The penetration of computer technology in general education in our country started more than half a century ago. Alexander Yurievich Uvarov was among those who started the work in the field of digital renewal of education. Today he is the Doctor of Sciences (Education), Professor at the Institute of Education of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, leading researcher at the Axel Berg Institute of Cybernetics and Educational Computing of the Federal Research Center “Computer Science and Control” of the Russian Academy of Sciences, laureate of the RF Government Prize in Education, long-time member of the editorial board of Informatics and Education journal. A. Yu. Uvarov made a significant contribution to the development of school informatics. His organizational activities and research largely determined the reality and future prospects for the digitalization of the national school. It is necessary to emphasize the importance and scientific significance of the research carried out by A. Yu. Uvarov.In January 2023, he turned eighty years old. The biography of this researcher, well known in Russia and abroad, reflects, as in a mirror, the half-century history of the digital renewal of the Russian school.

The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of the school education system in Kazakhstan, in which one of the main sections is the development and implementation of state compulsory standards of general secondary education in all educational organizations, taking into account the various types of educational organizations, and the systematic revision of the education content. All transformations in the country were carried out through the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education” and state programs of the education system development. At present, State Compulsory Educational Standard -2012 is in effect in the republic, the essence of which is creation of the basis for updating the education content, transition to the 12-year education and the education digitalization. At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan takes part in international studies jointly with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), as well as TIMSS, PISA, PIAAC, TALIS.

— Learning the basics of financial computation to improve financial literacy of students in school mathematics is not enough to deepen modern eco-nomic knowledge and its correct application in life practice, which requires a more comprehensive view of the process of teaching mathematics. The purpose of the research – to prepare a teaching guide during the process of studying math-ematics in high school on the formation of financial literacy skills. Research methods - expertise and pedagogical experiment, theoretical, methodical and mathematical analysis of educational and methodical complexes and manuals, textbooks used in schools of the country, scientific and theoretical problems, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, methodical and mathematical litera-ture aimed at teaching the basics of financial literacy in mathematics classes. Re-sults - methods of teaching the basics of financial statements in mathematics les-sons in high school will increase not only students' knowledge of mathematics, but also the level of knowledge about financial calculations and their interest in learning and their ability to read, the quality of knowledge acquisition and their ability to increase their financial literacy. The results of the study can be used to train future mathematics teachers in secondary schools and higher education institutions, to improve the teaching content and methodology of mathematics, and to improve the professional development of teachers.

Estimates were obtained in the form of a regression function of the main macroeconomic indicators of national economy by example of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of its operation as a part of regional customs union and interaction with the rest of the world. After testing for spurious regression functions the econometric model was built for small open economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its sustainability indicator was evaluated. This model describes budgetary equilibrium conditions taking into account government debt as well as equilibrium conditions in the markets of goods, money, and capital. Macroeconomic analysis has been conducted on the basis of the model. Proposed and illustrated an approach of estimating the optimal values of economic policy instruments in the functioning of the national economy within the regional customs union and its interaction with the outside world. The task of parametric control of macroeconomic indicators of national economy based on the econometric model taking into account constrains to budget deficit, government debt and inflation is formulated and solved.
