This study delves into the investigation of Maxwell fluid flow across a sheet with a particular effort on the melting heat and zero mass flux at the boundary. A Maxwell fluid, characterized by both viscous and elastic responses, plays a pivotal role in various industrial and biological applications. The mathematical model describing Maxwell fluid flow is represented using non-linear momentum and energy equations, incorporating MHD. Similarity transformation is used to change from partial differential equation to ordinary differential equation. The introduction of a phase change term in the energy equation accounts for the melting heat effect at the boundary. The BVP4C solver using MATLAB is hired to numerically answer the system of equations, enabling the determination of the steady-state solution. The solution of this investigation offers valuable insights into the interplay between viscoelasticity and melting heat effects on various flow characteristics, including velocity and temperature profiles. The practical significance of this research is evident in polymer processing, food processing, and materials engineering, where the understanding of Maxwell fluids and their interaction with melting boundaries is essential for process optimization and product quality. So far in the literature survey no one have considered Melting heat effect along with Maxwell fluid. The conclusion for this study is that Melting heat effect increases velocity profile and decreases the temperature profile. This is the main conclusion of this research.

Luminescent lanthanum oxyfluoride nano inorganic materials were considered to be prospective building blocks for multifunctional applications. This offers new potentials in surface-based science comprising of visualization of latent fingerprint (LFPs) and lips print on non-porous surfaces. Traditional visualization techniques possess high backward hindrance, low sensitivity, complicated setup and poor visibility. To overcome with these problems, LaOF:Sm3+ (5 mol%) nanopowder (NPs) prepared via sonochemical route were explored. Photoluminescence (PL) emission spectra exhibit strong emission peaks at ∼566 nm, 607 nm, 653 nm and 708 nm attributed to 4G5/2 → 6H5/2, 4G5/2 → 4H7/2, 4G5/2 → 6H9/2 and 4G5/2 → 6H11/2 intra-4f orbital transitions of Sm3+ ions respectively. Estimated photometric properties confirm that the material emits warm orange red color. Therefore, the synthesized phosphor materials may quite be useful for LFPs recovery, cheiloscopy and optoelectronics applications. Since fungal infections are on the rise and with limited treatment options, there is a need to modify existing drugs either by making structural changes or making use of better drug delivery systems. Aureofungin, an antibiotic of a polyene class, is primarily used to prevent fungal infection in agriculture. However, it has limited application in clinical therapy due to high toxicity. Therefore, a water-soluble sodium salt derivative of aureofungin was synthesized as a promising antifungal agent, which required a bioanalytical method to be established for the quantitation in the biological matrix and thereby understanding its pharmacokinetics. As a result, in the present work, a simple and rapid reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of aureofungin bulk and its water-soluble derivative in rat plasma. The analytes were separated in an isocratic mode using a C18 amide column (250 x 4.6 mm, 5 [micro]m) and a mobile phase of 10 mM ammonium acetate (pH 4.0) and acetonitrile (55 : 45, v/v) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at ambient temperature and detection at 378 nm. The analyte was efficiently extracted using a simple protein precipitation technique. The methodology was found to be linear (r.sup.2 [greater than or equal to] 0.995), selective, repeatable (CV [less than or equal to] 15.0%), accurate (100 ± 15%), and free of any carryover effects. Under the investigated storage conditions, the bioanalytical samples demonstrated acceptable stability.
