The pathogenesis of psoriasis is complex, so it is very important to explore the pathogenesis for the treatment of psoriasis. The Nrf2/HO-1 pathway has a protective effect on cells and is closely related to physiological and pathological aspects such as oxidative stress, immunity, abnormal proliferation of blood vessels, epidermal imbalance and cell death. Currently, some studies have confirmed that Nrf2/HO-1 pathway may have an inhibitory effect on psoriatic lesion, and it may be involved in psoriasis pathogenesis through multiple pathways. This paper reviews the mechanism of Nrf2/HO-1 pathway in psoriasis and the research progress in the treatment of psoriasis through the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine. 设置临时支撑几乎是所有大跨度空间钢结构施工过程中必然要遇到的问题。由于临时支撑的存在,改善了结构的受力性能,使结构更加安全,但是辅助用钢量也会增加较多。在符合受力的前提下,如何实现建造过程中安全和经济的平衡是施工研究的关键。以世界大学生运动会主体育场实际工程为例,对结构进行临时支撑提前卸载分析,并将计算结果同未提前卸载的分析结果进行比较,给出了结构内力和变形的变化趋势,提出了有针对性的改进意见。分析计算结果表明:直接循环卸载方案不安全因素较大,而考虑关键位置修正的循环卸载方案可以运用于大跨度空间结构的施工中,为大跨度空间结构合理施工提供参考。

Double bottom blowing continuous copper smelting process has the characteristics of continuity and instant, and its pmduc-lion operation parameter control is more complex than other copper smelting pmcesses. In order to ensure the stability of pmduct quality and optamaization of funtace condition, it is mx,essary to study the key rotund parameters and their influence law of double bottom blowing continuous copper smelling process. Using the MetCal desk computing platform, a metallurgical calculation model of double bottom blo-wing c s copper smelting process was established based on the principle of conservation of material flow and energy flow. On this basis, through a single adjustment of oxygen rich air volume, quartz stone volume, electrolysis remnant pole volume and other parame-ters, the influence on the key smelting paramders "mane grade, iron-silicon ratio and temperature of smelting slag " and the key conver-ting parameters "coarse copper mule, iconsilicon ratio and temperature of converting slag " in double bottom blowing continuous copper smelting pmcess were investigated. The research results show that the grade of matte is positively correlated with the amount of smelting quartz and oxygenized air, but negatively correlated with the amount of coal. The ironsilicon ratio of smelting slag is negatively correlated with the amount of quartz and coal. The smelting slag temperature is positively correlated with the amount of oxygenized air and coal. The crude copper grade is positively correlated with the amount of oxygen-rich air and electrolysis renmant pole. The iron-silicon ratio of con-verting slag was positively correlated with the electrolysis remnant pole and negatively correlated with the amount of converting quartz. The converting slag temperature is positively correlated with the amount of oxygenized air and electrolysis remanant pole. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Recently, KITTANEH obtained an improvement of the Heinz inequality for all unitarily invariant norms. In this note, we obtain a refinement of KITTANEH's result. We shall conclude this paper with some numerical examples.

The advantages of different types of elements are synthesized in the multi-scale finite element analysis, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the engineering structures. The connection between different types of elements is a key issue that determines the accuracy of the simulation. Based on the quasi-static test of two typical substructures of single-layer spatial grid structures, the multi-scale finite element analysis method was thoroughly discussed in anti-progressive collapse analysis of spatial grid structures. The connection with the principle displacement of identical displacement between different scale elements was established and verified through experiment. Then, this method was employed in the anti-collapse analysis of the Kiewitt and Geodesic domes. The study results show that the optimal approximate solution of the simulation can be obtained by using the principle of identical displacement, when the distance between the connection interface and the micro critical area is appropriate. The multi-scale model can obtain the correct and reasonable calculation results with reduced computational resources. The rigid body assumption for joints can further reduce the number of elements. The detail local stress distribution obtained through multi-scale numerical analysis can facilitate the analysis to identify the initial failure position. Additionally, due to the real modeled hollow spherical joints in the multi-scale model, the simulation is more close to the actual situation and results in more accurate structural response.
