In the current study,it was isolated 117 samples from different sources ,the isolates were identification using bacteriological and biochemical tests,(bacteria swabs uptaked from wound, otitis media ,stool and urine and), ,out of 117 samples. only 18 specimens was positive for P.aeruginosa (14%) in the otitis media,(14%) in the stool,(3%) in the wound and (0%) in the urine.all bacterial isolates identified through the using of bacterial and biochemical test ,.P.aeruginosa isolates showed highy resistance to most used antibiotics especially Ceftriaxon (CRO), Erythromycin (E), Cefixime (CFM)100% followed by Cefepime (FEP), Carbenicillin (PY)44%, Tobramycin (TOB)22% and Piperacillin (PRL)16.66% but Norfloxacin (NOR) show the attractive activities against all P.aeruginosa isolates ,the resistance was 0%. Conclusion: P.aeruginosa isolated in low prevalence in the Teaching Tikrit Hospital only in 15,38% ,all bacterial isolates was multi drug resistance (MDR) ,and resist to most used antibiotics expect Norfloxacin (NOR).

The Indonesian government has initiated a program for Ina Tsunami Early Warning System by the development of sea level monitoring systems including a Cable-Based Tsunameter. Seabed feature characterization is a critical part of the engineering design process as well as for the understanding of environmental impacts. This study aims to characterize the seabed morphology along the cable route plan at the Cilacap segment by analyzing the seafloor mapping and identifying of any existing hazards. A series of marine surveys for the data acquisition hydro-acoustic and geophysics was conducted by RV Baruna Jaya IV, in December 2020. The analysis and interpretation of seabed geomorphology were conducted using qualitative methods on four Blocks. Results indicate anthropogenic objects (debris, wreck, and scars), while the features of ripples, and pockmarks. Furthermore, sediment layers which are interpreted into four units from the top to bottom shows fine grained sediment towards the top. Finally, the hazard assessment denotes that there are three hazard categories (low, medium, and high), of which the highest category is located in the pockmark cluster (Block 4). The existing CBT cable route place is faced with geomorphological obstacles and environmental threats, so it’s recommended to change the route as far as 50meters.

The utilization of fly ash with low alumina has been carried out. The addition of TiO2 to the base material of fly ash and fly ash added with 20% metakaolin mixed with an alkaline solution has been characterized by heat resistance, compressive strength and porosity. These results indicate that the addition of TiO2 to both fly ash and fly ash with an additional 20% metakaolin shows a reduction in porosity reduction, an increase in the compressive strength value, and an increase in the thermal resistance of the sample. Despite an increase in the compressive strength value, however, the minimum requirement for a fire brick has not been achieved.

Summary South Sumatra Basin is one of the biggest and most active sedimentary basin with hydrocarbon potential in Indonesia. All large fields are mainly drilled and produced from Talang Akar sand (TAF) and Baturaja limestone (BRF) as major targets in Pertamina EP South Sumatra working area, hence it has already become mature hydrocarbon resources for decades. The idea of Eocence carbonate limestone is laterally distributed could potentially become new hydrocarbon reservoir in study area. Evaluating 252 well logs, well cuttings, regional 3D seismic data, well performance and production history, integrated subsurface interfield data analysis due to limitation of representative well data is done to objectively revisit new Pre-Talang Akar hydrocarbon prospect of undeveloped sublittoral carbonate limestone which chronostraigrpahically equivalent with terrestrial lacustrine shale that deposited in brackish water during Eocene syn-rift phase in Lahat Formation (LAF). The methods used in this study includes wellbore data analysis, petrophysical analysis, structural modelling, seismic facies study, and facies mapping. Drilling wells result among DW, GK, BL, and BN oil fields in study area shows the presence of inter-bedded hard massive limestone with clean quartz sand, volcanic tuff, and shale in Lahat zone. The indication of oil shows from cutting samples and well log petrophysical analysis leads to well GK-82 production test and confirms the provenance of oil reserves (P1) in Lahat carbonate limestone with low influx. Regional 3D seismic data also identifies onlapping seismic reflector that is interpreted as carbonate reef build up in Pre-Talang Akar of BN field and proposed to be drilled for validating 44 BSCF estimated volumetric resources. Within further study and more comprehensive subsurface data, this hydrocarbon play would have led to new insight of petroleum system and opportunity for future deep target exploration in South Sumatra Basin.

The influence of the sintering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe–2Ni–2Cu alloy processed by metal injection moulding was investigated. For this purpose, sintering treatments were performed at various temperatures ranging from 1100 to 1300°C for 1 h. The micropores of the sintered samples transformed into rounded shapes, and they appeared to be isolated with increasing sintering temperature. The average grain size of the sintered sample seemed to increase slightly as the sintering temperature increased from 1100 to 1200°C, and such a trend altered significantly when the sintering temperature increased from 1200 to 1300°C, whereas the volume fraction of the micropores in the sintered structure decreased with increasing sintering temperature. These results were mainly attributed to the increasing mobility of the grain boundary associated with the sintering temperature. A study investigated the effect of Cu addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe–2 wt-%Ni alloy fabricated by a metal injection moulding. Sintering treatments at 1100°C for 1 h were carried out on the present samples with various Cu contents of 0–3 wt-%. Microstructural observations revealed that, under the same sintering condition, both the size and volume fraction of the micropores increased as the amount of Cu content increased, which was attributed to the movement of Cu elements into the matrix boundaries during sintering. Some micropores appeared to be connected together when Cu content exceeded 2 wt-%. Despite a significant amount of the micropores present in the microstructure, values of microhardness increased due to the solid solution hardening associated with the Cu addition.

This paper proposes and analyses a simple and efficient means for the allocation of service rates to traffic of different priorities arriving at the receive buffer of the processing nodes in a network. It is shown that the technique exhibits advantages over the first-come first-served buffer service algorithm making it suitable for networks in time critical control applications and integrated services network applications where extremely fast and deterministic response times are required. In this paper, however, the analysis is presented in the context of time critical control applications.

The Token bus network operating at 5 MBits/s has been successfully used in applications where response times in the order of 20 milliseconds are adequate. However, the Token Bus protocol also suffers from various forms of latent communication overheads. These overheads have the degrading effect of slowing down the network's response times. This inevitably leads to problems in hard real time applications where extremely fast network response times in the order of 2 milliseconds are required. This paper describes a novel technique of improving the response time of a token passing network without resorting to high transmission rates. A token passing network, known as the HRT-Net (Hard Real Time Network) operating at 1 MBits/s, is proposed and evaluated. It is shown that the HRT-Net provides superior response time characteristics when compared with other industrial standard networks like the Mini-MAP and the SAE High Speed Data Bus.

This paper focuses on the performance evaluation on two methods namely the leaky bucket and fast buffer reservation at the burst level for variable bit rate video signals. There has been a considerable amount of work on traffic shaping methods such as the leaky bucket. Much of this work has concentrated on the cell level instead of the burst level to generate randomly tokens at the cell level. Most authors suggested that error handling is strongly recommended to be done on an end-to-end call basis rather than link-by-link, as the latter method involves extensive protocol validation and recovery which is a significant timing factor in the asynchronous transfer mode (ATM). This scheme is offset by retransmitting control data from the source instead of from immediate nodes along the call set up path. We show that even if the overall cell discard probability, throughput and lost burst using a fast buffer reservation scheme are not much better than the leaky buffer method, the procedures of error recovery due to lost cells are simpler and more efficient.

This paper focuses on the use of the burstiness parameter to model video signals in ATM networks. There has been a considerable amount of work on traffic models using on-off processes with independent distributions which are deemed to be approximate to the traffic in ATM networks. Much of this work has concentrated on the cell level instead of the burst level to formulate the model. Asynchronous transfer mode has been researched in many different areas to cover different topics such as bandwidth allocation, call admission control etc. As the original work was with telephone traffic, most of the traffic models were inherited from telephone systems using the Poisson process in a continuous format instead of a discrete format. These types of models were regarded as simple but were not accurate enough to reflect the traffic in high speed networks such as the ATM. Extensive research has been done using the Markov modulated Poisson process or the Markov modulated Bernouilli process. Their analytical models can characterize the burstiness and correlation assuming the arrival processes are either exponentially or geometrically distributed. This type of model is considered in order to determine the traffic characteristics in terms of the probability distribution function, mean, moment, burstiness and correlation. The paper presents the results and draws a conclusion on this model which is more appropriate to deal with burst type traffic.

It has been reported that cryptorchidism caused disruption of spermatogenesis that become extensive with time (1). The process of spermatogenesis undergoes spontaneous degeneration in rats, the spermatids degenerate, the primary spermatocytes have been reported to degenerate more commonly (2). Apoptosis has been considered the route for removing sensitive germ cells after short-term experimental cryptorchidism (3). The abdominal heat stress causes cell loss by apoptotic pathway (4). The cellular damage of the experimentally induced cryptorchid adult rat is regulated by local testicular factors in pachytene spermatocyte (5). In this preliminary diagnostic study, we examined the role of the effect of the body temperature on the seminiferous tubule cells in surgically induced unilateral cryptorchid testis at various time periods in rats. This study is to document the extent of the cellular damage at various specified time periods of abdominal retention of the testis.

Control systems are often designed on a continuous-time basis and, in practice, implemented in a discrete fashion. Feedback design guaranteeing the stability of the continuous-time closed-loop system may be lost when implementation is made in discrete form. This note makes some observations on the stability of continuous-time systems when use is made of discrete-time compensator state feedback. Exact and approximate conditions are given for system stability.
