Abstract

Вивчена можливість застосування волокнистого поліамфоліту ФІБАН АК-22В як сорбенту для вилучення аніонних (кислотний червоний, прямий бордо) і катіонних (метиленовий блакитний, кристалічний фіолетовий) барвників із їх водних розчинів. Визначені оптимальні значення рН розчину і витрати поліамфоліту. Показано, що за допомогою поліамфоліту ФІБАН АК-22В можна вилучити (до 90—98 %) кислотний червоний, метиленовий блакитний, кристалічний фіолетовий і (до 56 %) прямий бордо.

Abstract

The main methodological problems and strategic goals of work on creating the theory and technology of intelligent computer systems of a new generation are considered. The problems of the current state of work in the field of artificial intelligence and their causes are studied, and the need for a transition to a new generation of intelligent computer systems is substantiated. The basic principles underlying such systems, as well as the corresponding complex technology, are presented. The transition from local automation when solving particular problems to complex automation of various areas of human activity is justified. The concept of an ecosystem of interoperable intelligent computer systems is proposed, which is the basis for complex automation. The architecture of the ecosystem, the directions of its evolution, and the classes of systems included in the ecosystem are considered.

Abstract

A synthesis method of new fibrous anion exchangers with strong base groups has been developed. The synthesis was carried out by alkylation of weakly basic anion exchangers based on polyacrylonitrile fiber using two alkylating agents: epichlorohydrin and ethylene chlorohydrin. The influence of the reaction conditions on the physicochemical properties of new anion exchangers was investigated. The synthesis parameters were determined: the molar ratio of “amino groups: alkylating agent”, the concentration of the alkylating agent, the reaction time and temperature – to obtain anion exchangers with maximum exchange capacity for strong base groups. New strongly basic fibers possess satisfactory mechanical properties allowing their processing into various textile forms.

Abstract

Polymer analogous transformations of a “nitron” fiber were established and a new amino carboxylic fibrous cation exchanger FIBAN X-2 was obtained. It is shown that FIBAN X-2 is an effective sorbent of heavy and non-ferrous metals from multi-ionic aqueous solutions, regardless of the method of fiber amination. The cation exchanger obtained by amination of a “nitron” fiber in the vapor phase absorbs Mn+2 twice as much as the ion exchanger obtained by amination in the aqueous solution.

Abstract

Thrombotic complications are one of the main causes of death and disability, causing enormous economic damage to the state. There is an increase in the number of patients at high risk of these complications. The main aim of the article is to investigate efficacy and safety of the indirect anticoagulant warfarin in its dosage based on the results of pharmacogenetic testing. To achieve that aim, the use of drugs (JIC) from the group of indirect oral anticoagulants (ACND) is the only and uncontested method of long-term outpatient prevention of thrombosis - their effectiveness has been proven in primary and secondary prevention of thromboembolic complications in patients with atrial fibrillation and, above all, ischemic stroke. AKND therapy reduces the risk of all strokes by an average of 62%. The advantage of AKND therapy has been proven in terms of preventing primary and recurrent thromboembolism.
