The purpose of this study is to clarify the cognitive process of watching games through qualitative re-search. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 9 people about what kind of content they were interested in spectating soccer game in stadium or after watching a video of a soccer game. A qualitative analysis was performed on the data obtained from the interviews. As a result of the analysis, the following facts were clarified.The components of the spectator cognition process were categorized into 15 conceptual categories and 5 superordinate conceptual categories. The process of spectator cognition was found to be cyclic, i.e., 【Knowledge】 → 【Attention】 → 【Prediction/Estimation】 → 【Interpretation】 → 【Evaluation】 → 【Knowledge】. In other words, while watching a competition, spectators focus on the flow and phase of the game based on their own knowledge to predict the development of the competition and the intentions of the competitors to play. After interpreting the play, they form an internal meaning of the story, such as evalu­ating the outcome of the play and the degree of performance. This story is then again ac-cumulated by the spectator as experiential knowledge of the game.Therefore, the spectator cognition process creates a story, and the spectator forms inner meaning and creates cultural value. Furthermore, the spectator’s cognitive process can be described as a spectator technique, and it was found that the more spectators watch a game, the more they grow, and the more cultural values as episodic memories are accumulated in their inner world.In addition, it was suggested that clarification of the intellectual aspect of the spectator cognitive process will enable the development of content and services related to various sports productions., 本研究は質的研究を通して観戦行動における知性側面の観戦認知プロセスを明らかにすることである。9名に対しサッカーの試合の動画視聴後にどのような内容に興味を持って観戦したかということについて半構造化インタビューを行なった。インタビューから得られたデータに対し，質的分析を行った。分析の結果，次のようなことが明らかとなった。観戦認知プロセスを構成する要素は15の概念的カテゴリーと5の上位概念的カテゴリーに類型化された。またプロセスとして【知識】→【注目】→【予測・推定】→【解釈】→【評価】→【知識】という循環的な観戦認知プロセスを辿ることがわかった。つまり競技観戦中に観戦者は，自身の知識を基に，試合の流れや局面に着目し，競技展開や競技者のプレー意図を予想し，プレーを解釈したうえで，そのプレーの成果やパフォーマンスの発揮度合いを評価するといったストーリーを内面に意味形成する。そしてこのストーリーは再度観戦経験知として観戦者に蓄積される。したがって観戦認知プロセスはストーリーを生みだし，観戦者は内面に意味を形成し，文化価値が創造される。さらに観戦認知プロセスは観戦技法と言い換えることができ，観戦者は観戦すればするほど成長し，またエピソード記憶としての文化価値が内面に蓄積していくことが分かった。くわえて知性的側面の観戦認知プロセスの解明により様々なスポーツプロデュースをめぐるコンテンツやサービスの開発が可能となることが示唆された。

Yokota et al. (2020) investigated the economic impact of sports facilities by applying regional value-added analysis to their establishment and operation. Regional value-added analysis is used mainly in Germany as an analytical method to assess the degree to which renewable energy development will affect the country’s economy. However, analyzing economic effects often entails input–output analysis. The purpose of this study is to conduct a regional value-added analysis and input–output analysis on given projects to compare the results as well as identify the characteristics of the two analyses.We conducted two types of analysis on 13 projects involving the establishment and operation of high-altitude training sites in Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture. In the regional value-added analysis, value-added totaled 443 million yen (Yokota, 2020); and in the input–output analysis, net value-added was 697 million yen; gross value-added was 959 million yen; and total output was 1,529 million yen. Broken down by project, all analytical findings revealed a similar pattern.Both analyses are useful for analyzing the economic contribution to a region. Regional value-added analysis is more suited to project-level examination, as it directly measures the new economic value-added that a project generates. Input–output analysis is considered suitable for industry or policy-level examination, as it includes the consumption effect and the induced production value resulting from ripple effects within a region. Regional value-added analysis and input–output analysis take different approaches and target different parts of the value chain; moreover, the levels of the economic value-added that they generate differ as well. It should be possible to select and implement those projects that are beneficial to a regional economy by employing the analytical methodology that aligns to the purpose for which it is being used, while incorporating the characteristics of each analysis in applying the findings.In addition, as we were able to perform a quantitative comparison of analytical findings, it may be possible to collect data on projects of various sizes and types and use the findings from one of these analyses to extrapolate the results of the other., 横田ら（2020）は，スポーツ施設の整備・運営に地域付加価値創造分析を適用し，事業の経済効果の検証を試みた。地域付加価値創造分析は，主にドイツにおいて，再生可能エネルギーの開発が地域にどの程度の経済効果を生むかを評価する手法として活用されている分析である。一方で，経済効果の検証には，産業連関分析が用いられることが多い。本研究の目的は，同一事業を対象に地域付加価値創造分析と産業連関分析を行い，結果を比較することによって両分析の特性を明確にすることである。長野県東御市の高地トレーニング拠点の整備及び運営に関する13事業を対象として，両分析を実施した。その結果，横田ら（2020）が実施した地域付加価値創造分析では4.4億円であったのに対し，産業連関分析では純付加価値額7.0億円，付加価値額9.6億円，生産額15.3億円となった。事業別の構成比は，すべての分析結果で類似した傾向を示した。両分析とも，地域への経済的な貢献を分析する手法として有益である。地域付加価値創造分析は，事業によって新たに発生した経済的な付加価値を直接的に計測することから，事業レベルでの検討により適している。産業連関分析は，地域内で波及的に生じる生産誘発額や消費効果を加算することから，産業レベル，政策レベルでの検討により適していると考えられる。地域付加価値創造分析と産業連関分析は，対象とするバリューチェーンの範囲やアプローチが異なり，それに伴って結果が示す経済的な付加価値の絶対値が異なる。活用目的に適した分析手法を採用するとともに，それぞれの分析の特性を踏まえて結果を活用することで，地域経済にとって有益な事業を選択，展開することができるだろう。また，分析結果を量的に比較することができたことによって，今後，事業規模や事業形態の異なる事業を対象にデータを蓄積することで，どちらか一方の分析結果から，他方の結果を推計できる可能性を示した。

現在、地方自治体におけるスポーツ施設整備政策をめぐっては賛否両論があり、その課題は、まちづくりに関する合意を形成する対話の場が欠落していることにある。まちづくりと整合性を持つスポーツ施設の整備には、住民との議論における情報提供を目的とした専門家による予備調査、目的に応じた参画や調査を可能とする複数組織による役割分担、多様な調査手法による多様なアクターからの意見集約が重要なポイントとなるのである。, 研究ノート(博士資格論文)(Note (Doctoral Qualification Theses))

障害者が参加している総合型地域スポーツクラブのクラブマネジメントに注目した事例研究である。三つのクラブで調査を行い障害者の参加経緯、障害者が参加しているプログラムの特徴等について明らかにした。 三クラブともクラブの理念やクラブ経営の指針が明確であり、障害者の参加もその中で位置づけられていること。三クラブともクラブ立ち上げのときに障害のある当事者や障害者のことを理解しているスタッフが存在していたことなどが明らかになった。, In this study, the interview investigation concerning club management was executed to three clubs that people with disability participate in. The results are as follows 1) The club mission and the policy of club management are very clear and strong in all three clubs. It is along those mission and policies that the people with disability participated in the club. 2) The person understood disability and people with disability was a member of the club when the club was established.
