In this article, the software and hardware complex for state diagnostics of valves and fittings was considered, as well as the way to use the client-server architecture when building the software of the described diagnostic complex and its additional features and benefits. The specified architectural organization of the software for the complex under consideration ensures the collection and processing of diagnostic data and the decision on the current state of the valve under study, i.e. the presence or absence of any defects or damage.

As part of this work, a non-geometric study was conducted, i.e. abstracted from the geometric nature of the source data. A method for assessing the degree of conformity of three-dimensional objects using formal order was formulated for constructing a sign sequence or text based on the voxel representation of the original 3D objects, the production premises of the refinery, as well as testing it, in order to investigate its applicability to further assess the degree of similarity between three-dimensional objects.

For effective management of the power system operation mode the predictive information about hourly electrical load of all consumers is required. Forecasting errors, as a rule, lead to a decline of the technological and economic indicators of the power system operation, due to unreasonable changes of the generating equipment operating mode, as well as the selection of a non-optimal scheme of electrical networks. This article is devoted to improving the accuracy of short-term load forecasting of delivery points cluster of energy sales company with the use artificial neural networks. One of the most important conditions for achieving high prediction accuracy is the quality of the data sample required for training and testing neural network algorithms for short-term loading forecast. The proposed methodology is based on the authors’ analysis uses the factors influencing the hourly power loading. Nowadays, energy consumption in the world is growing becomes relevant to solve the problem of replacing traditional sources with alternative ones. The solution to this problem is impossible without preliminary forecasting of energy production by alternative sources. In this paper, we consider the problem of solving the problem forecasting electric energy by solar power plants, considering the influence of external factors (weather conditions) using a model implemented on the basis a neural network.

As part of this work, a simulation model was constructed to evaluate the print quality of three-dimensional objects using a 3D printer. A study was conducted using non-contact scanning of a 3D model and varying the parameters affecting print quality, followed by an assessment of the degree to which the printed 3D model corresponded to its standard using software. The result of this study is the obtained values of the optimal printing parameters of the 3D model, which allow to obtain a high estimate of the degree of correspondence of the printed 3D model to its standard, and, consequently, high quality printing on a 3D printer.

The article is describes the classification and study of the magnetic field and its power parameters for unclosed magnetic core electrotechnical devices. The ANSYS simulation software has been used. The features of structures based on an open-loop magnetic system (iron separators), an open magnetic system (concentrators), and a hybrid magnetic system are shown.The magnetic field patterns and force characteristics are obtained as a result of numerical calculations created on the finite element method (FEM) in the ANSOFT software. Results of experiment: the electrotechnical device with unclosed magnetic core allows due to its design and configuration, of the magnetic field, the use of concentrators with different attachments to improve the power parameters of the magnetic field, ponderomotive force and operational properties of these devices.

Two mathematical models have been built to describe the behavior of an information system with a client-server architecture without and taking into account the ultimate reliability of the monitoring system and the restoration of the failed component of the system under consideration. The behavior of the information system in the presence of failures and the restoration of the performance of components is approximated by a Markov process and is described by a system of differential equations with variable coefficients. The solution of the obtained differential equations by numerical methods on computers allows the research of various characteristics of the reliability of information systems such as “client-server” in a wide range of changes in failure rates and restoration of system components.

Mathematical modeling of socium as mechanical system with the material components determined by parts of system with qualitatively excellent complexes of properties concerning production, storage and consumption of production is considered. Existence of objectively operating feedback in the representing system is established. The mathematical model formed in work appears the nonlinear system of the ordinary differential equations and is far-reaching expansion of classical models Lotka and Volterra. The mathematical analysis shows existence of a fixed point in phase space of solutions of system and gives for her analytical expressions. Results of private numerical modeling of the offered model are presented. Results of modeling show manifestations of difficult oscillatory dynamics of phase trajectories of the solution of system and serve as an essential argument of an explanation of real oscillatory processes in the history of social systems.

The game task of confrontation of the attacked hardware-redundant dynamic system with an attacking enemy operating in conditions of incomplete information about the behavior of the attacked enemy in the process of conflict was posed and solved numerically and analytically. The attacking party aspires to increase the intensity of the failures of the components of the attacked system at the expense of its attack resources, up to its total failure. The attacked party, due to the corresponding strategy of redistribution of reserve blocks of the hardware-redundant dynamic system between the failed main blocks at the appropriate instants of time, strives to maximize the probability of failure-free operation of the attacked system at the end of the confrontation (game) with the attacking enemy. Behavior of the system under attack in the process of conflict is approximated by the Markov process, and the number of operable states is equal to the number of failed functional blocks that do not exceed the number of standby blocks. As a payment function in the game in question, the probability of failure-free operation of the attacked system is used by the time the game ends. The solution of the game is the vector of the system setup moments after the corresponding failures of the functional blocks and the set of reservation vectors corresponding to the instantaneous settings of the system being attacked, which maximizes the probability of system failure during the conflict. The differential game model is reduced to a multi-step matrix model with given probabilities of the states of the attacking enemy. Numerical algorithms for calculating the vector of reservation for the attacked system that maximizes the probability of its trouble-free operation by the end of the game and for solving the game problem in question are presented in a form convenient for implementation on a personal computer.

The article provides a classification of existing forecast models the generation of electricity by solar power plants and discusses various options for forecast methods for each of the selected models. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the most promising forecast methods are hybrid statistical-adaptive methods.

Russia produces more than 41, 000 million Gcal of heat energy annually, of which only 36% is produced in a combined way. The centralized heat supply system also has the potential of increasing efficiency up to 50%. To improve the efficiency of heat energy generation, the article proposed 5 ways to reconstruct enterprises supplying heat to the population and industrial enterprises.
