rate. The maximal carbon concentration in the binder phase corresponds to the slowest cooling rate for the selected binder size at which the layer of free carbon is formed at the carbide–binder interface. Increase of the cooling rate after the formation of the free carbon at the carbide–binder interface reduces the carbon concentration. Further increase of the cooling rate and the relative slowing down of the interface reaction at the carbide–binder interface and the diffusion of carbon can freeze up the carbon content at higher levels in the binder phase. Possible decarburization during the liquid phase sintering reduces the initial amount of carbon in the binder phase and can also cause the full decarburization of the binder during cooling due to the deposition of all the carbon from the binder phase onto WC crystals.

Earlier we suggested a new method to search for sources and anisotropy of the arrival directions of ultra high energy particles. Here using this method we analyzed the data of the Yakutsk EAS array and found that particle fluxes with energies E < 4.1019 eV come to the Earth from our Galaxy and the arrival directions of particles correlate with known pulsars. The chance probability of correlating particles with pulsars and the anisotropy of the distribution of particles is 10−4–10−5. We also analyzed the Telescope Array (TA) data with energies E < 4.1019 eV by our method and found that the maximum of the distribution of particles points to extragalactic sources but the direction of the maximum does not coincide with the maximum direction of the distribution of particles found by the authors of the Telescope Array data (the maximums of the arrival directions received by two different methods of analyses differ by about 10%).

We analyzed the Yakutsk Extensive Air Shower array data registered from 1974 to 2011. 14 particles were found that come directly from the Galactic Center to Earth without any deflection in the Galactic magnetic field.We suppose that these are particles of dark matter.

Ultrahigh-energy extensive air showers registered at the Yakutsk EAS array have been considered. The showers without the muon component are detected. Almost one half of them forms the clusters, the arrival directions of which correlate with the nearest pulsars. The classification of showers by muon composition has been carried out and the existence of four classes of showers has been shown. The problem of mass composition and origin of ultrahigh-energy cosmic rays are discussed.

A new approach to estimate the composition of cosmic rays is proposed. It is found that the zenith angle distributions and muon components of extensive air showers observed by the Yakutsk and AGASA arrays for energies E > 10 19 eV and E > 4 × 10 19 eV differ from each other. It is suggested that the primary cosmic rays at E > 4 × 10 19 e V are heavier than those at E ∼ 10 19 eV . In our method we selected one variant to estimate the shower energy from two variants, as suggested by physicists of the SUGAR array. According to the “Hillas-E” model, the SUGAR array has detected 8 showers with energy E > 10 20 eV .

The arrival directions of extensive air showers by Yakutsk data are analyzed. We found that fluxes of particles (clusters) with ultrahigh energy from the side of the galactic plane and the plane of Local group of Virgo galactic correlate with pulsars of the galactic plane. It is shown that the all 3 particles with the energy E > 10 20 eV by Yakutsk data correlate with a nearest pulsars.

The arrival directions of cosmic rays with energies above 10 19 eV using data from EAS world arrays are considered. The problem of searching for clusters in arrival directions of the extensive air shower arrays at Yakutsk, Haverah Park, Volcano Ranch, Sydney and Akeno are examined. Four cluster directions are identified which are believed to be significant: these clusters do not lie in the direction of the Galactic Plane.

A possible correlation between the arrival directions of ultrahigh energy cosmic rays by using EAS array data and point galactic sources of radio and gamma radiations, pulsars, has been considered. At mean cosmic rays energy of ~ 10 19 eV, a correlation between their arrival directions and pulsars located in the direction of the Local Arm of the Galaxy is found. According to our estimations, the chance probability is 2 × 10 −4 . The obtained results are discussed.

The harmonic analysis of anisotropy of Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays is performed for the Dark Matter halo model. In this model the relic superheavy particles comprise part of the Dark Matter and are concentrated in the Galactic halo. The Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays are produced by the decays of these particles. Anisotropy is caused by the non-central position of the Sun in the Galactic halo. The calculated anisotropy is in reasonable agreement with the AGASA data. For more precise test of the model a comparison of fluxes in the directions of the Galactic Center and Anticenter is needed., Comment: Comparison with AGASA data is added

The clusters (doublets) in ultrahigh energy cosmic rays are considered based on Yakutsk and AGASA extensive air shower array data. It is discussed a problem of origin clusters. It is found that arrival directions of the clusters can point to a cosmic rays anisotropy. As a result of analysis for cluster arrival directions, the conclusion on the composition and origin of ultrahigh energy cosmic rays been made.
