Blockchain is a type of distributed database managed through multiple network transaction details (P2P, Peer to Peer), and transaction information is stored on multiple computers (nodes) connected to the blockchain network instead of storing it in one server. It is an algorithm that binds transaction details to form blocks, connects multiple blocks like a chain, and then copies and distributes them by a large number of people. In the case of the aviation industry, it is worth making full use of blockchain technology to revolutionize existing systems and business processes in terms of cost and transaction transparency, so blockchain can become one of the innovative technologies that will change the paradigm of the aviation industry. Big data is a technology that processes a large amount of structured and unstructured data sets that are beyond the ability to manage data with commonly used data analysis methods. According to the amount and type of data is showing explosive changes, and the amount and type of data in the industry are also increasing remarkably. Now, how to extract meaningful information from the exploding data from those of data bunches and use it as valuable information is becoming a social task. In the existing traditional data, individual data itself was important, but big data must deal with a large amount of data and judge it from an overall perspective, so innovation of the existing data judgment method is needed. Big data has a common feature that can be called "3V": data volume, variety and velocity, because it is significantly different from existing traditional data handling method. Since the nature of big data has changed to the extent that it is impossible to smoothly collect and process it with existing technologies, various advanced big data processing technologies are needed to extract value. The medical certification for pilots is required by the aviation safety authority in most countries based with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) recommendation. In this study, medical data of the year of 2015 for the Korean rotary-wing pilot population, including examination findings and reasons of unfitness were reviewed by retrospective analysis. Among the total 591 cases, 64 (10.8%) were determined to be conditioned fit as a consequence of abnormal findings. Three (0.5%) were denied certification as unfit. Hearing loss (32.8%) was the most common cause of disqualification differing from that of fixed-wing pilots. It is not surprising data in that helicopter is notorious for its noise and vibration when flying compared with fixed-wing aircraft. Hypertension (23.9%) and diabetes (9%) were following causes. There was an increasing variation in medical unfitness as pilots' age and total flight time are increased respectively. Rate of the conditioned fit tends to be significantly increasing the age of 55 or more or the flight time of 5,000 hours. These results suggest that aeromedical decision should be made under understanding of the influence of age, total flight time and aircraft type flight environment to ensure flight safety. Wireless body sensor network (WBSN) technologies are considered one of the key research areas in computer science. When combined with the healthcare application, two technologies are consolidating into one comprehensive healthcare monitering solution in extreme situations including high altitude or space. Ultra-low power networks of sensors can collect important physiologic informations from the surrounding environment. The sensed physiological data is then transmitted to an interface server which in turn sends the data a remote healthcare provider. Sensor networks are irregular clusters of communicating sensor nodes, which collect and process information from onboard sensors, and they can share some of this information with neighboring or surrounding nodes. In this study, we develop a wireless physiological sensor architecture which integrates a Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN) and different sensors to sense physiological data for a person, and then rehearses to transmits the data to a remote healthcare system through a smartphone as an interface, rather than via an interface server. The system can classifies the receiving data based on person ID and types of sensors, and distributes the classified data to their corresponding databases in the healthcare system.
