Introduction. Kindia tick virus (KITV) is a novel segmented unclassified flavi-like virus of the Flaviviridae family. This virus is associated with ixodes ticks and is potentially pathogenic to humans. The main goal of this work was to search for structural motifs of viral polypeptides and to develop a 3D-structure for viral proteins of the flavi-like KITV. Materials and methods. The complete genome sequences for KITV, Zika, dengue, Japanese encephalitis, West Nile and yellow fever viruses were retrieved from GenBank. Bioinformatics analysis was performed using the different software packages. Results. Analysis of the KITV structural proteins showed that they have no analogues among currently known viral proteins. Spatial models of NS3 and NS5 KITV proteins have been obtained. These models had a high level of topological similarity to the tick-borne encephalitis and dengue viral proteins. The methyltransferase and RNA-dependent RNA-polymerase domains were found in the NS5 KITV. The latter was represented by fingers, palm and thumb subdomains, and motifs A-F. The helicase domain and its main structural motifs IVI were identified in NS3 KITV. However, the protease domain typical of NS3 flaviviruses was not detected. The highly conserved amino acid motives were detected in the NS3 and NS5 KITV. Also, eight amino acid substitutions characteristic of KITV/2018/1 and KITV/2018/2 were detected, five of them being localized in alpha-helix and three in loops of nonstructural proteins. Conclusion. Nonstructural proteins of KITV have structural and functional similarities with unsegmented flaviviruses. This confirms their possible evolutionary and taxonomic relationships.

With the development of strabismology, the issues of using Botox in various eye movement pathologies are gaining relevance. The literature analysis shows that the data concerning the effectiveness of Botox are ambivalent and as a rule, are based on short-term results. The review presents the data on the efficiency of the botulinum toxin in the treatment of various oculomotor system diseases in comparison with traditional surgical interventions. Indications for such therapy, application techniques, doses and complications are discussed. The generalized modern data on the functional features of the onset of various pathologies in strabismology help assess the potentials of optimizing strabismus treatment with type A botulinum toxin. To search for the data published between 1973 and 2022, select and summarize them we used Google Scholar, PubMed and eLibrary databases.

An abnormal or compensatory head posture occurs when the head deviates from its normal primary position. The cause can be ocular, orthopedic, and neurological. Since the etiology is not always obvious, such patients need to be carefully examined, and sometimes a multidisciplinary examination should be carried out. Compensatory head position in ophthalmology is usually an attempt to improve visual acuity or create binocularity. An abnormal head position can be manifested by a change in the position of the chin up, down, tilting the head to the right or left, turning the face to the right or left, or a combination of both. The purpose of our review is to provide literature data of the most common ophthalmic diseases in children, accompanied by a compensatory head position “astrologer posture”. Methods used to find, select and obtain information as well as to synthesize the data are information search on the Internet through Google Scholar, PubMed and eLibrary. Pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies are increasingly being challenged to shorten the cycle time between design, make, test, and analyze (DMTA) compounds. Automation of multiplex assays to obtain multiparameter data on the same robotic run is instrumental in reducing cycle time. Consequently, an increasing need in automated systems to streamline laboratory workflows with the goal to expedite assay cycle time and enhance productivity has grown in industrial and academic institutions in the past decades. Herein, we present a customized robotic platform with operational modularity and flexibility, designed to automate entire assay workflows involving multistep reagent dispensing, mixing, lidding/de-lidding, incubation, centrifugation, and final readout steps by linking spinnaker robot with various peripheral instruments. Compared to manual workflows, the system can seamlessly execute processes with high efficiency, evaluated by standard assay validation protocols for robustness and reproducibility. Furthermore, the system can perform multiple, independent protocols in parallel, and has high-throughput capacity. In this publication, we demonstrate that the modular robotic platform can fully automate multiplex assay workflows through ‘one-click-and-run’ solution with tremendous benefits in liberating manual intervention, boosting productivity while producing high-quality data combined with reduced cycle time (>20 %), as well as expanding the capacity for higher throughput.

In the conditions of the Ryazan region there have been studied 64 spring common wheat varieties from the collection of the Federal Research Center VIGRR named after Vavilov in order to identify valuable traits for use in breeding. Field trials were carried out in the collection nursery on dark gray forest heavy loamy soil in 2018–2022, using the methodological recommendations of the Federal Research Center VIGRR named after Vavilov. There has been established that the highest yields (more than 5.0 t/ha) were formed by the varieties ‘Arseya’, ‘Maestro’ (Ryazan region), ‘KWS Akvilon’, ‘Ethos’ (Germany), ‘KWS Torridon’ (Great Britain), ‘Odeta’ (Czech Republic), ‘Calispero’ (France), which was on 29.9–49.9 % higher than the mean variety productivity in the trial. Yield stability with the least variation (Cv) was established for the varieties from the Central region – RIMA, ‘Arseya’ (Ryazan region), ‘Zlata’ (Moscow region) and ‘Omskaya 36’ (West Siberian region) with 3.1–9.6 %. The studied assortment of plant heights was divided into groups, such as dwarfs (< 60 cm) – 4.7 %, semi-dwarfs – 12.5 %, medium-sized – 75.0 %, tall – 7.8 %. There were identified 8 early ripening varieties ‘Chelyaba 2’ (Chelyabinsk region), ‘Odeta’ (Czech Republic), ‘Zlata’ (Moscow region), ‘Novosibirskaya 29’, ‘Novosibirskaya 15’, ‘Polyushka’ (Novosibirsk region), ‘M-83-1531’ (USA), ‘Burlak’ (Ulyanovsk region). The varieties ‘Voevoda’ and ‘Favorit’ (Saratov region) showed high resistance to various pathogens. There has been found a strong correlation between productivity and the density of productive stems with r = 0.753±0.084. 0.808±0.075, an average correlation with a number of grains per head with r = 0.427±0.115. 0.716±0.089 and grain weight per head with r = 0.374±0.118...0.689±0.092. Grain weight per head was largely determined by a number of grains per head with r = 0.621±0.099. 0.824±0.072.

More than ten species of the Actinidia Lindl. genus bear edible fruits rich in biologically active compounds, which are essential and beneficial for human health. The most popular cultivars today are the large-fruited Actinidia species, A. deliciosa and A. chinensis, commonly known as kiwi. However, small-fruited kiwi cultivars are gaining prominence due to their high nutritional value, superior cold resistance, and suitability for temperate climates. In Russia, these are represented by Far Eastern species: A. arguta, A. kolomikta, and A. polygama. Despite increasing consumer interest, Russian Actinidia cultivars remain little studied, with fragmented genetic data available for breeding purposes. Our objective was to analyze the Actinidia collection at the Federal Horticultural Center for Breeding, Agrotechnology, and Nursery and the N.V. Tsitsin Main Botanical Garden (MBG RAS, Moscow), which includes samples from four species, A. kolomikta, A. arguta, A. polygama, A. purpurea, interspecific hybrids, and derived varieties, using RAD sequencing. We assessed the genetic variability of all species, identified population groups within A. kolomikta and A. arguta based on origin, determined ploidy levels across the collection, and identified a set of SNP markers associated with valuable agronomic traits.

In the conditions of the Ryazan region, adaptive properties and ecological plasticity of 8 breeding lines of spring soft wheat (standard Agatha variety) were studied in 2020–2023 according to the "yield" trait using diverse statistical methods. Ecological plasticity (bi), stability (σ2d ), index of environmental conditions (Ij) were determined by S. A. Eberhart, W. A. Russell, variation – by B. A. Dospekhov, stress resistance and genetic flexibility – by A. A. Rossielle, J. Hemblin, index of ecological plasticity – by A. A. Gryaznov, indicator the level of the variety yield stability – according to E. D. Nettevich, homeostaticity (Hom ), breeding value (Sc) – according to V. V. Hangildin, relative stability, stability criterion – according to N. A. Sobolev, multiplicativity (KM) – according to V. A. Dragavtsev. It has been established that the yield level is mostly influenced by the factor "environment" – 51.5 %, the contribution of the factor "genotype" is 11.5 %. The average yield in the experiment was 5.19 t/ha, favorable conditions in 2022 (Ij = 0.50) allowed the yield to be 17.9 % higher than in 2021 (Ij = -0.52). Lines 2-17 (6.24 t/ha) and 21-17 (6.05 t/ha) had high yields, their genetic flexibility index was 5.58 and 5.41 t/ha, respectively. Lines 1-17, 465-17 and 531-17 had the highest resistance to stress (-0.63, -1.00), they are characterized by high yield stability (σ2d = 0.27–0.65) and the least decrease in it under adverse conditions. Strong responsiveness to changes in environmental conditions was noted for lines 290-17, 2-17 and 21-17: bi – 1.25–1.29, KM – 2.22–2.27. According to the degree of homeostaticity, line 1-17 was distinguished (Sc – 4.63, PUSS – 212, Hom – 18.3), these indicators exceeded the average values by 10.2 %, 81.0 abs. %, 98.9 %, respectively. According to the results of the integrated assessment by the ranking method, breeding lines 1-17; 465-17 and 21-17 showed varying degrees of adaptability, environmental stability, homeostaticity and had a high rating. The lowest rating in terms of the sum of the ranks of adaptability and plasticity parameters was obtained by the standard Agate variety.

This study analyzes the problem of higher professional education for people with disabilities in multinational megacities from different countries. The aim of this paper is to investigate the emerging changes and perspectives of educational inclusion in the universities of Moscow, Jakarta, Barcelona, and Cairo and to develop a new model of inclusive educational practice for universities based on an inclusive ideology of understanding the position of people with disabilities in the education system and society overall. To perform this study and verify the new model proposed by the authors, participants were selected from ten universities that indicated parameters such as accessibility, participation, quality, students’ education results, and government funding. The survey aimed to collect participants’ perspectives and experiences from diverse elements of the higher education community in the aforementioned locations. 751 participants were selected for the survey with a balanced gender distribution: 48.6% men and 51.4% women. Age distribution was rather diverse: the age group of 18–24 years was 25,7%, the age group of 25–34 years was 27,3%, the age group of 35–44 years was 25,6%, and the age group of 45 years 21,4%. Another distribution was people without disabilities (N=250) and with disabilities (N=551). The reliability of the research was achieved using several methods, including ANOVA. The results of this research show similarities and differences in implementing inclusive education practices across selected locations, providing a detailed picture of the current state and future perspectives of higher inclusive education. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the theoretical-methodological rationale of the new model of inclusive higher education practices in universities of major megacities and in forming the propositions on this model’s implementation in higher education institutions. The current study was carried out at the Institute of Seed production and Agrotechnologies, Branch of the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Research Agro-Engineering Center VIM” (Ryazan region) on dark gray forest soil of medium fertility (organic matter content 5.60 %) in 2018–2022. The objects of the study were 9 winter common wheat varieties (developed by the FSBSI FRC “Nemchinovka” and FSBSI FRAC VIM), which were included in the State List of Breeding Achievements from 2005–2023 in the Central region of the Non-Blackearth part of the Russian Federation and divided according to the variety change periods, i.e. period V with ‘Galina’, ‘Angelina’, ‘Moskovskaya 56’, ‘Viola’; period VI with ‘Danaya’, ‘Felitsiya’, ‘Galateya’, ‘Anfisa’, ‘Boyarka’. The purpose of the study was to analyze the grain yield and biometric elements of its structural indicators in the winter common wheat varieties, depending on the variety change periods in the conditions of the southern part of the Central region of the Russian Federation. During the study, there has been established an excess of the average (by 15.9 %), minimum (by 27.9 %) and maximum (by 8.3 %) productivity of varieties of the last variety change period with 5.2 % advantage in realizing the yield potential (average 74.5 %) and adaptability coefficient by 17.4 % (average value over 1.0). The variety ‘Galateya’ has high values of productivity potential with adaptability coefficient of 1.12. There has been established that in modern varieties there was a decrease in the stem length by 5.9 cm on average. The shortest varieties were ‘Viola’, ‘Felitsiya’, ‘Anfisa’ and ‘Boyarka’ with 96–97 cm. There has been established that the varieties of the period VI experienced a stem augmentation on 12.7 %, number of grains per head on 2.5 %, grain weight per head on 11.7 % and 1000-grain weight on 4.2 % in comparison with the varieties of the previous selection. A significant contribution to the productivity of new varieties (r ≥ +0.700) was made by the traits ‘number of grains per head’ and ‘grain weight per head’. The variety ‘Anfisa’ had the longest head of 11.3 cm. The varieties ‘Galateya’, ‘Felitsiya’, and ‘Boyarka’ had number of grains per head more than 42.0 pcs., and grain weight per head of more than 2.0 g. All varieties of the last variety change had large grain, m1000 > 46.0 g, the variety ‘Galateya’ had especially coarse grain of 49.1 g.

Historical and pedagogical analysis of self-control skill formation in the professional training of a musician based on pedagogical developments of outstanding teachers and scientific research in the field of professional medicine of musicians has been conducted. The article considers the importance of self-control in the performance of musicians at the stage of training. The purpose of the research is to obtain necessary scientific data for the further development of practical recommendations for the formation of self-control skills in the professional training of a musician. The relevance of the research is due to the currently pretended contradiction between the interest of pianists of various specializations, the attention of methodists, physicians, psychologists and insufficient awareness of musicians about the conducted studies, as well as the lack of interdisciplinary research in this area. In the research the following research methods were used: a holistic, structural analysis; analysis of substantive factual, meaningful-subtext, meaningful contextual information. As a result, the main trends in the interpretation of the role of self-control by teachers and musicians and specialists in the field of professional medicine of musicians have been identified; relevant recommendations for the development of self-control skill in the course of classes have been formulated; conclusions about the fundamental role of self-control skill in the process of professional training of young musicians have been made.

The purpose of the current study was to identify and present the most economically valuable features of the new spring barley variety ‘Rafael’ in the conditions of the Central region. There was developed a new spring barley variety ‘Rafael’ based on the Governmental task of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Research Center “Nemchinovka”, (FRC “Nemchinovka” (Moscow Region)) No. 0608-2019-0011 and the Institute of Seed Production and Agrotechnologies, a branch of the FSBSI “Federal Research Agro-engineering Center VIM” (ISPA, a branch of FSBSI FRAEC VIM (Ryazan region)) No. 0581-2019-0021. In 2020–2021 the variety was tested in the State Variety Testing. In 2022, the variety was included in the State List of Breeding Achievements of the Russian Federation and approved for use in the Central (3) and Volga-Vyatka (4) regions. The code of the variety is 8057530. There was received the patent No. 12254. Breeding number 35/1-09 h 662 was obtained when crossing the lodging-resistant variety ‘Ksanadu’ and the breeding lines 27/13-78 h 34 (‘Moskovsky 121 x Highproli’), identified from the genetic collection according to a complex resistance to helminthosporiasis of barley and soil drought. The analysis of long-term data (2014–2019) has shown that under various agrometeorological conditions of the environmental trials, the variety was characterized by improved productivity in comparison with the standard variety ‘Yaromir ‘and varieties of earlier breeding. In the experimental crop rotation FRC “Nemchinovka” exceeded the mean value of productivity on 0.44 t/ha, the productivity increase was on 0.68 t/ha more than that of the standard variety, and on 1.08 t/ha more than that of the parental variety ‘Ksanadu’. In the fields, the ISPA, a branch of FSBSI FRAEC VIM exceeded the standard variety on 0.09 t/ha, providing a mean productivity of 6.85 t/ha. The maximum value of the indicator of the variety stability level (PSSS = 141.6%) has characterized a high degree of variety adaptation to various environmental conditions. The economic efficiency calculation has shown an increased profitability of the new variety on 17.0–20.8% compared to the widespread varieties. The introduction of this variety into production can significantly improve and stabilize gross barley productivity in the Central and Volga-Vyatka regions of Russia, increase profitability of enterprises and provide the feed industry with domestic raw materials.

Introduction. Ixodes ticks are vectors for pathogens of many infectious diseases. Recently, during the study of Rhipicephalus geigyi ticks collected from livestock in the Republic of Guinea, a new multicomponent flavi-like RNA virus, called Kindia tick virus (KITV), was discovered with an unusual mechanism for the implementation of genetic information. The aim of the work is to detect and study the genetic diversity of KITV in ixodes ticks collected in the territory of the Kindia province of the Republic of Guinea. Material and methods. In 2021, 324 specimens of ticks of the species Amblyomma variegatum, Rh. geigyi, Rh. annulatus, Rh. decoloratus, Rh. senegalensis were collected from cattle. The detection of viral RNA was carried out in individual samples of ticks by RT-PCR, followed by the determination of the nucleotide sequence and phylogenetic analysis. Results and discussion. KITV detection rates in ticks of the species Rh. geigyi was 12.2%, Rh. annulatus 4.4%, Rh. decoloratus 3.3%. However, the KITV genetic material has not been identified in Am. variegatum ticks, which are one of the dominant species in West Africa. For all virus isolates, a partial nucleotide sequences of each of the four viral segments (GenBank, OK345271OK345306) were determined. The phylogenetic analysis showed a high level of identity (98.599.8%) for each of the four segments of the viral genome with those previously found in the Republic of Guinea. The obtained KITV isolates are most genetically close to Mogiana tick virus, which was previously detected in South America in Rh. microplus ticks and significantly differed from other multicomponent viruses circulating in Europe and Asia, including the Russian Federation. Conclusion. KITV genetic material was found in three species of ixodid ticks collected from livestock in a number of prefectures of the Republic of Guinea. The infection rate in ticks was 3.312.2%. The continuation of research in this direction remains relevant.

The article gives a comprehensive assessment of 5 varieties (Lada, Agata, RIMA, Arcea, Maestro) and 5 breeding lines of spring soft wheat according to the yield and adaptive properties. The studies were carried out in 2018-2022 in the conditions of the Ryazan region on dark gray forest soil. The potential for productivity and adaptability was determined according to the method of L. A. Zhivotkov et al., the degree of yield variation (СV, %) – according to B. A. Dospekhov, the yield range (d, %) – according to V. A. Zykin, index of stability (L') – according to A. A. Gryaznov, the indicator of the level of stability of the yield of a variety (PUSS) – according to E. D. Nettevich et al., ecological plasticity (bi), stability of yield (σ2d) and index of environment conditions (Ij) – according to S. A. Eberhart and W. A. Russell. It has been established that on average for 2018-2022 the highest yield potential was noted in the varieties Arcea (5.19 t/ha), Maestro (5.69 t/ha) and line 268 (5.33 t/ha). It was revealed that the productivity of the Maestro variety and line 268 was higher than the average varietal both under favorable conditions of 2022 (Ij = +6.2) – by 16.3 and 9.7 %, and under unfavorable dry conditions of 2019 (Ij = -5.4) – by 22.0 and 24.5 %, respectively. The productivity of the Arcea variety under conditions of severe drought was 99.1 % of the average varietal, which indicates good adaptive properties. As the result of the assessment by the linear regression coefficient (bi), it has been established that the varieties RIMA, Agata, Lada, Arcea actively respond to the improvement of external environmental factors (bi = 1.23; 1.35; 1.43; 1.52, respectively). According to the results of a comprehensive assessment of adaptive properties, the Maestro variety and line 898 were distinguished, which were characterized by a relatively stable yield (СV – 9.3 and 5.2%; σ2d – 7.71 and 9.09; L' – 6.12 and 9.44; PUSS – 209.6 and 176.5 %, respectively) and high adaptability to environmental conditions (CA – 1.17 and 1.01, respectively).

Purpose. To determine the most common ocular causes and types of anomalous head position and give details of their functional features. Material and methods. The research included 105 patients with an anomalous head position. Depending on the oculomotor pathology, patients were divided into 6 groups. 1st group – 10 patients with Brown syndrome, 2nd group – 20 patients with Duane syndrome of types 1 and 2, 3rd group – 30 patients with nystagmus, 4th group – 30 patients with n. abducens paralysis, 5th group – 15 patients with n. trochlearis paralysis, and control 6th group – 20 patients with one of the above pathology, but without anomalous head posture (AHP). Results. Out of 105 patients with AHP, 83.8% had both fusion and stereopsis. There was no statistical difference in the rate of fusion or stereopsis among the different AHP types (p=0.580). The control group showed accurately low scores of stereopsis and fusion loss (5.3%) (p=0.001). Aim. This study aims to assess the association between levels of biomarkers and postoperative complications in patients after thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic reconstruction.Material and methods. This study included 132 patients. The most of them underwent ascending aortic and aortic arch reconstruction (65 and 57, respectively).The concentrations of proadrenomedullin, presepsin, procalcitonin, troponin I and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide were measured before induction anesthesia, at the end of the surgical operation and in 6 hours after surgery.Results. 69 patients had postoperative complications. Among them, inflammatory (27,3%) and cardiovascular complications (12,1%) prevailed. At the end of the surgical operation, the levels of the biomarkers in patients without postoperative complications and with postoperative complications were for presepsin 326 [206; 451] и 620 [332; 829] p459,5 (odds ratio (OR) 6,84, 95% confidence interval (CI): 3,14-14,87) or proadrenomedullin >0,788 (OR 5,47, 95% CI: 1,52-19,68) are associated with the increased risk of postoperative complications. The level of presepsin >519,5 pg/ml at the end of the surgical operation (OR 4,55, 95% CI: 1,97-10,47) is associated with the increased risk of inflammatory complications. Regarding the prognosis of the risk of prolonged cardiotonic drug infusions, threshold values for troponin were >1,04 at the end of the surgical operation (sensitivity 75%, specificity 71,3%, AUC 0,785), >1,57 in 6 hours after surgery (sensitivity 81,3%, specificity 71,6%, AUC 0,794).Conclusion. High levels of presepsin at the end of the surgical operation may be useful to predict the postoperative complications in patients who underwent the aortic surgery however, the low levels of presepsin do not exclude the development of postoperative complications. The increased level of troponin I at the end of the surgical operation and in 6 hours after surgery can be a predictor of the need for cardiotonic support in the postoperative period.

Practitioners and researchers were reserved for emerging models and approaches to forecast the bankruptcy of companies more rapidly and precisely. With the excessive growth of contemporary information technology, it has developed to use machine learning (ML) or deep learning (DL) techniques to perform the prediction, from the preliminary study of economic statements. This study introduces an Optimized Bankruptcy Prediction using Feature Selection with m-Polar Neutrosophic Topological Spaces (OBPFS-MPNTS) method. The projected OBPFS-MPNTS system uses the parameter tuning and DL method to forecast the presence of bankruptcy. To achieve this, the OBPFS-MPNTS approach uses min-max normalization to convert input data into a uniform format. The OBPFS-MPNTS method begins with a grey wolf optimization (GWO) for selecting feature subsets. In addition, the OBPFS-MPNTS algorithm applies the m-polar neutrosophic topological space (MPNTS) system for bankruptcy prediction. To upsurge the performance of the MPNTS system, the whale optimizer algorithm (WOA) is employed. Tsitsin Main Botanical Garden (MBG RAS, Moscow), which includes samples from four species, A. kolomikta, A. arguta, A. polygama, A. purpurea, interspecific hybrids, and derived varieties, using RAD sequencing. We assessed the genetic variability of all species, identified population groups within A. kolomikta and A. arguta based on origin, determined ploidy levels across the collection, and identified a set of SNP markers associated with valuable agronomic traits. Currently, a large number of novel tick-borne viruses potentially pathogenic to humans are discovered. Studying many of them by classical methods of virology is difficult due to the absence of live viral particles or a sufficient amount of their genetic material. In this case, the use of modern methods of bioinformatics and synthetic and structural biology can help. Haseki tick virus (HSTV) is a recently discovered tick-borne unclassified ssRNA(+) virus. HSTV-positive patients experienced fever and an elevated temperature. However, at the moment, there is no information on the tertiary structure and functions of its proteins. In this work, we used AlphaFold 3 and other bioinformatic tools for the annotation of HSTV nonstructural proteins, based on the principle that the tertiary structure of a protein is inextricably linked with its molecular function. We were the first to obtain models of tertiary structures and describe the putative functions of HSTV nonstructural proteins (NS3 helicase, NS3 protease, NS5 RNA-dependent RNA-polymerase, and NS5 methyltransferase), which play a key role in viral genome replication. Our results may help in further taxonomic identification of HSTV and the development of direct-acting antiviral drugs, POC tests, and vaccines. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The studies were conducted in 2006-2022. in the Ryazan branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution FNATS VIM. The object of research was released varieties and promising lines of Hordeum vulgare L. Sensulato. The purpose of the research is to establish the influence of changing weather conditions on the development phases and productivity of Hordeum vulgare L. Sensulato in the center of the European part of Russia. It was established that in the region there was an increase in the average daily air temperature during the growing season from 16.3 to 20.9°C (4.6°C/17 years, CV = 4.7%). The length of the growing season is closely related to the conditions of the hydrothermal regime of the year (r=+0.507...+0.508). The data obtained revealed a negative effect of the sum of air temperatures on the yield in the sprouting-tillering phase r = - 0.364, but the correlation with the amount of precipitation in this period was r = + 0.331, HTCM r = + 0.300. A closer relationship between the yield and the amount of precipitation (r=+0.308) and the hydrothermal coefficient (r=+0.337) is manifested in the interphase period of tillering and heading. The duration of the interphase period of germination-tillering has an average direct relationship with the HTC (r = +0.361) and a high inverse relationship with the sum of temperatures (r = -0.804), a similar picture is observed in the interphase period of earing-filling (r = +0.320 and r = -0.813 , respectively). The decisive weather factors that determine the size of the harvest and the duration of interphase periods of Hordeum vulgare L. Sensulato in the conditions of the Ryazan region are precipitation and thermal conditions from the second decade of May to the second decade of July.

Novel segmented tick-borne RNA viruses belonging to the group of Jingmenviruses (JMVs) are widespread across Africa, Asia, Europe, and America. In this work, we obtained whole-genome sequences of two Kindia tick virus (KITV) isolates and performed modeling and the functional annotation of the secondary structure of 5′ and 3′ UTRs from JMV and KITV viruses. UTRs of various KITV segments are characterized by the following points: (1) the polyadenylated 3′ UTR; (2) 5′ DAR and 3′ DAR motifs; (3) a highly conserved 5′-CACAG-3′ pentanucleotide; (4) a binding site of the La protein; (5) multiple UAG sites providing interactions with the MSI1 protein; (6) three homologous sequences in the 5′ UTR and 3′ UTR of segment 2; (7) the segment 2 3′ UTR of a KITV/2017/1 isolate, which comprises two consecutive 40 nucleotide repeats forming a Y-3 structure; (8) a 35-nucleotide deletion in the second repeat of the segment 2 3′ UTR of KITV/2018/1 and KITV/2018/2 isolates, leading to a modification of the Y-3 structure; (9) two pseudoknots in the segment 2 3′ UTR; (10) the 5′ UTR and 3′ UTR being represented by patterns of conserved motifs; (11) the 5′-CAAGUG-3′ sequence occurring in early UTR hairpins. Thus, we identified regulatory elements in the UTRs of KITV, which are characteristic of orthoflaviviruses. This suggests that they hold functional significance for the replication of JMVs and the evolutionary similarity between orthoflaviviruses and segmented flavi-like viruses.
