INTRODUCTION: Health protection of railway workers of various professional groups increases the safety of railway transport, the prestige of the profession and reduces morbidity and mortality from the most common causes in this group of patients. AIM: To analyze the risk factors of sudden death among Russian Railways workers. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The design of the study is made according to the case-control type. Analysis was carried out of all cases of sudden death (SD) of employees of JSCo Russian Railways (RR) in the period from 2009 to 2021 (n = 412). The comparison group consisted of 411 employees of RR who were undergoing periodical medical examination. The groups were formed on the basis of age, employment period, gender, profession. To assess the diagnostic significance of the quantitative signs in predicting a certain outcome, the method of analysis of ROC curves was used. RESULTS: The chances of death for workers of RR increased in case of past myocardial infarction, and also depended on the type of intervention (p 0.001). The threshold value of the BMI index in the cut-off point, which corresponded to the highest value of Youden index, was 27.1 kg/m2. In the group of sudden deaths, there were 1.8 times more smokers and 2 times less individuals with total cholesterol level exceeding 5 mmol/l than in the comparison group (p 0.001). A prognostic model was developed by ROC-analysis to determine the probability of mortality. The sensitivity and specificity of the model were 79.5% and 91.9%, respectively. CONCLUSION: A prognostic model was developed to determine the probability of sudden death in Russian railway workers, with the sensitivity and specificity 79.5% and 91.9%, respectively. However, the present study did not permit to reveal predictors of sudden death specific of the workers of RR.

The article reveals the role of the public finance system in macroeconomic stability, regulation of economic processes, and improving the level and quality of life of the population. The directions of institutional transformations of the public finance system are determined. The authors disclose the provisions on improving the efficiency of public financial resources, improving public debt management tools, developing the institutional environment of public-private partnership, criteria for allocating public financial resources in the unfavorable dynamics of budget revenues. The share of public debt in the GDP of the EU countries is analyzed and estimated. The article proposes provisions to increase the effectiveness of public financial control and audit, improve the system of public forecasting to ensure timely implementation of adequate financial and budgetary measures and respond to the socio-economic situation in the country, strengthening the strategic nature of public financial and budgetary forecasts. It is substantiated that in the conditions of institutional transformations of formation of budgetary indicators, their architectonics should be carried out proceeding from necessity: optimization of expenses of budgets of various levels; acceptance of new expenditure commitments is possible only if the comparative assessment of their effectiveness is higher than the current commitments, taking into account the timing and level of available financial resources for their implementation; continuous analysis and evaluation of expenditure commitments to determine inefficient costs. The article identifies the importance in the current conditions of development of the public finance system of continuous assessment of fiscal risks to ensure the stability and balance of the budget system; ensuring a sufficient level of flexibility of budget expenditures based on the macroeconomic situation in the country; improving the regulatory and methodological support of the budget process. The paper gives a brief description of the main collections and expositions of flowering ornamental plants of the Donetsk Botanical Garden. The features of plant exhibition are considered. The collections of the flowering ornamental plants of the Donetsk Botanical Garden at present include 1022 species, 1152 cultivated forms and varieties. The plant range is demonstrated according to a trend of large-scale collection plots and display gardens formation. Large-scale monoculture collections show diversity of ornamental varieties of major flowering crops. The collections of «Dahlia», «Iris», «Chrysanthemum», «Callistephus chinensis», «Paeonia», «Aster dumosum», «Canna», «Hemerocallis», «Rosa» are mostly represented by cultivars and species of the corresponding generic complexes. Those cultivars are exhibited mainly in row plantings and combined according to various characteristics, namely plant height, structure and color of the flower or inflorescence. As the cultivars of Hemerocallis × hybrida hort., Paeonia lactiflora Pall., Iris × hybrida hort., Rosa × hybrida hort. are the hardiest in steppe conditions, they are the most widely represented in flower collections. When forming thematic landscape show gardens, we were taking into account biomorphological, environmental and phytocenotic characteristics of plants. These landscaping display flowerbeds show decorative qualities of a wide range of ornamental flowers, trees and bushes with continuous flowering aspect, as well as landscaping design approaches. Over the last five years, the expositions of «Shade Garden», «E.N. Kondratyuk Garden», «Mexico» have been created and have been developing. Other exhibition areas such as «Demonstration Show Garden» and «Ground-Cover Plants» undergo extensive reconstruction. The necessity of introducing new species, intraspecific varieties and modern cultivars into the living collections is still relevant. New varieties are intensively selected: 23 cultivars bred by the Garden-based originators are now present in the collections.

The article deals with the current state of mineral and raw hydrocarbon base of Ukraine. The main promising directions of geological exploration for oil and gas are identified and determined: in reef-carbonate complexes, deep-seated petroliferous complexes, crystalline basement, non-anticlinal traps in sandy bodies, non-traditional HC sources.

The generalized statement of theoretical principles of information support of R&D on forecasting and development of oil and gas fields of various geological and genetic types corresponding to modern challenges of objective factors of growth of technical complexity and geological prospecting, exploration and operational works cost is presented. The main working tool is a targeted multi-scale information modeling of promising geological objects, based on the general theoretical scheme of forecast-paleoreconstructive retrospective-static model with the introduction of the concept of formation-material system of oil and gas accumulation, which includes three cognitive-functional components: initial source, transportation and objects of hydrocarbons localization. This methodological apparatus provides solutions to the main forecasting and diagnostic tasks: development of localization criteria, forecasting of traps and assessment of the potential of their hydrocarbons realization. The proposed apparatus is multi-scale, i.e. one that provides forecasting at the zonal (group of deposits), local (deposits) and sublocal (productive beds) levels. Prospects for further development of the direction are to develop a modern holistic theory of geoinformatic modeling and its subject methodological and methodological section – frame organization of the geological environment of oil and gas specialization in order to innovatively increase the efficiency of hydrocarbon field development. The examples of updated target information modeling of promising geological objects, basing upon methodological approach of infogeology with introducing of geological environment frame organization principles are demonstrated. As an object of modeling the regional formational complex of Tournaisian-Visean oil-gas horizon of the Dniprovsko-Donetska depression is considered. The solution of tasks, connected with this problem, comprises: the revision of initial data for innovative presenting of geoinformation modeling; defining of selected geological objects frame organization (structure); development of different scale promising geological objects frames and their transformation into geoinformatic format; preparing of recommendations for promising geological objects of different scales (zonal, local, sublocal) basing upon pertinent geoinformatic models. The expected result of this methodology introducing is to obtain innovative technology of information supervision for R&D aimed at efficient development of oil and gas fields.

Based on the analytical and synthesis study of a wide range of published documentary sources, the article presents the authors' approach to the issue of self-restriction of state power. General theoretical aspects, historical and oriented to the current state of the problem were considered in order to analyze the self-limitation of the authority of the State in theory and in concrete reality. Methodologically, it is a study that uses in equal conditions the qualitative analysis of the systems and processes that emerge from the exercise of the authority of the State, with the hermeneutic reading of the legal doctrine that accounts for the matter. It is concluded that, in the considered context of the Russian Federation, the problem of the constant and continuous improvement of the system of separation of state power often seems to manifest itself satisfactorily. Theoretically, at first sight, once regulated, the corresponding system a priori acquires a constant and stable character, however, there is still a long way to go to achieve the foundation of a sustained dynamic of self-limitation and self-regulation of state power in in line with the principles of the rule of law.

The purpose of the article: This was aimed at conducting a system analysis of the forms of interaction between religious organizations and modern states implementing the secular model regarding the regulation of religion component in the field of general education.Materials and methods: Various general scientific methods and methods of logical cognition were used in this study including analysis and synthesis, systemic, formal-logical. The subject under study was investigated by the use of a formal legal method and content analysis.Results of the research: The necessity with respect to the role of the state to guarantee activities of confessional educational organizations implementing general education programs (their components) in legal, organizational, methodological and financial spheres were substantiated. It was proposed to unify the approach according which the state regulating the participation of religious organizations in the field of general education in order to ensure equal opportunities for students in implementation of freedom of conscience and religion. Applications: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of investigation of the role of religious organizations in system of general education: forms of state-confessional interaction is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

Economic hardship in Ukraine during the years of independence led to a sharp reduction of exploration work on oil and gas, a drop in hydrocarbon production, a decrease in inventories and a sharp collapse of research work to ensure the growth of hydrocarbon reserves.The hydrocarbon potential of various sources of Ukrainian subsoil is quite powerful and can provide future energy independence of the country. Potential hydrocarbon resources in traditional traps of various types are exhausted by only 25 %. Ukraine has recently experienced so-called “shale gas boom”. The experience of extraction of shale gas in desert areas of the United States can not be repeated in densely populated Ukraine in the absence of such powerful shale strata, resource base, necessary infrastructure, own technologies and techniques and economic, environmental and social risks.Taking into account the fuel and energy problems of the state, we constantly throughout the years of independence oriented the oil and gas industry and the authorities on the active use of our own reserves and opportunities for accelerated opening of new oil and gas fields.The results of geological exploration work in the old oil and gas basins at the high level of their study indicate that deposits in non-structural traps dominate among open deposits.A complex of sequence-stratigraphical, lithology-facies and lithology-paleogeographical studies is being successfully used to forecast undeformational traps in well-studied oil and gas bearing basin of the Ukraine – the Dniprovsko-Donetsky basin. The authors predict wide development of stratigraphic, lithologic, tectonic and combined traps in terrigenous sediments of Tournaisian and Visean age, reef-carbonate massifs of the lower Tournaisian, lower and middle Visean age and others. They should become the basis for exploration of oil and gas fields for the near and medium term and open the second breath of the basin.

У статті розглянута будова, літологія, палеогеографія та літофації Рудівських шарів нижнього карбону Дніпровсько-Донецької западини. Узагальнені результати сучасного стану досліджень Рудівських шарів комплексом аналітичних методів. Визначені перспективи нижньокам’яновугільних відкладів для пошуків та освоєння ресурсів сланцевого газу.

Summary The article presents a generalized presentation of the theoretical foundations of information support for research and work on forecasting oil and gas fields of various geological and genetic types. The main working tool of such support is targeted multi-scale information modeling of promising geological objects, based on the general theoretical scheme of the predictive-paleoreconstructive retrospective-static model with the introduction of the concept of formation-material oil and gas accumulation system. It includes cognitive and functional components: primary sources of hydrocarbon components, ways and methods of their transportation, and objects for localization of naphthides. Such a methodological apparatus provides a solution to two predictive and diagnostic tasks: forecasting traps and assessing the potential for their implementation, that is, forecasting deposits. The proposed apparatus is multi-scale, allowing forecasting at the zonal (groups of deposits), local (deposits) and sublocal (deposits) levels. The effectiveness of the presented methodological and methodological developments is demonstrated by examples of targeted modeling of geological objects. Two groups of infogeological models of . promising objects have been developed: the series of Tournaisian Visean productive horizons –areas and the same of Talalayevka area. Several specific recommendations have been realized.

The article presents the results of complex lithological and laboratory studies of the Lower Carboniferous terrigenous deposits of the central part of the DDB. The facts demonstrate the existence of rocks with improved filtration-capacitance properties at depths where, according to traditional concepts, the void space of the reservoirs is strongly reduced. The nature and features of secondary transformations of sand reservoirs of different genesis are cha­racterized. Specific examples show the existence of an epigenetically conditioned stratification of sandy strata similar in facies and genetic features. Typical features of the void space of the secondary reservoir are illustrated electron microscopy. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of various factors on the formation of the void space of the rocks under study. The leading role played by secondary pores leaching sedimentation and diagenetic cement and mineral sandstones frame. An important criterion for the improved permeability and porosity of clastic rocks is the development of microcracks.

Цель. Экспериментально получить на нагрузке генератора импульсных напряжений величиной менее 50 Ом в виде более двух рабочих камер с водосодержащим продуктом длительность фронта импульсов высокого напряжения менее 1,5 наносекунд, что повышает эффективность обеззараживания обрабатываемых продуктов. Методика. Для получения высоковольтных импульсов на рабочих камерах - нагрузке генератора применена методика генерирования импульсов по схеме Аркадьева – Маркса. Импульсы на нагрузке измерялись при помощи низкоомного резистивного делителя напряжения, передавались по широкополосному коаксиальному кабелю и регистрировались при помощи осциллографа С7-19 с полосой пропускания 5 ГГц. Рабочие камеры заполнялись водой и состояли из кольцеобразного корпуса, выполненного из фторопласта, и металлических электродов, образующих дно и крышку камеры, имеющих плоские накладки из пищевой нержавеющей стали для контакта с пищевым продуктом внутри камеры. Результаты. Высоковольтные импульсы на нагрузке генератора примерно 50 Ом и менее имеют трапециевидную форму со скругленной вершиной и длительность по основанию не более 80 нс. Экспериментально полученные амплитуды импульсов на нагрузке генератора – до 18 кВ. При уменьшении сопротивления нагрузки амплитуда импульсов уменьшается, а длительность фронта и импульсов в целом укорачивается из-за ускоренного разряда емкостных накопителей каскадов. Научная новизна. Впервые на нагрузке генератора в виде трех параллельно включенных рабочих камер с водой, активное сопротивление каждой из которых менее 50 Ом, экспериментально получена длительность фронта импульсов tf≈1 нс. Кроме того, отлажен стабильный 9-10 канальный режим срабатывания выходного разрядника тригатронного типа в пятикаскадном генераторе импульсных напряжений с покаскадным обострением фронта импульсов (ГИНПО). Практическая значимость. Полученная экспериментально наносекундная длительность фронта импульсов на нагрузке ГИНПО открывает перспективу промышленного применения таких генераторов для микробиологически обеззараживающей обработки (инактивации микроорганизмов) водосодержащих пищевых продуктов., Purpose. To obtain experimentally that the duration of the high-voltage pulse front is less than 1.5 nanoseconds on the load of a pulse voltage generator of less than 50 ohms in the form of more than two working chambers with a water-containing product. That increases the efficiency of disinfection of treated products. Methodology. To obtain high-voltage pulses in working chambers - the generator load - the pulse generation method was used according to the Arkadyev-Marx scheme. The pulses on the load were measured with a low-ohm resistive voltage divider, transmitted over a broadband coaxial cable, and recorded using a C7-19 oscilloscope with a 5 GHz bandwidth. The working chambers were filled with water and consisted of an annular body made of PTFE 4 and metal electrodes forming the bottom and the chamber cover having flat linings of food stainless steel for contact with the food product inside the chamber. Results. The high-voltage pulses on the generator load of about 50 Ohm or less have a trapezoidal shape with a rounded apex and a base duration of no more than 80 ns. The experimentally obtained pulse amplitudes on the generator load are up to 18 kV. As the load resistance decreases, the amplitude of the pulses decreases, and the duration of the front and pulse duration in general are shortened because of the accelerated discharge of cascade capacitive storages. Originality. For the first time we have obtained experimentally on the load of the generator in the form of three parallel working chambers with water, the active resistance of each of which is less than 50 Ohm, the pulse front duration tf≈1 ns. In addition, we have obtained experimentally a stable 9-10 channel triggering mode of the trigatron type spark gap in a five-cascade pulse voltage generator with a step-by-step peaking (exacerbation) of the pulse front in its cascades (GPVCP). Practical value. We have obtained experimentally the nanosecond pulse front duration on the GPVCP load and that opens the prospect of industrial application of such generators for microbiologically disinfecting treatment (inactivation of microorganisms in food) water-containing food products.

Upper Visean Rudov Beds (V-23) are considered as one of the main source rocks within the northwestern Dniepr Donets Basin (DDB). Average TOC values within the Srebnen Bay (northwestern DDB) exceed 4% (thickness up to 100 m). Average TOC contents north and northwest of the Srebnen Bay (up to 60 m) are significantly lower (2–4%) but still sufficient for unconventional hydrocarbon production, whereas wells along the northeastern basin margin do not hold a shale oil/gas potential ( 5.5 km. Although hydrogen index (HI) values of the most immature samples are ≤300 mgHC/gTOC, basinal Rudov Beds host a potential to generate Paraffinic-Naphthenic-Aromatic (P-N-A) low wax oil according to pyrolysis experiments. A basinward maturity trend is visible, but the maturity cut-offs for shale oil/gas production (>0.8%Rr/>1.2%Rr) are reached at great depths (>4.5 km/5.5 km) only. Furthermore, results of kinetic experiments do not argue for presence of type IIS kerogen potentially triggering earlier hydrocarbon generation. The mineralogy of Rudov Beds varies strongly in lateral and vertical directions, limiting the predictability of mechanical behaviour. Samples from the siliceous (basinal) facies partly contain more than 60% of brittle minerals (quartz, feldspar, carbonates, etc.) suggesting a good fraccability. This value is rarely reached by samples from the transitional and lagoonal (calcareous and clayey) facies. The clay mineral fraction within many investigated Rudov samples is dominated by kaolinite, which is suggested to diminish the fraccability of shales. Apart from that, expandable clay minerals (ECM) are present in samples from more than 5 km depth, a result of low Mesozoic heat flow.

Genetic diversity of 13 species of the genus Vincetoxicum Wolf found in Ukraine with the use of four of eight nuclear microsatellite markers previously developed for Vincetoxicum atratum from Japan was studied. The number of alleles in studied loci varied in the range from 8 to 25. The expected heterozygosity was 0.690–0.938; the observed heterozygosity varied in the range from 0.205 to 0.806. The total rate of genetic variability of studied species was found to be comparable to the rate of variability of Vincetoxicum atratum from Japan. Microsatellite loci Vinc5, Vinc104, Vinc123, and Vinc124 can be successfully used for estimating the intra- and interspecific polymorphism of the species of genus Vincetoxicum Wolf in Ukraine.

Samples of the composites are a natural mineral/polyaniline prepared by oxidative polycondensation of aniline with ammonium peroxide disulfate in aqueous 0.5 M sulfuric acid solutions in the presence of powdered natural minerals, namely kaolin, glauconite and zeolite. In the absence of natural minerals, polyaniline was prepared by the same method. Kaolin, glauconite and zeolite of Ukrainian origin were used as natural minerals. The molar ratio of aniline to ammonium peroxodisulfate was 1:1.1, and the mass ratio of natural mineral: aniline was 1:1. The formation and properties of the composites are natural mineral/polyaniline confirmed and investigated by X-ray, FTIR spectral analysis and power analysis. The synthesized composite samples of natural mineral/polyaniline have been shown to have different properties from the properties of pure natural minerals and polyaniline. The structure of polyaniline in the synthesized samples of polyaniline and composites is amorphous with minor inclusions of crystallites of polyaniline in the form of the emeraldine salt of sulfuric acid deposited on dispersed crystalline particles of kaolin, glauconite and zeolite as matrixes. Comparative studies of the sorption properties of the formed composites with the sample of polyaniline were carried out and the possibility of their use for the sorption of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions was established. The absorption properties of both polyaniline and natural mineral/polyaniline composites in which polyaniline is sulfuric acid supplemented during synthesis are high during the first hour of adsorption onset. By mass ratio, the natural mineral: polyaniline 1:1 complete removal of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions occurs over a long time. The studied composites can be effective sorbents of Cr(VI) ions. The Dniepr-Donets Basin (DDB) hosts a multi-source petroleum system with more than 200 oil and gas fields, mainly in Carboniferous clastic rocks. Main aim of the present study was to correlate accumulated hydrocarbons with the most important source rocks and to verify their potential to generate oil and gas. Therefore, molecular and isotopic composition as well as biomarker data obtained from 12 oil and condensate samples and 48 source rock extracts was used together with USGS data for a geological interpretation of hydrocarbon charging history. Within the central DDB, results point to a significant contribution from (Upper) Visean black shales, highly oil-prone as well as mixed oil- and gas-prone Serpukhovian rocks and minor contribution from an additional Tournaisian source. Devonian rocks, an important hydrocarbon source within the Pripyat Trough, have not been identified as a major source within the central DDB. Additional input from Bashkirian to Moscovian (?) (Shebelinka Field) as well as Tournaisian to Lower Visean rocks (e.g. Dovgal Field) with higher contents of terrestrial organic matter is indicated in the SE and NW part, respectively. Whereas oil–source correlation contradicts major hydrocarbon migration in many cases for Tournaisian to Middle Carboniferous reservoir horizons, accumulations within Upper Carboniferous to Permian reservoirs require vertical migration up to 4000 m along faults related to Devonian salt domes. 1-D thermal models indicate hydrocarbon generation during Permo-Carboniferous time. However, generation in coal-bearing Middle Carboniferous horizons in the SE part of the basin may have occurred during the Mesozoic.

The injure of the liver tissue and its infiltration by cells of the innate and adaptive immunity in dynamics of Con A-induced hepatitis in mice was studied. The semiquantitative method of damage rate of microcirculation channel and liver parenchyma was used, leukocyte liver infiltration and cellular composition of infiltrates were investigated also. Primary liver reaction to the Con-A was the inflammatory changes in the vascular bed, followed by disturbances in the parenchyma.The sufficient increasing of leukocyte migration to the liver was revealed. This article analyses the main world transnational companies (TNCs) and the impact of globalization on their activities. Globalization is a powerful real aspect of the new world system and it represents one of the most influential forces in determining the future course of the planet. In this process TNCs play an important role. Last researches are analyzed and they show that number of TNCs increased every year. Investments in offshore financial centers (OFCs) remain at historically high levels. By joining each other TNCs create global value chains (GVC). From one hand it iёs the different processes in different parts of the world that each add value to the goods or services being produced. Positive and negative impact of GVCs is shown. The KOF index of globalization in the world and in Ukraine is investigated. The main regional trends, which could involve into regional industrial development compacts, are analyzed.

Polyaniline (PAn) and composites of glauconite/polyaniline (Gl/PAn) were synthesized by chemical oxidation polycondensation of aniline with ammonium peroxodisulfate in aqueous solutions of different concentrations of phosphoric acid, namely 0.60 M or 0.80 M, or 1.65 M, or 3.30 M. The content of glauconite in the reaction mixture was1 g, and the ratio of aniline : glauconite was 1 : 1. The properties of synthesized samples are investigated using by modern physical methods of analysis. The physical analysis of samples properties has been carried out using a Dron-4-07 diffractometer (Cu Kα radiation; l=1.54060 A) in the reflection mode. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrа of powders sample were recorded out using a NICOLET IS 10 ATR spectrophotometer in the mode of reflection, which was later transformed into transmission mode. Thermal properties of synthesized samples has been analyzed using Q 1 500-D Derivatograph in the temperature range of 20–900 °C under a heating rate of 10 о /min in the atmosphere of air (corundum crucibles; standard – Al 2 O 3 ; weight of samples – 100 mg). The electrical conductivity of the pelleted samples was determined by measuring their resistance in the "sandwich" type cells at a temperature of 20±1 о С using a Rigol DM 3 068 set of equipment for resistance measuring. It was found that with increasing by concentration of phosphate acid in the initial reaction mixtures, the crystallinity of polyaniline in samples of pure PAn increases, whereas in samples of composites of Gl/PAn, the polyaniline are preferably amorphous. Intermolecular interaction between the components of the composite is due to the formation of hydrogen bond. Comparison of the results of derivatographic studies showed that the thermal properties of composites depend on the content of glauconite. Thermal stability is higher in samples containing glauconite. It is established that the process of thermodestruction of composites is complex and multistage. Specific electrical conductivity of the received composites of Gl/PAn is less than in PAn samples synthesized at different concentrations of phosphoric acid. Polyaniline and polyaniline-mineral composites on the base of zeolite with low polymer content have been synthesized chemically methods. The formation of composites zeolite/polyaniline was confirmed by results of X-ray phase, FTIR spectral and thermogravimetric analysis. The comparative analysis spectral, thermal and electrical properties of the synthesized samples of polyaniline and composite zeolite/polyaniline has been carried out. It was shown that the structure of samples of polyaniline synthesized is amorphous. The structure of polyaniline in composites zeolite/polyaniline is also mainly crystalline-amorphous with the inclusion of crystalline particles of zeolite as matrices on which particles of polyaniline in the form of emeraldine salt of sulfate acid are formed. It was found that weak interphase interaction between macromolecule of polyaniline and particles of zeolite is possible thanks to interaction hydrogen bonds between surface hydroxy groups of zeolite and imino atoms of the macromolecular chains of polyaniline. The thermal stability of composites zeolite/polyaniline is much higher than pure polyaniline, due to the content of zeolite in the composite. It was established that the electrical conductivity of chanically synthesized samples of polyaniline and composites zeolite/polyaniline is several times higher than the electrical conductivity of chemically synthesized samples. The physico-chemical analysis of samples properties has been carried out using a Dron-5-04 diffractometer (Cu Kα radiation; l=1.54060 A) in the reflection mode. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrа of powders sample were recorded in the range of 4 000–650 cm –1 using a NICOLET IS 10 ATR spectrophotometer in the mode of reflection, which was later transformed into transmission mode. Thermal properties of synthesized samples has been analyzed using Q 1 500-D Derivatograph (MOM Paulik - Paulik - Erdei , Hungary) in the temperature range of 20–900 °C under a heating rate of 10 K/min in the atmosphere of air (corundum crucibles; standard – Al 2 O 3 ; weight of samples – 100 mg). The electrical conductivity of the pelleted samples was determined by measuring their resistance in the "sandwich" type cells at a temperature of 293±1 K using a Rigol DM 3 068 set of equipment for resistance measuring. The article considers the bodies of constitutional justice as a significant subject of legal relations in the sphere of limited activity of public authority. The principle of separation of powers as universal is taken as a basis of classification. In modern states, the bodies of constitutional justice, exercising their special powers, are subject to limiting legal regulation, like any other public authority. The completeness and quality of functioning of various constitutional justice bodies guarantee the rule of law in the state. In addition to state-oriented tasks, the bodies of constitutional justice are an important link in the human rights system, ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual. Within the framework of this work, the authors characterize the subjects of limiting legal relations taking a special place in the systems of state power bodies of the developed countries of the modern world.

There were performed the studies of genotoxic stress and the ways of immunocompetent cells death (apoptosis and necrosis) in the modeling of immune system damage by immunization of CBA mice with the bovine serum albumin. Immunofluorescence studies of immunized mice were established the fixation of immune complexes in liver tissue, spleen, kidney and the aorta. Histological studies of these organs showed vascular system affection and, to a lesser extent, parenchyma. It has been shown that DNA comets index increases in 1,4 time in the lymph node cells and in 1,5 time in the thymus cells in the presence of BSA immunization. We also observed an increase in the number of cells with maximum damage DNA thymus preparations (3.4 fold) and lymph nodes (3.3-fold), respectively, indicating strong genotoxic stress. There were shown the reduce of live ICC number and their death increase, including the pro-inflammatory and immunogenic necrotic way. In that way, data which were obtained on the experimental model is evidenced that generalized immunecomplex pathologic process leads to DNA damage and ICC death both central and peripheral organs of the immune system. ICC genotoxic stress and their death amplification by the necrotic way may play a significant role in the immunecomplex deseases development. These factors of peripheral blood lymphocytes can serve as a prospective test system for assessing the severity of autoimmune and immune complex diseases and their treatment effectiveness.

The article deals with some issues of the state power restriction, and the necessity of this is justified. The evolution of state power restriction certain criteria and forms are analyzed in accordance with the emergence of relevant ideas and scientific concepts and their chronology: the restriction of power by another power, self-restraint of state power; the restriction of state power by the law and human rights in connection with the contemporary problems of state power restrictions in a state governed by the rule of law.

This article examines the theoretical approaches and legislative decisions of the Eastern European states’ cocerning the purposes and principles of administrative proceedings. Based on the analysis of relevant scientific works and legislation, it has been concluded that both the objectives of administrative proceedings and its principles relate to the human rights and freedoms. At the same time, the doctrinally articulated objectives do not find their systematic reflection in the legislation, and the principles are a universal legal element that determines the relationships between the executive authorities and citizens.

The experince in geology-exploratory work at the provinces with geological structure similar to that of the DDB show trat at very well studied provinces oil and gas accumulations in untraditional traps (lithology-stratigraphical, tectonic and those of mixed type) become dominant amongst opened fields. Complex lithological, lithology-stratigraphical, lithology-facies, lithology-seismostratigraphical and other studies carried out allowed forecasting (such considerable quantity as) the series of traps of new types in XIIa microfaunal horizon, determining new directions of geology-exploratory work. These directions must become the foundation of new stage of big work on oil and gas.

Genetic differences of various populations of Picea abies (L.) Karst.) have been studied basing on 20 allozyme loci variability. Two populations located in Ukrainian Carpathians (1000-1500 m above sea level) and one plain, island, and scanty population of Polesrye were compared. Despite their different high-altitude location, geographical remoteness and population size the very low genetic differentiation (DN = 0,003-0,005) was observed. Recombination variability analysis showed that populations from Carpathians in contrast to that one from Poles'ye had higher similarity level according to their diloci genotype structure.

Leukotrienes (LTs) are thought to be extensively involved in a liver damage in vivo through different mechanisms. In this study we used different doses (10(-7)-10(-12) M) of the dehydroxilated LTB4 and the cysteinyl LTC4 to estimate their direct injurious effects on cultured rat hepatocytes (HC). Our experiments demonstrated that exogenous LTB4 and LTC4 caused a rapid and transient increase in alanine aminotransferase release from HC and a slight, but significant decrease of mitochondrial electron transport chain activity in HC. Significant increases in ALT release were observed with LTs doses as low as 10(-12) M, but the loss of mitochondrial function was significant only at the two higher doses (10(-7) and 10(-8) M). HC were treated with the lipoxygenase inhibitor nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA) to inhibit the possible synthesis of endogenous LTs. The effects of exogenous LTB4 and LTC4 on NDGA-treated HC tended to be similar to those indicated in the absence of inhibitor, but were more pronounced. These data suggest that LTs may be involved in the direct damage of liver cells under pathological conditions associated with enhanced LTs formation.

In order to study the contribution of eicosanoids to the regulation of the functions of normal and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-injured liver cells, primary cultures of hepatocytes (HC) either alone or in coculture with Kupffer cells (KC) were exposed for 4 and 24 h to lipoxygenase inhibitor (nordihydroguaiaretic acid-NDGA) or cyclooxygenase inhibitor (indomethacin-IND) in the presence and in the absence of CCl4. Treatment with CCl4 resulted in increased ALT release and a decreased mitochondrial respiration (MR) in HC and their cocultures with KC. The addition of NDGA decreased ALT levels and increased MR in control and CCL4-injured cells. Urea production (UP) was not significantly affected by NDGA. In contrast, addition of IND) decreased UP by HC (4 h), and did not alter ALT release and MR in control and CCl4-treated cells. These results indicate that arachidonic acid metabolites are involved in the regulation of HC flinctions. There is also evidence that a protective action of lipoxygenase inhibitors on CCl4-injured liver is mediated, at least partly, by their direct effects on HC and KC, in particular by increasing the mitochondrial respiration.

The effect of chenodeoxycholic acid on liver monooxygenase system, lipid peroxidation, lymphocyte proliferation, and immune complexes formation was studied in carbontetrachloride-treated rats. Chenodeoxycholic acid increased the content of both cytochrome P-450 and cytochrome b5 and the rate of aminopyrine N-demethylation in liver microsomal fractions. It also normalized lipid peroxidation in the liver and the proliferative activity of blood lymphocytes activated by phytohemagglutinin. Soon after injection chenodeoxycholic acid caused disturbances of the liver histostructure and of the microcirculation followed by regenerative processes. Liver histostructure tended to return to normal. The level of serum immune complexes was increased. The relationship between the changes in monooxygenase system, lipid peroxidation and immunologic parameters is discussed.

The chronic hepatitis in Wistar rats was induced by seven subcutaneous injections of carbon tetrachloride (0.3 ml of 50% oil solution per 1 kg of body mass) made each third day. It was shown that cytochromes P-450 and b5 content, demethylase activity in the liver microsomal fraction as well as the oxygen tension in the liver tissue were decreased, while lipid peroxidation was intensified. The PHA-induced blood lymphocyte blastogenesis was inhibited and concentration of circulating immune complexes in the blood was higher than that in intact animals.
