The paper deals with the development and implementation of the organizational and administrative mechanism for controlling the reproduction of labour power of the Russian North in the context of its development strategy. On the basis of structural and logical analysis and synthesis, the paper presents the structure and the correlations of this mechanism, including the management objective, subjective part of management, the key types of social and economic policy, the methods and tools. The author proves the necessity of using the tools of risk management, multilevel government, new methods and management tools that reflect the goals and strategic priorities of the enlarged reproduction of the labor force in the Russian Northin the management of the reproduction of labour power. The activities of the subjects of management to ensure the expanded reproduction of labour forceare determined. As a result of using the mechanism the transition to the expanded reproduction of the labour force in the Russian Northis achieved. The control mechanism presented in the paper can be used as the subjects of labour management at the level of the federal center and the regions, and individual employers, trade unions and social organizations.

The problems and areas of ensuring effective international information security are considered, which are based on the analysis of the current state of global cybercrime, the existing main directions of global cyberattacks and the development of possible methods and means of countering them, with the use of current research and reporting materials of specialized international companies specializing in the problems of international information security security and the development of appropriate comprehensive tools for its provision. The subject of research in the article is the issue of ensuring international information security, cyber protection and combating cybercrime. The goal is to analyze the current state and current problems of international information security to ensure its effective management at the state and corporate levels in various countries and regions of the world. Tasks: processing and analysis of the latest reports and conclusions concerning the current state of international information security in various countries and regions of the world; research of the main information threats, their types, current directions and sources; analysis of existing and promising directions and means of countering information threats to ensure effective international information security. The general scientific method of system analysis is used - to identify existing information and cyber threats and analyze their features, as well as to research existing and promising ways of combating them. The following results were obtained: based on the results of processing reports and the conclusions of the Microsoft Digital Defense Report concerning the current state of international information security in various countries and regions of the world, the main information threats, their types, current directions, goals and sources were investigated. Current issues of international cybercrime based on the use of ransomware, as well as the main target areas of relevant cyberattacks, have been determined. Existing and promising directions and means of countering information threats to ensure effective international information security are analyzed. The main trends in increasing the level of cyber protection and information security in the world have been determined. Conclusions: It is shown that as the number, sophistication and impact of online threats increase, to counter them, international organizations, companies and individuals must take measures to strengthen the so-called first line of defense, in particular, use strong multi-factor authentication. It was determined that at the moment there are three main trends in increasing the level of cyber protection and information security in the world: the implementation of unprecedented steps by the leading countries of the world to solve the problem of cyber security using already existing laws and powers; the adoption and introduction by governments around the world of new laws that require organizations to report on the detection of cyber attacks; voluntary notification by governments and international companies to the public when they become victims of attacks. The trend is also a further increase in the number and scope of cyber-attacks for any political purpose, be it espionage, subversion or destruction. At the same time, it is expected that more countries will join the list of those participating in offensive cyber operations, and that these operations will become more daring, persistent and disruptive, with more serious consequences. At the same time, in order to counter this, governments and international companies are making more and more efforts to counter these informational dangers.

The problems of development and construction of a universal consolidated strategy of interaction of IT services and information security, which is based on the study and in-depth analysis of statistics on the current situation with the interaction of corporate IT services and security in different international companies in different industries and countries, are considered. specialists, experts and analysts. The subject of research in the article is the issue of optimal interaction of IT and security services in ensuring a high level of corporate information security in the EMEA region. The goal is to analyze the issues related to the construction and implementation of consolidated strategies for IT and security management in order to eliminate inconsistencies and increase the efficiency of the relevant services to ensure effective information security of organizations on the example of the EMEA region. Objectives: processing and analysis of the results of an online survey on the interaction of IT and security services of companies and organizations in various industries in different countries and regions of the world, including the EMEA region; research of problems and advantages of building a consolidated strategy of IT management and information security in the EMEA region; development of recommendations for solving existing problems in the development and construction of corporate strategies for effective IT management and information security. The general scientific method of systems analysis is used to determine the features of interaction between IT services and security of companies and organizations of different industries in different regions of the world, as well as to study the problems and benefits of a unified consolidated IT management strategy and information security. The following results were obtained: based on quantitative and qualitative assessment, as well as analysis of the results of the survey of IT and security specialists and experts in the EMEA region, the participation of companies in the development and implementation of information security strategies was determined; the main tasks of IT and security services in the organization of their joint work and coordination of actions among themselves are defined; the main obstacles in the organization of joint work of IT services and security services of companies are investigated, among which significant are tensions and conflicts between employees of services, global and regional shortage of qualified personnel, technical difficulties. Conclusions: it is established that the consolidated strategy of IT management and information security based on advances in security and technology can help solve the main problems of effective interaction of relevant company services; developed a number of recommendations to address existing problems of building corporate strategies for effective IT management and information security, designed to help eliminate inconsistencies and improve the efficiency of relevant services to ensure effective information security of organizations in the EMEA in various organizations and companies, regardless of their field of activity.

Introduction. The research materials devoted to the operability assurance of welded structures of hazardous technical devices — components of oil and gas production equipment are summarized. The factors determining the operational strength of welded joints and structures are systematized and diagrammed. The causes for the decrease in their service properties are described. We have defined the role of volumetric and crack-like welding defects, which were not detected during quality control at the manufacturing stage and in determining the residual life while in operation, in ensuring the life cycle of the structure. Measures to improve the practice of detecting crack-like defects under visual- and-dimensional and ultrasonic methods of quality control of welded joints are proposed.Materials and Methods. In accordance with SNiP 2.05.06–85, the structures of main oil and gas pipelines, vertical cylindrical tanks, and other oil and gas production equipment (OGPE) are made of dead-killed and semikilled low- carbon and low-alloy steels with tensile strength of up to 686.5 MPa. Regardless of the class and strength level of steel, it should be well welded by all methods prescribed by standard process documentation (SPD). At the same time, regardless of the state of supply, the carbon equivalent Сэкв should not exceed 0.46 %. The research methods are calculation-experimental ones. To calculate the stress-strain state of welded joints, the following methods were used:finite elements (FEM),fracture mechanics using the stress intensity coefficient Kt.Methods of mathematical statistics were used to estimate the geometric dimensions of crack-like welding defects. Welding defects were detected by standard quality control methods prescribed by the SPD and GOST standards.Results. Welded structures operating in the fatigue mode are considered. Some factors characteristic of welded joints are analyzed. It is shown how they affect the formation of strength performance properties. The role of dangerous crack-like defects, which with high probability can be formed in welded joints in the manufacture of structures and during operation, is established. Often, the reason is a decrease in mechanical properties due to aging and loss of plasticity caused by accidental mechanical actions. Note that it is impossible to identify these defects by existing quality control methods, both during the control process under production and during diagnostics while in operation. This reduces the accuracy of predicting the operational life of the welded structure.Discussion and Conclusion. It is proposed to include the following requirements in the SPD:to the quality of welded joints of hazardous technical devices of OGPE,to detection of sharp crack-like defects with a radius of curvature in the range of 1-0.25 mm.However, the reliability of detection of such defects by the control methods used remains low due to the human factor. To increase the reliability of detection of sharp crack-like defects, the directions of improvement of ultrasonic quality control of welded joints are determined.

The one of the main aims in modern clinical pharmacology is to provide safe and effective therapy considering a frequent administration of several drugs having different drug-drug interactions. Warfarin belongs to the number of popular anticoagulants which along with its efficiency not infrequently alters anticoagulant characteristics when administered with other drugs and food products. A case of a decrease in the efficacy of warfarin in a patient with mitral stenosis while taking a combined choleretic drug is presented in the article. The components of this choleretic drug (dry animal bile, dry garlic extract, dry nettle extract, activated charcoal) could impair the absorption of warfarin, increase intestinal absorption of vitamin K, and have a negative effect on the anticoagulant effect of warfarin. Management of patients receiving anticoagulants should be performed in accordance with clinical recommendations. Prescription of drugs, including multicomponent ones, without proven efficacy, for such patients should be considering the potential drug interaction.

Currently, searching for new sources of raw materials of biologically active substances of plant origin is very important. Widespread distribution, relatively easy isolation and high physiological activity have made the practical use of pectins attractive. That is why nowadays an intensive study of the relationship between the structure and physico-chemical properties of pectin polysaccharides is being carried out, and the studies of the sorption and complexing pectin properties are also being expanded.The aim of the work was to study rheological properties of aqueous solutions of pectin substances obtained from the leaves of Sorbaria sorbifolia (L.).Materials and methods. Secretion of polysaccharides from the leaves of Sorbaria sorbifolia was carried out fraction by fraction on the basis of N. K. Kochetkov and M. Sinner’s method. We evaluated the adsorption capacity basing on the experimental data. From the literature data it follows that the adsorption process can be described by Freundlich’s or Langmuir’s equation. The applicability of the particular equation depends on the nature of the adsorbent and the concentration of the adsorbate.Results and discussion. In the course of the work polysaccharides were isolated from the leaves of Sorbaria sorbifolia and some of their physico-chemical properties were studied. The average molar mass of pectic substances was determined as 32923. The influence of the pH medium on the viscosity of solutions of pectin substances was studied and it was found out that a distinct minimum viscosity is observed at pH 5.2. In such an environment the molecules of pectic substances are electrically neutral and the polyelectrolyte is in the isoelectric state. The obtained data show that the maximal binding of Pb2 + ions by pectin leaves of Sorbaria sorbifolia within 50 minutes is 60.0%.Conclusion. The determination of the average molar mass and the isoelectric point makes it possible to specify the possibility of the most effective use of plant raw materials. Physical and technological properties of pectic substances depend on their molar mass. By the value of the obtained isotherms we should arrive at the conclusion that the dependence of the adsorption amount on the equilibrium concentration of lead ions is more subject to Langmuir’s equation.

The aim of the study was to determine the clinical and epidemiological features of Epidemic parotitis in children in the Astrakhan Region under conditions of vaccine prophylaxis. 260 cases of laboratory-confirmed Epidemic parotitis in children under 17 years of age have been analyzed.Contact with diseased Epidemic parotitis was found in 180 (69,2%) of affected children. In the age structure of the patients, children aged 3 to 9 years (73,8%) prevailed, of which 87,5% of children in this age group had vaccination and revaccination against Epidemic parotitis. Patients aged 9 to 17 years accounted for 26,2% of cases with an immune stratum of 76,5%. Severe forms of the disease were noted when a combination of Epidemic parotitis with orchitis, pancreatitis, meningitis. The epidemiological process of Epidemic parotitis infection in children, under conditions of vaccine prevention, is characterized by an increase in the number of patients among older children and adolescents up to 26,2%. The decrease in the immune stratum, among infected children, compared with the recommended level of coverage with vaccination and revaccination against Epidemic parotitis 95% of children, may be the cause of the increase in the incidence of this pathology in the region. In the structure of clinical forms, medium-severe forms of the disease predominate (63,9%). Displacement of morbidity by Epidemic parotitis in the direction of older and adolescent years may indicate a decrease in the intensity of postvaccinal immunity after revaccination at the age of 6 years, which calls for discussion of the need for a second planned revaccination against Epidemic parotitis at the age of 15—17.

To create technology for preparation of CdS and CdTe thin films by direct current magnetron sputtering, the influence of physical and technological condensation modes on the crystal structure and optical properties of these films were investigated. The laboratory method of DC magnetron sputtering with preheating of the target for the mentioned films on glass substrates was developed. We obtained the CdS layers with hexagonal structure 150…200 nm thick under conditions when the plasma discharge current density was 1.1 mA/cm2 and the deposition rate – 30…40 nm/min. The bandgap in the obtained CdS films is Eg = 2.38…2.41 eV. After annealing in vacuum, the optical transparence of CdS films reaches 80…90%, which allows to use these films as a transparent window layer in solar cells based on heterojunctions of CdS/CdTe. When the plasma discharge current density is 2.2…5.4 mA/cm2 and the deposition rate is 200 nm/min, we obtained CdTe layers with hexagonal structure up to 5 µm thick. The transmittance of CdTe films with hexagonal structure in the wavelength range of the visible spectrum is up to 5%, and in the infrared spectral range is about 60%. The bandgap in the obtained CdTe layers of different thickness is 1.52…1.54 eV. After chloride treatment as a result of the phase transition wurtzite–sphalerite, the investigated CdTe films contain only the stable cubic structure and can be used as a base layer of solar cells.

Вогнепальні пошкодження анатомічних структур шиї та голови у дітей, внаслідок пошкодження тканин та органів з порушенням їх цілісності та утворення інфікованої рани, особливо в мирний час, становлять складну медичну та соціальну проблему через значну частку інвалідизації. Вогнепальні поранення шиї у дітей в мирний час повинні розглядатись як особлива група інфікованих механічних пошкоджень, за яких показана рання топічна діагностика із застосуванням УЗД, СКТ, МРТ, а за необхідності – й пошукове оперативне втручання з відповідним гемостазом. Діагностично-лікувальні заходи у дітей з вогнепальними пораненнями шиї повинні бути активними, комплексними та максимально радикальними, а період відновлення та реабілітації – безперервними та тривалими.

The article analyzes activities of the Administration of Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being in Khabarovsky Krai and the Federal Health Organization "Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology in Khabarovsky Krai" in the situation related to the Fukushima accident in Japan

The paper describes the effect of hardening conditions on the hydration of cement stone and methods of controlling the concrete formation on the basis of the above research methodology. It has been proved that when the humidity of the medium in which hardening takes place is regulated, the strength and the deformation of the material change. By adding an expand-ing component to concrete, it is possible to adjust the technical parameters of concrete and simulate the durability of concrete structures. Thus, the study of the mechanisms of volumetric deformation during hardening of cement stone with a different ratio of the expanding additive allows designing con-crete compositions for different operating conditions.

Резюме. Неонатальний сепсис на сьогодні є однією з провідних причин захворюваності та смертності новонароджених у всьому світі. Метою роботи було визначити частоту позитивного стрептококового статусу матері та новонародженої дитини серед тих дітей, які отримували антибактеріальну терапію з метою лікування інфекції, специфічної для перинатального періоду, та попередження раннього неонатального сепсису за даними материнських факторів ризику на базі відділення постнатального догляду перинатального центру міста Києва. Матеріали і методи. Проведено аналіз історій розвитку новонароджених, які народилися у перинатальному центрі в період з 01.01.2016 р. по 31.12.2016 р. Ретроспективно селективно відібрано історії 199 дітей, яким проводилася антибіотикотерапія у зв’язку з наявністю ризику розвитку неонатального сепсису. Частина дітей отримувала антибіотикотерапію через наявність факторів ризику з боку матері, частина – через клінічні прояви інфекції. Стрептококовий статус новонароджених визначався шляхом бактеріологічного дослідження крові, матерів – бактеріологічним дослідженням мазків з перианальної ділянки. Результати дослідження. Проведено аналіз частоти колонізації новонародженого та породіллі стрептококом групи В як одного з основних етіологічних факторів ризику розвитку інфекції, специфічної для перинатального періоду, та визначено фактори ризику, які впливали на клінічну ситуацію. Зроблено акцент на менеджменті новонародженого з підозрою на сепсис та проведено аналіз тривалості призначення антибіотиків у новонароджених згідно факторів ризику та клінічних симптомів. Висновки. Вдосконалення методів діагностики, розробка клінічних протоколів та впровадження на базі них локальних протоколів дозволяє чітко визначити порядок дій медичних працівників щодо тактики ведення новонароджених з ризиками виникнення інфекційного процесу.

The article presents the clinical picture, the course and outcome of encephalitis caused by the varicella-zoster virus. It is shown that the inclusion in the complex therapy of abnormal nucleoside (Acyclovir and its derivatives), intravenous immunoglobulin, promotes the release of patients from critical conditions to reverse the development of the pathological process.

A clinical case of Hib-infection is the clinic purulent meningitis and pannikulita young child. Shows the complexity of the differential diagnosis of meningitis in combination with panniculitis with meningococcal disease (meningitis, meningokokktsemiya).

Показано, що ідея взаємодії й рівноправ’я етнокультурних цивілізацій набуває різних форм у процесі історичного поступу людства. На сучасному етапі розвитку ця проблема має особливе наукове значення, а на практиці реалізується в міжнародних рухах і організаціях. Їх діяльність тісно пов’язана із глобалізаційними перетвореннями. Останні сприяють появі не лише позитивних, але й протилежних деструктивних тенденцій у геополітичному просторі. Нації, етноси, культури відстоюють свою ідентичність будь-якою ціною й не завжди мирним способом. Внаслідок цього фактично порушуються норми та принципи рівноправ’я націй, народів. Відтак виникає необхідність теоретичного переосмислення підходів до проблем функціонування, розвитку соціокультурних, етноцивілізаційних утворень в єдиному світовому просторі. Доведено, що нерівномірність світового економічного розвитку в майбутньому лише посилюватиметься і, як наслідок, поставить під загрозу досить нестійку єдність світової спільноти. Погляд на глобалізацію, як на інтегральну суму процесів найбільш адекватно відображає вплив цього явища (як творчий, так і руйнівний) на діяльність людей. Все більш чітко розглядається дійсне її обличчя – прагнення західного світу, включаючи США, контролювати цей процес. Безумовно, саме Захід виступає головним провідником глобалізації, але він не визначає її напрямки і результати, глобалізація – це нерівномірний і суперечливий процес.

Показано, що «онтос» як центральна філософська категорія безумовно представляє особливий інтерес для більшості сучасних дослідників у сфері філософського знання. Цей термін репрезентує різні значення, пов’язані з численними трактовками реальності. Остання є багатоаспектною й багатовимірною. Це – універсальна інфраструктура де розгортаються фізичні, хімічні, біологічні, геологічні, соціальні, психічні, духовні процеси. Підтверджено, що сингулярність, яка вибухнула, стала початком для формування універсальної інфраструктури Всесвіту. Подібна інфраструктура – це фундамент для існування всього. Це – мегакомплексна робота, яка стала можливою через колосальні затрати енергії, яка вже здійснилася й продовжує здійснюватися з метою утворення все нових зв’язків та їх припинення, конструювання все нових психофізичних утворень та їх руйнації. Зроблено висновок, що будь-яка форма прояву «буттєвості» постає психофізичним утворенням, адже при максимальному наближенні до його внутрішньої структури, найменші деталі його конструкції зникають. В свою чергу, кожне явище чи процес (включаємо сюди й процес мислення) є надскладними системами зв’язків та взаємозв’язків й, як показали емпіричні дослідження, духовне й матеріальне зводяться одне до одного й постають нерозривною єдністю. Універсальними для сучасної фізики термінами, що приблизно характеризують особливості космічної інфраструктури є «простір», «гравітація», «поле», «сингулярність», «елементарна частинка», «енергія», «маса», «речовина», «безкінечність», «ентропія» тощо. Явища, які ними позначають, репрезентують цінну інформацію щодо деяких моментів творення світу та специфіки тієї часово-просторової версії реальності, яку людський інтелект здатен мислити й сприймати в якості комфортного для себе життєвого середовища.

У даній статті розглядається ідея впливу гравітаційних факторів на комунікаційні процеси, а також здійснюється соціально-філософський аналіз феномена гравітації як однієї з ключових категорій сучасного філософського знання.

У статті на основі компаративного підходу проводиться філософсько-історичний аналіз специфіки етнокультурних чинників, а також визначаються їх місце та роль з огляду на формування етнокультурних цивілізацій.

Kulakov National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology, Moscow, Russian Federation The major goal of perinatal care is to reduce maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Hypertensive disorders which occurs in 10% (in Russia, in 5% to 30%) contribute greatly to the maternal morbidity and mortality. Every year more than 50,000 pregnant women die of the complications of hypertension. In developed countries, these complications rank second among the causes of antenatal and postnatal pathology being responsible for 20% to 25% of perinatal deaths. Hypertensive disorders remain a vital issue in present-day public health. Gestational hypertension, chronic hypertension, and preeclampsia have an important role in routine obstetrics determining maternal mortality and morbidity rates worldwide. Preeclampsia is one of the most common disorders in pregnancy accompanied by local intrauterine and systemic disturbances which result in significant maternal and fetal problems. Studies on the prediction and diagnosis of severe hypertension in pregnancy to determine management strategy, terms and method of birth are of crucial importance. Тto investigate the effects of low molecular organic compound (LMOC) on gastric acid secretion (GAS), pepsin output and the activity of Н+,К+-ATPase in the conditions of carbachol stimulation. GAS stimulated by carbachol was measured by method of isolated perfused stomach, pepsin output was analyzed by colorimetric method for 120 minutes and the activity of Н+,К+-ATPase was assessed spectrophotometrically by the level of anorganic phosphate on 20 white laboratory rats. GAS, pepsin output and the Н+,К+-ATPase activity were decreased under the carbachol stimulation after injection of LMOC. LMOC decreases the gastric acid and pepsin secretion in terms of carbachol stimulation. The inhibition of Н+,К+-ATPase activity is considered as mechanism of antisecretory property of LMOC.

In the review it was characterized today existing biomarkers that allow to detect chronic alcohol abuse, namely: carbohydrate-deficient trans- ferrin, the activity of GGT, ALT, AST, β-hexosaminidase; sialic acid index of apolipoprotein J, circulating levels of cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6), α-1- and α-2 globulins, serum amyloid A4, fibronectin, and others. At present results of the studies of alcohol abusers organism's proteome contain significant amount of artifacts, which are connected with the other substances of double abuse (e.g. cocaine, tobacco), specific nutrition deficiency, and the presence of organs dysfunction. Summarising the scientific literature analysis we can attest the lack of research concerning proteome changes at different stages of alcohol intoxication. An important task is to identify biomarkers that would allow measuring the level of alcohol consumption by detecting tissue damage and other physiological reactions on the alcohol abuse over time. Strategies of alcoholism biomarkers research should include the identification of proteins, which number differs in in alcoholics and non-alcoholics. Decoding of individual proteome is likely to be part of the future personalized medicine.

Purpose . To compare the diagnostic performance of digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) and digital mammography (DM) for breast cancers. Materials and Methods . The study included fifty-seven patients with histologically verified breast cancer. Given the subjective evaluation of the benefits of technology for tomosynthesis imaging of pathological signs characteristic of breast cancer (tumour, focal asymmetry, restructuring or microcalcifications). The data obtained on the base of DM and additional DBT information were assessed according to BI-RADS scale (force BI-RADS). The interdependence between the categories according to BI-RADS scale and the nature of the radiological manifestations of breast cancer was determined using Chi-square (c 2) test. Results . A total of 59 breast cancers were reviewed, including 17 (28.8%) mass lesions, 12 (20.3%) focal asymmetry/density, 6 (10.2%) restructuring, 23 (39.0%) calcifications, and 1 (1.7%) intracystic tumor. Mammography with DBT was more informative to visualize 58.8% of the lesions, 83,3% of focal asymmetry, 94.4% of violations architectonics and only 11.6% of the signs of microcalcifications. When making conclusion on BI-RADS scale, in 84.4% of cases category of findings was increased from 0 (when performing DM) to 4 or 5 (when performing DBT). Category opinions 4A on the scale of BI-RADS in the implementation of DM in 27.3% of cases was increased after evaluation of the images of the DBT, a symptom of malignancy in this category were mainly detected microcalcifications. Significant interdependence ( p < 0,001) between BI-RADS category and pathological radiographic signs was noted. Conclusion . DBT allows to obtain more accurate visual information about mass formation, focal asymmetry, violation of the architectonics and improves the diagnostic efficacy of mammography.

The paper describes the history of formation and development of the scientific school "Physical chemistry of information registration and creation of new functional materials". The main areas of research in different years are presented. The main scientific results obtained by the researchers who worked on the synthesis and study of photographic silver halide materials are revealed. The basic challenges of photographic science at various times are presented. The chronologic effect on the subject and the tradition of scientific research are shown. The reasons for the shift of research topics to the synthesis and research of photocatalysts on the base of nanostructured heterophase photoactive systems are disclosed.

Performed blood pressure (BP) and hemodynamics of 85 students: 30 non-athletes (group I), 27 athletes power enforcement types (group II) and 28 - endurance sports (group III). It was found that the second and third groups had higher systolic and mean arterial pressure than in the I group. There are differences in blood pressure reactivity to changes in body position, mental and physical activity among the various groups studied. It is shown that the formation of moderate hypertension in group III is carried out by increasing peripheral vascular resistance, and II - at the expense of increased cardiac output.

In the article the basic research results of influence of modifier type and amount on adhesive properties of polymeric compositions for repairing the structure decorative elements are presented. The modifier is described and the adhesion strength indices for the modified polymeric solution and the repaired surface are determined.

Influence of the training loading is considered on the program paralympic junior sport school on the indexes of physical qualities of young tennis players 6-8 years. The aim of experiment was an exposure of dynamics of development of motive internalss of young tennis players during three years (6-8 years) under the influence of the training loading on the program of children sport school. In experiment took part the group of initial preparation in an amount 25 children (boys). Research was conducted within the framework of the operative (employments), current (mezocycle) and stage (annual) planning of training process.
