The article presents the results of the study of the semantic-synonymous field of the concept of "adaptation". The frequency of occurrence of this term and its derivatives is compared in Russian and English scientific periodicals presented in open databases such as eLIBRARY.RU and Semantic Scholar. It has been found that both samples are characterized by the predominance of journal articles containing the broadest term “adaptation" / "adjustment". The results of the cognitive linguistic analysis of the content of Russian language concepts are presented: "adaptation" is the broadest term that describes both the process and the result of individual adaptation to environment while its three derivatives are narrower in meaning. The general definition of the concept "adaptation" for psychological texts in Russian is formulated, definitions of the concepts "adaptivity", "adaptability", "adaptedness" are analyzed. It is planned to conduct cognitive linguistic analysis of the considered categories based on English-language publications.

This article describes the groups of possible information systems, which are divided according to their levels of coverage and focus. The possibilities of modern medicine, the use of neural networks in it and the problems in their training, implementation, automation of manual labor in order to speed up processes, reduce the number of errors made and the availability of information for repeated fast reproduction are considered. An exemplary process for passing medical examinations and the advantages of automation are given. Automation allows you to ensure proper control over the quality of service organizations, while identifying the real level of health care performance indicators in general.

The article examines the destructive socialization of the individual from the point of view of the synthesis of philosophical and pedagogical approaches. The first considers it as a phenomenon that arises in the programs of propaganda of destructive cults, implemented through the use of modern information and communication technologies; the second approach is aimed at finding possible ways to solve the indicated problem, which is investigated within the framework of media pedagogical science, which closely correlates with the processes of interaction between the subject of information and its media agent. The work focuses on the formation of a new vector in the development of media pedagogy by rethinking its target content.

Since the establishment of the anthracycline drugs cardiotoxigenic effect, the most widely accepted mechanistic base for their iatrogenic cardiotoxicity was connected with excessive and inadequate intensification of LPO. However, ineffectiveness of the antioxidant and multivitamin regimens of cardio-protection caused the necessity of finding new pathogenic targets, exposure to which will prevent the development of cardiovascular symptoms. Such a target became the nuclear topoisomerases, the study results of which served as the foundation for the creation of dexrazoxan, the only drug with this regard approved by the FDA. However, our interest was attracted towards the mitochondrial topoisomerases, since the integrity of the mitochondrial apparatus of cardiomyocytes is the basic link in maintaining the physiological morpho-functional balance of cardiomyocytes. At the same time, it is established that in the cell doxorubicin is predominantly accumulated in the mitochondria, which also makes emphasizes onto the prospects of studying this issue. Purpose Purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of AC mode of chemotherapy (adriamicin (doxorubicin) + cyclophosphomide) on the mitochondrial topoisomerases levels. Methods 60 inbred mice of the C57BL/6J line with genotype a,H-2b were used. The experimental animals were divided into 2 groups: in the first group polychemotherapy in AC mode was applied; in the second group (placebo group) saline solution was used. Doxorubicin (Sigma Aldrich) was administered at a dose of 4 mg/kg and cyclophosphamid (Sigma Aldrich) at a dose of 2 mg/kg were administered intravenously. There were 4 courses conducted with the intervals of 21 days between them. The study results were recorded in 6 days after the last cycle of chemotherapy. The total duration of experiment was 90 days. The following types of topoisomerases have been studied: Top2β, Top3α, and Top1mt. Results The results of the first group showed a decrease in the Top2β level by 2.4±0.4%, Top3α - by 0.7±0.5, and Top1mt - by 49.5±11.7% (p=0.05). When analyzing the results of the second group no statistically significant changes were recorded. Conclusion The fact of AC mode of chemotherapy administered should be taken as a predictor of destabilization of the mitochondrial topoisomerases signaling, in particular of the Top1mt, which in turn, causes the development of mitochondrial dysfunction and results the energy imbalance in cardiomyocytes. A model is suggested which accounts for the unidirectional surface-parallel motion of a Brownian particle under the action of fluctuating surface-inclined unbiased external force. The surface-normal force component induces amplitude fluctuations of the symmetric periodic near-surface potential, whereas the surface-parallel component makes the particle move along the surface. The combined effect of synchronous fluctuations of the symmetric potential and the applied force leads to the longitudinal drift of the particle. It is shown that the temperature dependence of the motor velocity is nonmonotonic, with the maximum governed by the range of the near-surface potential.

Mathematical simulation is used to study processes describing a liquid droplet oscillation on a solid surface. The pattern of generated internal flows is characterized by complex interaction between capillary and gravity waves, free surface and contact angle. Interaction process factors are analysis. The given results are compared with the experimental ones.
