4. 基于生成对抗网络与多头注意力的文本隐写术.

- Abstract
With the development of deep learning, steganography based on text generation has made significant break-throughs. Existing text-based steganography methods suffer from exposure bias, where the input during training comes from real sample labels, while the input during prediction comes from the output predicted in the previous time step. This difference in input samples between training and prediction leads to error accumulation, resulting in a large distribution difference between generated samples and real samples. To address this problem, this paper proposes a text steganography model called TS-GANMA based on generative adversarial networks and multi-head attention. First, a text generator is trained using a generative adversarial network, and multi-head attention mechanisms are used to extract multi-head attention scores to participate in the reward calculation of the reward module, obtaining feedback information more suitable for the generator. Then, the generator and discriminator are trained in an adversarial manner, which can solve the exposure bias problem and optimize the text generation model. Finally, the conditional probability distribution output by the text generation model is encoded to embed secret information. The experimental results demonstrate that the steganography method based on TS-GANMA has a much lower perplexity than the methods based on LSTM-vlc and ADG at the same embedding rate. This is because the steganographic text generated by the TS-GANMA model fits the statistical distribution of the real text better, and can generate higher quality steganographic text. 9. 白内障超声乳化术源性散光影响因素分析.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the factors affecting Babinski sign in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Methods We enrolled 262 patients diagnosed with ALS with adequate data in Department of Neurology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from 2015 to 2020. The relationship between the clinical characteristics of patients with positive and negative Babinski sign was analyzed for both sides, respectively. Furthermore, for patients with left or right lower limb weakness complaint, the relationship between Babinski sign and the lower limb involvement characteristics was analyzed. Results Positive Babinski sign was positively correlated with higher diagnostic category (left correlation coefficient 0.297, P<0.001; right correlation coefficient 0.292, P<0.001). Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale-Revised (ALSFRS-R) score was lower in patients with positive Babinski sign (left P=0.001, right P=0.001); the proportion of complaints of ipsilateral lower limb weakness was higher (left P=0.008, right P=0.038); the positive rate of ipsilateral upper limb Hoffmann sign was higher (left P=0.004, right P=0.002). In patients with complaints of lower limb weakness, positive Babinski sign was positively correlated with better foot dorsiflexor muscle strength (left correlation coefficient 0.207, P=0.021; right correlation coefficient 0.264, P=0.003), and the proportion of ipsilateral tibialis anterior atrophy was lower in positive Babinski sign group (left P<0.001, right P=0.008); the ratio of ipsilateral common peroneal nerve compound muscle action potential (CMAP)/tibial nerve CMAP was different in positive Babinski sign and negative groups (left P=0.008, right P=0.015), which were positively correlated(left correlation coefficient 0.246, P=0.007; right correlation coefficient 0.223, P=0.015). Conclusion Patients with positive Babinski sign usually have a higher diagnostic category and more extensive clinical involvement. In ALS patients with complaints of lower limb weakness, Babinski sign is more likely to be elicited when the degree of weakness and atrophy of the anterior calf muscles is relatively low. - Abstract
BACKGROUND: Nonunion of tendon-bone healing is the main reason of rotator cuff re-tear after reconstruction. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of rotator cuff tendon-bone healing induced by Huqian Pill. METHODS: Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats, SPF grade (provided by Beijing Vital River Laboratory Animal Technology Co., Ltd.) were used to construct unilateral rotator cuff tear model, and were reconstructed the rotator cuff after 1 month. Then the rats were randomly divided to control and Huqian Pill (water decoction via gavage) groups. At 4 weeks, the shoulder joint was removed for supraspinatus failure load test. The paraffin sections of shoulder joints were taken for Safranin O-fast green staining to detect the expression of proteoglycan and for immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of collagen types I and III. Exosomes were extracted from the serum of the rats at 48 hours after Huqian Pill treatment, and the quantity of exosomes and protein expression of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist were detected by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The supraspinatus failure load in the Huqian Pill group was higher than that in the control group. (2) The transitional area and proteoglycan deposition appeared larger in the Huqian Pill group compared with the control group. (3) Immunohistochemical staining revealed significantly high expression of collagen types I and III in the Huqian Pill group. (4) The serum exosomes content and expression level of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist in the Huqian Pill group were significantly increased. (5) So, Huqian Pill promotes tendon-bone healing of supraspinatus end point through inducing the secretion of exosomes and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist in rats, contributing to the repair of rotator cuff tears.
