The research was designed in the relational survey model to reveal the relationship between school administrators' personalities and their spiritual leadership levels. The study was conducted with 160 school administrators. The Spiritual Leadership Scale and Five Factor Inventory were used. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. School administrators showed personality traits related to the highest conscientiousness and the lowest neuroticism. School administrators exhibited the highest level of altruistic love, the lowest level of vision and faith in spiritual leadership. The spiritual leadership levels of school administrators on the basis of dimensions and in general were relatively high. The spiritual leadership levels of school administrators differed according to seniority and managerial position in the vision and faith dimensions. Positive and negative relationships at low and medium levels were found between the personality traits of school administrators and their spiritual leadership levels. Personality traits of school administrators affect their vision and faith, altruistic love and general spiritual leadership.

The differential cross sections and unpolarized spin-density matrix elements for the reaction γp→pω were measured using the CBELSA/TAPS experiment for initial photon energies ranging from the reaction threshold to 2.5 GeV. These observables were measured from the radiative decay of the ω meson, ω→π0γ. The cross sections cover the full angular range and show the full extent of the t-channel forward rise. The overall shape of the angular distributions in the differential cross sections and unpolarized spin-density matrix elements are in fair agreement with previous data. In addition, for the first time, a beam of linearly-polarized tagged photons in the energy range from 1150 MeV to 1650 MeV was used to extract polarized spin-density matrix elements. These data were included in the Bonn–Gatchina partial wave analysis (PWA). The dominant contribution to ω photoproduction near threshold was found to be the 3/2+ partial wave, which is primarily due to the sub-threshold N(1720)3/2+ resonance. At higher energies, pomeron-exchange was found to dominate whereas π-exchange remained small. These t-channel contributions as well as further contributions from nucleon resonances were necessary to describe the entire dataset: the 1/2−, 3/2−, and 5/2+ partial waves were also found to contribute significantly.

Photoproduction of two neutral pions off the proton is studied using linearly polarized photons, and the polarization observables Is and Ic are measured for the first time. These two observables are unique to multi-meson final states; they characterize correlations between the linear photon polarization and the direction of outgoing single particles in photoproduction of three-body final states. The Is and Ic distributions suggest that, in the 1.8 to 2.0 GeV mass region, the N(1520)3/2−π intermediate state is reached with reaction dynamics consistent with a dominant JP=3/2+ wave. These data are included in the Bonn–Gatchina (BnGa) partial wave analysis which is based on a large variety of data; the analysis confirms a significant contribution from the reaction chain γp→N(1900)3/2+→N(1520)3/2−π0→pπ0π0. The reaction γp→KS0Σ+ is studied in the photon energy range from threshold. Linearly polarised photon beams from coherent bremsstrahlung enabled the first measurement of photon beam asymmetries in this reaction up to Eγ=1650MeV. In addition, the recoil hyperon polarisation was determined through the asymmetry in the weak decay Σ+→pπ0 up to Eγ=2250MeV. The data are compared to partial wave analyses, and the possible impact on the interpretation of a recently observed prominent structure in the cross section near the K⁎ thresholds is discussed. Despite intensive research, little is known about the intermediate state of phase transforming materials, which may form the missing link between e.g. liquids and solids on the nanoscale. The unraveling of the nanoscale interplay between the structure and dynamics of the intermediate state of phase transformations (through which e.g. crystal nucleation proceeds) is one of the biggest challenges and unsolved problems of materials science. Here we show using unbiased molecular dynamics simulations and spatially resolved atomic displacement maps (d-maps) that upon deep quenching the solidification of undercooled liquid iron proceeds through the formation of metastable pre-nucleation clusters (PNCs). We also reveal that the hitherto hidden PNCs are nearly immobile (dynamically arrested) and the related heterogeneity in atomic mobilities becomes clearly visible on atomic displacement-maps (d-maps) when atomic jumps are referenced to the final crystalline positions. However, this is in contrast to PNCs found in molecular solutions, in which PNCs tend to aggregate, move and crystallize via an activated process. Coordination filtered d-maps resolved in real space directly demonstrate that previously unseen highly ramified intermediate atomic clusters with a short lifetime emerge after incubation of undercooled liquid iron. The supercooled liquid iron is neither a spinodal system nor a liquid and undergoes a transition into a specific state called a quasi-liquid state within the temperature regime of 700-1250 K (0.5Tm > 0.7Tm, where the melting point is Tm ≈ 1811 K). Below 700 K the supercooled system is spinodal-like and above 1300 K it behaves like an ordinary liquid with long incubation times. A two-step process is proposed to explain the anomalous drop in the incubation time in the temperature regime of 700-1250 K. The 1st step is activated aggregation of small atomic clusters followed by assembly-free nearly barrierless ultrafast growth of early ramified prenucleation clusters called germs. The display and characterization of the hidden PNCs in computer simulations could provide new perspectives on the deeper understanding of the long-standing problem of precursor development during crystal nucleation following deep quenching. Social media influencers’ use of sponsored content as native advertising can be misleading and unfairly influence consumer choice. This study aims to identify factors that contribute to the successful and ethical implementation of influencer marketing, as well as how to meet the necessary requirements. Using a case study method, the study analyses five resolutions of the Hungarian Competition Authority, which deemed paid content promoting various companies on social media as misleading. The study focuses on the recognisability of advertising and the liability of the actors involved in the communication practice. Although there are clear and internationally similar guidelines of labelling used in indications, there is no uniform practice for the placement of disclosures in the absence of specific rules. The research emphasises the need for guidelines for intermediary markets to objectively meet obligations in influencer marketing campaigns, indirectly contributing to the success of influencer marketing by avoiding unfair commercial practices. Background: Prostate cancer patients, undergo imaging procedures, with [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT (prostate-specific membrane antigen based positron emission tomography/computed tomography) utilized for primary and secondary staging. PSMA thyroid incidentalomas (PTI) are discovered in the thyroid gland while imaging prostate cancer patients with [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT. Aims: The aim of the study was to determine the clinical significance of PTIs detected on [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT. Another goal was to identify a possible threshold for the maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax), above which a malignant growth could be suspected. Study design: A retrospective cross-sectional study. Methods: 769 patients with prostat cancer who underwent [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT scans in the nuclear medicine department of a tertiary care hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 were retrospectively screened in this study. We analyzed 67 patients in whom PTI was detected. Patients who exceeded the inclusion criteria had their thyroid ultrasonography and ultrasonography -guided fine needle aspiration findings analyzed. Results: PTI was discovered in 67 patients (8%). 42 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study. Of the 4 malignant patients (9.5%) in the study population, 2 were classified as TIRADS 3 and 2 were classified as TIRADS 4. The cut-off SUVmax value was found to be 5.6. With 100% sensitivity and 47.37% specificity, a cutoff SUVmax of 5.3 was determined through receiver–operator characteristic analysis in order to predict malignant cytology. Conclusion: PTI is a significant clinical finding; most of diffuse and focal uptakes are frequently related to benign diseases. Each center should establish its own a possible SUVmax cut-off over which a malignant lesion should be suspected. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
