Rat-bite fever (RBF) is a zoonotic infection and systemic febrile illness transmitted to humans by Rattus spp. contacts following a scratch, bite, or touching excrement, such as urine, feces, and oral secretions. Infection with members of the genus Streptobacillus is the most common cause of this infectious disease. In this review article, we updated the knowledge on the RBF caused by the genus Streptobacillus based on the isolation and identification methods, virulence factors, clinical signs, differential diagnoses, antibiogram, treatment, geographical distribution, and epidemiology. Moreover, the present paper's comprehensive analysis of over 200 infection cases attributed to this genus, spanning from 1915 to 2023, sheds light on its epidemiology and provides valuable insights for the future.

Introduction: The genus Rhodococcus, first described by Zopf in 1891, comprises 56 species with validly published names. This bacterium belongs to the phylum Actinobacteria, class Actinobacteria, order Mycobacteriales, and family Nocardiaceae. Notable characteristics of this bacterial genus include: Gram-positive, partially acid-fast positive, catalase-positive, non-spore-forming, and non-motile. The use of molecular methods such as 16S rRNA gene sequencing, along with phenotypic methods, has been suggested for the identification of this bacterium. To date, nine species of the genus Rhodococcus have been reported from clinical specimens. Currently, microbroth dilution is the standard method for assessing the antibiotic susceptibility testing of Rhodococcus species. The pattern of antibiotic resistance in Rhodococcus species varies based on geographical region, and it is recommended that antibiotic susceptibility testing be performed for clinical isolates.

Abstract Background The prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has increased in the last decade, resulting in enduring psychological effects, including negative body image. This study explored the effect of mindfulness-based art therapy (MBAT) on body image in women with PCOS. Methods In a randomized, single-blind, controlled trial conducted in Kerman, Iran, women of reproductive age (18–45) who were diagnosed with PCOS and met specific inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to either the MBAT intervention group or a control group placed on a therapy waiting list. The main focus of the study involved evaluating alterations in body image scores as the primary measure. Additionally, the study assessed secondary outcomes, which encompassed various domains of the Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ) before, immediately after, and one month after the intervention. The trial is registered with www.irct.ir (Registration code (25/01/2020): IRCT20170611034452N9). Results Between August 2020 and January 2021, 66 participants were randomly assigned to the MBAT or waiting list group, and the study was completed by 60 women. At the end of the intervention, body image (adjusted mean difference from baseline (AMD) of 29.22 [95% CI 19.54, 38.90], P 0.05), health orientation (p 0.05), had higher scores than did the control group. Abstract Leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) is involved in the progression of different cancers. In this study, we investigated the effect of anti-LIF antibodies on immune-related gene expression in the Balb/c mouse model of breast cancer. To immunize mice against LIF, recombinant LIF with Freund adjuvant was injected into the test group, whereas the control group received phosphate-buffered saline with adjuvant. Tumor induction (4T1 cell line) was performed by increasing the antibody titer. The expression of immune-related genes was evaluated by real-time PCR. The anti-LIF titer was significantly increased in the immunized group. The expression of genes related to the differentiation of T helper (Th)-1, Th-2, and Th-17 cells was significantly higher in the immunized group than in the control group. In addition, anti-LIF did not have a significant effect on the expression of genes related to the differentiation of regulatory T cells, and immune checkpoint-associated genes. Additionally, the test group had higher survival and lower tumor development rates. The results demonstrated that the anti-LIF antibody may potentially play a role in the differentiation of immune cells or immune responses. However, further studies utilizing advanced techniques are necessary to validate its function.

BackgroundTo address knowledge gaps, this study aimed to investigate the involvement of inflammasomes in the etiology of azoospermia. This study focused on the gene expression of key inflammasome components, including NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP-3), CASPASE-1, Interleukin-1β (IL-1β), Interleukin-18 (IL-18), NLR family CARD domain-containing protein 4/ice protease-activating factor (NLRC-4/IPAF), and Absent in melanoma 2 (AIM-2).MethodsWe analyzed gene expression in blood and testicular tissue from patients with obstructive azoospermia (OA) and non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA). Additionally, we compared IL-1β and IL-18 expression levels in seminal plasma samples using the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. For comparison, blood samples from normospermic (NS) individuals were also genetically evaluated.ResultsOur results indicated significantly higher gene expression of inflammasome components in NOA patients than those in OA patients either in blood or in testicular tissue. Both azoospermic groups exhibited higher mRNA levels of inflammasome genes comparing with those from blood samples of NS men. Seminal plasma samples showed significantly increased levels of IL-1β and IL-18 in NOA patients compared to men with OA. The ROC curve analysis indicated strong and significant predictive power of IL-18, AIM-2 and NLRC-4/IPAF gene expression profiles between NOA vs. NS patients and NOA vs. OA.ConclusionsOur findings highlight the role of hidden chronic inflammation in azoospermia, particularly within the NOA group. This study provides a foundation for further detailed research, which could aid in the development of diagnostic panels to differentiate between various azoospermic groups.

Introduction: Specialized training is the most crucial turning point of education in obtaining the professions related to medical sciences. Peer learning has advantages, including saving time and eliminating the limitations of traditional education. The purpose of current educational program during the COVID19 pandemic was to reduce students’ stress and more accepted in the parasitology PhD exam. Method: Faculty members and MsC Students in the Department of Medical Parasitology, Yazd medical university, performed the present developmental study based on the reference books and curriculum. First, a training virtual platform was designe using a topic, picture, video of a parasite or parasitic diseases between the learners under the supervision of all the scientific members. Learners designed questions and their answers for each title in the virtual platform. In the end, to help the students to participate in the PhD exam, two virtual pre-exams were also designed. Finally, the satisfaction level of faculty members and students, as wll as their stress level's was evaluate using Excel software. Results: Of 25 student participants, six succeeded in the first stage and finally, three of them were accepted in the second stage of the parasitology Ph.D. exam in the 2021-2022 academic years. Implementation of this peer learning method was also effective in reducing the stress level of students in the Ph.D. exam. Conclusion: Considering the success of the peer learning program using virtual learning in current study and more passing in the Ph.D. exam, it suggests that this plan will be implemented in other educational groups with postgraduate education.

Abstract Objective The ongoing outbreak of the respiratory disease coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) is currently presenting a major global health threat. This pandemic is unprecedented in recent human history. The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between cycle quantitation (Cq) and laboratory parameters in COVID‐19 patients, aiming to determine if Cq levels can provide valuable insights into the COVID‐19 disease. Methods This study involved 234 participants who were divided into case and control groups. Real‐time PCR tests were used to diagnose COVID‐19 cases in the study participants. Blood tests, including complete blood count, C‐reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), D‐dimer, IgG, and IgM, were also conducted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22 software. Results The findings showed that COVID‐19‐positive cases had significantly higher levels of the neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (PLR), D‐dimer, ESR, CRP, and LDH compared to normal cases. Additionally, the case group had significantly lower lymphocyte and platelet counts. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between Cq levels and lymphocyte count (r = .124, p = .014). Conversely, there was a statistically significant inverse correlation between Cq levels and NLR (r = −.208, p = .017). Furthermore, the evaluation of hematological, inflammatory, and biochemical indexes in COVID‐19 patients using the receiver‐operating characteristics curve demonstrated statistically appropriate sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion Our outcomes indicated a significant association between Cq levels and PLR, NLR, D‐dimer, CRP, and ESR in COVID‐19 patients. Consequently, including the report of laboratory parameters alongside Cq values offers a promising prognosis.

Today’s cyber-attacks are getting more sophisticated and their volume is consistently growing. Organizations suffer from various attacks in their lifetime each of which exploiting different vulnerabilities, therefore, preventing them all is not affordable nor effective. Hence, selecting the optimal set of security countermeasures to protect IT assets from being compromised is a challenging task which requires various considerations such as vulnerabilities characteristics, countermeasures effectiveness, existing security policies and budget limitations. In this paper, a dynamic security risk management framework is presented which identifies the optimal risk mitigation plans for preventing ongoing cyber-attacks regarding limited budget. Structural and probabilistic analysis of system model are conducted in two parallel and independent aspects in which the most probable system's risk hotspots are identified. Suitability of countermeasures are also calculated based on their ability in covering vulnerabilities and organizational security policies. Moreover, a novel algorithm for dynamically conducting cost-benefit analysis is proposed which identifies optimal security risk mitigation plans. Finally, practical applicability is ensured by using a case study.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of different mental and physical training methods on the motor function of girls and boys.Methods: This study was quasi-experimental research. The statistical sample consisted of 80 male and female students of Boshruyeh City in equal numbers and with a mean age of 14±0.9 years old who were randomly assigned into four groups of 20 participants (Physical Training, Traditional Imagery, PETTLEP, and Control groups). The participants took part in the pre-test and then practiced for six weeks. After training, they participated in the acquisition test To analyze the data, one-way analysis of variance, two-way repeated measures analysis of variance, and LSD post hoc tests were used. A significance level of 0.05 was considered.Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference in motor function between boys and girls based on the different training methods. The motor function of both genders has improved significantly in the Physical Training and PETTLEP groups. Also, the level of motor function of girls and boys was significantly better in the PETTLEP group than in other groups. In addition, Boys in PETTLEP have better motor function than girls.Conclusion: The findings of the study highlight the importance and necessity of paying attention to the methods of physical training and PETTLEP in improving the motor function of students according to their gender. An increase in the motor function of students can be expected especially for boys, by adding the PETTLEP in their training plan.

Macroscopic, microscopic and geochemical studies carried out on albite-bearing metasomatites and metasomatic rhyolites hosting the magnetite-apatite deposit of Chogharat indicate the presence of three generations of albite with different concentrations of REE-Y-Ti-Th, in response to T-P reduction and chemical changes of the fluids and the ratio of fluid to rock. The geochemical analysis of the low Ca/Na fluids shows a deficiency in REE-Th mineralization in the white albites, while in the fluids with medium Ca/Na, the REE mineralization (REE>Th) has occurred in the pinkish albites. In contrast, fluids with high Ca/Na indicate Th mineralization (Th>REE) in the red albites. The stable isotopes of C-O on the paragenetic calcites show REE-Y-Ti-Th mineralization of albites due to High-T hydrothermal fluids. Otherwise, the stable O-C isotopes of the Ghoghart apatites and stable isotopes of S in the ore deposits of the BMD verify the role of evaporitic brines and fluid-rock interaction on the mineralization. The presence of calcite and titanite, associated with the calcic-amphiboles and clinopyroxenes, Ca-inclusions in the thorite structure and Ca-content of the thorites, indicate thorite mineralization from the Co32- and Ca2+ fluids due to low activity of the chlorine. According to this study, the source of metasomatism is mainly evaporitic brines with a minor amount of magmatic and related hydrothermal fluids. Mineralization is the result of interaction of the magmatic and hydrothermal fluids of the Late Ediacaran- Early Cambrian plutonic/ subvolcanic intrusions with the evaporitic brines, derived from the synchronous evaporitic sequence. Introduction Metasomatism often causes the extensive mineralogic and chemical changes of rocks (Enjvik et al., 2018). Alkaline metasomatism, as one of the most important mineralization processes, could be classified to the high-temperature and medium- to low-temperature types (Zhao, 2005). High-T and medium- to low-T alkaline metasomatism are associated with the Nb-Ta-Li-Br and U-REE mineralization, respectively. The mean array of U, Th, and REE of the associated ore deposits of alkali-metasomatism is not high, but because of their relatively high tonnage are considered important prospecting goals that usually form in the faulted area and in relation to the deep regional structures (Zhao, 2005; Cuney and Kyser, 2008). Until now different sources of metasomatic processes are suggested for the Ghoghart magnetite-apatite in the BMD (e.g. Khoshnoodi et al., 2017; Aftabi and Mohseni, 2020; Bonyadi and Sadeghi, 2020; Aftabi et al., 2021; Majidi et al., 2021). In addition, association of Ti with this type of ore deposits is less reported and associated with U(Th), REE, Ti is considered a rare phenomena in the ore deposits of this district, not reported yet. In this research, the nature of REE-Y-Ti-Th mineralizing fluids in the Ghoghart deposit would be studied. Research method After field studies, 44 samples of the Ghoghart host metasomatic rhyolites are selected for petrographic microscopy out of 63 collected samples. For complementary mineralogical studies, 24 samples of the 3-generation albite-bearing metasmatites are studied by the Scanning Electron microscopy, model LEO-1400 with 17-19kV, ray dim. 12 and 20 nA and 12 samples of different-generation albites are analyzed XRD by the Philips Xpert pro in the Iranian mineral processing center and 9 samples are analyzed by the Raman spectrometer of Senterra 2009 model of the Germany Brucker Co. with penetration depth of 2µm, spectral width of 200-3500 cm-1, wavelength of 785 nm, CCD detector and resolution> 3 cm-1 in the nano-electronic Lab of the Tehran University. Furthermore 22 samples of metasomatites with different generations of albites are analyzed ICP-MS at the Zarazma Lab, Iran. To constrain the source of mineralizing fluids, O-H isotopic analysis of 4 apatite samples are performed at the Hangaria Lab, Hungry. After petrography of fluid inclusion on the 1-generation calcite of albite-bearing metasomatites, 8 selected samples of calcite are analyzed in the Ottawa University Lab., Canada. Results The macroscopic, microscopic, and geochemical studies on the host albite-bearing metasomatites and metasomatic rhyolites of the Ghoghart magnetite-apatite deposit show extensive and intense effect of alkali-metasomatic and hydrothermal processes, associated with the sodic, sodic-calcic, potassic, and late carbonate± quartz alterations. The REE-Y-Ti-Th mineralization is related to the sodic-calcic alteration, which is shown as the 2- and the 3-generation albites. Intimate association of this mineralization with the related albites reveal their common genesis and follow the spatial pattern of the sodic, and sodic-calcic alterations. The REE and incompatible REE patterns show a common pattern of the LREE enrichment to the HREE, which is the characteristic of subduction zone magmas, in all samples. The stable O-H isotopes of the paragenetic calcite with the albites show albitization and REE-Y-Ti-Th mineralization due to the HT-hydrothermal fluids. The stable O-H isotopic study on the 1-generation apatites of the Ghoghart magnetite ore rocks display the role of evaporitic brines and rock-fluid interaction on the ore formation. Mixing of magmatic and HT-hydrothermal fluids with these evaporitic brines caused mineralization and associated alteration in the Ghoghard deposit. Moreover, stable sulfur isotopes show evaporitic brines as the main source of mineralizing fluids with minor effect of magmatic fluids. Infiltration of the hot oxide brines enriched in the REE-Y-Ti-Th, P, and Ca ± Fe, caused the weak sodic alteration (> 170 ºC) and sodic-calcic alteration (> 280ºC) of the host rocks, which was associated with extensive deposition of the magnetite-albite, low-grade magnetite-scapolite, and high-grade magnetite-actinolite. In the late stage of sodic-calcic alteration, magnetite-apatite (280-245ºC) has formed. The potassic alteration after the former aforementioned mineralization phases (> 280ºC, ~ 200ºC) and then the sericite, chlorite, and epidote assemblage is formed by the LT-hydrothermal fluids (180-250ºC) as the last stage of mineralization (Bonyadi and Sadeghi, 2020). Microtheremore data of the fluid inclusions of the calcites, related to the albite-bering metasomatites, and 1-generation apatites confirm the recorded alteration temperatures. Association of the calcite, titanite with the calcic-amphiboles and clino-pyroxene (actinolite and augite), Ca-inclusions in the thorite structure and Ca content of the thorites (CaO ~ 2.3%) indicate deposition of the thorites from the Ca2+ and Co32- bearing carbonate fluids due to the low-activity of Cl in the REE-Y-Ti-Th mineralization zones. According to this study, fluids with low-content of Ca/Na, did not cause or were associated with minor REE and Th mineralization (white 1-generation albites). The fluids with medium amount of Ca/Na caused the REE mineralization (REE>Th, 2-generation pale pink albitities) whereas the high Ca/Na content fluids was associated with the Th mineralization (Th>REE, 3-generation dark pink albites). The Th deposition occurred under the Eh and ph changes and also the fluid/rock ratio, revealed by the exsolution evidences; In fact, the increase of ph has occurred due to the expelling of CO2 from the mineralizing fluids along the fractures.This phenomena had a considerable effect on deposition of the Th-bearing carbonate complexes. The ph increase of the mineralizing fluid was associated with silica content of the fluid as the silicic acid that caused deposition of the Th-silicates. Discussion and conclusion Subduction of the Prototethys under the central Iranian crustal blocks during the late Neoproterozoic-Early Cambrian caused an extensive granitoid magmatism that was accompanied by deposition of the equivalent evaporitic-volcaniclastic deposition (Esfordi Formation) in the extensional back-arc basins (Ramezani and Tucker, 2003). The edicaran-lower Cambrian Fe-P mineralization in the BMD shows a genetic relation with these granitoids, related volcanic rocks, and associated synchronous evaporitic-volcaniclastic deposits. In fact, the intrusive and subvolcanic intrusions, as a thermal, engine caused heating of the evaporitic brines of the synchronous adjacent basins. The most important characteristic of these brines is their high Na/K and Cl/S content. These hot alkali-enriched, sulfur- oxide brines leached their passing host rocks and transferred the REE-Y-Ti-Th elements. The result was sodic and sodic-calcic metasomatism with REE-Y-Ti-Th mineralization. The results of this research constrain the mainly evaporitic brines with a minor amount of magmatic and related hydrothermal fluids as the source of metasomatism. In fact, mineralization is the result of magmatic and hydrothermal fluids of the Late Ediacaran- Early Cambrian plutonic/ subvolcanic interaction with the evaporitic brines, derived from the evaporitic sequence (Esfordi Formation). Today, with the expansion of transportation, several road construction projects have been implemented in several parts of the world. The aim of this study is to stabilize and test sand using cement and drainage wastewater from the ceramic industry. Use of drained wastewater is to reduce the environmental pollution caused by drainage wastewater and reduced consumption of natural resources. In the first stage, the potential of off-site production by the factories and the advantages of using it were investigated. The optimal mixing plan was then obtained by performing a UCS test on samples that were made with different amounts of cement and wastewater. Other specifications of the desired mixture were: single gravity resistance, elasticity modulus, UCS, loss of resistance in saturation and microscopic structure of the particles. In the final stage, the efficiency of the mixture was studied using numerical modeling by finite element method. According to the results obtained from the experiments, it was found that adding 7.5% cement and 12.5% of dried wastewater, the UCS of sand increase from 0.005 MPa to 0.3 MPa and the sand elasticity modulus increase from MPa 5 to 65MPa. The specimen resistance did not increase significantly since the tenth day, and its saturation caused the resistance of the specimens to be reduced by 50%. The results of EDX and XRF tests revealed that the desired water included heavy metals. in addition use of wastewater reducing the consumption of natural resources, reduces the entry of heavy metals into the environment and urban environments. The level of surface treatment was obtained using sand-shaped modeling; which was considered as a substrate stabilizing element, and other pavement layers. The sum of the summands obtained from the modeling with the maximum allowed values was compared which provided satisfactory results. Finally, the processed sand could be used by deep mixing method to stabilize the subgrade of roads.

Background: Since the expansion of new technologies, the development of media literacy, and the lack of sufficient movement of people have led to motor illiteracy, the use of new educational approaches can increase the level of children's physical literacy. Aims: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the efficacy of cognitive-motor intervention on physical literacy and enjoyment of physical activity among female students in a two-month follow-up plan. Methods: The present research is semi-experimental. The statistical population included female students aged 10 to 12 years old in Yazd city, 40 of them (20 in the experimental group, 20 in the control group) using the purposeful sampling method and performing physical literacy tests and completing the enjoyment of physical activity questionnaire by Moore et al. (2001) participated in this research in the form of pre-test, post-test, and follow-up. The experimental group participated in the cognitive-motor program for 18 sessions, 3 sessions per week, and the control group did their usual activities and did not receive any intervention. Data analysis was performed using mixed analysis of variance with repeated measurement and independent t-test at a significance level of p≤0.05. Results: The results showed that the participants of the experimental group performed better in physical literacy and enjoyment of physical activity in the post-test and follow-up than the pre-test, but in the control group, there was no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. Also, comparing the groups, the results showed that the participants of the experimental group performed better than the control group in terms of motivation in physical literacy and enjoyment of physical activity. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, cognitive-motor intervention can be used to develop physical literacy and increase the enjoyment of physical activity in female students.

Abstract Objective Acquired resistance to antifungal agents is rising among Candida species. Herbal extracts including Capsicum annum extracts have biological profits, which can be employed to overcome drug resistance in fungal species. The present study investigated the efficacy of different varieties of C. annum extracts against Candida species. Methods Aqueous and alcoholic extracts of three different varieties of C. annum were prepared using the succulent method. Total values for compound extracts of C. annum var. cayenne, C. annum var. cayenne cultivar sabzevari, and C. annum var. cerasiforme were 43, 42, and 38 g, respectively. The clinical Candida isolates including C. albicans (n = 13), C. dubliniensis (n = 2), C. parapsilosis (n = 2), and C. tropicalis (n = 1); and reference strains of C. albicans (TIMML 1292 and TIMML 183), C. krusei (TIMML 1321), C. parapsilosis (TIMML 2201), and C. tropicalis (TIMML 731) were examined based on the M27-A3 guideline. Results Aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Capsicum annum showed a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) range of more than 512 µg/ml against clinical and reference strains of Candida. There was no justifiable difference between the effects of these extracts on Candida species. Conclusion Both aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Capsicum annum could not exert a significant effective impact on clinical and reference strains of Candida. The difference in pepper spiciness did not show a significant role against Candida isolates. However, their possible effects might be different among other yeasts or filamentous fungi.

Abstract The present study was conducted for the spatial distribution and concentration evaluation of heavy metals, including Cu, Cd, Mn, Fe, Zn, and Pb, within 102 soil samples collected from Kushk Mine in Bafgh, Iran. This work employed hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), and spatial distribution patterns, to perform element distribution evaluation within the area. The distributions of heavy metals in the entire area were exhibited in the form of maps. The average concentrations of Cd, Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn, and Pb were found to be 0.39, 0.26, 5.3, 4.1, 51.9, and 40.9 mg.kg−1, respectively. Based on the PCA and HCA findings, the heavy metals were divided into two groups. The first group included Pb, Cd, Zn, and Cu. In the first group, altered threshold‐surpassing anthropogenic and lithogenic pollution was found to be the main factor accounting for Pb and Zn. The second group involved Fe and Mn, which could be impacted by either anthropogenic and lithogenic factors. Furthermore, the geo‐statistical results demonstrated higher contents of the heavy metals in the south of the mine and in the vicinity of the mine tailings. It may be concluded from the results that the heavy metal contents of the area are impacted by anthropogenic and lithogenic factors.

Background: To investigate Molecular Genotyping of Giardia duodenalis in Humans in the Yazd County, Central of Iran. Methods: Total of 35 fecal samples were collected from patients referred to Yazd central laboratory from February to July 2022. All the samples were included in this study after microscopic observation of G duodenalis. DNA samples were extracted using related kit and were analyzed by Nano Drop. The molecular assessment was carried out using semi-nested PCR using the target gene of gdh. All amplified samples were sequenced using Sanger method. The sequences were analyzed by BLAST for assemblage identification. Results: Out of 35 samples, 24 (68.57%) and 11 (31.43%) were male and female, respectively. All included samples were amplified using the specific gdh primer pair. The molecular analysis showed 17 isolates (48.57%) as assemblage BIV, 8 isolates (22.86%) as assemblage BIII, 6 isolates (17.14%) as assemblage AII and 4 isolates (11.43%) as assemblage AIII (p

Mines have a considerable role in polluting the environment. Greenhouse gases and wastes mainly cause pollution. In this regard, trucks that carry ores in a mine are a primary source of these pollutants. Selecting trucks with low fuel consumption can help to reduce pollution. The present research seeks to evaluate the effects of the objectives (Cost objectives, Production objectives, and Environmental objectives) in mines on the type of trucks to select and the routes they take, as well as the effect of the duration of stone transportation on pollution. The study's data were obtained from the Chadormalu iron mine in Yazd Province. As the results showed, the objectives set in the mine affect the CO2 level, and the goals followed with human health concerns induce lower CO2 emissions. It found that the time ores are transported by trucks affects the CO2 level. However, only the objective type affects the waste level resulting from tailings, not the speed of trucks. It is recommended that the duration of truck loading and unloading and the time the trucks waste waiting in lines be reduced to the extent possible to lower CO2 emission.
