Formulation of the problem. The digital economy, being customer-oriented, highlights the provision of high-quality services and processes. The successful solution of this problem depends on many factors, among which the assessment of the quality of the service of logistics services by the transport system plays an important role. Purpose. For the sustainable development of the transport and logistics system, it is necessary to develop a concept for ensuring the assessment of the quality of logistics services based on a qualimetric approach to obtain a synergistic effect of the system’s functioning Methodology. The methodology and problems of qualimetry concentrate on a comprehensive and quantitative assessment of the quality of objects of any nature, including logistics services. To solve the problem of assessing the synergistic effect of the qualitative functioning of the transport and logistics system, a nonparametric DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method is proposed, which is a highly intelligent method for analyzing the functioning environment due to the fact that its methodology is based on the intelligent technology of benchmarking – comparative analysis based on reference indicators (standards) Results. The transport and logistics system, as an ordered set of elements with certain connections, has special systemic properties that are not inherent in individual elements, but allow for a synergistic effect in the process of functioning. The effect of logistic synergy arises in the process of mutual strengthening of relations between the internal and external environment at the level of input and output material and information flows. Quality management of logistics services is based on the provision of operational information about the quality of logistics services and timely management decisions to ensure this quality. In accordance with the principles of the standards, product quality management is aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and continuously improving the quality of logistics services. Conclusions. To find a general assessment of the efficiency of the functioning of the transport and logistics system based on the DEA method, the following were developed: a model for assessing the effectiveness of input (i.e., use of resources), oriented to the input, and a model for assessing the efficiency of an output (i.e. logistic system), that is output-oriented. The model developed on the basis of the DEA method for assessing the efficiency of the functioning of the transport and logistics system allows to evaluate it as a stable system in a certain period of time, using the normative quality of the performed logistics services.

The article reports the results of the analysis of the field prospecting activities of five exploratory wells at the Karmalinovskoye gas condensate field. We have found that the eastern part of the licensed area is characterized by the lack of fructuring in Paleozoic deposits, and the development of the productive deposit extends in the north-west direction. Hydraulic fracturing made it possible to get a stable gas and gas condensate flow rate in well № 4. This volume exceeds 3,8 times as large than flow rate in wells № 1 and № 2, which were tested after drilling without conducting hydraulic fracturing.

Some properties of the modular lambda function that are similar to those of the modular invariant functions are proved. An algorithm for constructing the minimal polynomial for the values of the lambda function at the points of imaginary quadratic fields is presented; the numbers conjugate to these values are given.

A one-pot method was developed for the preparation of composites containing Cu3(BTC)2 and phosphotungstic acid with controllable content of polyoxometallate in the matrix of a coordination polymer. It was shown that increase of the polyoxometallate content of the composite led to complication in the system of pores in the coordination polymer and to reduction of their size. The catalytic properties of the composites in the formation of dimethyl ether from methanol were studied.

4-Hydroxy-/4-oxo tautomerism in the series of 3-substituted 2-methyl-quinolin-4(1H)-ones has been studied by 13C NMR-spectroscopy and quantum-chemical methods in various approximations (restricted Hartree-Fock method, DFT and MP2) for the isolated molecules and for solutions using empirical correction of effects for solvents (PCM COSMO procedure). Substituents that are different in their nature have no significant influence on the value of the chemical shift of carbon in position C4 of the quinolone cycle. The only exception is the carbon shielding associated with the bromine atom in the molecule of 3-bromo-2-methyl-1,4-dihydroquinoline-4-one. Significant deshielding detected in all cases in 13C NMR-spectra of the carbon nuclei in position 4 of the ring is in favour of the existence of all derivatives studied as 4-oxo forms in DMSO-d6 solution. The experimental and calculated values for the chemical shift of carbon in position C4 of 4-oxo and 4-hydroxy isomers differ considerably and can be used as a criterion for assigning quinolin-4 (1H)-ones to a particular tautomeric form.

Catalytic properties of the RhSe2/Ga/H-ZSM-5 system formed upon thermal treatment of a mechanical mixture of rhodium selenochloride Rh2Se9Cl6 and a gallium-containing zeolite Ga/H-ZSM-5 at 300–340°C in a flow of nitrogen were studied in the course of glycerol dehydration in the gas phase. It was shown that the promotion of Ga/H-ZSM-5 with rhodium selenide RhSe2 makes higher the yield of the target product acrolein.

Adequate primary and secondary prevention of thromboembolic complications is one of the main goals of management of patients with atrial fibrillation. Many years of practice and experience of warfarin use, unfortunately, did not lead to wider and more efficient use of anticoagulation therapy. New oral anticoagulants devoid of drawbacks of warfarin, which prevented its prescription and long-term use, have appeared in the past few years. One of them, the most studied, with the largest list of indications for use, and very attractive, is rivaroxaban.

Experimental data on the motion of He II driven by an oscillating quartz tuning fork are analyzed. It is found that before a certain threshold of a parameter with the structure of the Reynolds number is reached, the normal and superfluid components move independently. Then the force and drag coefficient are entirely determined by the motion of the normal component. For values of the parameter above the threshold (critical for the velocity), turbulence sets in and is related to quantum effects below the superconducting transition temperature. The universality of the motion of liquid helium at temperatures above the transition point is also discussed.

Background The search of criteria of differential enzymatic activity of cyclooxygenase-2 and matrix metalloproteinases immunocompetent cells of granulomas in the primary and secondary apical periodontitis (AP) provides information about the features of lesions of periodontal stromal component, and it can be used as the basis for future therapeutic intervention. Objective. The purpose of this study was to compare the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the cellular composition of granulation tissue, which formed during primary and secondary apical periodontitis; comparison of morphological characteristics of the structure apical granuloma with immunohistochemical indicators of markers expression of cluster of differentiation CD3, CD4, CD8, CD68, CD138, CD20 and cyclooxygenase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase 9. Methods. The study included 59 patients aged 18 to 50 years with apical periodontitis. Patients were divided into 2 clinical group: 1 – with primary periodontitis and 2 – with secondary periodontitis. For morphological studies using peryapikalnoyi granulation tissue biopsies. Results. Significant differences were found for the fractions of CD4+ T helper cells (p=0,034, r=0,321), CD20+ mature B lymphocytes (p=0,001, r=0,671), CD68+ macrophages (p=0,011, r=0,684) and CD138+ plasma cells (p=0,002, r=0,645). And, also likely decrease in the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ (p=0,002, r=0,645), by reducing the fraction of CD4+ T-helper cells, against reducing the number of leukocytes, expression of MMP-9 (p=0,04, r=0,302) and COX-2 (p=0,013, r=0,321) with secondary apical periodontitis, compared to the primary periodontitis. Conclusion. Disease progression and the beginning of the destruction of bone tissue with the formation of granulation tissue is the result of abnormal immune responses, III and IV type hypersensitivity reactions, with the formation of immune granulomas. Background. There are no complete data on the occurrence of bacteria in the outbreak of chronic inflammation a consequence of their high virulence, or the result of a defect of local mechanisms of immune protection. To answer these questions, as well as to evaluate the nature, severity changes periapical tissues of the tooth and the activity of the inflammatory process in the apex of the tooth root is possible only during the morphological study of biopsy material. Objective. The aim of this work was to study the cellular composition and ultrastructural features of the granulation tissue formed during the current the primary and secondary apical periodontitis. Methods. There were included in the histological examination of the teeth 78, who underwent resection of the apex, followed by a fence of histological material. For ultrastructural studies of granuloma periodontal tissue samples were fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution, material embedded in Epon-812 («SPI-Pon ™ 812 Epoxy Embedding Kit», USA). The study was conducted using a transmission electron microscopy. Results. In the development of destructive periodontal inflammation are actively involved both specific and non-specific mechanisms of immunity. Conclusion. In primary periodontitis granulation tissue contains a moderate amount of white blood cells of various types, as well as single macrophages and plasma cells with reduced functional activity. In secondary periodontitis granuloma contains numerous mononuclear macrophages, plasma cells and giant multinucleated cells with increased activity, which corresponds to the morphological picture of the formation of immune granulomas. An experimental study is carried out on the influence of acoustic emission on the development of turbulent flow in He II at temperature 370 mK and at various pressures, from the saturated vapor pressure to that of 4He crystallization. The experimental technique of oscillating quartz tuning fork was applied for simultaneously exciting both superfluid flow, near the oscillating tuning fork prongs, and the acoustic wave emission. The flow rate of He II and the amplitude of the radiated acoustic waves were driven by the fork prongs, excited by voltage oscillations. Furthermore, the power of an acoustic wave depends on the density and sound velocity in He II as ρ/c 5, which in turn depends on the pressure. This allowed to measure the influence of the amplitude of acoustic emission on the flow in He II. It has been shown that the occurrence of acoustic radiation by tuning fork leads to an increased flow velocity for the beginning of nonlinear flow regime.

The purpose of this paper is to review models of autoassociative, distributed memory that can be naturally implemented by neural networks (mainly with local learning rules and iterative dynamics based on information locally available to neurons). В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены модели автоассоциативной распределенной памяти, которые могут быть естественным образом реализованы нейронными сетями. У цьому огляді розглянуто моделі автоасоціативної розподіленої пам’яті, які можуть бути природним чином реалізовані нейронними мережами.

The CuO–CeO 2 –MeO x (Me = Zr, Ti, Mn, Al; x = 1.5–2) solids were tested in the preferential CO oxidation reaction in hydrogen-rich gas mixtures (PROX). We study an effect of a support (MeO x ) the CO conversion and selectivity in the PROX reaction showing that monoclinic zirconia (m-zirconia) with low surface area is the most effective support. The optimal catalyst composition was determined by varying copper and ceria loadings over m-zirconia. XRD and XPS studies indicate that a good catalytic performance of m-zirconia supported copper–ceria catalysts may be attributed to the presence of dispersed Cu-containing species that interact with CeO 2 and ZrO 2 .

The possibility of formation of nanocrystalline Ti-Al-N coatings using the method of ion-plasma deposition is demonstrated. The mechanical and tribotechnical characteristics of the coatings in comparison with TiN coating are studied. Ti-Al-N nanocomposite coatings possess high hardness (35 GPa) and higher wear resistance and lower wear capacity as compared to TiN coating. For a grain size of 12–15 nm the nanostructural Ti-Al-N coating has the following elemental composition: Ti ≈ 60 at %, N ≈ 30 at %, Al ≈ 10 at %. The phase composition of the coating represents the solid solution (Ti, Al)N. For this elemental and phase composition and nanograin size maximal hardness and elasticity modulus of the coating are found.

The gas phase methane oxidative carbonylation was studied in the presence of molecular oxygen over silica materials including their mechanical mixtures with rhodium chalcogen chlorides obtained in non-aqueous inorganic media. The formation of Rh4SCl7, Rh4S9Cl2, Rh4Se5Cl3 and Rh3Se3Cl solids was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR absorption spectroscopy, XPS and X-ray diffraction. Silica, vanadium-, and molybdenum-containing mesoporous molecular sieves have been used as supports. It was found that productivity of oxygenates (methanol, methyl acetate and acetic acid) depends mainly on the method of the catalyst preparation and the type of the support.

We studied the catalytic properties of copper–cerium oxide systems, deposited on supports obtained by calcination of yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide at 300-1000 °C, in the reaction of selective oxidation of CO in a stream of hydrogen. We have shown that the catalytic activity of the samples obtained correlates with the activity of the original supports in the reaction of CO oxidation: the highest CO conversion is observed on catalysts with the highest and the lowest specific surface area.

Human altruism is a widespread phenomenon that puzzled evolutionary biologists since Darwin. Economic games illustrate human altruism by showing that behavior deviates from economic predictions of profit maximization. A game that most plainly shows this altruistic tendency is the Dictator Game. We hypothesized that human altruistic behavior is to some extent hardwired and that a likely candidate that may contribute to individual differences in altruistic behavior is the arginine vasopressin 1a (AVPR1a) receptor that in some mammals such as the vole has a profound impact on affiliative behaviors. In the current investigation, 203 male and female university students played an online version of the Dictator Game, for real money payoffs. All subjects and their parents were genotyped for AVPR1a RS1 and RS3 promoter-region repeat polymorphisms. Parents did not participate in online game playing. As variation in the length of a repetitive element in the vole AVPR1a promoter region is associated with differences in social behavior, we examined the relationship between RS1 and RS3 repeat length (base pairs) and allocation sums. Participants with short versions (308-325 bp) of the AVPR1a RS3 repeat allocated significantly (likelihood ratio = 14.75, P = 0.001, df = 2) fewer shekels to the 'other' than participants with long versions (327-343 bp). We also implemented a family-based association test, UNPHASED, to confirm and validate the correlation between the AVPR1a RS3 repeat and monetary allocations in the dictator game. Dictator game allocations were significantly associated with the RS3 repeat (global P value: likelihood ratio chi(2) = 11.73, df = 4, P = 0.019). The association between the AVPR1a RS3 repeat and altruism was also confirmed using two self-report scales (the Bardi-Schwartz Universalism and Benevolence Value-expressive Behavior scales). RS3 long alleles were associated with higher scores on both measures. Finally, long AVPR1a RS3 repeats were associated with higher AVPR1a human post-mortem hippocampal messenger RNA levels than short RS3 repeats (one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA): F = 15.04, P = 0.001, df = 14) suggesting a functional molecular genetic basis for the observation that participants with the long RS3 repeats allocate more money than participants with the short repeats. This is the first investigation showing that a common human polymorphism, with antecedents in lower mammals, contributes to decision making in an economic game. The finding that the same gene contributing to social bonding in lower animals also appears to operate similarly in human behavior suggests a common evolutionary mechanism.

Gas phase carbonylation of methane is studied in the presence of molecular oxygen over pure carbon carriers and carbon supported rhodium chalcogen halides. Activated carbons and fullerene blacks have been used as carbon supports. XPS and IR-spectroscopy data show the formation of rhodium chalcogen halides in solids prepared by different methods. We have found that the productivity of acetic acid by carbon supported rhodium chalcogen halides depends strongly on the carbon carrier and the method of the catalyst preparation. Namely, the catalyst with highest productivity for the acetic acid is prepared by synthesizing the rhodium chalcogen halide over the carbon support followed by thermal destruction. We have also found that rhodium chalcogen halides over activated carbons are more active compared with fullerene supported catalysts.

The morphological and catalytic properties of samples of nanomeric zirconium dioxide, stabilized with yttrium oxide, manufactured via the effect of a UHF field during the process of drying precipitated zirconium hydroxide and calcination at temperatures from 300 to 1000 °C, were studied. It was shown that the highest activity in the oxidation of CO occurred with 40 nm particles of zirconium dioxide prepared at 1000 °C.

New rhodium selenochlorides Rh4Se16Cl10 and Rh4Se18Cl10 whose structure is based on the cluster “cubane” [Rh4(μ3-Se)4] and products of their thermal transformations were obtained. The catalytic properties of the compounds on various carbon and silica supports in oxidative carbonylation of methane in the gas phase and their dependence on the catalyst preparation technique, type of support, and size of its nanopores were analyzed.

The catalytic characteristics of systems prepared by mechanically mixing iron oxide nanoparticles, produced in the thermolysis of carboxylate complexes at 300–750°C, with aluminum oxide in the oxidation of CO were studied. It was shown that increase in the size of the iron oxide nanoparticles leads to decrease in the catalytic activity of the samples as a result of their different structural and textural characteristics, which change in relation to the synthesis conditions.

A study was carried out on the oxidation of CO on catalysts with different fractal dimension in kinetic and internal diffusion modes. A linear relationship was found between the fractal dimension of the catalyst DF and the γ coefficient in the reaction-diffusion equation. The fractal dimension of the catalyst could be calculated from the macrokinetic measurements.

We have studied the catalytic properties of copper-cerium oxide catalysts, supported on zirconium, aluminum, titanium, and manganese oxides, in the reaction of selective oxidation of CO in hydrogen-rich mixtures. We have shown that the high activity and selectivity of catalysts supported on zirconium and aluminum oxides is connected with the presence of (in addition to divalent copper) higher amounts of copper in the (+1) oxidation state in the catalysts.

We propose a simple method for the qualitative study of charge processes in a liquid crystal layer at the silicon surface. The method is based on the field effect that has been induced by charges that are localized near the silicon surface. The method is sensitive to the sign of accumulating charge and does allow monitoring a change of the surface charge.

The dopamine D4 receptor (DRD4) is a candidate gene in the search for a genetic etiology of schizophrenia and for pharmacogenetic factors in the response to antipsychotic treatment. Previous work has not found linkage or association of a polymorphism in exon 3 of this gene with diagnosis of schizophrenia or response to clozapine. In this study we examined this association in Israeli schizophrenic subjects treated with clozapine, compared to ethnically matched controls. Another polymorphism of this gene, in exon 1, was also studied. Both polymorphisms showed no association with schizophrenia or treatment response. A significant difference in allelic distribution of DRD4 exon 3 polymorphism was found between Ashkenazi and non-Ashkenazi control subjects.
