Tomar las medidas necesarias para la contención de la Pandemia por Covid19 resulta muy complejo. En la actualidad, los Países reconocen muy tarde las situaciones de riesgo de la propagación del virus provocando el colapso de camas UCI en los Hospitales. Por ello se busca identificar los niveles de alerta temprana para evitar una nueva ola de contagio y ubicar los distritos con mayor impacto del virus COVID-19. Esta investigación se desarrolló en 6 fases: La primera consistió en obtener y preparar los datos para el análisis, luego se cargaron los datos al entorno de trabajo Colab, después se seleccionaron los datos de reportes de contagio correspondientes a la provincia de Cañete, Perú; En cuarto lugar, se realizó un análisis utilizando las librerías pandas y Matplotlib, posterior a ello, se creó un nuevo DataFrame con los datos anteriores, finalmente se aplicó el algoritmo de agrupación para segmentar los datos del DataFrame. Obteniendo como resultado, cuatro niveles de alerta temprana, definidos de acuerdo con el total de casos reportados por día. Además, se obtuvo que los distritos con mayor impacto son Imperial y Mala, ya que presentaron mayor frecuencia de reportes y sus promedios de contagios por día son altos. Lo que contribuye a determinar indicadores para plantear nuevas estrategias de prevención, vigilancia y contención de la pandemia en el País.

Today’s tourism environment is increasingly competitive, so strategic management is a fundamental process that every company must implement to evaluate the business, define goals, develop strategies and identify resources for their realization. Due to the pandemic, the tourism sector is facing new challenges to stay in the market. Therefore, we propose a strategic management model to improve the competitiveness of tourism companies. We used the survey technique to collect information regarding the variables strategic management and competitiveness with its dimensions change management, staff training, service quality, differentiation and technology management, which was addressed to 20 managers in the sector resulting in a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.823. The results show that 60% of managers indicate that the change management capacity of their companies is regular. These results reflect that Canete tourism companies must implement strategic management for the development of productive capacities for their organizations, improving competitiveness through new products, services and processes

Currently, working conditions have been evolving continuously, which makes it necessary to incorporate teleworking as a means of support to fulfill the tasks entrusted. However, this type of employment brings with it vulnerabilities within companies that are not prepared for such a situation. For this reason, a teleworking model is proposed to improve the management of information security in organizations in the commercial sector. This research is of a basic type with a non-experimental design and correlational level, with a quantitative approach, the survey technique, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument that was applied to 70 workers in the commerce sector. The results show that 54.29% consider the organizational change in companies as deficient, 62.86% indicate the use of technologies as deficient, and 84.29% consider that the level of confidentiality of the information is regular. These results reflect that information security management must be implemented to provide greater reliability, integrity, productivity, control, and protection to teleworking processes.

This research focuses on deliver a SDS implementation model that facilitate the definition of requirements to be delivered in a timely manner to systems. Software Defined Storage (SDS) enables different hardware technologies to be homogenized and deliver independent storage. The technologies included on the implementation model are the open-source projects Red Hat Gluster Storage and Red Hat Ceph Storage. Both technologies are integrated into a virtualization platform, it is compared at a functional and economic level with respect to some enterprise solutions and it is shown that the same operations are performed as a viable technological alternative. The favorable results of the model are presented and the great benefit that open-source technologies have open scope that allows it to be integrated into other projects is presented.

Smart grids change the business model of power companies for the benefit of the end consumer. Today, one of the challenges facing the electricity sector in Peru is meeting the demand and energy consumption of society due to urban and industrial growth. This research aimed to analyze the current situation of smart power grids; as well as the viability of the implementation of projects of these networks taking into account the restrictions and considerations within the legal framework in the Peruvian territory. The relevance of these projects will provide electricity to less favored sectors of society and will make current services more efficient. The research is based on a hermeneutical study structured in three stages. First, an analysis of the implementation in Peru. Second, challenges to implement Smart grids in Peru. Third, regulations for the implementation of Smart grids. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of Smart Grids must be part of the government's public management policy, taking into account the advantages, vulnerabilities and an appropriate form of regulation in the implementation of these new technologies.

This research tries to understand the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) from the perspective of social ecology and environmental law, away from the Darwinian theory of man dominating nature and more focused on rethinking the SDGs from the nature-society co-evaluation in the adaptive sense of society to the new reality of its physical-natural support and to the new legal system of human rights. Development with victims from biologically rich countries like Peru with paradoxical poverty is analyzed, and likewise, the collapse of society in the face of imminent climate change due to human action is analyzed, which requires climate justice for environmentally displaced people in the face of the violation of their human rights, especially of children at risk. Finally, a Latin American academic contribution is presented to rethink the SDGs, generating contributions to the later times of the social confinement of COVID-19, in the so-called new normal.

The remanent domain structures of composite element magnetic barcodes have been imaged using photo-emission electron microscopy with contrast from x-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD-PEEM) and analysed with reference to the results of micromagnetic simulations. The magnetisation configuration at the end of wide strips is found to be perpendicular to the majority magnetisation direction. This transitions to an incomplete rotation for nominal strip widths below 300 nm and is found to affect the mechanics of magnetisation reversal for nominal strip widths below 200 nm, owing to a difference in magnetisation orientation when an external magnetic field is applied that is just smaller than the magnetic coercivity of the structures and a corresponding change in reversal dynamics. This change in domain structure as strip width decreases is consistent with both the influence of shape anisotropy and with measurements of magnetic hysteresis. The magnetisation reversal characteristics of composite element structures are found to be dependent on the relative magnetisation configurations of neighbouring strips, which in turn are found to vary stochastically upon the application and removal of a magnetic field along the easy axis of the structure. It is found that the application of a canted field is necessary to ensure sharp, consistent magnetisation reversal of bits when writing a binary code. These results confirm that either improved lithography of narrower strips or non-rectangular elements would be necessary to further increase the number of individually programmable bits in a barcode.

The way of consuming information and the way we communicate is evolving thanks to advances in technology, the digital transformation breaks new ground in the tourism sector when communicating its services, offers and messages to customers. One of the challenges facing tourism professionals is understanding technological trends to innovate and reinvent their services towards clients. For which we propose a model to adopt the digital transformation in the development of tourist companies. A questionnaire was carried out with 20 managers from the sector with 95% reliability related to customer management, competition and innovation strategy regarding digital transformation; organizational culture and change management regarding business development. The results show that 45% indicate that they rarely keep a record with updated customer data. 35% indicate that they sometimes evaluate business models to anticipate their competition. 35% rarely use any methodology to develop a business model. This reflects that companies must manage data for later use, invest resources in innovating the business model, and have technological professionals who reinvent business processes. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo-correlacional con un diseño no experimental que buscó determinar la “INFLUENCIA DE LA GERENCIA ESTRATEGICA EN LA CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL DE LA ESCUELA DE COMUNICACIÓN Y CIENCIAS ADMINISTRATIVAS DE LA FACULTAD DE ADMINISTRACION DE NEGOCIOS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD PRIVADA SAN JUAN BAUTISTA, FILIAL CHINCHA, AÑO 2017” La muestra es no probabilística. Se utilizó una encuesta de elaboración propia como instrumento de evaluación, la cual fue aplicada a 60 catedráticos elegidos aleatoriamente. Para la variable Independiente: Gerencia Estratégica, la Variable Dependiente Cultura organizacional y la Variable Interviniente Catedráticos de la Escuela de Comunicación y Ciencias Administrativas de la Facultad de Administración de la Universidad Privada “San Juan Bautista” - filial Chincha. Se comprobó la Hipótesis General planteada; La Gerencia Estratégica se relaciona con la Cultura Organizacional de la Escuela de Comunicación y Ciencias Administrativas de la Facultad de Administración de Negocios de la Universidad Privada San Juan Bautista Filial Chincha 2017. A medida que mejora la gerencia estratégica mejora correlativamente la cultura organizacional. De esta manera se obtuvo 60 encuestados que representan el 58.3% lo considera como Regular, 1 encuestado que representa un 33.3% la califica como Buena y 9 encuestados que representan un 8.3% como Excelente, motivo por el cual el nivel de motivación de la gerencia a los docentes es regular siendo necesario implementar programas de incentivos y reconocimientos.
