This review is devoted to endometriosis-associated immune cells and immune molecules, analysis of various databases, new insights, theories, biomarkers, reviews of research in this area. To date, many attempts have been made to establish a certain role of immune cells and the microenvironment in the development of endometriosis. Nevertheless, despite intensive studies of endometriosis, the role of inflammatory cells and molecules has not yet been fully studied. As we know, the pathobiology of endometriosis is not fully understood, and its progression is associated with a local and systemic inflammatory reaction. It is important to clarify the role of the immune system to better understand its significance in the pathogenesis of endometriosis, especially in the case of atypical and endometriosis-associated ovarian tumors. The above requires further study of this problem in order to optimize the pathogenetically justified modern therapy of endometriosis.

Radiation proctitis is a complication of radiation therapy used in the treatment of pelvic malignant tumors. The leading clinical symptom of this kind of late radiation complications is recurrent rectal bleeding, leading to the development of anemia. Despite the availability of modern drugs, conservative treatment methods remain ineffective, and minimally invasive endoscopic technologies are not applicable in all cases and can lead to the development of complications in the form of ulcers and fi stulas. About 20 years ago, the world scientifi c community recommended hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) as a method of treating late radiation damage to the rectum. However, this technique has not been widely used. We have presented the experience of treating the successful use of HBO in the treatment of a 50-year-old patient with chronic radiation proctitis complicated by recurrent rectal bleeding. Conservative and endoscopic methods of treatment in this patient were ineffective. This clinical observation demonstrates that HBO is an effective method of treating rectal bleeding associated with radiation proctitis.

Optimization of the activity of the pathology and anatomical department and standardization of pathology and anatomical studies is a priority task due to the high shortage of staffing, increased volume of work performed, the need to save consumables in conditions of limited financing of the industry.

Introduction (statement of the problem): Every year, about one and a half thousand convicts and persons in custody who are potential subjects of criminal liability under Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are registered as leaders and active participants in groups of a negative orientation every year. Occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. The hypothesis of the study is that the presence of signs of a person that characterizes him as a leader or an active participant in groups of a negative orientation is a sufficient basis not only for putting on a preventive register, but also for initiating a criminal case against such a person under Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Moreover, preventive registration seems to be an insignificant measure to prevent the activities of a person who commits a crime. The problem of the lack of a legal definition of the concept of “a group of a negative orientation”, “a person occupying a higher position in the criminal hierarchy” is indicated. The subject of the study was Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated May 20, 2013 no. 72 “On Approval of the Instruction for the Prevention of Offenses among Persons Detained in the Institutions of the Penitentiary System”. As part of the proof of the hypothesis, the goal was to conduct a comparative analysis of the characteristics of a person who is a leader or an active participant in a negative grouping and a person occupying a higher position in the criminal hierarchy. The tasks of the study were based on its purpose, namely, they consisted in comparing the signs of “leader” and “highest position”; “grouping of negative orientation” and “criminal hierarchy”. The main research methods were the formal-legal method, which made it possible to use concepts in their legal meaning, comparative analysis, which was used when comparing the categories under study and identifying common and distinctive features, as well as the method of legal forecasting, which made it possible to assume what kind of consequences would occur if or not making changes to the legal regulation of the relations in question. The main scientific results of the study were the confirmation of the scientific hypothesis set at the beginning of the study, namely: confirmation of the fact of the identity of the categories “leader and active participant in a negative grouping” and “person occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy”, which will allow law enforcement agencies to initiate criminal cases on article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to persons put on preventive records as leaders and active participants in groups of a negative orientation.

The article is devoted to the problem of determining of the scientific criteria and factors for predicting the psychosocial development of students with special needs and disabilities in the modern educational environment. The features of the modern population of students with special needs and disabilities would need to be clarified in the context of the emergence of variable forms of education and the introduction of federal state educational standards for such students into Russian educational practice. Axiomatic ideas about typical manifestations of psychophysical developmental disorders in childhood, the criteria for its classification and differentiation would need to be revised on the basis of specially designed complex and prolonged clinical, psychological and educational studies. Authors emphasize the need of clarifying the features, causes and mechanisms of learning difficulties, adaptation and socialization of students with special needs and disabilities, which inevitably undergoing various transformations in a changing socio-cultural environment. According to the main methodological basis of this study — Cultural-Historical Approach, the leading role is given to social factors concentrated in the educational environment, which are currently the least studied. There are no studies based on the long-term monitoring of changes in the specific features in the process of education. Meanwhile, such data would make it possible to assess to the probable influence of social factors on the quality of education and psychosocial development of students with special needs and disabilities, and to clarify their role in changing the phenomenology of impaired development as well. Such data appears to be relevant for analyzing the ratio of the role of bio and social factors in the possible transformations of psychological dysontogenesis and can be seen as a basis for optimizing educational activities, and for increasing the accuracy and credibility of estimates as well. Longitudinal clinical-psychological-pedagogical research conducted in modern educational conditions is considered as a condition for solving the indicated challenges.

An investigation is performed of the thermal stability and phase transformations of thin-film heterogeneous [(Co40Fe40B20)34(SiO2)66/ZnO/In2O3]85 multilayers obtained via ion beam sputtering. The system contains 85 layers, each consisting of a (Co40Fe40B20)34(SiO2)66 composite layer and ZnO and In2O3 semiconductor spacers. The sample structure in the initial state and after heat treatment is studied by means of X-ray diffraction. It is shown that the samples are stable at temperatures of up to 500°С. Zn2SiO4, InBO3, CoFe, and In2O3 phases form during annealing.

We have studied the structure and electrical properties of thin films based on the In2O3 semiconductor and carbon, grown by atomic layer deposition using ion-beam sputtering. The structure of the resultant materials, formed during layer-by-layer growth of island layers, is made up of nanocrystalline In2O3 granules distributed at random over amorphous carbon. The electrical transport properties of the In2O3/C thin films depend on their thickness. In the temperature range 80–300 K, the dominant electrical transport mechanism in the In2O3/C thin films of thickness h 70 nm undergo a change from conduction associated with strong carrier localization to that due to the presence of percolation clusters formed by In2O3 nanocrystals, which shows up as a linear temperature dependence of conductivity, with a negative temperature coefficient.

Multilayer films (In2O3/SnO2)69 are obtained via ion-beam sputtering. The effect vacuum heat treatment in the range of room temperature to 600°C has on the structure and electrical properties is studied. It is found that the structures obtained with different thicknesses of the In2O3/SnO2 bilayer are stable up to a heat treatment temperature of 400°С. Raising the temperature to 600°C alters the sign of the coefficient of temperature resistance from negative to positive.

Multilayered [(Co40Fe40B20)34(SiO2)66/ZnO]112, [(Co40Fe40B20)34(SiO2)66/SnO2]32, and [(Co40Fe40B20)34(SiO2)66/In2O3]92 films with layers 1 nm thick are obtained via the ion-beam sputtering of two targets onto a rotating substrate. Their phase transformations are studied during the thermal treatment of films. Compounds with boron form in films with ZnO and In2O3 buffer layers (Co2FeO2(BO3) and InBO3, respectively). The composition of these compounds is found to depend on the semiconductor that is used and the ratio of layer thickness.

The analysis of long-term results of treatment of 88 primary patients with colon adenocarcinoma at various stages of tumor process is presented, taking into account the TNM system criteria, and serum IGF-1, IGF-2, IGFBP-1, IGFBP-2, IGFBP-3, VEGF, and MMP-7 levels. The overall survival rate assessed by Kaplan-Meier method and Cox multivariate regression model was used as the criterion of prognosis. It was established that IGF-1, IGFBP-2 and VEGF serum levels along with the stage of colorectal cancer might be considered as statistically significant independent predictors of overall survival in patients.

The article analyzes current legal regulations in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and European Union (EU) governing protection against integrated entities’ violations of their respective competition laws. The issues of the policies implemented in this area in accordance with EAEU law, the correlation of national and supranational regulation and their application (including the principle of non bis in idem), and the delimitation of the competence of national and EAEU bodies in this area are clarified in light of the provisions of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EEC) of May 29, 2014 and advisory opinions of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (of April 4, 2017; of December 17, 2018; of June 18, 2019). The absence of a legal ground for “private enforcement” of the EAEU competition laws, including its most important element — compensation for losses — is noted. In this regard, the authors analyze the experience of the European Union in this sphere, which is reflected in the Directive 2014/104/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 26, 2014 on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the member states and of the European Union. Its key provisions are considered in sufficient detail. Based on the results of the research undertaken, it is concluded that it is necessary to empower the Eurasian Economic Commission in the EAEU Treaty to calculate the damages caused by the infringements of the EAEU Treaty competition rules that have or may have a negative effect on competition in cross-border markets in the territories of two or more EAEU member states. In order to implement this, it is also proposed to vest the EEC with the competence to approve the procedure of recovery and methodology of calculating these damages. According to the authors, the development of such a procedure requires the study, inter alia, of the mentioned EU experience.

The article discusses and analyzes existing approaches to the typological differentiation of the polymorphic category of children with developmental delay (DD). The dependence of the grounds of each classification (typology) on the priority directions of scientific research at certain stages of the development of defectology and the demands of educational practice revealed. The main areas of application of various classifications and their limitations in solving the urgent problems of education of children with DD has shown. The author's approach to the typology of the DD, which involves determining the optimal educational route of the child and creating favorable educational conditions for him, is considered. The generalized criteria and parameters of differentiation of the category of children with DD by developmental options, different degree of severity, structure of mental disorders and resources of their compensation are presented. For the first time, when assessing the learning ability of a child with DD, a separate consideration of cognitive and motivational components is proposed. This correlates with the established differences in the quality of development of these components under different DD options and contributes to a more reasonable definition of priorities in building a program of psychological and pedagogical work with the child.

The novelty of the study lies in describing the main types and fields of professional activities of educational psychologists and in constructing an integrated system of the differentiated psychological support for education of this category of children, taking into account variability in their developmental levels at the beginning of formal schooling. Theoretical Basis. This section provides the methodological foundations for the study, including (a) the basic provisions of psychology of children with special needs and correctional pedagogy, based on Vygotsky’s cultural-historical theory; (b) the socio-cultural approach to the analysis of development of educational practice and to the implementation of objectives of psychology of children with special needs at each stage of the development of education for children with disabilities; and (c) the methodology of psychological support for the educational process. The authors (a) described modern approaches to the organization of psychological support for children with MDD and its objectives under modernization of the educational system and (b) analyzed the necessary content and conditions for education of primary school children aimed at meeting their special educational needs. Results and Discussion. The authors consider psychological support for children with MDD as a systematic realization of the main types of an educational psychologist’s professional activity. Types of this activity are differentiated according to the major goals of modern educational practice and contribute to successful learning and development of every child. The main objectives of such support are as follows: (a) identification, and prevention or elimination of the imbalance between kids’ education and development, taking into account their individual abilities; (b) correction of secondary developmental disorders manifested in cognitive, emotional, and socio-behavioral spheres; and (c) creation of conditions for socio-psychological adaptation of the child’s personality. The authors described various types of an educational psychologist’s professional responsibilities, including diagnostic, correctional and developmental, expert and consultative activities. The paper concludes with the provision of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of psychological support.

Effects of irradiation on structure peculiarities and viscoelastic properties of the polyurethanes, synthesized by a polycondensation method with a use of different diisocyanate and glycol components have been investigated. Photooxydation processes are shown to change elasticity of the materials, glass transition temperature and average molecular mass for the chain segments between polymer cross-linked points, and also induce accumulation of hydroxyls in the system due to the formation of alcohol and hydroperoxide groups. Beam strength of the polyurethanes is found out to be dependent on the polymer chemical structure, in particular, on a length of the aliphatic block and density of the cross-linking network. Good agreement between the results obtained by the dynamic mechanical analysis, IR-spectroscopy, EPR methods and the data for the single-pulse laser destruction thresholds allows to predict photooxidation susceptibility for the further developed polyurethane materials.

Thin indium oxide films and In–Y–O films containing 0.7 to 3.6 at % Y have been grown by ionbeam sputtering of an indium target and a composite (indium + weighed amounts of yttrium) target in a mixture of argon and oxygen. The thin indium oxide films have a cubic crystal structure (sp. gr. Ia $$\bar 3$$ ). The incorporation of yttrium atoms into indium oxide leads to the formation of an amorphous structure in the as-grown films and an increase in their room-temperature electrical resistance by several orders of magnitude. Lowtemperature electrical resistance data indicate a change in conduction mechanism. High-temperature heat treatment of the thin In–Y–O films leads to the crystallization of their amorphous structure and an increase in their electrical resistance.

Thin Zr-stabilized SnO2 films are fabricated by ion-beam reactive sputtering. The amorphous thin-film SnO2 samples with various Zr concentrations are synthesized in a single production process. The influence of heat treatment on the structure and electrical properties of the synthesized films is studied. The onset of crystallization in thin-film Sn–Zr–O systems is observed at 673 and 773 K, which is accompanied by the appearance of metastable phases. Being heated to 873 K, these phases are transformed into Sn + Sn2O3. It is found that the electrotransfer the film crystallization at temperatures close to room temperature is thermally activated with an activation energy of ~0.78 eV. Tin-oxide films doped with Zr from 0.6 to 3.9 at % manifest the property of hydrogen-gas sensitivity after crystallization.

New protic ionic liquid N-butylguanidinium tetrafluoroborate (BG-BF4) has been synthesized by single-step method. The ionic liquid is thermally stable to at least 300 °C and has ionic conductivity value of 8⋅10−3 S/cm at room temperature increasing to 0.18 S/cm at 180 °C. To develop a new proton conducting membrane, the nano-fibrillar matrix of bacterial cellulose (BC) has been impregnated with BG-BF4. The composite BC/BG-BF4 membrane containing 80 wt% of ionic liquid was found to have tensile strength of 35 MPa and ionic conductivity of 4.5⋅10−4 S/cm at 180 °C. The high saturation of BC with protic ionic liquid to 95 wt% allowed obtain composite membrane with reduced tensile strength of 6 MPa but excellent ionic conductivity of 5.2⋅10−2 S/cm at 180 °C. The deposition of polyaniline (PANI, emeraldine base) into BC matrix by oxidative polymerization of aniline on the surface of cellulose nanofibrils was found to improve the ionic conductivity of BC/BG-BF4 system significantly, reaching the value of 4⋅10−3 S/cm at 180 °C for cellulose film containing 80 wt% of ionic liquid. According to results of dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA), both BC/BG-BF4 and BC/PANI/BG-BF4 composites keep excellent storage modulus values at 180 °C (1000 MPa and 835 MPa, respectively). Due to the excellent holding capacity of BC matrix to ionic liquid, as well as good thermal and mechanical properties of BC/BG-BF4 composite it can be promising material for the fabrication of proton conducting membranes for fuel cells operating at elevated temperatures in water free conditions.

The article discusses and analyzes the issues of the emergence, formation and perspectives of understanding the concept of "psychological support". The specificity of psychological support for the education of children with disabilities in a modern educational environment revealed; substantiates the main types and content of the psychologist's activities: diagnostic, correctional, developmental, expert advisory and coordination. Paper describes new tasks of a psychologist related to determining the development of a child entering school and choosing the optimal educational route for him, developing and implementing special psychological conditions for learning and education, monitoring progress in mastering academic knowledge and shaping the area of life competence. Criteria proposed for evaluating the effectiveness of psychological support for the education of schoolchildren with disabilities under inclusion conditions. In the crystal structure of the title compound, C23H19N5O3·0.58C2H6OS·0.42C2H3N, prepared by the azo coupling of the 4-nitrophenyldiazonium salt with 3a-(p-tolyl)-2,3,3a,4-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazol-1-one, the azo molecules are linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains along the a-axis direction, and by the π–π interaction into [101] chains. The dimethyl sulfoxide and acetonitrile solvent molecules occupy the same positions, with populations of 0.585 (3) and 0.415 (3), respectively. These molecules take part in C—H...O(N) and C—H...π contacts. The energy of the π–π interactions was estimated using DFT calculations. The Hirshfeld molecular surface analysis revealed the positions of the most important intermolecular contacts, such as hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.

The content of components of the RANK/RANKL/OPG system, the key regulator of homeostasis in the bone tissue, in blood serum samples from 199 patients with primary bone neoplasms and 131 practically healthy volunteers was measured by ELISA. Borderline giantcell tumor of the bone with high osteoclastogenic and osteolytic activity is characterized by an increase in the level of all components of this system and highest ratio of sRANKL/OPG in the blood serum. Study indexes in patients with various benign neoplasms and tumor-like bone lesions were lower than in patients with giant-cell tumor. The patients with malignant bone tumors could be divided into 2 subgroups with opposite indexes of the RANK/RANKL/OPG system. The patients with osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma had a low level of sRANK, but a high level of sRANKL. The patients with chondrosarcoma and chordoma had a high level of sRANK, but a low level of sRANKL.

Photo-oxidative degradation of polyurethanes based on hexamethylene diisocyanate with different oligoether components was investigated using IR spectroscopy and dynamic mechanical analysis. The cross-linking density of highly cross-linked polyurethane based on an oligoether triol of molecular mass 500 tended to increase during photo-oxidation. A polyurethane containing esters was more stable than that based on an oligoether diol of similar molecular mass.

The tendencies in development of a special education system in Russia are being analyzed. Contemporary approaches to education of children with mental development delay are being discussed together with questions connected with their realization under the conditions of inclusive and special education. An approach to the choice of an educational strategy is being analyzed together with components of an educational process (according to the position of Vygotsky's school). The necessity of preparation of new generation's teachers, capable to solve the problems of educational practices' development providing solutions based on the ideas and terms of cultural-historical theory, is being proved.

The problem of integration of children with learning delay (LD) into the mainstream education system is discussed in the present article. Data, demonstrating the risk of inclusion without taking into account special educational needs of these children, are presented; necessity of inclusion of forming the sphere of life competences into the contents of education for these children is justified. The main directions and requirements to the results of special work in the sphere of life competence are disclosed, including the development of the child's adequate ideas about his own capabilities and limitations; mastering of routine skills, which are used in everyday life; acquisition of communication skills; differentiation and comprehension of world concept and its temporal-spatial organization; understanding of their social environment and development of age-appropriate system of values and social roles. The underdeveloped conscious self-regulation of actions plays a primary role in the disorder-related character of children with developmental delay (DD). This study aimed to analyze and systematize specific occurrences of conscious self-regulation in children&rsquo, s DD-affected cognitive activity. Children aged 7&ndash, 8 years were involved in the study (n = 60), including children with DD (n = 40) and school children displaying typical development (n = 20). The dotting test, visual pattern test, and Toulouse&ndash, Pieron attention test are the practical methods used in the study. Mathematical methods of statistics were applied to analyze the study outcome. The experimental research identified and described four levels of conscious self-regulation development in the cognitive activity of children with different learning capacities. The findings proved that children of 7&ndash, 8 years with DD have an underdeveloped level of conscious self-regulation of actions in terms of their cognitive activity, and that they differ from their peers regarding typical development in terms of their conscious self-regulation level and skills. Special intervention programs that develop conscious self-regulation in the performance and behavior of children with DD are required to realize their cognitive and personal capacities and provide them with high-quality education.

New hydrophobic protic ionic liquid, 2-butylaminoimidazolinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (BAIM-TFSI), has been synthesized. The ionic liquid showed good thermal stability to at least 350 °C. The conductivity of BAIM-TFSI determined by electrochemical impedance method was found to be 5.6 × 10−2 S/cm at 140 °C. Homogeneous composite films based on commercial polyimide (PI) Matrimid and BAIM-TFSI containing 30–60 wt% of ionic liquid were prepared by casting from methylene chloride solutions. Thermogravimetric analysis data indicated an excellent thermal stability of PI/BAIM-TFSI composites and thermal degradation points in the temperature range 377 °C–397 °C. The addition of ionic liquid up to 50 wt% in PI films does not lead to any significant deterioration of the tensile strength of the polymer. The dynamic mechanical analysis results indicated both an increase of storage modulus E′ of PI/BAIM-TFSI composites at room temperature and a significant E′ decrease with temperature compared with the neat polymer. The cross-linking of the PI with polyetheramine Jeffamine D-400 allowed to prepare PI/Jeffamine/BAIM-TFSI (50%) membrane with E′ value of 300 MPa at 130 °C. The ionic conductivity of this cross-linked composite membrane reached the level of 10−2 S/cm at 130 °C, suggesting, therefore, its potential use in medium-temperature fuel cells operating in water-free conditions.

According to the analysis of the distribution of acreage in Krasnoyarsk Region, there has been a noticeable increase in the area of oilseeds, including camelina, recently. This is due not only to the emergence of zoned varieties, but also to an increase in the export of seeds abroad. The rate of production of vegetable oil is increasing with the introduction of various technologies, for example, physical impact on the seeds of these crops. However, oilseeds are susceptible to disease. Agrotechnical and chemical methods of treatment are used to disinfect seeds. At Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University, rational modes of pre-sowing treatment of camelina seeds in an ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic field have been established. They are aimed at disinfecting seeds, enhancing their growth, as well as plant development and, ultimately, obtaining environmentally friendly products. To implement this technology, a plant has been developed with a capacity of about 35 kg/h on camelina. Due to the fact that the sown area allotted for oilseeds in different farms of Krasnoyarsk Region has increased in recent years from several hectares to several thousand hectares, it can be assumed that the productivity of the plant we have developed is insufficient.
